Guest Reviews
- H9626JVsusana (10/5): Excellent hotel to stay in! - Friendly staff, clean room, free parking, excellent breakfast. Overall a brilliant stay. Will definitely return next time I am in Durham.
- purrsrus (2/5): Do not waste your money. Avoid. - I am disabled. The restaurant has a ramp but it is a very long ramp that is quite difficult to negotiate. I wanted an early meal but it did not open until 5-30pm. The hotel looks like it needs a lot of work doing to it, in fact it is awful. I will certainly not stay here again. Very disappointed.
- Wander40401141991 (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Really nice stay at this hotel, we stay at Premier Inn quite often but the service here at reception and when we had breakfast was superb. Staff efficient but friendly. Rooms very clean, although a tad dated- the staff are clearly keeping the hotel immaculate. Plenty to do in Durham town centre nearby we'd go out there again. Free parking when staying away is always a bonus.
- W5040YTnicolem (10/5): Dated hotel in a great location with great staff - Dated hotel
It was clean and the staff are great but the hotel is in such a good location yet old and tired. Its ashame really. Restaurant next door is the same. Great staff but dated however not as dated as the hotel. We are well beyond keys and the door from reception is open to anyone. Should this not be secured ? It seems to breach security in my opinion. Overall the staff and cleanliness and location made this a good stay
- chrisbQ4626DQ (4/5): Noise disturbance - We were allocated a room directly above the main entrance when there were apparently other rooms available. Kept awake by banging noises as the doors opened and closed up until midnight and then again from 6am. I would have expected this room to be a last resort if there were no others available. Complained to reception but at 6am it was too late to do anything about it. Told them I'd email customer services to see if they will honour the good night guarantee but still awaiting a response.
- kayr110 (10/5): Great - I found this premier inn excellent for both location and amenities around. It was clean, warm and reception staff were excellent
- Getaway39056419147 (6/5): Better food nearby - Staff are excellent, very friendly and happy to help. The beds are comfy but the hotel needs updating and their is better food options nearby
- Christmastraveller23 (10/5): Nice break away. Helpful staff - Good location easy to find Nice quiet room. Great breakfast with good choices and Adam was very helpful on reception. No complaints.
- Roger82 (4/5): Not the usual Premier Inn standard - This was some way off the usual good experience of a Premier Inn, with the main issue being that the place is somewhat rundown and unloved. As soon as you pull into the carpark you can see there’s a problem, with litter and rubbish everywhere and even dumped pallets (I counted at least three) on the edge of the parking spaces. I imagine the place hasn’t been visited by a landscaper for years, with dead plants and mud mixing with the litter. Once inside it’s only marginally better, with the general décor and rooms seriously needing refurbishment. On the plus side the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the pub and restaurant next door (also owned by Whitbread and essentially part of the hotel) was decent enough and the food and service very reasonable - in particular the breakfast which was very good.
- J5701RJdonnap (4/5): Room not cleaned properly - Sheets had red wine stains. Bedside shelf had a piece of chocolate sitting on it ( we hadn't brought any chocolate into the room). Also chef phoned in sick so there was no hot breakfast and we where told at reception we would get a refund as we had prepaid for breakfast and nearly a week later still no refund.
- 187raj (4/5): Terrible - The air conditioning unit would not switch off, went to receptionist was fobbed off saying it was bathroom fan which it was not, complained to manager nothing was done ,
- T5429QPraymondb (10/5): First experience hopefully not last - First time at this location and enjoyed every day . Particularly liked the automatic entrance doors great which is great of your loaded with shopping or disabled in anyway. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed linen and bathroom towels very nice. plenty of room to stow toiletries and clothes in shelves and lockers. TV good size and received good reception. Plenty tea and coffee in room with more provided if needed at reception. Plenty of car spaces for parking FOC. As for meals - the Lee Burn next door was great offering special deals for guests. For example 2 course meal + drink of your choice + all you can eat for breakfast for £26.99. Finally all the staff from reception to room and restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. Definitely will return and recommend.
- F3135NBmichaelj (2/5): Needs update and staff who want to be there - We paid for and stayed for 3 nights here but we wouldnt stay there ever again not even for free and we've stayed in many Premier Inns without problems
- S6691BTdavidt (10/5): Reasonably priced hotel with great breakfast 10 mins walk from shopping g centre - Cheap good quality breakfast with friendly staff. 0nly drawback corridors a bit tired eg carpets. 10 mins walk to shopping centre.
- alanwA4924ZK (10/5): Excellent - Clean, bed very comfortable and helpful staff. Slight issue about postcode taking us to the neighbouring retail park but we quickly found the hotel.
- Z2588QXruthb (10/5): Usual excellent standards - We used the premier inn as a base for the Great North run. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with a fan provided in case we were hot (not the case). My room felt cold one evening but warmed up quickly when I turned the heater on. Breakfast was served in a dedicated breakfast room and although busy, we didn't have to wait for a table or food. There was a nice touch of water and bath salts being provided for GNR runners in tue reception in the morning and biscuits on our return. The only small downside was the free wi-fi was patchy but given its free, I wasn't too bothered.
- jsp977 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Stayed here for a night while visiting a friend in Durham. Check in process was easy, rooms were spacious and clean. Had a nice tv, hangers and plenty of storage space.
Had a pleasant stay here and would recommend. Can imagine it gets hot in the peak of summer in these rooms but thankfully had a fan already in our room.
- Sherpa15789817004 (8/5): Good stay - Arrived after 4pm and had to wait for bed to be made. Would have expected the room to be ready after such a long drive. Not sure why there is a desk but no chair. This has been the first time the floor has not creaked when walking on it. This has been a down point of this hotel. Both the Lee Burn restaurant and the hotel need to have a bit of attention. Dirty worn carpet in the restaurant makes it look grubby. Food for breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of options available. Staff in both the restaurant and hotel were very pleasant and helpful. I do think the staff cleaning and preparing the rooms are not given enough time to get them done.
- O6527MWlouisec (2/5): Worst night ever! - No aircon, one small extremely inadequate fan. Impossible to sleep. Daughter had room on opposite side which had much better fan and was cool. Need to make sure room has adequate fan on the side of the hotel where sun comes in!
- MrsMc15 (8/5): Lovely staff, but room too hot and breakfast disappointing - We recently stayed at Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Nerston Toll) and overall had a good experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially David – he was so helpful with our request for a cot, always cheerful, and took the time to have a chat with us. He really made our stay feel that bit more personal.
The room was clean and comfortable, but it was extremely hot (28 degrees all night) and unfortunately the fan didn’t do much to cool it down, which made it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast at the pub next door was a bit disappointing – the continental selection was very limited and while the cooked breakfast was made to order, everything was served just warm rather than hot, so it wasn’t as enjoyable as we’d hoped.
That said, the location was convenient, the check-in was easy, and the staff really did go the extra mile. With a few improvements to the cooling in the rooms and breakfast options, it would have been a 5-star stay
- Tagpinasao (2/5): Perhaps the worst Premier Inn? - This is possibly the worst Premier Inn I've ever visited. Usually Premier Inn is a reliable chain of hotels but this was dreadful - dirty, scruffy - mould in the bathroom and curtains hanging off the rails, hung with too few hooks! The pub serving breakfast was understaffed and the breakfast was not up to the Premier Inn standard despite charging Premier Inn prices. Overall - dreadful.
- 831SandyM160 (10/5): Great staff, great hotel - I was travelling on my own and stayed at the Nerston Toll hotel.
I was made to feel very welcome. The hotel is to a high standard. Very clean and the staff are great.
They are very helpful . I will certainly be staying again.
Thank you everyone at Nerston Toll for making my trip memorable.
- JulieN2070 (2/5): Avoid!! - This hotel was a complete waste of money. The rooms were ridiculously hot! 30 degrees at night when it was only 13 degrees outside? Goodness knows how that worked. The staff were friendly but there wasn’t much they could do other than offer a fan to blow the hot air around. Terrible sleep each night. Definitely do not boom here.
- K1266WFmarkn (8/5): Premier inn breakfast - This was our fifth visit to this site ,main features that are lacking is sat nav location is not good as you are led into a retail park up a bus lane before realising premier inn is behind marks and Spencer but have to leave park and drive round .rooms could do with air conditioning as they are too warm but this will never happen as premier inn is more focused on profit rather than costomer satisfaction. The main change this time was they have sold the brewers fayre where it was breakfast and dinner in a fantastic atmosphere, play area for kids ( we stay because of proximity to homeside park -large children's activity adventure, ) the staff were fantastic and good value for money .it has been sold as it was not profitable enough- better signage would help. The fantastic breakfast experience has now been replaced with a small claustrophobic room too small for use too many tables and not enough equipment and display / serving areas which everyone is trying to use at same time. the staff are fantastic but can only work with the small and insufficient areas. Again a drop in costomer satisfaction in the name of more profit from someone who has never paid to stay or worked in a Premier inn
- Clarkyarky (4/5): Too Hot! - Room (first floor) was unbearably hot from evening to our 9am check out time, even though the daytime outside temperature had been below 20 degrees C all day (a grotty looking pedestal electric fan was already in place in the room but sounded like it was on its last legs so did not keep on).
Hotel was very noisy with doors constantly banging even at 11pm, and the whirring of the fan in the room next door.
Bathroom smelt of damp and was a bit tatty, but appeared clean, as did the bedroom.
Was very glad to only be staying one night - high point was friendly member of staff on desk at check out (don’t know his name) - Saturday 16th August @ 9am.
Lots of parking.
- RobLeeDavies (6/5): Fell short of usual standards - The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a good first impression on arrival. The location is also convenient, being close to the motorway and easy to find. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The room itself was extremely hot, with no air conditioning and very little ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. There was also no television remote provided, which was inconvenient, and the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing – it did not feel as fresh or well-presented as you would normally expect from a Premier Inn. I’ve stayed with the chain many times and usually find the standards to be reliable, but this stay sadly fell short of expectations.
- BB061 (10/5): Lovely friendly welcome - Booked to stay 2 nights with family we normally stay at the Peel Park Premier inn but they didn't have a family room available, I'm glad in a way as this one was much better. we got a lovely welcome from the receptionist called Gavin, he was very polite and helpful. I didn't realise I should have ordered a cot so when I went to the desk to ask for one Gavin was more than helpful and had one brought to the room really quickly. Great location as only 10 minutes walk into the town centre.
- georgemI1661VW (4/5): First problem with a Premier Inn, Not Impressed by reaction. - Had an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom the Manager didnt seem bothered by the fact the bath had the previous occupants hair in the plug hole and that the bathroom light did not work, complained at reception but had no reply yet.
- graemec794 (6/5): Disappointing - I was expecting more at this hotel , given the favourable reviews. In fact we found it quite a downbeat place.
It's annoying to reach as you have to go to the Arnison Centre roundabout and come back. The Brewers Fayre was closed as of the end of July. Something was operating at the site but there was no publicity in our rooms so I have no idea what it was.
There was no cut through to walk to the Arnison Centre.
The hotel is large so it felt a bit of a faff carrying our cases upstairs and along a couple of corridors to our rooms.
The rooms, like the hotel, were standard Premier Inn rooms- nothing special. No air conditioning. the Wi-Fi broke up a few times.
All in all I doubt we would return.
- naginahc (2/5): Awful - Lazy staff didn’t clean or provide ingredients for the breakfast
Asked 4 times for cleaning
Poorly managed hotel in a dumpsite
- Travel43326581608 (2/5): Disappointing check in experience - I am a regular customer of Premier Inns and one of the things I like about them is their consistency - you know what you are going to get. However my experience with the check in and room allocation at East Kilbride has rather damaged my opinion.
On arrival I was allocated a room which had clearly not been serviced. There was rubbish piled up on the work service and the bedside table. Also the bed had clearly been slept in. I went to complain and the receptionist offered me an alternative room. Unfortunately when I arrived at this second room it was already occupied. There was female clothing and makeup around - thankfully the occupant wasn't! This could have been at best embarrassing and at worst dangerous.
On the third occasion the receptionist accompanied me to the room and it was in line with Premier Inns consistent standard but I was scarred by my initial experience and doubt that I will stay at East Kilbride again.
- Flyer58059263067 (10/5): Our short Durham break - Friendly helpful staff, great location and good 2 nights sleep in a clean comfortable bed and room. Ample parking. Good decor and great buffet breakfast with helpful friendly staff.
- sarahjL7416MQ (2/5): Hideous hotel - Hideous hotel. 1st room stunk of damp, moved to a disabled room that was boiling hot, no air conditioning and bed uncomfortable.
Had to go into town to eat as the restaurant was closing in 2 days and hardly any food left, had to have breakfast there and many items missing, if this had been advised at the time of booking would not have gone here.
Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in and Guest Relations said to contact the hotel for a possible refund for breakfast.
- Safari32620804054 (2/5): Terrible and outdated - The hotel room was not clean and had a awful smell. Found it incredibly difficult to sleep and would not return. The breakfast in the restaurant had under cooked food. Hotel needs an overall update. Molds in the bathroom and damp smell.
- paulwhytew (10/5): Stop over from Newcastle - Booked restaurant next door not good experience but opposite when checking in for the night for our flight from Glasgow airport am tomorrow staff amazing from signing in till we went to our room room room comfy going to have nice sleep ready for hols tomorrow
- Ailleyxglenx (10/5): Great hotel - We are regulars here, the price is always good for a family of 4. Great area for a good choice of food placed round about. It has a lift aswell so ideal don't need to climb stairs . Most importantly the staff are always brilliant and make a right fuss over our kids . They always leave a small gift in the room aswell for them which is a really nice touch.
- jameslV5420HY (8/5): - Difficult to find using satnav, but, on arrival, parking was easy and there was a pleasant welcome from the receptionist. Very good standard of room which was expected given the usual consistency of Premier Inns. The only downside was that the onsite restaurant was passing into different ownership a fortnight after our stay. So the Mealdeal was farcical. A printed sheet purported to be the thinned-down menu for that day. However, a number of dishes listed there were unavailable. The only pleasing aspect of dining was the service of the staff who did well in trying circumstances. Happily, the staff assured us that they would have jobs under the new regime.
- S1630PZleeg (2/5): Terrible experience - Truly terrible experience.
The room was 28 degrees when we arrived which made us feel very uncomfortable. I asked if there were any cooler rooms as we were leaving for the evening but I was told that there wasn't, instead we were given an extra fan.
To make things worse, the extractor fan I the bathroom was broken and after a shower the steam had nowhere to go and made the rest of the room feel extremely humid.
I expected that the room would have cooled significantly when we arrived back at 11:30 pm. Instead, the room was 29.5 degrees! This made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. Needless to say, we did not get a good nights sleep.
On checking out, we were told by an individual that this particular wing of the hotel is an extension to the original building and always gets hot and is hotter than the rest of the hotel. They could not believe that we had got through the night with that heat!
On check out I complained about the temperature issues but was told to contact the company to lodge a complaint. The staff member acknowledged that the rooms in that part of the hotel can get very hot.
Premier Inn dismissed my complaint as the website does not advertise that the hotel has air conditioning. My question to them is that if this is a known problem, why has it not been fixed!?
Extremely disappointed with the whole experience, including the complaints process. I would not expect a hotel room to be 29.5 degrees, it would have been cooler to sleep outside!
Shocking!
- W9939JZjohnd (10/5): Nice - The breakfast was a ten !! That scrambled egg was scrumptious . Unlimited breakfast !! Staff very nice . Cleaning staff are brilliant them ladies made m stay more welcome .
- Curiosity35150702909 (10/5): Great team - Lovely staff on reception- always willing to help and will do anything for their customers. Although the hotel is an older one, the cleaning team have the place immaculate. Looking forward to our next visit when we can have a better breakfast inside the hotel instead of Brewers. Nice to be close to the shops behind which is a good perk of the hotel.
- chriskI1896WE (6/5): Accommodation great, restaurant could bebetter - A comfortable and clean room. The mattresses was great as was the bedding. It was great that there was a portable fan in the room as the weather was overly warm. The air flow was minimal so the fan was required to be on all night.
Our only disappointment was the restaurant. We found it to be very unclean and needing some improvements to make it more inviting. We couldn't wait to leave the restaurant. Tired and uninviting. Hopefully, the new owners will make the necessary improvements when they take it over. The current establishment is closing on the 31 July.
We opted for the meal deal but were left disappointment by the options available for the meal deal. Sadly, the menu on offer in the room and online did not reflect what was actually on offer in the restaurant. Out of 11 starters on the main menu, only 5 options were available on the meal deal menu. More or less for the mains. I'd suggest this is addressed for all customers having the meal deal option. We were disappointmented to be presented with a shortened menu on are arrival. Considering we had made our choice whilst still in our room, how disappointing not to find our choice was not on this meal deal menu.
Despite the meal deal offer, we won't be taking this option again. Very misleading for what options you have. Staff in the restaurant did not advise/guide as to what you had to pay extra for. Ended up being hit with an additional bill for food. If its not in the meal deal then you should say so.
The quality of food , more so the evening meal was not as expected. However, the breakfast menu was just fine.
Overall, great accommodation only to be disappointment by the restaurant experience.
- Wander566121 (8/5): Perfect location, just needs air conditioning! - We've used this hotel 4 times over the last 3 years, whilst visiting our daughter at university or helping her move in and out of accommodation! The staff are always friendly and we have enjoyed the facilities, ease of parking and the fact it is so close to Durham centre. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything that you need. This year however, we experienced for the first time the bedroom during a warm summer and the room became very hot and there is no way to ventilate it as the single window barely opens. There is no air conditioning. So we started at 25 degrees which became almost 30 degrees after 4 nights. The staff were very understanding and gave us an extra desk fan, but it didn't really help in all honesty as there is no ventilation in the room. I even got up in the night and splashed myself with water to try and cool myself down. We do recommend this Premier Inn, so long as the weather isn't too warm - air conditioning or at the very least, enabling guests to ventilate the bedroom better must become a priority for the managers...
- Ianchall01 (6/5): Served the purpose - Staff were brilliant. The hotel in general is tired and needs a revamp but room was fine for the one nights stay. Breakfast at the beefeater beside was poor
- kezzaduncs (6/5): East Kilbride premier inns - Another premier inn fail in East Kilbride, banging doors, general noiseiness from 6am, premiere inn need to sort it out. scruffy dirty rooms, bare minimum everything. We've tried all premier inns in EK and not the best. Air B&B for us next time.
- C831MYstuartg (10/5): Great - No complains on our recent stay. Great location as well with numerous shops and restaurant's near by as well. Would definitely stay again.
- B8584VFlauram (10/5): Great hotel no issues - Went for a business trip
Great hotel great staff :) no issues
good pillows - super comfy
Bed was comfy
Very kind staff would go again
🥰

Would recommend this hotel for coach parking and tours.
- adamh2808 (8/5): Comfortable beds - would recommend - We arrived here during the night due to a flight delay. The car park approaching the hotel was quite bumpy but reasonably well lit. The car park was full at the front (which was to be expected arriving during the night) but there was plenty of space. The check in was very swift and the lady working the night shift was extremely helpful. After putting our car reg into the machine for parking, we walked to our room. The room was quite small but adequate for us, with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh towels, etc. The only unusual thing was that the window was left open so the room was cold. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t stay for breakfast but a child is free with an adult breakfast for £10.99. We checked out but the staff never really acknowledged us and were just chatting in reception. This was in contrast to the previous night but we would book here again.
- paulamZ7175IV (10/5): AMAZING STAY - Thank you for a wonderful stay at premier inn nerston toll, you should all be very proud , very friendly staff in a clean comfortable hotel , great location, will definitely be staying again staying in July, will look forward to it , thanks again
- FarAway60942131867 (8/5): Good location and staff - Good Premier Inn hotel with ample parking. Wife and I were visiting for a conference.
Rooms well presented, clean and tidy. Being so close to the bypass it was ideally located. Breakfast in the morning was nice and lady who served us was polite and attentive
- E5126PLgregb (10/5): Great stays - Great staff, great sevice..
10 out of 10 been staying every week for months always on had to help with anything you need, have told friends and family about this particular premier inn if they ever want to stay here when they visit this part of Scotland
- W5040YTnicolem (10/5): Great location but old hotel - We stayed for a wedding. Clean hotel. Very old though. Staff were fine when on desk. Great location. Popeyes in the area which was nice to try. Lots of options for food outwith the restaurant next door. Had a few drinks in there and staff in there were nice and friendly.
- 258janeg (6/5): Run down - I think some aspects of this hotel must have altered since the last reviews . The approach to the hotel is in a run down area with derelict industrial type units . The hotel itself looked scruffy from the outside and the carpet in the entrance very dirty . This off putting initial approach was thankfully made up fir with a very warm welcome from the two young receptionists who were charming and helpful . The room was spotlessly clean and the one issue I had - a heater making a strange clicking noise - was quickly and efficiently resolved.
The eatery next door was also off putting and is officially listed as closed - on the night we stayed it was offering evening meals to residents only and no breakfast . We decided to walk into town - there is a shopping mall with several casual dining options within a 15 minute walk - this walk involves a number of underpasses and frankly I was happy not to be doing it alone . The whole area has a rather intimidating vibe.
I doubt this place has much if any repeat custom and we certainly wouldn’t stay again . It’s only saving grace behind the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly and helpful staff.
- Johnroberts02 (10/5): Fabulous - Had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were so friendly! Very welcoming. Will definitely stay again, exactly what I needed for my business stay. A good comfy sleep, my meal was lovely, and breakfast the next day set me up for the day ahead! Highly recommend 👌
- 1888CFC (10/5): Overnight stay - Have stayed here a few times now and am never disappointed. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Bed really comfy. It is what you come to expect from premier inn. Food was very good, but the restaurant is across the car park, so hope for good weather!
- missbute (10/5): GREAT HOTEL IN A CENTRAL AREA OF EAST KILBRIDE AND ON THE BUS ROUTE - I was having a night away for a change of scene and a little treat for myself!!
I was delighted with the room rate that I managed to get at the time of booking so all good!!
I received a very warm welcome on arrival unfortunately I do not know who the lovely young lady was on reception was as I did not see a name badge.
I had phoned ahead to ask if I could be allocated a specific room and was DELIGHTED TO HEAR I had been allocated the room I had asked for.
Unfortunately I discovered that the heating was not working in the room and after returning from my meal at the onsite restaurant I advised the chap on Reception of this (possibly the Duty Manager). He was so helpful and asked me just to give him a short while and he would bring up a stand alone heater for the room but if that was not suitable they would move me to another room!!! I would not have mentioned the heating situation had it not been rather BALTIC at that time!!
Excellent service and I said I would be quite happy with the heater he eventually delivered to my room and it was perfect for me and soon warmed up the room.
The accommodation was spot on very clean and the bathroom was spotless as well. I had no complaints about anything about my stay apart from the heater not working but that was soon rectified as I said.
I have stayed at this Premier Inn many times over the years and I most certainly would not have any hesitation in returning if the room rate is right for the time I wish to stay.
Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
- ianhL4336PD (4/5): Rooms not the best - Not the best Premier inn. Rooms had an unpleasant smell and bed was uncomfortable.
It's not really central and others in East Kilbride would be better.
Although the check in was fast and very friendly and very knowledgeable.
Car parking is fine
- Wayne2300 (6/5): Hotel stay Nerston Toll - Hotel was good, room was good, staff really friendly.
I purchased a dinner bed and breakfast package as I was away with work.
I ended up having to pay more than most of my other colleague's, they had paid £69 and I had to pay nearly £100. I asked why this was and was told there were no more rooms at this price which I assume meant put the price up due to demand . The evening meal wasn’t great food quality and the breakfast wasn’t great too. On reflection would have been better getting just a room and eating elsewhere. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really friendly.
- AndyandLou09 (6/5): Not the usual standard - I stay at Premier Inns quite a lot. I find them reasonably priced and comfy beds. I was staying here as I was visiting family for Christmas. The staff on check in were lovely. It was a bed for a couple of night as I spent the rest of the time at my family’s house so just wanted cheap and cheerful. I’ve stayed here before and this is the first time I’ve found an issue with cleanliness. I didn’t raise it with the staff as I didn’t notice until I got in my bed at night. It was after midnight so I didn’t make a fuss, I just turned the duvet and moved the dirty mark to the bottom of the bed. I’ve attached a photo. I had booked 2 rooms, and the other room had lots of crumbs on the shelves.
- nicholaswB2635CR (10/5): Thoroughly recommended - A lovely hotel that had everything that was needed. Windows that open and so no air conditioning. However, there was both a fan and heater also in the room if required.
I never heard anything outside of my room and so got undisturbed sleep every night.
