• Wanderer46490932175 (6/5): Okay put could be better - The one main issue with premier inn that stands out more than anything else in my opinion is the dreadful WIFI . Even the 24 hour purchased wifi is is sub standard. When the likes of Holiday Inn have free reliable wifi this puts premier inn to shame .

• IanHallam53 (6/5): Facilities and signage need improvement - Car parking restricted by scaffolding all around the hotel blocking car parking spaces. Car park not lit very well and signage leading to the hotel needs improving. The bed was comfortable and warm, there was no shaving light in the bathroom and with the main light on the extractor fan made a great deal of noise.
• YateleyCharwell (8/5): Big rooms and excellent value. - Lovely spacious rooms, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and offers excellent value for money. Never tried the food as had a family breakfast elsewhere. Minor considerations are it was quite noisy outside the hotel with lots of people about visiting the fast food chain opposite. The bar was shut when we got back from a family function circa 11.00pm which was disappointing. Car park wasn't easy to find (my Sat Nav got very confused!) Would stay again.

Then this morning the kids running up and down the hallway at 8am screaming and playing with the dad joining in!! Dreadful stay.

It might have been plentiful but it was stone cold. Inedible ! My advice save yoursel 10.99 and go across the road to McDonalds.

• 777davinar (10/5): Great location and always a very relaxing stay - I stay at Premier Inn High Wycombe once a year for a specific event I attend and it always delivers a really relaxing, convenient and comfortable experience. The Premier Plus rooms are amazing and add a bit of luxury. The hotel makes walking to the town very accessible so you can pop back easily as well and the staff are lovely. I couldn’t really ask for more.

Worst was the breakfast - utterly tasteless. Such poor quality. Guess ya pay for what you get but really Whitbred, what a scam. You could even learn from Ryanair !

• G2023BGlaurenm (10/5): Wonderful Phone Experience - Rang up to discuss a potential overnight stay. Spoke to a wonder lady who I think was called Keira, she was so helpful and was able to explain what the hotel had to offer, she also told me about the restaurant next door. The team should be proud to have Keira as a part of it, she was so patient and so knowledgeable, unfortunately circumstances changed and I didn't book but would recommend this place and this is mostly down to the time and effort Keira put in

• Alielir1619 (10/5): Premier Inn Extra! - This was a very unusual Premier Inn experience. Usually, you're getting exactly what the adverts say - marvellous. BUT this time, there was an additional Steven - Manager I think. He went above and beyond when I arrived later than I had hoped to. He introduced this Norfolk country girl to the Uber Eats app and we went from there. Always attentive to his other guests, he kept me company while I waited for my pizza in the reception. What a super person - so interesting, friendly and funny. Quite my most favourite Premier Inn experience of all time!
• juliec_10 (10/5): Stephen the life saver ❤️ - We had been up all night trying to find a hotel We found one and booked to check in at 3pm We got there early and asked Stephen if we could possibly have our room early as we had been awake all night and wanted to shower and sleep. stephen went check and came back and said that our room was ready 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️ So we could checkin early Bless him I did say I would sleep in the arm chair in reception LOL He also gave us complementary breakfasts We must have looked so old and tired . Stephen is a great example of excellent customer service Give him a raise What a gentleman ❤️ Room clean and tidy Only moan some of the lights didnt work in room 18 Would stay again .
• traveller313 (6/5): Strange smell. - Stayed here over Halloween. Room 24. Strange , not very pleasant smell in the corridor and stronger again in the room - mentioned to reception. Roof work ongoing during stay which we were informed of prior to stay. Watch out for car parking charges and make SURE you register when you check in. We weren’t told about it and only realised after staying a couple of nights. Receptionist said we will be reimbursed, but it is a bit of a nuisance. Brewers Fayre was fine ok. All in all we would stay here again and hope they get the strange odour sorted.
• R7173AVdavidb (10/5): Comfortable and quiet hotel, with a caring staff - Once again, a most helpful and engaging staff. Keira was particularly helpful and we also enjoyed chatting to her Mum! The ducks and boats on the canal are a definite bonus to the experience.
• Companion17357973090 (2/5): Avoid at all costs! - Firstly, the hotel staff were help, friendly, professional, and trying their best to work in difficult conditions. I stayed solo. However, my family were in other rooms, including the family rooms. This is the worst premier inn I've stayed in! The rooms whilst superficially clean , the cleaners are fighting a losing battle, with flaking paint , grease oil marks on woodwork, ceiling tiles dirty, and dislodged! Bare screws in walls. Bathroom fans are so loud! Rooms incredibly hot, lowest temp 17c felt stuffy. Some rooms don't allow windows to be opened. I have numerous photos of the issues. The evening meal was poor quality using poor ingredients. Breakfast was luke warm.

She was SO helpful in organising access to our room slightly early. Laura definitely went above and beyond for us. Our room is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location for enjoying all that the beautiful city has to offer. Looking forward to our 3 days here! Thanks Premier Inn with a special thank you to Laura for your kindness this morning.
• Chief1974 (4/5): A bit dated & some fundamentals need attention - No issue with the quality of sleep, however prior to my stay there had been some maintenance in the bathroom. Plumber had failed to turn water back on & resulted in late departure once resolved. Furnishings in room needed attention (rims on bedside tables coming away etc)
• CheshireReviewer (10/5): Perfect Position - I am a great Premier Inner and have been here before. It's in an excellent position - 10 mins walk from the station, across the road from Waitrose and a precinct full of shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes more and you are in the old town. The room was clean and comfortable plus no noise. No doubt I'll be back again soon.
• 336jemiman (4/5): Disgusting and the Stench! - The room was cold, heating didn’t work. State of the decor/ furniture was old. The shower head was dirty, half off the holes were clogged up. The curtain rail in the bedroom kept falling down. You only get told about the scaffolding once you’ve booked. The Brewery Faye was disgusting. The stench in the entrance through to the food area was horrid. Maybe because it’s right on the canal. Good was cold and mostly gone by 9am. Sticky floor sticky tables. I extended my trip elsewhere and won’t be coming back

• MaximusZ1000 (2/5): Beware room 145. - Shockingly bad.No one at reception upon arrival, other customers waiting also.Double room booked for 2 adults only 1 bath towel.No teaspoons to make tea.Considering room was booked 6 weeks in advance was allocated a room furthest away from reception. Extractor fan didn't work in bathroom. Very heavy smell of air freshener was explained the following morning when woken as covered in smell of stale cigarettes. After requesting room clean was told by cleaner "not allowed in room speak to reception ".Arriving back that night no replenishing of tea,coffee or milk had to go to Spar shop at petrol station for supplies.Extra towels piled up outside door.Monday morning heavy booted workers stomping up and down scaffolding outside window and on roof.

• R2655NGcourtneyw (10/5): Always a pleasure - The most amazing stay. I am a regular at this premier inn and i will continue to be. Staff are so attentive and kind. Food is amazing they have just got a new menu for dinner and it has definitely exceeded my expectations.
• andrewk695 (2/5): Poor exterior and inoperative ventilation - Access from the car park is disgustingly with the stair well obviously used as a public toilet (lifts out of action so no alternative. To be fair the car park is not owned or operated by premier inn but should they build hotels in areas such as this? The ventilation / AC in our “premier” room wasn’t working and the windows could not be opened. Premier Inn refused to compensate us or honour their “good night’s sleep” guarantee as we didn’t go down to reception in the middle of the night. Water flow in the bathroom sink is very slow but again the hotel don’t seem to be interested and didn’t respond on this point. There is a travel lodge not far away which provides better value for money.
• beckyg611 (2/5): Sick on toilet - Parking was great and check in was very efficient. After having a shower upon checking inn I noticed what smelt like sick and came to realise that there was still fresh sick around the toilet lid. There was also spots of sick on the bath panel and around wall by the toilet. The TV remote was not working and we realised when checking out and we looked under the bed there was lots of rubbish this was for a premier plus room as well. On the evening on the way out to dinner we spoke with the lady at reception and advised of the remote and sick. She said she would sort straight away which she did but unfortunately the smell remained for the rest of our stay. We kept the bathroom door shut all night to try and enclosed the smell.
• 498wendye (10/5): Leisure Break away - Four of us stayed at the Premier Inn Hereford from the 18th September until 20th September just wanted to say what a wonderful time was had by the four of us nothing was to much trouble as there were four of us we were accommodated with rooms that were intertwined and on the ground floor which was great for myself as I was struggling to walk the food was great and reasonable especially the breakfast would like to give a shout out to Laura, Deb and Dom cannot thank these people enough a warm and friendly service nothing was to much trouble

Reception Staff very helpful when I spoke to them about a couple of things that I needed sorting in relation to my room. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast overlooking the Coventry Canal, watching the barges go by! Enjoyed my stay - Thank you! 😁⛴️🛶🏞️🕶️☀️

Was told maintenence would be informed, I wasn't the only one as others had same problem. It was topical conversation at breakfast
• 429sazk (10/5): Perfect for concerts! - This premier in was a really good place to stay. We were going to Wembley Stadium for a concert and we arrived at 2:45 and managed to park in the hotel car park. This had about 10 spaces including 3 blue badge and was joined to the McDonald’s car park. The car park was well lit and had cctv covering the whole space. Was £18 for 2 nights which was quite good but if that is full you can literally go 5 metres around the corner to Dovecot Car Park. Really good location as is next to a Sainsbury’s and a very short walk into the high street. We were in a room facing the McDonald’s and have seen people complain about noise but we didn’t hear anything apart from when we had our window open at peak times. The window had like a second window into the room which was really good at blocking out noise. Our window was able to open but we also had aircon which was able to keep our room to the perfect temperature the whole weekend! When we checked in there was a lovely woman who helped us with parking and checking in and was amazing! Room was spacious and clean and the wifi was pretty good for being free. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station aswell so perfect for travelling to concerts or London. All the staff we passed were so lovely and were also making sure you had everything you needed. Will be staying here again in the future!
• C7538CEtonyb (6/5): Bring a packed lunch, pass on the breakfast - Arrived at hotel after travelling a few hours and was greeted by a very polite and helpful woman at reception. Hungry and thirsty we soon found out that the restaurant and bar did not open until 6pm ?? So we took ourselves off to High Wycombe town in search of food passing the local McDonalds next to the hotel. Could not see anything online to say the restaurant opens at 6pm - reception staff could only apologise and thought it mentioned the times on the website? Room was clean and comfortable. Location - Grotty. Breakfast - poor - crusty beans, tasteless sausages, bacon - just about cooked, hard fried eggs.
• mecorich (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Really enjoyed our stay at Hereford City Centre Premier Inn. As always, the rooms are clean, fresh & comfortable, overseen by Karen. The staff were all really friendly & helpful, especially Laura the manager, who was on hand to answer any queries we had. Our breakfast order was taken at the table, which we thought was a much better system than the usual buffet style. Also a big shout out to Dom the chef, who provided the best breakfast we've ever had in a Premier Inn. Very well presented, fresh & deliciously hot!

All staff were friendly and informative, restaurant staff all friendly and eager to please whenever we used the restaurant. Food was very nice both breakfasts in the morning and the meals we had at night as well. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable 3 night stay.

Also it was specious and as usual with these chains, clean. Staff were helpful if asked. The hotel is well positioned for town access and the railway station and was in a relatively quiet back street. All in all , perfect and recommended to others!!

We stayed just one night the bedroom was clean and comfortable we had a good night sleet and had breakfast the following morning. Food was good with pleny of it and you could have have Full English or Continental Staff were pleasant and made sure we had all we needed in the breakfast room

• E2903KMsophied (10/5): A wonderful trip! - Me and my Mum booked a twin room for a 3 night mini break. They gave us a family room, and it was really clean upon arrival, and the beds were super comfy (a large double and a single bed). All the staff we spoke to were lovely, especially Laura! 😊

• barbicantrader (10/5): Comfortable night. - Stayed here to attend a VE Day dinner locally, so we didn’t fully use the facilities. Bed was comfortable enough. Matto, working on reception, could not have been more helpful. If there is a criticism, it’s that the place could do with a proper bar. What is used as the bar seems to have been an afterthought addition to the restaurant, with little seating, and staffed by reception.
• SallyM1969 (2/5): Won't be staying here again - 1. Upon arrival at approximately 4pm we were not told that it would not be possible to have an evening meal due to there being no chef on duty. By the time that we did find out it left us very pushed for time to go to one of the nearby restaurants before we were required to be at the theatre. 2. The bar was being staffed by the sole member of staff on duty who was extremely professional, hard working and helpful but was hard-pressed to serve customers whilst also attending to check-ins and enquiries at the front desk. 3. My most serious concern that we have is regarding the fire alarm which went off at 3am. We understand that these things can happen but when guests evacuated the building no roll-call of rooms was taken by the one member of staff (DutyManager?) on duty and no instructions were given to guests. Even after the Fire Brigade arrived we still did not receive any instructions.
• robjO5170VT (2/5): Homophobic and rude experience - Upon check in with Evie we were asked if we had ordered 2 separate rooms. We are a gay married couple so we found this rather insulting and homophobic. I’m sure a male and female couple wouldn’t have been asked this question. The bedroom was nice but very stuffy. We both woke up several times throughout the night needing water. The breakfast was described as ‘unlimited’ which suggests that you can help yourself to the food and go back up to the counter and grab another sausage or hash brown if you are still hungry. This was not the case. A member of staff seated you and took your cooked breakfast order. This meant that you couldn’t add anything extra to your plate once you had finished eating. As we had a train to catch the next morning.my husband picked up a muffin to take back to our room to eat whilst getting ready. He was stopped by the staff member and was told that he wasn't allowed to take it out of the breakfast room with him and was made to put it back! This was a very rude and disappointing stay and we won’t be spending our money at a Premier Inn again.

• martinhead (8/5): No beef with Hereford - Lovely breakfast and nice clean and comfortable room. Parked the car right outside and had a short walk into the town centre and its facilities. Bath filled quickly, shower less full on than I would like. Good value for the two nights. Puzzled by need to request room be cleaned and towels changed. especially when towels got changed but room was otherwise untouched!

• Ewsey (10/5): In general great staff, expensive drinks and who the heck decided on serving oven chips😱 - Made to feel very welcome from check in to check out. Evening meal was cooked as well as can be expected. If I want oven chips I'll go and see my vegan step Sister oven chips have no place in any restaurant. Chips whether fresh or frozen are by design meant to be deep fried in oil or lard not sit basking on a tray in an oven, big minus for this. If it wasn't for the convenience we would have walked to the Indian restaurant down the road had we known they were oven chips
