Guest Reviews
- C3624XFbarryw (10/5): Great staff - Had some amazing times at this hotel. The ever so helpful sarah K and Terri are the best. Always happy and getting work sorted. Any issues were resolved straight away.
- Buzzlane (8/5): As you would expect - Everything was as you expect a premier Inn to be. Car Park was heaving with people going to the football match just parking anywhere. Check in was a little slow but that was due to everyone arriving at the same time. The poor receptionist did not have time to breathe. Otherwise a good stay.
- Stevefbxl5 (10/5): Amazing staff - Ayesha was incredibly helpful. Such a kind and helpful member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. What a credit to your company!
- 760meerac (8/5): Compact but clean rooms. - Went to stay during the Rugby match which was ideal for our friends who we met there. The welcome is lovely from the staff, room was clean, small but comfortable enough. The lounge area and bar was average, but if you are vegan or vegetarian don't expect to have choice with food. Pool table was okay but the white ball kept getting stuck and it isn't free to play. Some of the sofas are stained and the floor needs a good clean. The TV was nice as you can get to choose what to watch and sit with friends. Comfortable enough, but taxi costs £15 one way to the city.
Vending machines are handy and there are stocks for feminine products and a few toiletries if required. not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. Second morning the coffee machine broke and so we opted for tea which is a lot of money for one tea bag and a kettle we had to boil ourselves. No kettle in rooms which would have been nice or a free hot drink on arrival.
- MissDebs17 (10/5): Great Overnight Stay - Booked a Premier Room at this Premier Inn. Lovely, clean and relaxing with a very comfortable bed. Added bits in room like a coffee pod machine, chocolate and bottle of water.
The staff are brilliant. From a friendly welcome at check-in to the very helpful bar staff and waitresses.
We booked a meal deal, paid a bit extra for steak which was really tasty and better than some independent restaurants I have eaten in. Everybody in our group were happy with their meals.
Great location for Carlisle City Centre (at the weekend you can use the Cumbria House Council Office car park - very reasonable for city centre) and Gretna Outlet (some good bargains)
Keep up the good work, I wish all the Premier Inns were like you!
- T63XWameliah (10/5): FABULOUS - Fantastic experience at this premier inn, even though the taxis weren’t running at that time it was only a short walk from the town centre as long as you aren’t lazy 🤩
- DayTrip04726476951 (10/5): Excellent Customer Service - Arrived late, 10.50pm after a 6hour drive from Plymouth, to a warm welcome from the Premiere Team. As luck would have it the 'refreshment' station was still open and a cleansing Guinness was just what the Doctor ordered.
A hearty breakfast, good coffee and a pain au chocolat set me up for the day.
Next I needed help with and iron and ironing blard, which were delivered to my room, while I finished my coffee! And then the cherry on the top of the cake, Sarah K printed off my document that needed signing. All the boxes ticked!!!!!!!
Thank you Premiere Team and Sarah K 11/10, see you again soon.
- Coslaz (4/5): Not the best - Reasonable price but let down with dirty room messy corridors with stained floor (very off putting) no advise re tea coffee in reception. I’m sure if l stayed again l could have a different experience but judging from this and my first stayed.
- 658haydenr (10/5): Great stay - Excellent hotel really good value, fast and efficient check in from Brian, clean rooms what more can you ask. Restaurant next door is also really good all staff are excellent.
- P6280HGangelab (10/5): Family support visit - I have stayed here many times even though I have family here with spare rooms . I love how welcoming it is and how lovely the Staff are. I’ve recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues who have been. Big shout out to ayesha !!!
- M3579EUgregp (10/5): Great service and food - Great experience, quick and friendly service from Liv both nights I was here, very professional and helpful. Food was perfect on each occasion and served just at the right speed so I wasn’t rushed or waiting. Also helped by Dec on second night.
Definitely recommend!
- 514sanderton (6/5): Good room - very poor breakfast. - The location is good for the M62 and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Sadly the large Xscape car park is used late into the night by people racing cars and motorbikes (I assume) and this keeps you awake. On this occasion the breakfast was awful mostly let down by the appalling taste of the bacon (which I can only assume was cheap poor quality bacon bought on a budget) the orange juice also tasted nasty. Bread needed to be put through the toaster twice but was then burnt. The fried eggs were overcooked on the bottom but undercooked on the top. I don't like a buffet style cooked breakfast anyway but this was the worst one I've ever had. Sausages were OK.
- stevetM114HK (4/5): Long walk, small portions (if kitchen open…) - Corporate free-fall and spin in clear evidence once more.
First thing, this ain’t in the centre of Carlisle by ANY measure…more than a mile to walk and closer to fields than to the High Street.
Second…be aware that within Premier Inn Group hotels, food times vary from location to location…
I arrived just after 2100 only to be told kitchen closed despite previous night in same chain food available to order up to 2130.
On the subject of food…shrinkflation is hitting very hard in the quantity department!
Unless you order sides you are unlikely to fill the tank up with the paltry offerings.
Oi, Premier Inn management…you are aware we NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE right?
Rooms fine, but in room refreshments dwindling and apparently this is another business that seems to want me to act as an unpaid employee with staff clearly cut to the bone.
Incidentally, the Station Hotel right in the heart if the city would have been FAR cheaper per room!
Will actively resist using again even though my employer has a contract with the group.
- Kari (10/5): - Nice and helpful personal, clean our room when we asked.
- PeterH8752 (10/5): So helpful and friendly - Brilliant helpful staff over and beyond looked after me and my daughter. Home from home. We were sorry to miss you guys on early check out
- aqilhafiza (10/5): Excellent service - Check in process is fast. The reception is very polite and helpful. The room is clean. The room setup suitable for 4 of us. The toilet in the room is clean, everything is good expect the tv remote is not working properly but still can be use to change channel. We also having dinner at hotel restaurant. The food is very good. However we not being told earlier that some ingredients already finished (in this case prawn). We also having breakfast at the cafe. When we ask vegan sausage, they serve is fast. Overall I satisfied with the stay at Premier Inn Castleford.
- ljkad (8/5): Great stay - Great location next to Glasshoughton station and opposite Xscape, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things for kids to do. Rooms were spacious. Slept really well despite being on a busy road (my room was facing the railway line). Rooms looked like they had been done up fairly recently. It was clean. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
- Curiosity35406893272 (2/5): Awful - These hotel is basic dirty rooms no kettle have to pay extra for hot drinks and u can buy hot drinks at the bar but it’s like 3.00 for a hot drink then the food expensive food and it’s microwave meals then there is breakfast bacon is always overcooked and to crispy you can’t eat it then there is the room bed had bug bites on it and I was bitting bad by them I had to go to my doctor
- leonlJ9190OK (10/5): Brilliant stay and read my review - I am giving this review due to trying different places to stay while working in Cardiff I was browsing the premier inn website and seen this place I thought for the money it was to good to be true but how wrong was I, on arrival the staff are absolutely brilliant bearing in mind its a busy hotel but they don’t rush you to get rid of you the rooms are decent mine had two single beds which can be pushed together if your a couple the shower is absolutely bang on boiling hot and powerful I also went down for food the food took a while to be served but when it comes out of the kitchen it’s piping hot and very well priced would I highly recommend this hotel very much so I have booked again for next week and I will continue to use this hotel for the foreseeable now till my contract comes to an end so I would like to thank all the staff for an enjoyable stay and the brilliant serve and hospitality
- U2032VHlornah (10/5): Great experience, would come again! - I am really impressed with the overall experience at this hotel. Nowadays affordable options usually mean you have to compromise, but this was just a slightly simplified version of the normal Premier Inn’s. Friendly reception staff, clean room, everything worked properly, honestly no complaints! If you are after a spacious room and lots of storage then this isn’t the place for you, but as a place to sleep when you plan on spending most of your time exploring the city it’s perfect! I would definitely come again if I ever re-visit Cardiff.
- MarkButty (8/5): Small but perfectly formed - I’d never heard of a Zip hotel before but it met my requirements perfectly. I wish there were more of them as I’d use them all the time for work. Really simple in design but clean tidy and everything I need for a few hours shuteye. Yes the room is small and the twin beds not particularly wide but it was extremely practical.
Would definitely recommend at £66 for two of us plus breakfast (a bacon roll and coffee)
- majimak2 (10/5): Great little room - Checked into the ZIP with my friend for the weekend, just wanted to do some good cardiff shopping.
Greeted by absolutely lovely staff, unsure of names, one was a very lovely young woman with a big sparkly star in her hair and the other was a man with some pins (one including a black cat) on his lanyard and he was also lovely and helpful!
Helped us when we were a little worried when our card suddenly worked and explained the situation very patiently which was great as me and my friend are both autistic so sometimes might need a second or so to process something.
Room super comfy, nice and clean and had a really cool colour changing light. Just a perfect size for two people! Beds very comfy and bedding smelt clean and fresh.
- alexfA8243UH (10/5): Great experience! - I stayed at the hotel for a week and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable and Terri in the restaurant area was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. We were in a large group and she accommodated us brilliantly and made each meal a pleasure. Highly recommend!
- 318joei (10/5): Staying over for apprenticeship - Food was brilliant and Terri made the experience even better. She’s a great laugh and looked after all us lads for the whole week
- 839andyn (10/5): Fantastic stay with great service - We stayed for a week and found the hotel to be very clean, with a comfortable bed. We dined in the hotel’s restaurant every evening, and a special mention must go to Terri, who was fantastic. We were quite a large group, yet Terri made us all feel welcome while remaining professional and well organised. We would definitely stay here again.
- Q3816FGdavidr (4/5): Not my cup of tea - I know that this is a cheaper version of a Premier Inn (which I've stayed at dozens of times) but I wasn't too keen.
No kettle for a cuppa, tiny bathroom.
The bed wasn't made up and quilt was just left folded on the bed.
I think I'll pay the extra for a proper room next time
- O20NDpeterb (10/5): Really pleasant - Rooms lovely and clean, bed extremely comfortable I usually struggle with bed but I as pleasantly surprised, on the second night while dining at tea, staff was busy due to being short staff the lady who was running the restaurant on her own Terri was brilliant keep up with all orders, seating people and serving while settling bills up, all way maintaining a professional presence and a smile on her face.
- P48ASrussellm (10/5): Budget hotel, worth the price. - If you are looking for a place to lay your head after an event and don't mind no frills this is the place for you.
Rooms are small but comfortable, out room was a twin and the bed was a little on the short side for me (I'm 6'2).
The shower was also a bit of a challenge being a bit on the small size, but perfectly adequate for a quick clean.
The common/bar area was clean, the drinks prices reasonable, I spent a not insignificant time reading a book in the bar area.
Location is what you would expect for a budget hotel, at the back of an industrial estate connected to a gym, however no noise keep me awake.
Service was great, staff were friendly and incredibly apologetic when I rocked up as they were cashing out the tills for a drink after my evening out.
In the future I will probably book two rooms for me and my son if I go again, but at the price still worth the cost.
- S5954NNlynnw (10/5): A great place to stop over - We have never used a Premier Inn and had to book a place to stay as we were going to a funeral in Pontefract the next day. We found the room to be spotless and although the view was overlooking the railway line, we didnt notice trains passing by. The food was varied and the meal deal, including a drink, exceptionally good value. The breakfast was lovely as well, plenty of choice for even the pickiest eater like my other half. He doesn't normally eat breakfast: he is an evening eater, although he over-indulged the night before breakfast, so just had juice and tea. I could eat breakfast for England, I like it so much. We found all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, treating every single person there with the respect they deserved. If we ever have reason to be in the area again, we will certainly think about coming here.
- 236antonys (8/5): What more do you want for £35! - Seriously can’t see the low ratings!
Bar good, food good for what you pay, staff really helpful! Bedroom is what is, parking superb, had sky sports to myself.
Not one for using budget hotels but just wanted a bed for the night, would use again 100%.
Get over yourselves if your not happy with this.
- graemeneila (6/5): A nice jail cell - YES, booked this on-line, the website did not clearly describe that these rooms are 2 singles within some kind of pod, so could have booked only 2 rooms instead of 3, arrived at the destination and parked up, checked in, all staff great, this is where it all went downhill, when i opened the room door i thought, what the hell is this, no window, no kettle, and yes, more like the inside of a caravan, but i would say, at least a caravan has windows. £66 per room i think is a little rich when you have no kettle and no view of the outside, you even have to pay for a cup of tea, if you have mental health issues, STAY AWAY, i would say tho the shower and toilet operations where good enough, but very difficult to wash your face without banging your head on the shelf above, camp beds as i am calling them where okay for 1 night.
Sorry Premier Inn, what where you thinking when its all over the news and social media these days about peoples mental health, please dont continue building these without a outside view, and kindly provide free Tea & Coffee, surely you are not that tight
- Sunshine31998168847 (8/5): Family time - Can't fault the hotel or location clean warm and friendly. Had a lovely time in xescape and the shopping village will definitely be going again
- JohnHay53 (8/5): I like top floor - It's a good place been many times only one bad experience but give place a 9 out of 10 as long as i have top floor i am happy thank you
- lstewart1989 (8/5): Brilliant location - We stayed at Premier Inn Castleford and had a really lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Our room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, making for a relaxing stay once we warmed up — it was absolutely freezing when we first arrived because the window had been left open by previous occupants.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. There were a few small issues — the kettle had some limescale, the bath plug was broken, and breakfast had run out of croissants when we arrived.
Reception staff couldn't have been any nicer.
The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, a pleasant and family-friendly stay with excellent service and good value for money. We’d definitely stay again!
- smauelf2025 (10/5): Everything was pleasant. Even late in the night, they were welcoming and always responded well. - I really enjoyed the service at Zip premier inn… Milad and Evan where really nice and welcoming… they made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Maximilian (10/5): - Very clean room perfect cheap stay
- 291rmc (10/5): Great place to stay and the restaurant is very good - Great place to stay, have stayed over many weeks for business.
Shout out to Terri who goes above and beyond to get you a table for dinner each evening and is always a friendly face to all customers, she makes all feel welcome.
The main reason for 5 stars. 🌟
- Shaun (10/5): - Room was simple, and clean room.
Excellent service staff
Could do with a simple table to do work in the room. Otherwise nil complaints.
- louisedQ6557MI (2/5): Disappointed with the cleanliness and hotel standards. - Room offered smelt very strong of stale smoke, window left open to try and get rid of offensive smell.
The Alternative Room offered upon request had a drain problem which gave off a sewage smell.
Not a pleasant experience at all staying at this Premier Inn at the Xscape Castleford, did not expect this drop in services, stayed with Premier Inn for Many Years, this stay to be the most disappointing.
- Hayrae23 (10/5): A lovely stay - We had a lovely visit recently. We stayed over as we were visiting diggerland for my son’s 7th birthday. He has allergies and complex needs and the staff were amazing. They made sure everything was safe for him to eat and he even had his food made fresh to avoid any contact with any allergens. Above and beyond.
- woodlilian8 (4/5): Good god - it's a hotel but not as you know it! - Crikey - it was one of the most surreal experiences of my life to stay in what appeared to be a cross between a laundry cupboard and a space age pod! To be fair to Zip I didn't know i was staying in a new type of Premier inn as someone else had booked this for me. On entering the room i thought i had walked into a broom cupboard by accident - The pros - it was cheap (but not that cheap when you added up the potential extra's). Free parking (first come first served) It was clean and the staff were nice. Also i did like the fact they had an ironing room - something you don't find in hotels - only on cruise ships. Now for the cons - tiny room no-where to put anything, no drawers, no wardrobe - just a ledge for your bag like you get on trains no kettle - but you could buy drinks at reception (self service - but pay cafe prices) You only got one pillow - if you didn't want a crick in your neck you had to pay £3 to hire another one. The bed wasn't even made. You only got one towel (no hand towel provided) - if you wanted another it was £5 to hire. And OMG no window (as i say i didn't know what had been booked for me so it was a surprise and not a pleasant one) The breakfast was £10.95 each day. Although i only paid £45 per night (i stayed two nites) if i'd ordered another pillow, towel, had breakfast on both days AND had two hot drinks on both days my total cost would have gone up by £38 - not quite the bargain you think you are getting. My advice - take an extra towel, pillow and a thermos flask to fill up on hot water at reception - and buy those little UHT milks they sell and places like B&M.
- karenjA1657BQ (10/5): The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Sarah H. Accommodation / breakfast fine. Very clean rooms. Comfortable be - Friendly and helpful staff especially Sarah H. Comfortable bed, breakfast fine. Great stay, would recommend thank you.
- simontL9627WK (8/5): Pretty good, reasonable for the cost - Generally really good, staff were professional and friendly and the whole hotel was pretty clean and tidy, with ample parking, the free Wi-fi is okayish but if you need good Wi-Fi may be worth paying the extra. Just a couple of small things light box in room wasn't working (which without having a window might have been nice) and the double room consisted of 2 single beds pushed together whereas a double bed would have been a bit more comfy. A bit more choice for breakfast might also have been good. Overall for the cost it was a good stay.
- M8549BKdavidt (10/5): Week end stay. - Carlisle Central, every one was helpfull and accommodating from the reception to bar staff and restaurant staff , break fast and evening meals were perfect.
- Steventpr (4/5): Not a great experience. - The room was fine in general. Typical Premier Inn with decent facilities and comfortable beds. The bathroom wasn't as clean as my previous visits though.
The first night we stayed we had a terrible sleep as it was very warm and stuffy due to the air conditioning failing. The windows are sealed so there was no way of getting fresh air in the room. The next day that was thankfully remedied and the air conditioning was fine.
The next problem was the hot water system failed resulting on cold showers on the second day. I went to reception and eventually convinced the member of staff I was operating the shower correctly! She was very hesitant and kept saying noone else was having any trouble but that really wasn't the point! It was slightly patronising.
Overall it wasn't the best experience I've had with Premier Inn considering it wasn't particularly cheap in the first place.
I'd expect hot water as a bare minimum without the staff making out if was a hassle to rectify the fault.
Rather disappointing overall.
- Q5355UVandyg (10/5): Great Welcoming stay - Staying away is always a bit of a pain but the team at Premier Inn Castleford make it far more bearable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and we were lucky enough to be looked after by Terri at dinner. She was very friendly and attentive, made some great recommendations and noting was too much trouble. A real standout member of staff, which is difficult as they are all good but Terri managed it.
- Louise (6/5): Great staff - Breakfast was not good, but on the day of Marathon its was very good
- osamagbem (10/5): Wonderful staff experience - good customer service - I had an amazing stay at ZIP Hotel by Premier Inn. What really stood out for me, was the incredible customer service.
Malid, Tom, and Evan went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great experience. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or just being kind and professional throughout my stay, they truly made a difference.
- 284karle (10/5): The room was very clean the receptionist and the staff were very helpful - The room was very clean and the staff were amazing the receptionist was extremely helpful so where all the house keepers especially Sadie who helped us with spare things for our room
- J7302TBcd (2/5): Basic facilities for no frills stay at good price, shame about the bed - This was my first time staying in a zip. The extra small room size was actually larger than I'd anticipated, perfectly adequate for 1 person for a basic overnight stay. The room was well laid out with space underneath beds and a high shelf etc. to make best use of the space available. The facilities were paired down, with no hot drink facilities or even a glass for water, with additional charges for things like an extra pillow. But the price reflected the no frills and space saving approach. My room had a shower that made an awful high pitched loud squealing noise which they'll hopefully repair before putting anyone else in that room.
For me, this was a good concept that I could have got on board with, had the bed been comfortable. I found the bed to be really hard and that just made it really difficult for me to sleep even though I was exhausted from a late arrival. It was so disappointing. It's such a shame they haven't prioritised a comfortable mattress. I'm assuming the bed mattress under the sheet was the same as the settee base on the other side of the room to allow them to configure the room as either a bed and settee or twin beds/ a double bed. I'd have rather been in a twin room with 2 comfortable mattresses than had a settee and bed I couldn't sleep on. Sadly, I won't be staying in a zip again unless they rethink and replace all their mattresses, which I don't see happening. Would not recommend unless you're someone who likes a firm mattress / can sleep anywhere!
- ronas535 (10/5): Great stay - Lovely stay, very comfortable, good space in rooms, great layout. Both bedroom and bathroom very clean. Great service from all team
- Ultra_694 (8/5): Overnight stay mid September - Hotel exterior in need of touch up. Facilities clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and food was served hot and on time.
- M8597KHlisar (10/5): Overnight stay - Super fast check in. Accommodated an early entry for the extra cost at short notice. Even changed our rooms so we could check in earlier than planned. Very helpful and friendly staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. Lovely service at breakfast. The evening meal wasn't at its best but was edible.
- S8752VKstaceyt (10/5): Cheap, cheerful and clean - Great value hotel, clean and the staff were really friendly.
We stayed here as we were going to a concert, not too far out of the city centre short walk to the bus stop then 20 minute bus ride.
Taxi home was £12
The room is compact but clean and comfortable, air conditioning and heating. TV and nice fresh towels. The rooms are small but you have everything you need in them!
- Charmingjones (4/5): Poor stay - Only stayed 1 night but not impressed and won't be going back.
Staff weren't overly friendly, WIFI was atrocious.
Worse thing was the pillows which were awful and didn't help with a good night's sleep.
- samuelmP5814OF (10/5): Great stay - Great stay, room was very clean and the staff were wonderful and very helpful, Jenny on reception was very informative and helpful on the check in and the play area was a great addition to keep the kids entertained, would stay again!
- sallymcinnesgibbons (10/5): The Premier Plus room is excellent - We stayed here on a long journey south from Scotland.
We had a new Premier Plus room which we found very comfortable. We loved the addition of the comfy chair and footstool. Also the high stool to sit on when using the hair dryer.
A good selection of tea and coffee and complimentary water.
The shampoo, hand soap in the bathroom were gorgeous!
We had breakfast in the on-site restaurant and would like to mention JOANNE on reception (and everywhere else!) for her lovely smile and helpfulness.
- 699kathyrns (10/5): Lovely hotel, great food and staff, close to M6 - Not quite as central as we had hoped - about a mile from city Center but lovely stay. Staff at reception and attached Brewers Fair all very helpful and friendly. Room bright airy and very clean with of course Premier Inn mattress- very good sleep
Food at Brewers Fair was delicious and again served by cheery staff. We had both dinner and breakfast which was covered by an amazing offer at about £27 per person for 2 course dinner, a drink and breakfast!
Hotel located minutes from M6 and a great stop over
- BackPacker824799 (10/5): Friendly staff, nice clean room - Check in very easy, staff friendly and helpful, clean room and bathroom,
Evening meal was excellent and the breakfast in the morning all you can eat you cannot fault. We would definitely use a Premier Inn again if needed.
- susanbA6490OK (6/5): Disappointed - Premier inn junction 44. It needs a deep clean. Our room (floor) was in need a good vacuum. Skirting boards were filthy+cobwebs. The only clean room was the bathroom. Asked duty manager for a different room which was a bit cleaner when we changed. The whole of the carpet needs replacing or as I said a DEEP CLEAN.

- ByeByeBlues7 (4/5): Mmhmmm.. I wouldn’t stay here again. - We have been to a few Premier Inns and this is the one where standards seem have dropped.
Positives:
- Lovely receptionist
- Clean room & bathroom
- Comfortable bed
- Quiet room
- Abundant breakfast buffet
Could improve:
- If you are having a bath and you leave the bathroom door open for even just 1 minute, the fire alarm will go off
- Dirty windowsill
- Window aperture is only 5 cm
- Musty smell in the room when we arrived
- Extremely dry towels with weird smell
- The water flow from the sink tap is weak
- House keeping forgot to change our dirty mugs
- We were in the main building which is overall dated and worn out
- It’s called ‘Premier in Central’ but it’s far from the centre
- Jet41764183414 (10/5): Perfect - Perfect stay lovely staff in restaurant and hotel. Room was absolutely perfect and clean could not fault anything. Lovely stay
- GrandTour09902690753 (8/5): Friendly and Clean - We received a very warm welcome upon arriving and were giving all the information we needed to book breakfast the next morning. We were warmed our room would most likely be very warm due to no air-con and it was indeed very warm. The curtains had been drawn in an attempt to keep out the worst of it but we were only provided with one fan as a family of four which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. The wi-fi was middling and worked sporadically. We paid to have breakfast during our stay which was lovely both days.
There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
- timothysS8451SM (10/5): perfect stay - Had a great stay at premier inn carlisle central, the staff were very professional and friendly, the location is ideal for travelling on the motorway and is in walking distance of the town centre, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
