Guest Reviews
- L9561BPbeckya (10/5): Girls weekend break - I stayed here last weekend after enjoying a lovely evening on the quay, I was made to feel so welcome & staff went above & beyond to ensure everything was up to expectation.
Will definitely be returning in the future!
- J4254KRryann (8/5): Good - The restaurant was very busy but the staff were kind and hospitable and able to squeeze me in. The food was good Debbie was great, thank you
- Inspiration698420 (4/5): Needs a good cleaning everywhere. - The hotel looks nice from the outside, and there's plenty of parking, however it's not being cleaned very well. There was fired mid on one of the stairs for 2 days, the corridors don't look like they get vacuumed more than once a week. The toilet was not cleaned, tiles in the shower were dirty, bedding was stained.
We had to go to a supermarket and buy cleaning products to clean the room. Would not stay there again.
- Sayedasitis (2/5): Book if you enjoy mold and damp smell. - The corridor and our rooms smelled of mold and damp. It really triggered our allergies. We notified staff and they already knew about the smell saying there was nothing they could do.
- 470tial (2/5): ‘Good night guarantee’ not upheld! - Room above constant banging from 1am-4am so had a horrendous night sleep. Discussed this with the receptionist in the morning as I know they offer a good night guarantee (refunded if you have a bad night sleep), to be told as I didn’t go down to reception in the middle of the night, they cannot do anything. Very unreasonable for them to expect me to get dressed in the middle of the night and drag two young children (3 and 5 years old), to reception to complain about the noise. Good night guarantee was not upheld
- saracR4534LG (2/5): Awful - I arrived at the hotel after a 7 hour journey due to weather to be told I was 20 minutes early for early check in. Im a social worker and went to do my visit and got back at 5.30. I couldn't book in via the machine and was turned away from reception by the lady saying she was the only person here and to try. She seemed very stressed. When I could not check in via the machine she took my details, she was very curt and rude and when I asked about dinner she said I wasn't entitled under my booking, which I am
I waited 2 hours for a slot for dinner and asked for a gluten free menu, as I hadn't brought my phone.to dinner and to view the menu you need to scan for options. When I asked for a gluten free menu, I was given 3 vegan options menus and no gluten free options. This has to be the WORST premiere inn experience I gave ever had and will not stay in one again.
- alexsO5355GH (6/5): Comfortable accommodation, poor restaurant. - Extensive work including heavy machinery right beside the bedroom window commenced at 6:30, which was great considering late nights prior.
The room and bathroom was nice. Hair in food, plates and cutlery not clean. Poor quality food over priced.
- amp162 (8/5): Nice hotel, but be aware of no lift to upper level rooms - Great location with free parking. Be aware that not all the rooms/floors have a lift to them and we ended up carrying our bags up two flights of stairs, as there was no lift in the building.
The room was awfully hot (in November!) at 26 degrees and this didn't change, even with the window left constantly open. All this achieved was a lot of traffic noise from the main road, all night.
- Coxie55 (10/5): Great Place to Stay - Visiting family this hotel fits the bill for us.
Great staff who keep a great hotel - friendly clean comfy.
Great place to visit tourist places and a local on hand to wind down and eat in.
- rachelw66 (2/5): Don't come to this hotel - Me & my family stayed at the Premier Inn Holes Bay in Poole for 2 nights from the 21st of November.
We arrived at reception,We got our key card and went to our room & as it was late we unpacked & went to bed.
Next day we noticed discussing scenes in our room,Stains on the walls, floors and headboards,The carpet smelt bad like it needed ripping up,Holes in the sheets, marks all over the walls,There was also an issue with the heating as we set the thermostat to 20 but it was at 16 when we woke up & there was a terrible draft from the window. We went to the reception but it was unattended so we went out for the day.
When we returned reception was again vacant,we went to our room and the corridor smelt of strong marijuana,we entered our room to see it hadn't been cleaned and no fresh towels,I managed to find a staff member and they got me fresh towels and told me if I wanted the room cleaning we had to let reception know that morning but with the reception being unattended so often how could we.
At Breakfast we struggled to find a chair that was clean,They were all disgusting with stains and tears.
On Departure we noticed that the mattress was also stained & had a smell of strong urine.
We are visiting family again in February next year but we will not be visiting this hotel again
- mollywH1955TP (2/5): Terrible, filthy, germy, grimy place! Do not step foot in this building! - This stay was atrocious. Do not book here. We checked in on 21st November and left on the 23rd. These 2 night sleeps were unacceptable. Firstly, the walls were all scratched. There was a window ( that you could partially open,) but there may aswell have not been a window at all, and just a hole in the wall, as the draft was horrendous; obviously I went to the thermometer to up the temperature, but the thermometer was broken! It was stuck at 16° all night. I would higher it, I'd hear it heating up, and it'd click, but it was no warmer. I'd go back to the thermometer and it was back at 16°! The sheets were clean, but the mattresses on all 3 beds were foisty, sweaty, stinky and old. I wrapped myself up in bed, freezing cold, only to smell the sweat coming through from the mattresses. Aswell as the mattresses smelling, the carpet stunk too. This carpet must be 20+ year old: not vacuumed, coffee stains, bits everywhere, and the smell was revolting. We'd go out for the day, leave the window open to air the room, thinking it was us sweating overnight -and also the mattresses, as the smell had increased, but when we came back, the scent was the exact same. It was the carpet too. Mucky, old, and sweaty. The main double beds headboard had visible, sticky fingerprints and some kind of a substance dripping down it. Unacceptable. The table was peeling alot, and the mirror on the wall had a thick layer of rust surrounding it. The mattress on the double bed had what looked to be a poo stain on the bottom right corner of it! The camp bed had ripped bedding. The skirting surrounding everywhere, including the bathroom, has never been retouched, it was peeling and full of scratches and marks. The toilet seat had discoloured as it has been there for so long. It is yellow(it's suppose to be white). The shower was like a swimming baths shower. Very unpowerful. The towels were clean however. The supply of coffee and milk was too little. 2 small sachets of coffee, and 2 small packets of milk. Is this suppose to last us our whole stay? There was a black, curly, public hair looking at me on the wall as I had a wee in the bathroom, and there was more in the shower. Little staff around. There was only once a staff member available at the reception desk. There was also on the 22nd and 23rd a strong, very strong smell of weed pervading the whole of the hallway. All the way from room 1 to the end, as ours was room 46. It seemed to be possibly coming from room 41, as I belive it was strongest there, yet I'm unsure as it was everywhere. Overall this stay was 0 stars. The only good things, were the comfort of the beds, the quietness, and the clean towels and covers, but EVERYTHING else was hideous and extremely unhygienic! Wouldn't sleep here a night for free. It needs completely stripping and utterly redecorating! I am a very, very unhappy customer!
- ShaneTonkinson (10/5): Great PI!!! - Excellent hotel and even better staff. We had minimal problems during our stay and when we did it was sorted out quickly and with a smile.
- brianmC9460CK (4/5): Disappointed especially the restaurant - I arrived early but the receptionist let me into my room early. She was very helpful and polite. Hotel is in a good situation however the room looked a little shabby. I had dinner the first evening and it was ok. Had breakfast the next morning. It was dreadful. Cold and very dry. Had dinner in the restaurant the second evening and again it was warm not hot. Overall I wouldn’t go here again.
- beckybP5570WT (10/5): Great stay - Had a great stay here the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just what I expect from a premier inn. Easy to get into town for the party we went to and the views over the sea are amazing.
- Z9213BAandrewn (2/5): Save your money - Have stayed in this hotel before about seven years ago and I couldn't fault it!
It's now seams to have had It's day, heating not working in the room so oil an oil radiator is now supplied extractor fan still noisy at night even when switched off.
Restaurant is an absolute disgrace, dirty seats that you can smell as soon as you sit down and one of the areas has the sealing starting to fail. Food is poor as well as service Restaurant is hardly used people get wise after the first night!
went toby carvery the next night, excellent food and service
under cooked eggs for breakfast, I like a runny egg but still want the white cooked not clear!
Apparently premier inn don't want to upgrade the hotel due to plans for rebuild, they best hurry up!
Won't be stopping here again, save your money and look elsewhere!
Great location awful place, shame they are loosing customers.
- cj10462 (2/5): Restaurant is the worst! - Hotel no too bad but very pushy to get you to book a table at the restaurant. Said no thanks at check in. Later went to bar for a drink, pushy yet again about booking a table & eventually said yes. Reply “ oh we’re very busy but could squeeze you in for 19:45”
80 mins after placing our order my pizza arrived, I asked where the ham was? Reply”under the cheese” well 2 pieces no larger than a 5p piece but even worse the dough was so under cooked I could’ve re rolled the dough. No interest from the staff as guess they’re used to it after an evening full of complaints. Could understand it if they’d been busy but it wasn’t even at 20% capacity despite giving the impression they were busy! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
- KHS2 (8/5): Great Hotel, nice staff, good location, great value for money but needs to sort out parking facilities - This is a great hotel for North-west Wales, located convienently just outside the town of Porthmadog (& opposite the Ffestiniog/Welsh Highland Heritage Railways). It's a relatively modern Premier Inn and has two floors of 'Plus' rooms - always worth paying the extra fifteen quid a night for the extra perks. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the parking. Let's just say there's 150 rooms but only 50 parking spaces (my rough but honest estimate) so you don't need to be very clever to realise you'll be finding somewhere else to park other than the very small and inadequate car park at the hotel. Ok, there's a really big chargable car park about a 10 minute walk away but that's a ball ache if you've got lots of cases & it's pissing down! On the plus side however you'll get a great view if your room is at the back of the hotel (the mountains of Snowdon) or the front (the harbour, the heritage railway station and looking ovrt towards Portmerion). Staff are great and i'd mention two in particular. The amusing and friendly Rob who is front-of-house. The other is Ceinwen the breakfast cook. We stay at lots of Premier Inns, the breakfasts are usually OK (my gripe is the bacon is always undercooked and certain items can be cold). We've stayed at Porthmadog at least half a dozen times and you always get a great breakfast when she's on - yes, and her bacon is properly cooked!! If you consider staying in this area certainly contemplate staying here but bear in mind the parking issue
- M8404VSyvonneg (10/5): Fun friendly and delicious food - What a lovely time we had in our 3 days here clean tidy everyone very helpful and as for Leinwen the cook simply delicious thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable
- mitchcS3556GS (6/5): Premier Inn - In need of a refurb. Reception helpful & friendly. Bed comfy enough but Prem Inn rooms are so hot even if you turn heat off & duvets are way too heavy.
- N8577VWjackm (10/5): Even though I'd read bad reports, I still enjoyed my break, all was clean in the hotel - My experience was amazing at this hotel, even though a little old, everything was good in the hotel, staff are wonderful always happy to help
Restaurant not so good, but were trying to please as best as they could
- J7988AXtomd (10/5): Just wow - To start off with I came in Thursday eveningfor 1 night the room was perfect just what I expected and the experience was something I’ve never seen before in any hotel I’ve been at I don’t usually do reviews but Claire who checked me in and also Rob who was doing the nightshift there they both went out there way to make sure everything was right to start off Claire was so kind checking me in and directing me to my room and explaining that there is extra tea and coffee and that night I had need a couple of things like an extra towel and I need a extra glass it was late I wasn’t expecting to get them but I went to the desk Rob was also amazing asked if I could be a pain and have some extra stuff and it was no hassle he went off straight away and this is what every other hotel need to sort and get better staff I’ve been to Swansea and all over England a few times for work and never had a experience like this before first time being at this hotel might not look nice on outside but these 2 made my stay and I’ll definitely come back 👍👍
- Y6459YKrachelp (6/5): Great hotel , terrible parking - A great hotel , sadly very much let down by its lack of parking availability . Although the car park is within the hotel grounds it is available for anyone to use . Attending a weekend event at Port Meirion , we returned each evening to find no where to park . Had to then drive up into Porthmadog to find somewhere………coupled with the torrential rain every evening , it was not a great experience at 11pm at night ……..returning to hotel in soaking wet clothing with very few places in the room to put/ hang wet clothing .
- E776IUandys (4/5): a very sad hotel now - the room looked ok at first then we went to the bathroom the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned -no shower gel pot was empty
the usb port did not work and the tv remote needed batteries as you had to stand infront of the tv to change channels all in all the room was tired not what we expect from premier inn
the breakfast was good as we expected
one to avoid next time i think
- dingbat25 (8/5): Honest review.....value for money. - Booked due to the proximity of our party venue. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The thermostat didn't work, the room was very warm so we opened the windiow overnight. We ate breakfast was minimal but ok, it could have been hotter or have a microwave available for people to use. There seemed to be a lack of staff so the poor waitress on her own was clearing and cleaning tables, meeting and greeting so there was a queue of people. When we go away overnight we only expect a clean and comfy room and this delivered, so for the money paid, we would return if in the area.
- Fearless797329 (10/5): Lovely staff and hotel - Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent.
Good location for the area at a really good price.
I will return.
- Camper64922426011 (2/5): Disappointed! - Bed was comfortable but toilet was disgustingly dirty around the rim. Tired decor. Don’t eat at the restaurant as overpriced small portions, uninterested staff and poor quality food.
- blueandwhitehoops (6/5): Gone downhill - I have stayed here for many years, but it's definitely lost its personal touch. I was greeted at reception and asked to fill in a slip with my car reg and asked to pay and given my key. There is no mention of availability for breakfast, dinner, or cleaning of the room.
I stayed for 3 nights. My room was never touched. I paid double occupancy but had one bath and hand towel, 2 pillows with pillow slips, and 2 in a bag without. I used to know all the staff, but it was drop key on the way out. I suppose the world is going the way of AI, but I think it's rubbish - most people like to chat and be asked if everything is OK or if they need information, but this was sadly lacking.
- lizaV1693HV (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic impromptu stay, we were well looked after and it made our weekend even more special.
The room was immaculate and the staff were all incredibly friendly. I would certainly stay again.
- christopheraN3921BH (2/5): Disgusting - Disgusting place towels bedding stained food Disgusting and to top it off fined for parking on the hotel carpark I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else
- U2876HSsaraha (2/5): Awful - didn't even stay the night! - Never have I had to write a bad review about anywhere until now! Upon pulling up, the place looked old and run down and it didn't get much better inside. The reception area was small, dark and dirty and unlike other hotels, there was nowhere to grab a drink (not even water or coffee). We were slightly early to check in, so whilst waiting for our room, we asked to use the facilities. At this point, we were directed to a toilet which was absolutely filthy and the door had a hole in it where the lock used to be! Whilst we continued to wait for our room, some staff members appeared and in front of us, started talking about some other guests in the most awful way - completely rude and unprofessional!
We ended up moving to another local premier inn which was 100% better. Never would I return to Premier Inn Holes Bay!!!
- daviddS3241WI (10/5): As good as Premier inn gets - This has to be one of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in
Room spotless
Staff excellent
Breakfast excellent
We have booked to visit again and have booked the same room for next time thanks to the manager
- L3725ZQjoshuad (10/5): Nice place to stay - Me and my partner stayed on the 17th of October 2025 and was greeted and checked in by a gentleman named Rob he was very helpful and explained everything and told us to ask him for anything if we needed to the rooms are nice and clean but could definitely do with a revamp like paint etc maybe new carpets but other than that our stay was nice and felt very welcomed by Rob great customer service and care
- Ronbo66 (10/5): Perfect stay - On arrival we were welcomed and check in went well , Room was perfect for our needs (7) with perfect view of the Ffestiniog Railway, Breakfasts were what was required and evening meal was 5star , was really impressed with the chef and thanked him , location was perfect with lovely morning walks, and not far from the town & train station, and family in Morfa buchan,
Look forward to our return trip in the new year ,
Thankyou
Collings family
- melgA4366ZH (10/5): Amazing breakfast great value for money - Great room clean tidy fantastic view
Amazing Breakfast all freshly cooked
Staff very approachable great location for visiting Porthmadog
- MPSAugust2019 (2/5): Cobwebs in the bedroom, black mould in the shower - Very disappointed with the room given the cobwebs & black mould. Cleaning either ineffective or focussing on other aspects
- nicoladL5547PY (8/5): Hotel great, breakfast poor! - Room spotless, hotel staff absolutely lovely, welcoming, kind and helpful. Went out of their way.
Would have given 5stars had it not been for the breakfast. No self service which was a major minus with an autistic child who likes to choose and I have to agree with him. The sausages were anaemic, underdone bacon, overcooked hash browns & black pudding. It was so disappointing. Staff were nice but bring back self service!
- N417XLelizabethd (10/5): Amazing - From receiving a lovely warm welcome on our arrival, check-in was fast and the receptionist booked our evening meal for us at the Beefeater , which is on-site. Our room was spotless, the bed was so comfy and had everything we needed. Extra teas, coffee, milks were available in reception. We would heartily recommend staying here. It was so much nicer staying here than at a previous hotel nearby. Easy access to the hospital, as my husband had an appointment there.
- 905gailf (10/5): Excellent Hotel & Perfect Location - We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years; sometimes twice in one month!
It's perfectly placed just off the M4 motorway & the staff are always friendly & welcoming, so much so that we are often greeted by a member of staff saying 'welcome back' as many of them know we're regular customers!
We have a particular favourite room which we usually request when we arrive earlier on check in day & they always ensure that the room is available to us which is a great personal touch to our stay experience.
Can't wait to go back again!
- L821ONhowardc (10/5): Excellent, will definitely be back! - A very warm welcome from Premier Inn Port Talbot. Room was comfortable, and quiet and Sharon and her colleagues went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Meal deal also excellent at the adjoining Beefeater and Mike and his colleagues catered for our every need!
Will definitely be back!
- richardlE1576UV (4/5): Poor nights sleep. Adjacent pub shut early. Room tired - -woke up at 5. Person in room above us must have had an early start. Creaking room, clattering light, and above guest was not jumping around.
Bathroom floor had collapsed, floor sank at least an inch and half in places.
Pub was shut when we got there at 10:25 after dinner with friends.
Told staff at reception who stated they would ‘fix it’ but lost my mojo by that time.
Breakfast was fine but supplies were counted due to low footfall.
- WillR589 (8/5): A nice spot as a base - The desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room was on the first floor but there is no lift. Very easy to find as the hotel is off the M4/A48 roundabout, but it is not noisy.
A table for Food can be booked at reception for the Beefeater next door.
- C5511FBiand (8/5): Great weekend in Snowdonia. - Great location as was the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I wouldn’t go out of my way to pay extra for a premier plus room, again, when having used many standard rooms, over the years, no real difference in experience. Bed was very good as usual, shower entrance a little slippery. Coffee machine didn’t function properly and choice of coffee was poor.
Staff were excellent, friendly and approachable.
However there were not enough parking spaces, especially disabled ones, for the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. Alternative parking is some distance away, not ideal for anyone especially the elderly and less able.
- Jane52813 (8/5): Great stay - Really good locality, right in the centre of the town and really close to Portmeirion which we were visiting, roughly 10 min drive. We had a room facing the front (not booked!) with amazing views and the stream trains go right past the window. No problem for us with parking though did notice by evening the car park was pretty full. Small town so not a lot of places to eat in evening so we found the Premier Inn restaurant really useful and decent food. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Clean, spacious room with spare pillows, hairdryer, towels etc. Extra tea, coffee can be collected downstairs as they only give you a couple. WiFi not so good!
- sheilafA7537NI (10/5): Excellent hotel and service - Excellent location with just a couple of minutes walk to the train station for the Ffestiniog and West Highland trains. I booked a Premier Plus room. It was really spacious, with mini fridge, iron and ironing board and walk in shower. Lovely ambient lighting, great views across the estuary and a comfortable bed! The hotel itself was one of the best I have stayed in. The staff were polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely stay here again.
- Garethfromtynygroes (10/5): Great food - Lovely hotel, clean. Has it's own bar and restaurant serving good food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has its own car park which does get busy
- P4332TEsamanthas (10/5): Great stay - Ideal stop over, friendly staff, great breakfast. Good room size, everything you need, for a few days break in Porthmadog
- michaeleS5559WV (10/5): Great place for a quick visit - Very happy with our stay here last week. The beds are extremely comfortable lovely warm clean rooms the staff are very nice and it’s a very good price thanks
- pete4472 (8/5): Pleasant Stay in Porthmadog - We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn in early September. The Inn was clean and the staff were helpful. We had a Premier Plus room which was spacious and had a great view over the estuary and the railway station. Parking was easy and the breakfast was good.
A great place to stay if you are visiting the railway!
- stevenfS2444TU (10/5): Excellent Premier Inn with excellent staff. - My wife and Ihave been to this PI several times before. The excellence of it's location remains. That is, handy for trip on Ffestiniog/ Welsh Highland railway, handy for town, good parking. Also, great location for Glaslyn River walk etc.
However, it scores on excellent service of it's staff, who are very polite, attentative and helpful.
The breakfast is one of the better ones I have had at a PI (not that they are usually bad).
Well done by all concerned at Porthmadog Premier Inn.
- Deborah (10/5): - Clean room and great staff
- debbiesU7337WM (10/5): Great hotel with amazing staff - My husband had booked the stay as a birthday treat for me. The hotel was clean and spacious and on arrival we were immediately greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The room itself was also clean and had amazing views. I had a lovely surprise of wine, chocolate and a really thoughtful handwritten note wising me a happy birthday. My husband had only mentioned my birthday in passing when booking but the staff had organised this surprise for me!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we slept very well due to the comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room. Both breakfast and evening meal were delicious and of a high standard and we never felt rushed in the restaurant. All of the staff we encountered during the weekend were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We will certainly stay here again when we return to see a bit more of the area.
- seanfK5002CK (8/5): Business Stay - I called the hotel to double check my room details and spoke to a gentleman called Rob, Rob was very helpful, polite and understanding.
Upon check-in I was greeted by a lady called Kellie who was equally helpful as her colleague Rob.
I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
- U2755TQalisons (10/5): Great experience - Fab location with friendly staff who all worked hard to keep it clean and help customers. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. This included sorting out a room when we mistakenly booked incorrectly and the hotel was clearly busy-thanks particularly to Ronnie for assisting us with that.
- Sherpa68 (10/5): Great Hotel & The Best Staff - Stayed for two nights recently with my sister. We’ve stayed previously and the location was right for us. Bonus having a Beefeater right next door.
The room was slightly dated, but very, very clean. We missed having no aircon, but we knew this upon booking…for the price we couldn’t really complain.
The Staff are absolutely the best…..very friendly & genuinely seem happy to be working there. My sister left her phone charger in the room and they were fab in sorting that out for her.
We will be staying again in the future.
- micriddy (2/5): Inaccessible and very hot. - Completely unaccessible, no option for accessible twin, no lift, given the room literally furthest from the stairs on first floor despite very visible mobility issues. Broke Premier Inn policy on accessible twin rooms being available.
Room horrendously hot in heatwave, only a barely working and useless plus noisy pedestal fan. We ended up buying our own.
Extractor in bathroom didn't work either.
Used Premier Inn for years, but I'd never stay in this particular one again.
- Curiosity29086859282 (2/5): Sweltering and noisy - Lots of noise from the pub and traffic, people above banging around all night. Absolutely sweltering and couldn’t sleep all weekend
- adamhN7445CL (4/5): Horrific 26 degree room - Room was clean ish. Bathroom shower was nice and hot . Beds were ok but to try and sleep in 26 degree heat all night with No Air-conditioning was horrific . All four of us were tired and grouchy the next morning. Would never stay there again
On the positive side the beef eater next door does a fantastic breakfast
- coling175 (10/5): Port Talbot - Stayed in the new section of the hotel. This was a bonus as it has Air con in all if these rooms. Rooms were immaculately clean.
- lardon (2/5): Overpriced, underdelivered - Stayed for a single overnight stay during a visit to Swansea.
Very basic amenities, overcrowded car park and, for a budget hotel, massively over-priced. Won’t be returning.
The food and drink in the Beefeater pub opposite was truly disgusting.
Staff were friendly though and the room was clean, so there was that.
- L3063NZshellyh (10/5): Give the staff a bonus! - Some of the rooms could use a spruce up, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff are wonderful, Claire on reception was a dream, she was in every day we were there and was always smiling and happy to help. The housekeeprs were laughing and seemed to really enjoy their job. There was one, I didn't catch her name but she was quite little and had blond hair in a ponytail, she is a credit to the company, despite the heat and being busy she always stopped what she was doing and asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. We will definitely return, we felt so welcome :D
- Martin_Gill559 (10/5): Dragon Ride Accommodation - We stayed two nights at the Port Talbot Premier Inn while participating in the Dragon Ride in the area.
Staff were all very helpful and polite, and it was a very thoughtful extra touch that the hotel put out some bars and instant porridge pots for those riders needing to leave before the breakfast service.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Thanks to the team for a great stay.
