Guest Reviews
- 135DavidS135 (6/5): DECENT STAY - Ideal location for the airport. Room OK, everything you could need. Easy check in. £7 to park overnight, don't forget to get QR code slip from reception and pay at parking kiosk just outside reception when leaving. Restaurant/pub OK with pleasant staff, decent food and drink choice but a little costly. Pint of Moretti over £7, wow.
- bigstuw (8/5): Ideal for an overnight stop - We needed just a nice room for an overnight stop ahead of a visit to Harrogate on the Saturday. We found this Premier Inn which is about a 30 min drive into the town, just up the road from Leeds/Bradford airport. Nice, clean and quiet. Just off the beaten track and with an attached restaurant so we had a nice dinner on the Friday and breakfast on the Saturday. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything you expect from a Premier Inn.
- SharonS228 (6/5): Very convenient for the airport but looking a bit tired now. - Located very near to the airport. Plenty of parking although charges are quite high (private car park) £7 for the night was only £5 last year.
Rooms are comfortable but are looking a bit tired now. Plenty of tea and coffee. Beds are very comfortable. Bar doesn’t open until 5pm ☹️ but the food is very reasonable and good quality. Plenty of choice. Restaurant is also looking a bit tired and needs re vamping. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
- robertwZ2729CR (10/5): Wonderful stay before our flight! - We had a wonderful stay before our flight the next day. Every member of staff we met was friendly and courteous, and when I casually mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary we were surprised with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates - they didn't have to go the extra mile, but it really made our evening special.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was quiet and relaxing and the restaurant looked lovely. We treated ourselves to a dessert each, which was delicious!
Breakfast was unlimited, but it was cooked to order - a big plus for us! No stale, lukewarm food like you can get from a buffet.
Overall it was a fantastic stay just 5 mins from the airport. Great little room, atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
P.S. its also right across from Murgatroyds, an incredible fish and chips restaurant - which is on another level!
- 206headc (6/5): ok for a last minute stay but needs renovation - Hotel is ok for a quick place to stay but the whole section of the hotel I was in smelt old and musty (room 131) . The pipe to the shower head was split so water sprayed straight at the ceiling and the actual shower head where the water came through was covered with black mould clogging the spray. The silicone round the bath behind the taps was also black & mouldy.
There was also a ladybird infestation by the curtains.
- 344amier (10/5): Perfect for a low cost, fantastic service hotel - I recently had a great stay at this hotel. The staff especially Laurel went above and beyond for me making me feel so welcome after a long drive for work. The room was cosy, warm and a comfy bed.
- BigRick1980 (2/5): Utterly Atrocious Shower - No Water Pressure - The water pressure in the shower is unforgivably poor!
It's the same in pretty much ALL your hotels these days. Whereas once it was a point of pride for Premier Inn, boasting "powerful showers" on the hotel pages - now I could get a better shower stood outside in the rain.
On top of the fact that fewer and fewer have detachable shower-heads, it makes for a miserable experience.
I'm a big guy, and I can shower in 5-10 minutes at home, depending on how much of a rush I'm in, whereas at your hotels it now reguarly takes 20+ minutes, purely because the showers take so much longer to wash the soap off - and because I can't position the shower head to blast the water off directly, I have to hope it runs down me in the right way and washes it off.
I plugged in the plug in the bath here to see how much water I actually use your way, and the bath was nearly full to the overflow hole! What a complete and utter waste. However, as I stay here for work, I need to make sure I start the day clean and fresh with a proper shower.
It really is a bitterly disappointing experience, and one I end up ranting about whenever anyone asks me about my stay at Premier Inns.
- S9340ZZlindae (6/5): Room was spacious. - Room was dated but clean. Spacious room, bed was comfortable but do need to climb on as high off ground. Bathroom wasn't too bad. Shower head could do with a clean. A little bit of damp above the bath. But not too bad. Maybe have a look at it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall not a bad hotel.
- Trip62640371334 (10/5): Fantastic! - Wonderful stay! Staff brilliant! Callum on the front desk went above and beyond with no task being too much, rooms spacious, great location. Great to get into and out of being by the side of the main road.
- barrytJ3086FC (4/5): Avoid this one - it needs a complete revamp - Scruffy, rundown hotel, attached to a very poor Green King pub serving poor breakfast. Restaurant is noisy and dirty. Room heating systenm is antiquated and very noisy and can't be turned off.
- nmaidwell123 (8/5): Comfy clean room - As you would expect from this brand. Comfy rooms well spaced out with everything you need for your stay. Well located for the airport and clean and warm. The check in was quick and friendly welcome. Seven pounds to park over night. The only negative was the shower water pressure was very poor as the shower head was far too large for the volume of water going through it.
- L9983MLchriss (10/5): Amazing stay for business - I stay at many premier inn hotels for business and by far this hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at.
Abby on reception went above and beyond what was needed during my stay a true asset to your hotel and team.
I will definitely be staying here again.
- alisterw243 (10/5): Emergency stay - Honestly the most wonderful group of staff and cleaners,Service at the front desk has been absolutely amazing and beyond helpful couldn’t thank them all enough for catering to me as I am a dialysis patient at end stage renal failure waiting for a kidney and I’m only 23. The rooms were in immaculate condition everyday and done to a professional standard the lady’s were very kind and also put my room off limits. Great atmosphere didn’t feel like everyone was looking at me or staring so I felt at ease. Great value for money food at the pub was amazing as were all the pub staff couldn’t have asked for a more nicer bunch of people. No noise at any times apart from bonfire night but nobody can help that was actually nice display very calming. Would 1000% recommend this premium inn to anyone that needs a stop away. Ali g x
- Voyage47443540900 (10/5): Great hotel for Leicester stay - Handily located for Leicester city. Easily accessible from the motorway. Very quiet, tucked away behind a pub. Plenty of parking.
I love a Premier Inn because you know what you are getting. A comfy bed, a good shower and everything as it should be.
- H1134BNbarbaraa (4/5): Housekeeping need a check ✔️ list - The skirting boards showed visible dirt accumulation, and cobwebs were present throughout the property, particularly noticeable in the stairwell. Since guests must use the stairs due to the absence of lifts, these high-traffic areas should be maintained to a higher standard. The housekeeping team would benefit from implementing a more thorough cleaning checklist.
- KiranVPatel (8/5): First Time in this location - First stay at this location. Convenient and quiet location; however, a bit too far from our target destination for the visit. Friendly staff. Safe.
- M5318WLsusand (2/5): Awful - O my awful! Only nice thing about it was the staff. So check in was absolutely fine lovely lady. Then the walk up the stairs which were filthy hallway smelt awful. Room especially bedding smelt of smoke the next morning after a sleepless night due to the smell of dampness and the floor being wet near the window. Thought to have a good shower. The hair dryer once I got it to work crackled and several broken bits of plastic fell out then it stopped working went down to ask fir a replacement hairdryer was told there was not one so I had to use my own head a go to the disabled loe and dry my hair with The blower. Not a great experience at all. I have stayed at many other premiers but now if this is the standard I will be taking the app of my phone ps the dinner was just awful the only fully edible bit was the prawn cocktail
- MissRobsonKennedy (4/5): Awful. I pray never again! - Checked in after a long day at work.
I was given a disabled access room. I then asked reception if it would be possible to change (thinking ahead, incase a wheelchair user/limited mobility person needed the room) told by receptionist, Laura; "Nah we're fully booked" despite looking online and seeing availability... (having come from a hospitality background, I know this room type is usually allocated due to being a last minute booking.
Commenting on the room - at first all looks okay with the bed until you sit on it, and realise it's a zip and link bed i.e. two singles pushed together and zipped up the middle.
I went next door for dinner, stood waiting for at least 5 minutes despite there being 3 members of staff bisible. Two of whom were stood near the kitchen doors talking. I asked if I could get a table, but was told by the bar staff/waiter "Just wait!" while he poured another guests drink. Absolutely no problem with what was said, just how it was said. Very blunt!
Then when asked if I could get a drink and a table, I was told "take your pick!". Again, fine. Found a table, sat down then waited a further 20 mins, no one has turned up to take an order, so I've asked a team member if I could order anything... Response, "Yeah?!"
As of now, I'm highly unimpressed - I'll update as and when it is deemed sensible to do so. However given the poor service received so far, I don't think any positive updates will follow. From my own personal experience in 15 years working in hospitality, training is needed for all staff members.
- CupcakeW (10/5): Great stay - Booked two rooms prior to our flight. Was slightly worried after reading the negative reviews.
We were checked in quickly by a friendly receptionist who explained how to pay for the car park.
One of the rooms was on the ground floor and was a family room with a double bed, single and the cot was there as requested. Not a huge room but it was clean and adequate for what we needed. Our room was on the first floor. We had booked a double but I think it was also a family room as it has a single bed in an alcove area. . It was a large room. Again, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water.
No issues and would book again.
- A4353MBdavidc (2/5): Worst hotel stay in my lifetime - Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase.
I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer.
- VAH52 (2/5): Worst experience at a Premier Inn - This was the worse stay that we have ever had at a Premier Inn.
The toilet didn't flush - we had to manually fill up the cistern each time to flush it.
The bath tap wouldn't turn off.
There was only one set of towels for 2 people.
The TV remote control was missing.
The only positives were that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The adjoining restaurant was also poor, evening meal was mediocre and breakfast was inedible, dried out and lukewarm. even the cup of tea was cold!
- Kerkey1 (8/5): Not As Bad As Some Say - We had read the reviews prior to arriving and were a little apprehensive about staying here. When we checked in you have to ring the bell which alerts the restaurant and someone attends to check you in, and we were met by a friendly lady who checked us in and advised us on paying for the carpark before exiting the next morning, you do receive a QR voucher which you scan at the machine for the discount. The carpark rate is £7 for 24 hours. The rooms are a little dated and could do with a revamp. We visited the restaurant bar for drinks and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bar shuts at 10 o'clock, there were people coming in for drinks after this and were unable to be served. Overall not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. We didn't dine here so cannot comment on the food.
- GJD77 (6/5): Going Downhill Rapidly! - I’ve been a customer of Premier Inn now for several decades, and I have to say my once favourite and wholly reliable chain of hotels is really starting to let itself down.
This particular branch is one that used to be a lot better, but seems to have been forgotten by Whitbread, or at least is next on the list for refurb I hope! Being next to Leeds/Bradford airport you’d have thought they’d want to keep this one up to scratch, but alas not.
First of all the cost, this branch is now rarely sub £130 per night now, mid week, which is very much on the high side when there are several others not far away that are a fair bit less. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was fresh and pristine, but it is definitely not that. It’s worn and tired, and in need of a refresh.
The bathroom in my room (35) is, well, filthy. The extractor vent has thick clumpy dust on it (I mean this just needs a hoover, not exactly hard!), the paint is peeling away from the walls due to damp, meaning the extractor is doing naff all anyway, the shower head itself is black from mould, and the grouting between the tiles is also black and filthy.
At above average pricing, it needs to be better, perhaps instead of spending all this money on expanding your hotels, maybe spend some money in making your existing rooms worth the money, eh?
That aside, staff were good, and Murgatroyds fish and chips across the road made staying here somewhat worthwhile.
- Rawrshi1234 (10/5): Quiet hotel - Hotel is in a quiet place and is in a good location. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and was worth the price.
- jonathanhJ746UF (10/5): Great stay - Great locations great staff callem really helpful and friendly always a good chat too
Would recommend lovely location
- carolfI2928EK (8/5): Good hotel, but no breakfast! - The hotel was the good standard that i expect from Premier Inn, but BE WARNED there is no where to get breakfast. The nearest place was a 53 minute walk away, along busy roads (i didn't have a car and the buses were once an hour at best, less at weekends). As Premier Inn make a selling point of breakfasts, i think they should warn people of this on their website. Or sell the sort of 'packed breakfasts' that you can get at Travelodge.
- M9309LRhelenh (2/5): Worse stay ever - The whole experience was awful room freezing then told had lots of complaints about that room being cold and heating dosnt work and should have been out of order we were not offered another room just a portable heater we had to keep our coats on breakfast was freezing and we had to warm it in a microwave at the end of the restaurant the staff were not helpful just shrugged there shoulders and the place could do with a good clean and revamp carpets worn paint coming off windows it was not a nice experience stayed in much better for a cheaper price
- melanierR6005DR (2/5): Poor premier inn - Room 121 was tired and needs renovation, the extractor fan is the bathroom was extremely high pitched, the hair drier rattled and smelt of burning!
Room was clean but I wouldn’t stay again and would expect more from a premier inn,
You also pay for £7 for parking which seems excessive.
- Hithere678 (4/5): Miserable grumpy check in staff - Just checked in at 3.30pm 12 october and it took three presses on the bell to get a member of staff to come to reception to check us in. We were met by a miserable grumpy member of staff who made us feel very unwelcome. We showed her a printed off email to say that premier inn would honour the old price of car parking charges as it had gone up since we booked it last year. She said it was out of her hands and couldn't do anything about it and we would have to pay the full price. I rang head office to explain and he said the next time we book they will honour it but had to pay the full price to park. That's not good enough. Yes it's only a small amount but that isn't the point. We have an email saying reception would sort it and they haven't. Also the the member of staff who checked us in needs to go on a retraining programme on how to greet people professionally. In contrast the man at the desk early next morning when we checked out, was very polite and helpful.
- R6813HCannab (4/5): Disappointing visit - Have stayed at this premier Inn many times and never had a problem. Was concerned after reading reviews and can understand why. The positives were staff were friendly especially in the restaurant and the food was nice and usual premier inn standard. The negatives were its very tired shabby and dirty. We were told on arrival at 3.30pm our room may not be ready as there were staff shortages. The room was ok but shower head very grimey. The breakfast area was dirty and food under the tables looked like it had been there more than a few days . Everywhere looked like it needed a good clean. I have left the review as hope there is some improvement it is badly needed and have enjoyed staying there in the past but reluctant to pay to stay there again unless it improves.
- Navigate11555941587 (2/5): Extremely bad - hugely disappointing. Won't visit again. - Very disappointed. Stayed at many premier inns for business (with business acct) and leisure and never any problems. This one however room was dirty not having been cleaned. Bathroom grotty with unclean toilet and bath. Carpet in bedroom not vacuumed with rubbish on floor and coins! Room smelled of mould and damp/foisty. Reception staff very apologetic and inspected room before offering us another room. Second room clean but also strong odour of damp/mould triggering and asthma attack (mould sensitive health issues).
- Rosalind2297 (2/5): Very poor and tired. - Very disappointed. We have stayed at lots of Premier Inn hotels but this was a huge let down. We had to hunt the receptionist on arrival and also when we had to make an inquiry. The hairdryer was broken and the room was very tired.
£15.40 for four small bottles of coke on top of a £7 parking charge was a bit much. We had to wait forty minutes for breakfast, good job we were not going for a flight. Then it was hunt the receptionist again to check out. Never again.
- meikep2019 (10/5): For all your wedidngs, leisure trips and business things.. Premier Inn is there for you. - Had a very welcoming pleasant stay at this hotel. We were there with a few friends for a wedding, including the couple themselfs, lovely stay, great parking + fish & chips around the corner :D
- Craighull (4/5): Disappointing shabby hotel - We use this every year as handy for the airport but felt it is need of a refurbish. Shabby rooms and paint peeling in the bathroom. No where to charge the phone. Breakfast in a gloomy pub next door where staff barely spoke . Disappointing .
- 339yusufa (10/5): Premier inn stay at South Oadby - Good quiet location, nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent price and friendly staff.
Free parking available on site.
- paulfW8238DL (6/5): Book far ahead to pay correct rate, otherwise expensive - Premier inn itself is ok although booking late means very high fees - too high really. Adjoining restaurant efficient but feels old. Staff friendly. Feels like a paid too much (as a late booker)
- garethhV2504IS (10/5): Very happy - I’ve stayed at many of premier inn hotels working away and this has to be up there with the best.Celine & the team have gone above & beyond to make me feel very welcome, would highly recommend
- X7963GDlynnes (6/5): Who's sleeping in my bed?? - On arrival, Friday 5th September, we found the front line receptionist rather abrupt as he was dealing with another customer who had actually said we could check in first but he refused to do so. Eventually, when he got to us, we checked in, we then asked him if he could recommend a nearby pub/restaurant for a meal and drinks. He told us he wouldn't know as he was muslim so we went to our room and googled places in the area. The following evening, we came with our friend who was another of your paying guests to check in to her room. The receptionist this time was lovely and helpful, she asked us for our car registration, something the chap before hadn't asked us. She gave us a key card for no.5 which at first wouldn't open then after changing the card we managed to enter the room. Imagine our shock when we realised someone was already in that room. The receptionist on Friday had given our friends room to someone else! Eventually she was provided with room 106. On check out on Sunday 7th we asked the now different receptionist did she know where we could go to breakfast. Imagine our surprise when she asked why hadn't we been given the printout of all the nearby places to eat that we should have been given at check in. What a lot of time and trouble that would have saved us on the first night. The staff we saw and spoke to on Saturday and Sunday were amazingly helpful and couldn't apologise enough to us. I don't think the chap working for you on Friday is giving your company a good advertisement
- Sueperscout (4/5): No breakfast!!! - Room is reasonably clean but a bit dated. We had the disabled room as my husband is disabled, there are no drawers! Where do you put your clothes? Especially your underwear? Don’t disabled people wear pants??
Where is the famous Premier Inn breakfast? Not here that’s for sure. There is no adjoining pub, so no breakfast or dinner available which after a long journey is very poor. The website doesn’t mention it - the website actually says there is a pub next door (which there was last year, we used it for breakfast when we stayed here for the same event) and they even give you a card with your room key that asks how you want your eggs and tells you the breakfast times!
Get your act together Premier Inn and get your facts right. I’ll book an Airbnb next year because at least I’ll have a kitchen to cook food in.
- 211masump (10/5): Excellent Experience and Staff - Excellent customer service received from Demi and Ruth.
From checking in to when we left Demi was very polite, kind and helped with anything required.
Ruth was on hand to provide a service with a smile and ensure anything that could make our stay comfortable and easy she would try her best to accommodate.
Overall a short stay but the experience with Ruth and Demi is what makes guests return. Honestly exceptional people with impeccable manners.
- hayleymK6494JU (2/5): Not worth the money - not staying here again - I have stayed at this hotel before - but it has gone down hill. I was left very disappointed for a number of reasons.
Firstly, check in was from 3pm. We arrived at 3:30 to be told that the room would be ready in 5mins because it’s still being cleaned. We were waiting 20minutes.
Secondly, the bathroom stunk. It hit you as soon as you entered the room.
Thirdly the noise. It was a hot night in the room so we opened the window, there is a constant fan noise from outside the building - buzzing and never stopping. Closed the window but you can still hear it - woke with a headache.
I will not be staying here again
- 740amandeepk (10/5): staff were superstars! - my name is riya and i would just like to thank the premier inn staff, for their amazing support. long story short, as it is a little personal i came to see my boyfriend, i am not going to mention who or what as this is personal and rather a positive review, i was feeling overwhelmed to a point where i felt like i wanted to pass out and i believe it was sayhan who recognised the situation, and took me out for a chat & reassured me professionally and even going into his car to grab his coke bottle for me etc. it goes to show the extended services receptionists offer as well as their duty. as i came back to derby (where i travelled from), feeling less overwhelmed and more put together. and all the very best to all the premier inn staff, i was only there for a few hours so not much about the stay, however a big shoutout to your staff! give that man a raise!
- LKirby2013 (6/5): Adequate - Positives:
The hotel is well located in North Leicester with easy access to Leicester city centre and the motorways.
The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was good to relax on during the day. There was a TV which was easy to work.
The attached restaurant was open from breakfast until late. Breakfast was good.
Not so positives:
The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor, which I reported to staff.
I was surprised that neither the hotel nor restaurant had any herbal teas.
The grounds could do with a bit of TLC, both in terms of repairing fences, and picking up litter.
Overall:
It was adequate rather than good.
- joannesN9822RZ (6/5): A disappointing experience - We have stayed at this Premier Inn quite a few times over the years and had a very positive experience. This time was very different. Our rooms were on the first floor above reception. On each of the two nights we stayed we were kept awake by noisy TVs and people on the ground floor. We had breakfast each morning at the adjoining pub. Not an experience to be recommended. Staff barely visible and those that we did meet, very unwelcoming and unhelpful. The tables were so sticky and very off-putting. The food had obviously been reheated and kept warm for a long time as everything had a skin on it, the worst being the scrambled and fried eggs. I inadvertently left a charger in my room. I rang the hotel several times but no-one answered. I contacted customer service who did refund me the cost of 2 of the 6 breakfasts as a 'goodwill gesture' and said she would email the manager to get them to call me to return my charger. 2 weeks later I am still awaiting that call. Very disappointing.
- gursawekk (6/5): Reasonable overnight stay. - The rooms were large and spacious, the showers were excellent, my only issue is that the room I was in was very hot. I had booked 2 rooms, the other room was comfortable. The room I was in was very hot overnight, the fan helped a little but it was an uncomfortable night. Probably due to the position of the room.
- T9288MCdavids (10/5): Great staff, comfortable rooms. - The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Whilst not being the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in it’s definitely value for money. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Overall a perfectly acceptable experience boosted primarily by the people who work here.
- kelseydL5992MY (4/5): Poor and unhappy experience - We had a very disappointing experience at Premier Inn. After checking out, we were wrongly charged for breakfast, which we did not have. This meant having to waste time contacting customer service to get the money refunded back to our account – something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
The room itself was far from comfortable. It was unbearably hot, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The quality of the room was poor, with tired, neglected interiors that clearly need updating. The bathroom was so small it could barely fit one person at a time, and the layout made it awkward to use. To make things worse, the shower constantly flooded the bathroom floor.
Overall, it felt like a budget experience at a price that definitely didn’t reflect the quality. Would not recommend and won’t be staying again.
On a positive note staff were polite and friendly.
- leonardorT9545AC (10/5): Spotless, comfortable and great service! - Had a fantastic stay at this Premier Inn — clean, quiet, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the room was spotless with a very comfy bed. Great value for money and a perfect base for the area. Would definitely stay again!
- markbV3609MX (10/5): Friendly staff - I had an amazing stay at Leicester south Oadby. The team are so friendly and kind and nothing was too much to ask. A bit upsetting about the restaurant being closed but apart from that I will definitely come again to stay again in the future……..
- danielmI3043WC (4/5): Shocking and stressful - stay away - Climate control broken so rooms are too hot. You need to keep the window open and listen to traffic at night until the sun comes up and turns the whole room into a light show because the curtains have holes all over them! No point in complaining to the front desk or to customer relations because although a "good night guarantee" board is on the front desk they won't honour it and will insult you instead with a partial refund of around £20 for a £60 room. Best part...there was no restaurant so you can't even get something to eat or drink. WARNING TO ALL: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
- max10armstrong10 (10/5): Oadby Premier Inn - Demi & Saihaan brilliantly sorted out a problem with our reservation upon arrival. They and the rest of the team made our stay extremely enjoyable. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Oadby Premier Inn.
- Journey13073928177 (10/5): Brilliant stay - I really enjoy my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and nothing was too much to ask by the staff. Check in was easy and fast and I got all the information I needed for my whole stay. The reception (I can’t remember her name) offered me a latte whilst I was waiting to leave for work.
- DayTrip66943743584 (10/5): Lovely stay - Our stay was lovely, and exactly what we needed. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we entered our room there was a mug with coffee and biscuits in which was a kind gesture. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Leicester as it’s very quiet and the staff are exceptional.
- alantB1188NP (4/5): Typical Premier Inn - very poor - Hotel was OK. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Car Park and work on the restaurant next door were not. Not publicised enough on the web site that there's no food, and I was told it is being made into an American Diner, will open at 12, so there will never be breakfast available.
I won't be staying again, and this is just typical of Premier Inn. I haven't stayed in one for a while , and won't be again. In fact, I'd rather stay in any other hotel chain, than your appalling chain. Marketing doesn't make a good experience you know!
- Silvotopbanana (10/5): Pleasant stay - Very enjoyable stay at the premier inn Leicester, nice clean room and nice clean bathroom, beds are very very comfortable with fresh clean linens.
There’s a large smart television and plenty of plug sockets .
Nice friendly staff with a can do attitude only to happy to help

- marksV2047JN (10/5): Great customer service. - I cannot praise highly enough the colleague working at Premier Inn Oadby. Chris the team
member on duty was an absolute star, no
Matter how many times we troubled her, she was always polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful.
I have stayed in many Premier Inns and encountered many colleagues. Chris is by far one of the best I have encountered .
