Guest Reviews
- Ming Yin (6/5): - 客房浴室偏舊,其餘也可接受。
- Joseph (2/5): - The rooms have mold and customer service is non existent.
- Rasmus (4/5): - Beskidt værelse, flere gange lugten af hash på gangene, personalet virkede lige glade.
Morgenmaden ok
- Jørgen Skov (6/5): - Room run-down with spots on carpet, mold in bathroom, poor drain in bathroom, noisy ventilation, no temperature regulation possible
- Karen Marie (8/5): - Værelset var rent. Forliste rundt ved badekarret kunne godt trænge til at blive skiftet.
Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.
- Albin (4/5): - I got the wrong room, I was supposed to have a family room. I got full breakfast first day, but kot second day
- Tina (10/5): - Der var ikke en finger at sætte på. Alt var super godt og tilfredsstillende ✨✨✨✨✨
- Mad-Maz999 (6/5): Needs a refurbishment - Average at best. Ideal location from the Tube. Room was dated and scruffy. Bathroom was damaged and also the furniture. Windows were mouldy so couldn't see the "view" Staff pleasant and helpful. Dingy restaurant but ok if you needed food. Help yourself to coffee and milk for the room. Beds and towels clean. Toiletries felt watered down and not very good. Expensive price for what you got. Only stayed one night but never again. Should have asked for another room but they looked all the same. Lots of nice cafés (if you can get in as full of mummies on their laptops, there are 2 schools next to the hotel so a bit of noisy) and the very good pub the hammersmith belle which was excellent and a supermarket all within walking distance.
- Coastal52038620107 (10/5): Maria was great - Maria was the epitome of great customer service - thoughtful, responsive and personable. She went above and beyond to accommodate me on my visit and made me feel at home. Lovely vibe here
- SomersetBudgies (10/5): Birthday weekend - Absolutely fantastic time. Stayed with my daughter for her birthday as we were going to the O2 to watch Hans Zimmer. Staff were friendly especially Kiran. He couldn’t do enough for us, even organised a birthday surprise for my daughter’s birthday. So good we are going to go back in April next year. Kiran you are a star .
- francispf2023 (10/5): Top fan of the Premier Inn Hyde Hotel London - Spent 4 nights at this hotel and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience.
The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
The place was clean, warm and welcoming from the start.
The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.
This is a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.
- kbX8442TU (2/5): Disappointing Stay for a Family Trip - We stayed here as a family and unfortunately had a number of issues that really took away from the experience. We booked two rooms and were surprised to find they’d been allocated at opposite ends of the hotel, requiring two lifts and even a tunnel to get between them. Travelling with children, this made life much more difficult than it needed to be.
Check-in wasn’t smooth either — neither of our room keys worked, so we had to go back down to reception to get them sorted. In both rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working, and one room didn’t even have any shower gel provided.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was no coffee, no eggs being replenished, and some of the staff were quite rude when guests asked about the shortages. It felt chaotic and poorly managed.
Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations, especially for a family stay. We left feeling quite let down.
- N8tasha (2/5): Terrible - So booked a family room, arrived ,from outside thought it was very dated but didnt worry as inside i have found all premier inns appear the same. Checks in great no problems the guy was nice. Goes to our room 308 first thing can smell like stale cigarettes an very old musty smell. Everything seemed old. It was cold so we put the heating on which didnt appear to work so asked at reception they gave the smallest little radiator to use which did nothing to help. Room just didnt feel clean. The bathroom, now this was another level weird marks all over the bath and shower curtain had seen better days didnt want to touch it. The shower was luke warm no hot water and also didnt have any shampoo normally have a shampoo and shower gel. It just wasnt for
Us we didnt feel nice being there so we packed up and complained downstairs who wouldnt refund us and told us we had to ring head office on the monday. It was friday night. So we had to go into more funds to book another hotel which was more suitable for us and our child. We have stayed in many premier inns but this one needs rippin out and revamping big style has put me off staying at premier inn now. Also had to wait 10 days for refund to go into my account but its funny how its taken within seconds.
- jakesY6374JJ (10/5): Excellent staff - Excellent service in the dining area and bar by panika and the staff very attentive and extremely friendly. Food was great
- NL606 (8/5): Good value and location, nice staff - Good location, nice staff, near shops and restaurants. Needs a little renovation, but good value.
There is no way to contact the reception by phone; when you try, you end up at a central virtual reception, which is utterly useless.
- 281ionelb (8/5): Very nice experience! - Everything was nice except that the furniture was old! Lady Maria was very nice, kind and helpfull! She gave us some advices for the objects to visit.
- phileasfoggtmc (8/5): Ok hotel in a good location, normally offering a bit of value - Good location, 5 minutes from Earls Court underground. This is a decent size property albeit one of their older ones. Has a lot of rooms though a slightly convoluted layout to get to some of the rooms. Tend to find a bit of value in Earls Court hotels compared to more central properties and yet 15/20 mins away so for that reason I’m giving it 4 stars not 3
- marionq422 (10/5): Great London break - We have stayed here before. The location is 2 min walk from the tube station. The hotel itself is spotless and a great breakfast. A special mention for Elizabeth on reception. My husband mentioned that we take a break at this time of year for my birthday. She arranged for prosecco and chocolates to be left in our room. She even rang in to make sure it was done. It was so very thought ful, kind and very much appreciated. Thank you Elizabeth 😊
- C5882HSjamesc (10/5): Thank You Premier Inn! - Stayed at this hotel for a Halloween party at the end of October, wasn't expecting much, being a premier inn, but boy was I wrong!!!! The staff here are amazing and bent over backwards to make sure i had a good stay. I booked the upgraded room (512) and it was fantastic, loved the free chocolates, wish I could buy some from somewhere as were really nice. Happy Hour in the bar was great value for london with 2 drinks costing only £9! Was very impressed, special thank you to Sapana and Deanna who were working behind the bar and reception - such lovely girls with a great sense of humor.
- ChipoftheOldBlok (10/5): A safe and convenient location - I am no stranger to the Premier Inn Ravenscourt Park, Kings Street, Hammersmith, London. I have stayed there over many years when I visit the Consultant responsible for my Varicose Vein treatment since 2017. The staff at the Premier Inn are always considerate, polite and helpful. Recently I have managed to stay in an Accessible Room thanks to the kind staff, as getting in and out of a conventional bath is no longer easy at my age.
The room is ideal as it includes many safety features.
- 960jeanetteh (10/5): Brilliant location - The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless.great location , not far from the shops Will be returning next year.
- kevincL2492UH (10/5): Excellent - Adiha at the bar was very helpful absolutely lovely person, conversation we had was brilliant, can’t wait to come back here
- Seabdh5 (10/5): Premier inn premier view - Excellent location
Good value with a free breakfast from offer
Special mention to Valerie who checked us in changed our room to a top floor to give us a view of london.
- nathanbM3775RX (10/5): Midweek break - Great location for links to central London staff were friendly and helpful… Maria is the definition of working for the team .. in my view she is an excellent employee for premier inn and they should give her a pay rise for how helpful she is to the customers… customers want this level of service….
My tip would be book the accommodation earlier for a better price… 👍
- 942gabriellah (4/5): I will not return. - The room was filthy. There were white finger prints all over the shower, the sides hadn't been wiped down and the floor was definitely not hoovered. I expect a certain standard from Premier inn and this did not meet the mark. We arrived late, after 10pm, so I did not feel comfortable asking for it to be cleaned. Food choices in the morning were limited (we ate at 7:30am) so that was also dissapointing. The staff were kind, so I have marked up for that. Car parking is very very limited and expensive.
- 491jayeshj (4/5): Suggested improvements - We only had one towel, and there was no obvious way to contact the reception other than walking to the reception!
I have suggested improvements, now ots upto the management.
- cunnijo (10/5): Recent stay at Premier Inn (Ravenscourt Park, Hammersmith) - Staff very helpful. Room was neat and tidy and was cleaned each time I requested it. Very conveniently located close with good transport links for Heathrow and city. Excellent breakfast choices with all you can eat available.
Would like to see some Premier Plus rooms at this location, as they are the 2 other Premier Inn's in the area. Otherwise highly recommend.
- Michael James (6/5): - The room was fine its a good room to sleep and keep your belongings not if you are wanting to lounge in all day. The elevator stopped working one night so had no other way then to take the stairs. Not good for anynone that requires hany accessable facilities. Parking lot was pretty much full the entire stay and street parking is very rare. There is a lot of quick places for food with in walking distance. Futher away from the city than it looks on the maps.
- chrise150 (10/5): Great London base for a weekend away - This hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but it’s a premier inn so you know what you’re getting. I’m pleased to say this one didn’t disappoint. The room was as you’d expect. Clean and tidy with the most comfortable beds ever.
Shower and bathroom all clean and tidy and well stocked with bayliss and Harding soap. Breakfast is 12.99 which was nice and served in the bar / restaurant area as usual. However also in the area, just 2 minutes walk is a Burger King, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Costa and a few local deli shops that are just as good.
Check in was ok but took a little longer than it should have as our lead booker asked for a double to be amended to a twin. It really shouldn’t have taken as long as it did but we were all sorted after 25 mins.
That said the staff were all lovely, as ever, and the whole place was as you’d expect. One thing to note is that the hotel is on both sides of the road divided by a walkway 2 floors up. Just be mindful of that when booking and if you struggle to walk far then ensure you request a room on the reception side of the hotel. We were in room 415 (reception side) which backed onto the train line but we never heard any noise to disturb us. There’s also loads of local bars and eateries nearby too. The Nearest tube is Earl’s Court off the Piccadilly or district lines which is literally 2 minutes walk away. Should you stay here, yes. It’s a great base to enjoy and explore London. We used it as a base for an England rugby weekend. An uber to Twickenham on the Saturday at noon was £30 for a six seater and took approx 35 mins. It was £60 for the same journey on the way back at 8pm.
- susannew578 (8/5): Great value and nice hotel - Stayed here with a friend and two teenagers, we booked a 4rooms bedroom. Big and well cleaned rooms and with air conditioning.
We did not try the breakfast, but had our morning coffee served down in the lobby. The hotel is located near Hammersmith center.
We are very happy with our stay at this premier inn hotel.
Thank you Maria for excellent service and for the warm welcome everyday!
- F6619AZguilhermea (10/5): Best hotel in Earls Court. - Elizabeth did a great job and manage to check us in before noon.
Good hotel with great mattresses and toilet.
Good service.
- Journey00229445532 (10/5): Very kind staff and lovely service - I had requested for early check in, and Maria was super kind and sweet to help me out on this. Didn’t have to wait at all.
Lovely staff and service!
- 483apilt (10/5): Great stay - Was great stay here. Everything was nice. Room was good, food was amazing. Location was very convenient. Loved to comeback and stay here again.
- Voyage05294046978 (10/5): Very nice - My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
- Guillaume (6/5): - Il n'y avait de serviette que pour une personne alors que nous étions deux.
Dans l'hôtel plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : ascenseur, machine à café.
- M2197WFjasonb (10/5): Good hotel - Stayed for remembrance weekend, excellant location for royal albert hall and westminster. Room vlean and comfirtable, bar reasonably priced, breakfast very good, all staff excellant, all helpful polite and fruendly.
- laura191 (6/5): Shabby - Very average and one of the shabbier Premier Inn’s available.
Pros - the location is good and easy access to the tube, shops are nearby and you can walk to many attractions.
However, the rooms are getting old and tired and the entire place appeared to be understaffed every day.
You have to go through a tired looking walkway to get to most of the rooms which is weird, and it all feels outdated.
Breakfast quality is good, but go early. The bar on the evenings is quiet yet still a slow service.
I have stayed at other London Premier Inn’s and wouldn’t recommend this one over those, there would be no rush back here.
- dewgali (10/5): Great experience - María was really helpful and nice during our stay. We had a great time, she made us feel very welcomed.
The room was clean and the area good.
- Hieumongous (10/5): Amazing!! Highly recommend!! - I visited a few times for breakfast and Sam, Maria and Phi (who works behind the kitchen) were always so friendly and welcoming. I would get the english buffet breakfast to go and they would really pack in the container. I would always walk away with a big smile and full tummy. Hope to be back again soon to visit!!
- 421violaa (8/5): okay - they were kind, everything was okay!! nothing was broken and they were fine, maybe I will come again. ajajajjajajajajaah
- susansG6511LD (8/5): A mixed experience - We stayed first 4 nights in a Premier Plus room. The room was clean and better equipped than standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Svetlana. The hotel is in a very good location, minutes to Earls Court tube station and walking distance from South Kensington museums. The downside is the noise - right by the railway line, sound proofing between rooms not great and as PPlus rooms are on top floor we heard noise we think from machines on roof.
- Jet32756191178 (4/5): Please beware there is no parking on this hotel prior to booking. - Location was what we needed the most and accessibility to make life easier with my disabled child. Please be aware the hotel doesnt have parking. So please ignore the booking.com/website comment of it having parking. It is very close to the tube and food places. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but came back in the evening to find it wasnt. The place is very run down looking with stains everywhere. And it feels like a maze ee almost got lost so many times. We wanted an easier route specially with my autistic daughter.
- atirolaa (10/5): Would Come Back - Oliwia greeted us with such professionalism and warmth. The check-in process couldn’t have been smoother she made everything feel effortless.
- Go21478010031 (6/5): Average stay.. - Stayed 1 night.. cold tap on shower didn't work, TV didn't work properly, out of date plug charging sockets and no sockets next to bed. View would be lovely if you could withdraw the nets but the breakfast was delicious and the sleep was amazing..
Room 409
- camilladC4915UF (10/5): Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff - I stayed for one night and had a really positive experience. Check-in was quick and easy. Valerie on reception was lovely, friendly and genuinely welcoming. She made everything feel relaxed from the moment I arrived.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a good night’s sleep. Bed was really comfy, shower was hot with good pressure, and the hotel was quiet in the evening which I appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was also decent with plenty of choice.
Overall, simple, clean, comfortable and great service. Would happily stay again. Thanks Valerie for making the check-in so smooth!
- 777maevea (2/5): Dirty hotel, rude staff - Room is dirty, mildew on the bathroom ceiling and not cleaned as hair from previous guests in the bath. Paid for early check in and rude reception staff tried to refuse check in. Staff at breakfast rude and unwelcoming. Very limited selection at breakfast compared to what was advertised. Very poor experience for the price paid.
- Q641PRchrisj (10/5): Booked 3 room.2 twins. 1 family. All excellant. - Excellant service.
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Has a luggage storage facility. Clean fresh rooms. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. Quiet room. Bed/pillow very comfortable. Tea/coffee etc. Had a very pleasent stay. Thank-you to all the staff.
- kevelliot (10/5): Probably one of the best stays. Adina was so amazingly helpful. - Probably one of the best stays over all the years. The help and assistance from Adina and her staff was first class and changed a very negative week into a very positive wow week.
Many thanks Adina.
- DayTrip23731129559 (4/5): Extremely dirty and disgusting. - The Staff were friendly and very nice. The walls were extremely thin and on the first night I heard people. Our Bathroom stunk of mouldy curry and I sprayed many times but did not clear. The location was good and it had a Tesco very close and also the Ravens Court Tube line near by too. Our view was good. It was very out dated and on the second night at about 8 out key card to our room stopped working
- Z3445RFrebeccam (6/5): Very disappointed - We were very disappointed in our stay. We use Premier Inn as you know the standard of service you are expecting. The bathroom had red tinged stains on the toilet lid and seat which my 11 year old son did not need to see. There was also mould in the bathroom above the door frame. We also upgraded to a meal deal for our stay which we thought included the kids meals. It turns out they are not included and we had to pay for their meals. My error for not reading it, but disappointing not to have been informed first.
- O9921JFcatherinec (4/5): Poor experience - We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday and when we arrived there was one person on the check in desk. We paid for an early check in at 11am and both my family and the family in front had to wait for the staff member to check with the cleaners to see if our rooms were ready, even though we arrived after 11. The room was decent and the beds were very comfortable, we were in room 405 on the 4th floor and it was on the smaller side but there was enough room for the three of us. Room could have done with some refreshing to the paint and bathroom. There was some confusion when we went for breakfast the next morning, which was my fault as I'd misread when booking and assumed I'd included my son in the continental breakfast that I'd booked but I hadn't. The man who was seating people was incredibly rude and abrupt and instead of politely explaining to me he made me feel embarrassed in front of other guests and like I'd deliberately tried to avoid paying for my son. He let us in to have breakfast but when we were leaving he almost followed us and brought the managed to explain to us, who was also rude and abrupt. The manager was telling me I had to pay for my son while stood in front of a sign that said "kid eat free all day". In the small print they only eat free with a full breakfast which is more expensive and which I didn't want. He then marched us to the front desk to pay and I had to go and get my card from the room. He then got confused about how much I had to pay and went from telling me I needed to pay £8 to £4 to £2 which is what I actually paid. He then also got confused and thought I said I hadn't had breakfast and he marched me back into the restaurant. It was very frustrating and didn't need to happen, the mistake was mine but no one explained to me properly. We also attempted to order two hot chocolates and a fruit shoot and crisps at the bar and the staff didn't know how to make hot chocolate and didn't seem to understand what crisps were either. I eventually said not to worry about the hot chocolate. The bar was constantly left unattended and you had to go looking for staff to serve you. You also had to book for an evening meal and there was no food served between breakfast and dinner. I wouldn't stay at this Premier Inn again which is a shame because the location is great.
- rachelcE7271WO (2/5): Mouldy Room - We checked out of Premier Inn Kensington Earls Court after staying for 3 nights from 2nd-5th August. Our booking was for two rooms - the worst being room 118.
Upon arrival, room number 118 had an extremely foul and mouldy odour. The window was also covered by a metal grating which meant that we were not able to open the window to get rid of the smell either.
My aunt, staying in 118 with my uncle, suffers from asthma and therefore we made the decision to go down to the reception desk to ask for a room change.
When we spoke to reception, they said that all of the rooms were fully booked and they would not be able to accommodate a room change. We offered the person on reception to come and smell room 118 for themselves and they didn't answer. We were not offered any kind of alternative room or compensation for the circumstances.
My aunt and uncle then had to resume staying in room 118 for the rest of our stay. They did not sleep well on any of the three nights in which we had booked for. The hotel was in no way cheap for us to stay in and the room did not match the price we paid for it's mouldy condition.
Overall, we are extremely disappointed with our stay in Premier Inn Earls Court Kensington. We have stayed in Premier Inn hotels on many occasions, we have never had any problems apart from this hotel. Staff at breakfast and dinner were accommodating and helpful but were in low numbers so extremely busy.
We really hope that we will be compensated in some way for our stay as we are put off on using Premier Inn hotels in future. I sent an email to Premier Inn after our stay and still have not heard anything from them.
- hhcristhine (6/5): Nice central hotel. - Location is good near to Earls Court metro station. You can hear noise from the other guests they can hear you too a guest knocked at my door 4 am to say my televion was loud. And it was not so some people can be sensitive. Room is cozy and comfortable. Price was fairly good. The room and the hotel was very clean. Service at checkin was very bad and the Recepcionist very rude. She felt brothered with my stay at the hotel. But the rest of the staff was very good and very suportive.
- Wanderer37039992237 (10/5): NFL stay - P absolute great stay, stuff friendly ,funny, gave plenty of information what was needed
Breakfast had loads of options, hot food was hot ,
- kiddy60 (4/5): Hendon v Glasgow - The rooms that we used in this Premier Inn, are nothing like the photo shown for this PI and bear absolutely no resemblance to any Lenny Henry adverts on TV - to say this PI is tired is an understatement and the price charged, as Coldplay were in town, was astronomical !
I attended a Deacon Blue concert in Glasgow last weekend and the Buchanan Galleries PI was palatial 7 stars in comparison and a quarter of the price.....something not quite right with charging policy !
- nickbestwick (4/5): Disappointment, give a miss for a few months.. - Simple: Staff attitude, warmth and guest service at Check-in and Breakfast was 2*. No.welcome, read room number out aloud.at.rception, no details,.and took over five mins to find me.a.bedroom.
At breakfast, I provided my.room.number, but a brief wave of a hand, that was my welcome and instruction from the person at the podium. He was clearly covering for a.late running colleague, so will give benefit of doubt - given that he checked me in the night before. Even when said colleague arrived for shift, no effort was displayed in achieving her job description. Apart from being present.
Th room was lacking warmth in appearance and care. It was a double bed not kingsize. No major issue for one. But couple beware. Unless on honeymoon or it's your birthday, check when entering your room.if.you are used to and expecting a king sized offering. There was no welcome info in room,.no QR codes or info on the TV about meal times. When I asked at 2255 for a soft drink at the bar, I was told.it was closed and had to turn to.vending machine instead.
It was the simple things that really were missing at this place:
Unclear direction to the car park.
No rear entrance from car.park to hotel
Missing A4 poster holder/s in loft (clearly broken, removed and not replaced)
Check in taking too.long and no additional info provided,.like 'welcome' or 'lifts behind you,"
Soft seating in reception area looked as though it has been dumped to store rather than used.
The room was unwelcoming, and had a very strong smell of fake.air freshener from the air chill fan to headache level.
Still has the "office toilet roll dispenser, because you might nick a loo roll" holder.
Having worked in HR, the staff morale and attitude i would akin to being told you are part of a 'reorganisation that may.mean the loss of your job.... Because that it they way they actied. Whitbread.over all make significant profits. So doubt it is that. .
However as someone that stays in excess of 60+ nights a year in hotels, I will give PInn a miss for the next couple.of months while they sort themselves out. As.for this PI,.bottom.20% of all, I say.
- Karen Marie (8/5): Godt ophold - Rent værelse og badeværelse. Dog lidt en dårlig lugt fra afløb.
God beliggenhed for os.
Venlig modtagelse.
- bpdave (4/5): Premier Inn Hendon - avoid - I had read the bad reviews about this place and was prepared but reading about it and actually experiencing it are two different things.
We stayed at the Premier Inn Hendon for one night as we had an event 5 minutes drive. The proximity was the only positive of the hotel.
The drive to the entrance does not belong to the hotel. It is for the gym next door. This makes dropping off people and luggage difficult.
The parking is difficult. One has to maneuver around pillars to get to the carpark that is potholed and the spaces are tight. A short walk to the entrance. Thankfully it was not raining.
The lift was in need of some serious TLC. The lift floor was dirty.
The corridors were in poor shape.
Checking receptionist was pleasant.
The bedroom was smaller than other Premier Inn hotel bedrooms.
The bed was comfortable. Shower was good.
We had requested an early breakfast as need to get away early.
We had a continental breakfast at 6:40am. It was good.
- Pim (10/5): - Ok
- L9208SScarolined (8/5): I've stayed in worst - This is a Premier Inn and should be judged as such.
It is tired and could do with a good clean and refurbishment. It is, however, not the worst I have stayed in.
The bed was very comfortable.
Location is great for the RAF Museum and for getting into London.
- vikit270 (10/5): Pleasant stay - I stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Whilst the hotel itself is fairly basic the location was perfect.
Amenities within walking distance, easy access to public transport.
The Afghan cafe next door to the hotel was a solid 10/10.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly the reception staff. Nothing was too much for the ladies on the front desk during my stay.
- S3338QDrichard (2/5): Urgent need of inspection and deep clean - I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel occasionally receives five-star reviews—unless they’re based solely on staff friendliness, because the environment itself is anything but five-star.
From the moment you step inside, you’re hit with the thick, lingering smell of cooking fat—not just in the canteen, but inexplicably wafting through reception. The corridors reek of must and neglect, and the floors are so sticky you feel like you’re walking across a pub carpet after closing time. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s unhygienic.
The images speak for themselves: damage across the property, from battered baseboards to grubby tiles and questionable fixtures. The elevator panel looks like a DIY accessibility retrofit held together with tape. The bathroom shows signs of wear and minimal upkeep. And the carpets? A visual metaphor for the overall state—tired, stained, and in desperate need of replacement.
There’s a total lack of cleaning throughout. Dust, grime, and signs of long-term neglect are everywhere. it’s a health and safety concern.
Unless standards improve dramatically, this hotel needs more than a deep clean—it needs a full audit.
- 19kimberleys (6/5): Coldplay stay - The queue was horrendous honestly considering it was a concert night having no self check in screens and one person on check in desk and they queue was 45 mins wait due to so many people waiting to be sorted
- theladyfiona (2/5): Terrible - Booked in advance because we was going to Wembley that evening we booked in. We had to join a queue to check in & we waited in the queue for 55 minutes because they had no organisation!! We was panicking because of the time & being late to the concert. Absolutely awful time. Room was mediocre, it definitely hadn't been vacuumed, there was bits all over the carpet. Bathroom needs a makeover, well the whole room & hotel needs a make over. I had continental breakfast which was disappointing, not a great deal of fruit. Daughter had full English breakfast which she enjoyed. Staff very nice & friendly. So, would I go there again?.....no way! It was the booking in situation that ruined it. I gave 1 star for friendly staff.
- bmwoodcock (8/5): Good Value for Money - Stayed during a busy time and this hotel was chosen due to being a short drive from Wembley Stadium. Arrived early and was pleased to find that we could check in early and get settled in, albeit at a cost but we were grateful nevertheless.
The room was standard, a little tired in places but comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was very good. Overall a nice stay
- 669willt (2/5): Poor service, wont be back - A run down hotel.witb poor service. We stayed for 4 nights. After the first night, we asked for a room service, only to be told there werent enough staff on. After the second, we asked again. They told us it would be done, but we knew the staff werent listening, and sure enough, it wasnt done. We payed a lot of money and thought the hotel was poor value for money Breakfast wasnt really good enough either for the price. Overall a very poor hotel.
- CatrinP_13 (10/5): Great location and friendly staff - One night stay for our group and we had a great experience. We hoped for an early check-in but had to wait - which was absolutely fine. Great little Weatherspoons nearby so we waited there for our rooms to become available. Rooms were comfortable and clean with all the amenities you’d expect. We didn’t have breakfast but it seemed great value for money. A comfortable stay within walking distance to tube and conveniently located to Wembley.
- Jan Michael (8/5): - Clean hotel, good for family stays, good value for the money
- U5445NCjohns (10/5): Ideal for family occasions - When we have a family occasion with our last remaining relatives in north London, this hotel is ideally placed for us. Our total party occupy at least five rooms. We are able to get together in comfort and the whole experience enhances our stay. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
- jeanpierredF6143TH (10/5): Perfect for activities or stay in North London. - Perfect reception and services.
Special thanks to Ilenur & Amar for their kindness.
Very good value for money, with car park, and Hendon subway station 2 steps away.
- NorthStar41320265671 (6/5): Weekend away - Good value for money on advance purchase; but rooms, lift and corridors are looking tired and worn out. Car park had at least a couple of vehicles that looked they had been abandoned there, and it seemed to be at near-full capacity. Room relatively basic: no facial tissues, and only supplied with one towel despite booked double occupancy, though to be fair, additional towels and instant beverages were easily available at reception. Comfortable bed was a redeeming feature. No complaints about staff helpfulness and friendless, at all. We didn't have any food, so can't comment on that.
- lucyanne240 (6/5): Decent room, good location for Wembley - Good location for getting to Wembley, about 3 mins walk from bus stop and then 20 mins or so on the bus.
Check in took a lot longer than expected, as both self check in machines were down, so we had to wait around 40 mins.
The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfy.
Parking was rubbish, we got there just before check in time and luckily got a space. However, all spaces were so ridiculously tight, if you car is any bigger than average you would never be able to get in. You also cannot pre book, and it’s £13 even with the hotels discount. It did look like there could be some parking on the street if needed though.
Overall, decent hotel for a night!
