Guest Reviews
- chrisntrina (10/5): Lovely very clean room - Was actually very shocked as outside looks like a prison but inside was lovely and very clean.
Breakfast was well worth it definitely get your money worth.
Would recommend this place and would stay again .
- stevedeakin2017 (10/5): Lovely hotel excellent staff - The service as always is superb . Radhika was lovely, nothing was too much trouble . We will definitely stay and eat here again .
- B1706KLvictoriac (10/5): Airport stop over, very pleasant reception area. - Very nice setting when you walked in. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location for airport and the noise level was fine considering you are under the flight path. Comfortable beds.
- Belfast-Will1975 (2/5): Tired hotel with construction work ongoing. - Very poor experience of staying in the Premier Inn Haydock.
Paid for an early check in, to be giving a room next to where a Pneumatic drill was being used. Shaking the entire room and making rest impossible.
Had to be moved room due to the incessant noise and vibrating room.
Had I know this hotel had construction work ongoing, I would NOT have booked it. All in all, not impressed.
- looby1324 (2/5): Unsafe! Please do not stay here. - Absolutely awful hotel - nowhere near the usual Premier Inn standard. Booked a 1 night stay here with our two children. As we approached our room it was clear that guests had been taking drugs in the hotel as there was a smell of cannabis in the corridor which was particularly strong in our room. Quickly became apparent that this hotel was not a safe or appropriate environment for our children so we did not stay. Staff on reception were obviously aware of what previous guests had been doing in the hotel but seemed unwilling and unable to take action. I am a regular Premier Inn guest and have NEVER seen one of their hotels this shabby and unsafe. Please, please do not book here!!
- 612jonathan (8/5): It does what it says on the tin - It does what it says on the tin - clean rooms, comfortable bed, basic but adequate dinner. Nothing special but good value for a night before a flight
- U3276YYcharlesb (10/5): Perfect overnight for T2 morning flights - Perfect overnight accommodation before flying out from terminal 2 next morning. We booked the premier plus room with food package and the evening meal was excellent as was the buffet breakfast the following morning. All staff are polite and courteous, and the ambiance is nice.
We didn’t take the shuttle bus, but used the public service bus 105 stops right outside which goes straight to the terminals and is much cheaper! Overall highly recommended, we’d definitely stay again
- rogerfP2508ZW (10/5): Great airport hotel - Helpful and friendly staff made our stay prior to a long flight hassle and stress free . The bed was so comfortable, normally I don’t sleep well in strange places but no problem here . The breakfast was well worth it , and the cocktails we had in the evening were excellent.
- ashleighs618 (10/5): Lovely! Would stay again - Great stay night before your flight - right next door to the Purple Park and Ride, really easy and staff were great! Lovely hotel, nice bar and restaurant too! Would definitely stay again, rooms are nice and big too.
- F6021VIkimc (10/5): Good Hitel near Heathrow terminals 2 and 3 - Excellent value for money. Lovely and clean. Food in the restaurant was really good. Close proximity to airport with the Hoppa shuttle bus running frequently from right outside the hotel.
- mastermixer1 (10/5): BEWARE CAR PARK FEE’s - Lovely hotel , like the way there’s a big entrance and walkway with bars and restaurants, gives a feel of not being in a hotel , food was good and drinks . The room was good , clean and tidy and had a good sleep, due to the comfy bed.
Only bad thing was turning up and having to pay a large car park few for the car , wasn’t happy . As nothing was mentioned when booking .
- clairej970 (10/5): Clean and convenient , friendly staff - Great premier inn for a night before a delight from Heathrow - friendly staff, clean hotel, lovely restaurant and bar area - would recommend
- Tour796485 (8/5): Breakfast start time - Initially informed on website that breakfast started at 6:30. As we were leaving next morning at 6:30 we passed on meal deal. However the amazing server Radhska corrected this incorrect start time and we were delighted to be able to take the meal deal after all. This needs to be corrected on site and receptionists need to be informed too. Much better start time. Thank you Radhska.
- carlyf825 (10/5): Well price well fed slept nice - Live local in an overcrowded apartment. Needed an escape and the overnight stay was more than expected. Food on point and comfortable room. Priced well. Will definitely be heading back again.
- peterrY3441TD (10/5): Simply a delightful experience and will come back for sure - A really enjoyable experience in Premier Inn, heathrow T2T3.
The staff went above and beyond anything that could be expected of them.
Arfa and Leslie presented a gluten free breakfast with the utmost diligence .
The best premier we stay at .
Thank you Arfa, Leslie and Gary
- 907lyndai (10/5): My favourite Premier inn! - Stayed here for a few nights prior to a holiday in Australia..great rooms and the beds are so comfortable.. good choice of meals jn bar/restaurant.. staff friendly and approachable…breakfast buffet in restaurant is excellent! Very good location and easy access to all terminals at airport…
- N2832LRjordanw (10/5): Amazing staff 😄 - Amazing stuff on in the evening from 5 pm onwards rooms are decent. Better comfy, quiet and the bathroom is clean and tidy. But more importantly the staff here care. They only overheard a conversation about me losing my dog today and they went above and beyond and I would like to thank them personally from the bottom of my heart. How kind you all were I know some say it's just a dog but it was a family to me and the team here made a hard day just a little bit easier. And thank you very much for your kind words and even the little cuddle that was needed. Amazing stuff! Amazing team. Highly recommend
- Gossipgirl69 (8/5): Very nice, location great, Room really good .... but ...... - I had booked an accessible room which was located near the font of the hotel which was great. Very lovely room, spacious , however, the couple above the room made so much noise, moving furniture, scraping things on the floor, stomping on the floor from the time myself and my hubby arrived about 5:00 pm till 01:30 am in the morning. We complained to the manager who came to the room with security several times and heard the noises himself and understood our concerns and both the manager and security spoke to the couple several times throughout the night. They apologised but they continued making noise. The manager offered to move us to another room about 11:00 pm but we felt no as we liked the room we were in and why should we move ?, if anyone should move, it should be the couple above as they acknowledged that they were making noise. The staff were as helpful as they could be but the building needs better soundproofing as you could hear every stomping footstep, dragging of suitcases, moving of furniture etc. The only other thing which is a concern is crossing the main room to get to the hotel from the bus across the road. There is NO official crossing in front or near the hotel. The nearest traffic crossing left or right to get to the other side to where the hotel is based is a good 10 min walk. As someone with a disability, it was terrible as it started to rain and walking that 10 mins to enter the hotel was awful. There is an "unofficial" crossing across the road in front of the hotel which would be a perfect but it's a real risky crossing as you have to wait until the traffic dies down and run across. I don't know how this can be managed better but it needs to be addressed that not everyone drives to the hotel and that adjustments needs to be done. The hotel itself with location to the airport by public transport is excellent- bus journey to and from is approx 10 mins and cost around £1.75 each way - compared to the airport shuttle bus which is £6.00 each way. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the food was ok, not brilliant but good. My overview is that I would definitely book the hotel again, its good value for money , location great and lovely staff. But ....need to make crossing the road from public bus stop more accessible and the soundproofing the flooring / Ceiling needs to be seriously looked into. Apart from that I would definitely recommend the hotel.
- Tour54664807703 (10/5): First visit at the social will not be the last. - The ambiance was perfect, greeted promptly at the entrance by Alisha she was so lovely and served us with amazing service. Overall, it exceeded expectations, making it a must-visit for a sophisticated place to wine or dine!
- W1327GVloganh (10/5): Our first visit at The Social Premier Inn - The Social offer an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for both relaxing evenings and lively gatherings. We had Alisha as our server and she was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure we all felt welcome and well cared for. The menu features a great variety of dishes and the drinks selection is impressive, with creative cocktails and a wide range of wines and beers. Overall we had a great experience and we will definitely be returning.
- 456oksanam (10/5): An overall good experience - Excellent stay and great service from arrival to check out. Cara and her team were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
- B2212JHkayj (10/5): Saved us - Checked in late one night, for a couple of nights, after our original accommodation was not what we expected. Room was perfect for our needs and the hotel clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant was clean and food amazing. Would recommend this place.
- 47leeannes (10/5): Great hospitality - Hospitality second to none. Cara was amazing through the whole stay always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
- JaxNorthants (8/5): Great for Heathrow Terminal 3 - Within easy reach of Underground and Airport. Ideal stopover for night before a flight.
Clean and quiet typical premier inn rooms with restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee on ground floor.
Regular shuttle bus provides Regular transfers to terminals
- F9456PBrs (8/5): Good stay - My stay was very pleasant? staff very accommodating and welcoming. The proom was clean had no issues. close to public transport and shops. It was a good stay.
- otgk2025 (2/5): Worst Hotel Stay of My Life. Avoid at All Costs - I don’t even know where to begin because this hotel was a complete nightmare from the moment I arrived. The pictures online must be at least ten years old because the reality looked nothing like what was advertised. The entire place felt neglected, dirty, and honestly unsafe.
The room was disgusting.
There were stains on the sheets, the walls had marks all over them, and the carpet felt sticky. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks mildew in the shower, hair on the floor, and a smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door.
Noise was constant.
Doors slamming all night, loud talking in the hallways I barely slept.
Customer service was non-existent.
When I complained, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing.
Security felt questionable.
The lock on my door was loose, strangers were wandering around the corridors, and the car park had no lighting at all. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room.
Overall, this hotel is rundown, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I checked out early and booked somewhere else because I couldn’t stand another night there. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else.
Avoid this place at all costs.
- mariaaH6145IJ (10/5): One of the best stays we experienced is Premier Inn bath road .besides we stayed at Hayes. Prinston . Swindon. - It was an extremely great experience with the buffet morning breakfast the dishes were cooked perfectly and presented beautifully..we would highly say thank you for the fantastic staff Gizel .Leslie . Abdul.Gary and Sandra these staff members always welcomed us with a smile they made us very comfortable and even knew what was our favourite dish and maintained a good teamwork and hygiene..one of the best Premier Inn staff we have ever met during our stays ..We wish them with happiness and Good Wishes .
- AndreLaBouchardiere (10/5): Exactly what you want from a hotel. - Very convenient location. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent.
- Emptynester678 (10/5): Perfect overnight stay for early flight - We got a really good rate for this hotel and I don’t know why I had never stayed here before. From checking in , to size of bedroom , to comfort of bed, - all was perfect. The hotel had a busy vibe downstairs, but the bedroom was very quiet. There is a phone in reception to book a taxi for the next day and all worked well.
- Explorer55422713239 (10/5): Good - Lovely meal tonight in the newly refurbished restaurant all credit to Alisha. Great service and brilliant menu recommendations.
- L2388KZmariep (10/5): Great restaurant experience - I dined in the newly refurbished restaurant and the food was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful - Alisha was great, really attentive with the check backs, super smiley and really welcoming. Thanks!
- R4703JMpaulm (8/5): Changes - Mel on reception is great, new restaurant is nicely done and food is good, but could be doing with an area if you want to sit after a meal with a drink .
- Odyssey36908885974 (10/5): New Restaurant - New restaurant at Premier Inn Haydock Yewtree Way. Very nice refurbishment. Friendly welcome and very attentive staff especially Alisha.
I will be back.
- paulcA2536RX (10/5): Nom nom nom - lovely food! - Food fantastic, dishes very tasty. Staff very antentive with a genuine interest in feedback - so freindly - and over the last two days, a special shout out to Jack and Alisha waiting on, as well as a number of staff of whose names I didnt get. Ive been at the hotel for the last 10 weeks; ive had my fill of pasteries, banana and apples (lol) whislt renovations take place, so in the next 5 week I have left, I shall be working through the menus (thanks to work) in a bid to catch up!
Keep the standards up, it will work in your favour!
And another big shout out to all the staff working within the hotel during my long stay. EVERY ONE of them have been so good, so friendly and overall a pleasure to have gotten know.
- leehA4128YO (10/5): Great food and Service - Great food and Great Service from Alisha. Cheers. Nice restaurant and decor,, good atmosphere! Thank you. All the best
- T3618EProbm (10/5): Very satisfied guest - I stayed only one night, I was on my way to Canada. As soon as I reach the hotel, I was very impressed. The lady on the desk was very helpful. The room was super. The bed was very comfortable. I thought it was great value.
- Dream39184991591 (10/5): Great Stay - Great stay - all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Re transfer bus to the airport allow 45 mins (traffic was gridlocked even at 8am Sunday) to get from hotel to terminal !!! Buses also a little irratic vs timetable - allow plenty of time!
- W372LHnickh (10/5): Great service for reopening restaurant. - Had a great meal this evening in the newly refurbished restaurant, great service from the whole team, Alisha, Charlotte and James.
- J4597OKgeorges (10/5): Brilliant experience - I enjoyed a lovely meal and received great customer service. i enjoyed a great burger with chips. the staff were very friendly who were charlotte, alisha and james
- petersH1947GV (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and good value for money - Very clean, comfortable room and the breakfast in the morning was great as well- Alisha was very friendly and welcoming and the cook was also very accommodating.
On the second night I was staying (Friday 7th Nov) the person in the room above me decided to start stomping around late at night and didn't stop for hours - have no idea what he was doing. Went down to reception and the guy on the desk (can't remember his name but he was young with black hair) was really helpful. He gave me another room along the corridor and I slept great after that.
So all the staff I met on my stay were fantastic.
- Mabassa (10/5): Easy parking, comfy bed, nice breakfast - Friendly welcome at reception from Donna and Alisha, who were also great with customer service in the newly-refurbished restaurant.
- Scenic67503884866 (10/5): Stayed here a few times before, staff friendly and happy to help, new restaurant just opened. - Hotel is close to work , room is a typical premier inn, practical layout, clean, shower and bath, on site parking is a big bonus ,no charge for parking just login your car reg at reception.
- sharonsD7591BA (2/5): Never again! - What a horrible experience. We were not told we had to book the restaurant so waited for 20 mins to try to get a table. There was no one serving and no one to help. A man was walking around trying to pay for his meal but there was no one available to take his money. We gave up. Later that night we witnessed a van being broken into in the car park. Reported it to the reception along with photos but they really didn’t seem bothered. I do not believe the police were called! Never again!
- melaniad235 (10/5): Good hotel and a nice team - Jade and the breakfast chef very accommodating:)
Great check in efficient and a good hotel for our visit.
We surely coming back in the future
- 606davidsj (8/5): Room was dated that adequate - I stayed at premier Inn Hayes the grapes last night the one was dated the adequate a bit dusty and in some places a bit tired there wasn't ambient lighting that
I'm used to seeing.
The staff members are very friendly it took a bit of time looking up my reservation the reception is nice and clean and there is no lift at this premium just to make people with mobility issues away
Car parking is £8.90 a night on the site parking
You've got a pizza place down the road and across the road you've got McDonald's and you've got the SL9 bus like takes you into if we airport
In my view to hotel is worse situated
Would I recommend staying at this hotel yes I would but it could do a bit of an update
- ravneetss (10/5): Excellent service, great stay - Great stay with Premier Inn. Mishel really looked after us, checked our rooms were ready and checked us in. Gave us all the info we needed. Thanks Mishel!
- 991navs (10/5): Amazing experience and great customer service by Mishel - Massive thank you to Mishel who really helped us out with our rooms and got us sorted. Also cracked a few hilarious jokes! Felt very welcome and relaxed ahead of our busy 24 hours to the airport.
Thank you so so much Mishel! You're an asset to the team!
- J7643EOandyg (10/5): Need somewhere to stay - Extremely helpful staff, always available to help. Very nice room with Extremely comfortable bed. Unfortunately the adjoining pub was closed for refurbishment. I would recommend this hotel 5☆
- iley2014 (10/5): Mishel’s/Mishal's Outstanding Hospitality Transformed My Stay - I’d like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Mishel at the front desk. Although my stay was over a week ago, I couldn’t let it go unmentioned , I was traveling and didn’t get the chance to share this sooner.
Mishel is truly a standout. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her presence alone brought a sense of ease and care that instantly elevated the atmosphere. She consistently went above and beyond, not just for me, but even for a guest I had over during my stay. She took the time to warmly congratulate them on their recent wedding, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch, it really showed how attentive and kind-hearted she is.
To be honest, there were several things I wasn’t completely satisfied with during my time at the property, but Mishel’s outstanding service made all the difference. Her attitude, attention to detail, and sincere care made it easy to overlook the shortcomings. It’s rare to encounter someone who can single-handedly turn around an entire guest experience , but she truly did.
I’m writing this review entirely because of her. Out of respect for the high standards she upholds, I won’t even go into the negatives, because she deserves full credit and recognition.
I am truly sorry as I have misplaced a note I took from her name tag — I’m not sure if her name is spelt Mishel or Mishal. I truly apologise if I’m misspelling her name.
Thank you, Mishel, your kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. You truly made all the difference.
- G7149SHvictoriai (10/5): Everything was just perfect - Amazing stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service and perfect location.
Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back!
- 184denm (10/5): Helpful staff - Yesterday I visited with my colleague in premier inn such a wonderful experience for me . Mr Amit Sharma on the reception was very helpful guy.
- 858dent (10/5): Will recommend to others - Will visit again. The staff are what make this Premier Inn stand out from the rest; attentive and passionate about their jobs, you are always greeted with a smile.
Hotel and rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast was adequate and there is a mcdonalds next door for anyone wanting a bit more whilst the building work is going on.
Special shoutout to Charlotte for her suggestions on where to eat whilst the restaurant is closed, and willingness to help with our queries.
- Y9073DCiant (10/5): Ian’s staff appreciation and thanks - Really friendly and helpful staff, clean room and a really good Restaurant, with the breakfast cooked to order, the breakfast Derek cooked this morning and served by Jade was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a Premier Inn, all the food I had over a 2 night stay was very good
- C1395IPmichaelm (10/5): great travel experience thanks to the helpful staff - i stay at the hotel for one night on my travel to and from Scotland. The hotel is perfectly placed just of M6 The staff Donna in reception were most welcoming hepfull and advising on places to see eat and made sure everything was in tip top shape Staff could not be more helpful I would recommend this as a place to stay
- W1482GYmichaelm (10/5): Excellent hotel to stay in for the Haydock area - great place to stay staff excellent friendly helpful Donna was on reception when i arrived and was helpful and could not doi enough for me especially withg the extra help i needed
- G4803NUmartino (10/5): Perfect - Amazing service would come back again mishel and mags were very professional also directed me to the local food spots which was a nice thing to do
- 66rachaell (2/5): Wouldn’t return for free - First I would like to say I can’t believe Premier Inn are using a site like this with their name on it!
Location - not bad for London, close to Hayes and Harlington Station. Upon approach to the hotel and around the car park there are just bags of rubbish scattered, it looks disgraceful. The area around and people hanging around was quite scary.
Check in easy and probably the best thing about the stay. Non friendly but straight forward and took 2 minutes. Reception staff are usually standing outside vaping or smoking and not really interested.
Room - as you would expect, usual kettle, teabags etc. Bathroom stunk of urine, like overpowering it was vile. One towel for 2 people for 2 nights. Constant banging of doors under our room so didn’t get much sleep.
Bar/Restaurant - just weird, bizarre and odd! You enter via a side entrance into a decent sized pub. One staff member and one cooking. We didn’t eat as we just didn’t like the vibe. Had a couple of drinks. Poor lad was running around like a headless chicken serving drinks and making desserts. I have never seen anything like it! Stood for 15 minutes just to try and pay for the drinks!!!!
So would I stay here again…..absolutely not. Spend more and go elsewhere.
- 831elsbethg (10/5): Great hotel and lovely staff - An excellent Premier inn with superb staff.
Hotel looks grubby from the outside but is actually exceptionally clean inside. Currently undergoing some renovations so hopefully the outside will be painted which it needs.
Nel and Jaz on the front desk are wonderful...really helpful and friendly. I use a lot of Premier Inns for work and this has to be one of the best. Highly recommended.
- zhanettar2025 (10/5): The best hotel reception staff who ever landed on this planet! - I would like to pay the tribute to the members of the staff the receptionists Mr AMIT and Miss Richelle.
It clearly emerges that they are the extremely productive, effective, efficient, highly motivated, highly determined, proactive, interpersonal, confident and caring on their jobs.
They both are the best examples to follow for thousands of us!
They treat everyone of us with a radiant sincerity and a beautiful dignity and a profound respect.
They treat everyone of us like their Soul and Last one customer.
These two members of the staff are the special people who make good amazing things happen and who know and make the whole wide world changings for better!
Thank you ever so much for training such highly professional supportive interactive staff!
The mostly faithfully and gratefully
Yours
Mrs Zhanetta Rodgers
- urdles (10/5): Staff are awesome - Amazing service both in reception and across at the restaurant. The receptionist knew we were going to wembley for a concert and went out of her way to print off directions and really helped us. Dominic at the restaurant was also awesome. He was very attentive and took great pride in his job. Great team!
