Guest Reviews
- Librarianne (8/5): Enjoyable stay - We’ve just returned from a three night stay at this hotel, and we really enjoyed it. I had asked in advance for a quiet room on the first floor, and thats exactly what we got. Yes, the room could do with an upgrade. There is a lack of electric sockets, including usb ports, the wall mounted heater was a bit rusty, as were a couple of the bathroom fittings, but overall we were very comfortable. Breakfast in ‘The Social’ was up to the usual standards, with the hot offering cooked to order, which is always better than buffet style. However, the overwhelming take away from our stay is how lovely the staff are. They are so friendly and helpful and a big asset to Premier Inn. Izzy in particular made our stay, and she deserves a special award. We will return.
- andylY1395VT (2/5): Bathroom wasn't clean...... - The toilet had not been clean d as there was hairs and urine stains around the rim and back of the toilet. The coffee mugs were stained and there was a stain in the quilt cover.
- lm259 (10/5): Great venue, great staff - Spent 4 nights with elderly parents in adjoining rooms- Ellie on the staff was super helpful ahead of our stay and showed me around the rooms to ensure they were suitable for needs. Staff really pleasant and helpful through the 4 days. Rooms clean and warm and had everything we needed. The location was great for what we wanted to do.
- 924anjut (4/5): Freezing room and painful pillows. - I am writing to express my disappointment with my stay at your hotel yesterday. Unfortunately, several issues impacted the comfort and quality of my visit.
Firstly, the thermostat in my room was not functioning properly. Each time we set it to maintain a comfortable temperature, it would reset itself and switch off. As a result, we woke up to an extremely cold room, which made the night very unpleasant.
In addition, the pillows provided were extremely uncomfortable and left me with significant neck pain the following morning. This added further discomfort to an already difficult night’s sleep.
I am bringing these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed promptly, both for future guests and in consideration of the experience I had during my stay.
Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be resolved.
- neilhB4856QE (10/5): Great Premier Inn - Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this particular hotel was one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels I've been in. Great example of a Premier Inn at it's finest. The hotel colleagues were very welcoming and helpful. Great facilities. I can recommend the mix grill and then the breakage in the morning. Well done
- RossB354 (10/5): Weekend Break - A great convenient place for visiting Whitstable. Lovely staff and a tasty breakfast.
There's a regular bus into town.
- U6798EXmarko (10/5): The Wi-Fi needs to be updated once in a while but the stuff the absolutely amazing I could I could never ask for a bette - Widnes premier Inn was very amazing the staff was very nice the room was amazing the bed was comfy it was very very quiet as well the staff was very helpful I would complain about was a Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi still need to resetting once a week to the wife I got faster for the guests
- margaretd950 (10/5): Receptionist Jamie so very obliging and friendly - Spent Sunday night the 9th of November my husband and myself There was a double bed and a single divan. I have a back problem and preferred to sleep in the divan but it had no bedding.my husband went down to reception and explained situation. Jamie who was on reception went to different rooms gathered the appropriate bedding came to room made the bed from scratch sheet duvet pillows. He was so kind this young lad and very friendly. I feel he has to get a reward from his manager. Many Thanks Jamie.
- L690SFgeoffs (4/5): The evening meal was Not edible, - The Hotel was as usual Brilliant, The evening meal was Horrendous, It was our wedding Anniversary, my wife and myself was really Disappointed , The Food, Where do I start, The menu was very limited and Basic is an understatement, All microwaved, No Taste, we had one forkful and that was all we ate,, The poor staff were embarrassed removing our plates,
- K3974GJmattj (6/5): Fine hotel but free parking? No! - Nice basic hotel but a month after I returned I got a fine for parking my car. Apparently k hadn’t registered my car (because I wasn’t told I had to). The person I spoke to yesterday (3 -Nov) said she would cancel the ticket but I had already paid it because this fine took over 3 weeks and it was the last day I could pay the £60 before it went to £100. I hate these cowboy parking and the businesses that use them. I will be seeking the money back from the hotel through the small claims court so
It’ll cost them a lot more. Needless to say, cowboy parking failed to respond
To my email. Premier inn has lost a customer. Disgusting
- Zakkkk666 (2/5): Not good food - Took our grandson for a pizza, staff very good and attentive due to a nut allergy. We were on table 18.
Unfortunately that’s where the positive vibe ends, my mixed grill was rare at best when asked for well done. Sausage was virtually raw, eggs were runny and the gammon was 2/3 fat. Pizza very plain and wife’s chicken burger was okay at best.
- 497kirstenq (8/5): A credit to the brand - We stay at this Premier Inn regularly as we visit family in the area. The staff are lovely and very accommodating, an absolute credit to the brand. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the associated brewers fayre which is frankly awful. Whitehaven has much nicer restaurants, much more pleasant people than you will find in the brewers fayre, try the restaurants round the harbour, or the local pubs please dont take what you find at the brewers fayre as an example of the local hospitality
- Limeaway (10/5): Halloween treat no tricks. - Whitstable Harbour, great food, pubs shops and more is 30 mins walk from Whitstable Premier Inn, but a stay here is worth it! As is a sunset walk and supper stop off in Whitstable before a latish check in. A taxi up the hill to the hotel cost under £8.00.
The first floor corner room looked fresh and clean and the bed and pillows offered a good night’s sleep. The first floor room was near the floor’s access door which could be heard being used by other guests but the sounds were only slightly irritating.
The room came with a free breakfast deal and apparently some things were accidentally missing from the menu but plenty more was available if not vegan or vegetarian and hungry for mushrooms. Gluten free muesli and bread could be had. Tick.
Julia the restaurant manager, whom I’d seen on duty the night before, was there managing the breakfast with the same energy and grace. She is excellent and the reason for this review. A considerate employee and colleague I think. I commend all Premier Inn staff who seem to stay pleasant and polite despite frustrations from sometimes unreasonable guests.
- 534rayt (6/5): Good stay apart from breakfast. - Comfortable stay in the hotel, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Evening drinks in the bar had a very good atmosphere. The stay was spoiled somewhat by the breakfast the next morning at the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. Lack of plates and cutlery together with slow replenishment of the food made it very frustrating. Saying that one member of staff, Stacey, was extremely helpful and tried her best to rectify the problem.
- emmahU1947CD (10/5): Great stay with my family - Brilliant hotel, we stopped here after visting gullivers kingdom which was just a short drive.
room was massive! every staff member we came across were really friendly, Man on reception when we arrived (didnt catch his name) but he was really lovely.
Great location, kids loved it being right next to bowling at only £2 a game on a thursday night too!
Breakfast was good.
Would deffinatly stay again.
- M1588UQrachels (2/5): Mould and damp room - Room 11 smelt badly of damp and clear signs of mould growing by the window. Aggravated daughter's asthma. The room issue clearly needs to be resolved and not fit for habitation let alone as a family room. We had to stay in there as hotel was fully booked but staff did move us to another room when one was available. Staff were good but room needs to be addressed asap.usually have no problems with premier inns -this experience was a one off but still a very bad experience
- hewitsonh (10/5): Highly recommended - Called in for a breakfast and a rest from the road, were greeted by Jane, lovely lady, very friendly, we were directed to the breakfast area , the food was very presentable and tasted really nice enjoyed all, will return again
- sharonwA9210EJ (10/5): Friendly staff - Lovely overnight stay, left it too late to book anywhere so was grateful for Premier Inn to be able to accommodate. While the location is not walking distance the taxi services are on hand, £5 only to get to the towns pubs and restaurants so really doesn’t make much of a difference to location. Staff are friendly especially the lovely Julia and Shatia who gave us a lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary. The breakfast was plentiful and hot and again the staff were very helpful.
Overall a lovely one night stay.
- lisasP7597YV (10/5): Great value for money stay - We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Whitstable. Good value for money. The staff were all very welcoming and managed to swap us to an accessible room once we realised the shower was over the bath. Breakfast in The Social was good value for money, the hot buffet items was replaced regularly along with the other items. Provided soya milk and gluten free toast on request. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.
- Number37 (10/5): Excellent value and a comfortable stay - We changed rooms as there was a problem with the ventilation and consequently there was quite an unpleasant smell in our allocated room. However, a pleasant young man in reception found us a different room which was clean and comfortable. He was also very helpful with directions.
I’d like to mention employee Izzy, who was handling an incredibly busy breakfast room on her own the following morning. She was cheerful and helpful throughout, even though she was being inundated with breakfast orders and having to clear and set tables on her own. I think someone came to help her towards the end of a very busy session.
All in all, a good night’s sleep in the wonderfully comfortable bed and a hearty breakfast the following morning. Excellent value.
- keithh310 (10/5): Comfortable stay - We stayed two nights in a large well presented room in a quiet location on the first floor. The room appeared to be freshly decorated. Car parking is adequate and well lit. Wi-fi worked and was reliable. The only downside is lack of any lighting at the site entrance which meant I overshot it on two occasions at night!!
- sharondJ2347FG (8/5): Family room - The family room was adequate for our trip. The 3 beds do not give you much space in the room. The room is clean and has the basics in it.
- Linguist72 (10/5): Great place to stay in Widnes - We have stayed here a few times and never had a bad experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
It's a pleasure to stay here.
- suzannesO1553TJ (10/5): Comfortable stay - Have been stsying at the Pemier inn at Whitstable since it opened due to family living nearby. No complaints about friendliness of the staff, the rooms or the cleanliness of everywhere. Whe we have stayed before the food was provided by the Long Reach Beefeater next door. Excellent it was too,got to know the staff well. We were so sad to see that it was closed.
Food now provided at breakfast and evening in the Premier Inn,a much smaller restaurant, remember to book a time at the front desk. We had breakfast...excellant choice at 08.30. Evening meal we chose 18.30. Not a lot of choice, However all well cooked. Very short of staff, they seemed to be 'jack of all trades! Often leaving the restaurant to see to the front desk, and sometimes being the chef!
A very convenient bus stop 2 minutes away took us to Canterbury which saved the driving.
- B1606VHmarieb (8/5): Mixed Feelings - Friendly and genuine staff, room as you'd expect, free WiFi still not great. 'The Social' seemed empty most of the time and reminded us of a student common room, we much preferred the Beefeater which is now closed on the grounds .The entrance is full of pot holes with no lights and the old Beefeater sits empty in the darkness
- johnrC2758XW (8/5): First class service - Hotel is ideally located for local attractions and all staff were very welcoming and helpful, having stayed at many Premier Inns across the country the staff at this hotel were certainly up there with the best. Although the restaurant is small the breakfast was excellent and probably the best Premier breakfast we have had.All items were available and piping hot. With the restaurant being small it was much more pleasant and not crowded.
- philipg372 (10/5): Great hotel, Friendly and helpful staff - Great location near the supermarket, bowling alley, amusement arcade, cinema and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfy beds, and a clean room.
- GB_J074-Manda (10/5): Amazing staff especially (Dee) 😊 - We came to the Premiere Inn in Widnes to visit family in the surrounding area & our stay was amazing. We had such a good stay that we added 2 extra days in this hotel. 😊 All members of staff we seen were so lovely with us especially our first check in experience with the very lovely Dee, 😃 Dee was super nice with us and made us feel comfortable from our first step inside the hotel reception & this continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble & she even thought of things we didn’t realise we needed. We have even booked another stay at this supertastic hotel for December. Thanks to a great team & im sure this starts with great management. 😉
- Stephen (8/5): - Very large property with a large free car park.
- JaneE857 (10/5): Conveniently located to explore Whitstable and surrounds - The Premier Inn Whitstable Hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and a great base to explore Canterbury and the surrounding areas. We had breakfast both days and were very impressed with the selection of food available. The hot breakfast was replenished regularly , as were the pastries, breads etc. There was also a really good selection of tea, green and fruit teas available. My advice would be to book in the time you would like to have breakfast when you arrive as the restaurant area itself is fairly small.
Our room was comfortable and clean and there were two big fans in our room as the hotel has heating by no aircon.
The carpark gets busy but we managed to find a space on the two nights we stayed.
If you haven’t been to this hotel before you turn into car park for the disused pub called The Long Reach Tavern and drive passed it and the Premier Inn is on your left.
- Happiness23788071746 (6/5): Nice stay spoilt by poor breakfast - Nice stay spoilt by poor breakfast which was cold and missing expected item such as black pudding and mushrooms. Service fromm behind the food counter was awful
- Stephen (10/5): - Good breakfast each day and great meal each day at the local Pub next door.
- 221ianw (10/5): Premier Service - Had to spend one night here, only 6 miles from home, due to some pipework being carried out on our house.
Can tell anyone staying here that it is central to both bridges over the River Mersey to get to North Wales or "The Wirral",on a retail park with plenty of big name shops and restaurants and entertainment venues.
Plenty of free parking space.
Having stayed in a fair few "Premier Inns"in the past, this one seems to have larger roomspace than the rest.Same cleanliness and facilities, comfy beds, nice bright bathroom,tea/coffee making facility,t.v.,desk,hanging space for clothes.
- H4314QPnikib (4/5): Poor stay. Wouldn’t recommend - Very cheap & for very good reason! Would have left 1 star if it wasn’t for it being so cheap!
Dark, dingy, seemed to have not been updated since 80’s. No phone charging plugs. Bizarrely a Family room got extremely hot on a cold night, without heating on! No privacy as window opened up on to other rooms on ground floor.
Overall cleanliness possibly ok (Room so old and dark it just felt horrible), except bathroom - big chunk of hair on soap dispenser, black mould, rust and grime around taps.
Brewers Fayre next door was filthy! Never sat at such sticky tables, sticky menus. Bottled drinks not served with glasses. Food standard ‘pub food’.
Hotel receptionist suggested no tables would be available, yet the place was practically empty.
Lessons learnt - cheap for a reason!
- Bcrbabe1 (4/5): I'd stay somewhere else - Room ok ,usual premier in standard.
Reception Staff didn't seem that bothered about interaction with guests.
The brewers fayre restaurant was diabolical.waited nearly 1 hour just for our starters. Breakfast on both days was not the usual premier inn standard. Cold bacon and dried up eggs and beans not worth even half the money charged.
The best thing about the brewers fayre was the manager Stacy...she was lovely and friendly and a definitely asset to tbe place
- Sightsee43369617944 (6/5): Not so good experience - I have used premier inn several times now around the country, this was by far the worst hotel yet, especially as the beefeater side of the restaurant was closed down and the so called in-house restaurant only had small selection of meals and had I have known this I would never have booked this hotel.
I also think that that the standard of the rooms has slipped, bathroom not very clean, bedroom looked a bit dingy, also we could hear the people in the room above moving around all the time.
- Explorer67672991642 (10/5): Welcoming - Welcoming staff, easy check in. Clean aired room. Clean sheets and towels. Good facilities. Comfortable bed, extra pillows if required. Good choices for breakfast. Enjoyed our 4 day stay.
- 777petef (2/5): Rooms were filthy and hot - We stayed at the Whitstable Premier Inn for two nights in August. The room was filthy there was old food on the floor, wrappers under the bed food stains on the bed. There was a stain which looked like dried blood or excrement on the sheets of one of the beds. The staff were all lovely and friendly and did come to change the sheets. I found my toddler with a bit of fried food in their mouth and they gave me an earing. It is not the consistent standard you expect of a Premier Inn. This Premier Inn does not air conditioning we were provided 2 fans but the room did not get below 27 degrees whilst we were there.
- marcushA330RL (10/5): Premier Inn staff - I've now been here for 2 months and is as you would expect, clean and comfortable. All the reception staff are really helpful and welcoming but my standout receptionist is Adeeba, always pleasant and engaging, thank you.
Marcus
- 387linzif (10/5): Amazing stay - Nice hotel , comfy beds with friendly staff, they go above and beyond, nothing is a problem.
Close to amenities, shopping, entertainment.
- Global31631429848 (10/5): Great staff - Had a really lovely time in Whitstable staff were brilliant, especially Edward and Alla. Great service super helpful and great with the kids. See you again soon.
- redjoolz (8/5): Whitehaven Warmth!! - Standard room - clean, comfortable and quiet. Thermostat broken so used fan but no plug by bed meant you were unable to feel the cooler air so sleep broken by being too warm, even with window open! Carol on reception was brilliant. Very good customer service skills throughout our stay and the bearer of a surprise card and present for.my birthday!! Restaurant a little dated but food good and staff were lovely. A good base for seeing the wonders of the lakes.
- peckhamshell (10/5): Staff that are friendly and go beyond to make you feel welcome - Excellent service from Ella and Edward - just really friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. The chef was also lovely and did the scrambled eggs on request for kids. Generally felt like all staff were kind - beds comfy and good value. The rooms are a bit hot but there are fans and we were all happy.
- B605NIjohnm (10/5): superb - been here many times at this premier inn just gets better each staff very pleasant on arrival and during our stay rooms very clean and tidy with comfortable beds
- 608charmaineh (10/5): Great Nights Sleep in Comfy Beds - We had a really lovely experience staying at the Premier Inn Widnes. The rooms were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep on both. Nights we stayed.
The facilities nearby are fantastic.
Highly recommend.
- stephaniegD981SP (10/5): Lovely stay - Had a great stay here.stayed for 3 nights.was well looked after and lots to do around the hotel too.all staff were very friendly but Dee🤩 was so welcoming and always asked if we had had a good day.room was basic but comfortable and clean and was very thankful for the air con 👍
- O6524UFlindaj (6/5): Ideal situation for Ice skating stadium - Staff at Hotel were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable although rest of hotel very tired. Carpets didn’t feel very clean and public areas could be refreshed. Was at a Hockey Camp at Ice Rink next door so was very handy for that event.
Could benefit from some outdoor seating as we had to use seating outside Brewers Faye during event at rink.
- john_l_chambers (2/5): THINK TWICE ! - We'd pre-booked our evening meal for 7.30 at the attached Brewers Fayre, to be greeted with the announcement there'd be an hour's wait for food, after ordering it! Where else can you go in Whitehaven on a Sunday night??? In the event it was an hour and twenty minutes wait! During which time we had to listen to complaint after complaint by customers whose meals hadn't arrived at all, all demaning refunds - understandably. The problem is not the staff, who were apologetic and friendly - under very difficult circumstances -but the staff who should be there but aren't! This seems to be an ongoing and well established problem. If Senior Management can't or won't address this issue then they should close the Inn and stop abusing their paying customers. Very, VERY unpleasant experience. Two previous nights in Cockermouth and Ulverston were less problematic, but there seems to be an established culture of understaffing - as a matter of principle - making life terrible for the staff who are on duty. And the customers!
- Explorer45054159841 (8/5): Better than I was expecting. - Was expecting tge worse after having read previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We were on the ground floor in the new part. Very nice room but no air conditioning. They do provide a fan but it was so dusty that we didnt use it. The role would be extremely hot in temperatures above 22c. There's a busstop literally outside that takes you onto town. Would stay here again.
- sharonwX2717UL (10/5): Premier by name and nature - Hotel is clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and friendly and very helpful if you need anything. Also in a good location for entertainment and food. Our regular place to stay when visiting family. Recommended.
- 707gk (10/5): I would recommend - Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard breakfast for Premier inn, staff was very accommodating.
- Yick Chung (8/5): - The rooms was very clean. it would be better if the double bed was bigger.
- manlokelmanc (2/5): Banding sound from the ceiling inside since 2:00am - Bad experience, we stayed 2 night in this hotel on level 3 Rm311, first night was fine but second night there was banging sound from the ceiling inside since 2 :00am, i tried to switch off the A/C, the banging sound still there, i spoke to the receptionist about that noise, he said they received few time of complaints about this noise from other customers before and he don’t have any spare room can change for us. I have a video to record this terrible experience but just only photo can be uploaded in this website.
Very terrible
- 557lizk (10/5): Lovely premier inn - What a lovely hotel the staff were all so friendly and helpful especially Dee and Sue. Rooms were clean and the hotel itself was tidy and quiet. I would definitely revisit if I was up that way again.
- Luke-n-LauraB (8/5): Always good - You always know what to expect with premier inn and they rarely disappoint, and this was no different!
Easy check in with loads of parking. Rooms are spacious and clean but are a bit dated and could do with a bit of love. It can get a bit noisy but not enough put anyone off.
All in all, good value for money at a convenient location.
- hildyl2025 (6/5): Help everyone (even smokers) - Excellent hotel value for money good staff however needs updating 2 coffee swatches are not enough in the room and should have a seating area for smokers outside also the windows should be able to open for fresh air.
I don’t know the receptionist name but he’s a young guy and he’s a credit to your hotel very helpful and polite
- marklP5362RJ (8/5): The evening staff and the breakfast staff were fantastic - A great friendly team the evening team and the breakfast team were fantastic. 10/10
We were there 7 days, on 4th day we asked if the bed sheets could be changed.
Answer from morning team ( Paula) was they only get changed every three days and no they could not ( would not) as it was policy.
I asked again politely if they could. Answer was a no. “ we are too busy, and policy says we don’t have to”
We had booked the full week and booked breakfast each day. I was not an unreasonable ask.
Shame the best of staff and the worst of staff in the same company.
- jonathansW9978MB (4/5): Poor breakfast - Cooked breakfast was lukewarm/room temperature on 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. This was despite me attending within 5 mins of the breakfast opening time. On the other morning, chef did not attend - still awaiting for the promised refund. No black pudding - despite prominently showing in advertising in the room. Gave more extensive feedback direct but not received any response.
Room relatively comfortable, but corners have been cut in terms of maintenance.
I will not be going back in a hurry.
- nicolahV903FS (4/5): Cheap as chips….but for a reason - Room itself was clean and typical of what you would expect for a premier inn. No towels had been left so first job was to return to reception, no apology given so maybe this is the norm. Hotel very very tatty from the outside, paint work awful, rusty bannisters outside.
Brewers Fayre was terrible, depressing inside. Breakfast cold and no butter for days. Feel sorry for the staff. In the evening its a wait to be served, only one person taking both food and drink orders.
Whitbread needs to sort this place out asap! On a positive, plenty of parking and it was dirt cheap…you certainly get what you pay for!
- O5036XJmandyb (10/5): Perfect for our time away - Staff were excellent, very warm and accommodating. The room was cozy just right on the size for what we needed on our break away. Food was enjoyed every time catering staff were wonderful also.
- niknak262015 (6/5): Not the best premier inn - We tried calling at least 10 times the day before our stay and on the morning of our stay ti notify them that it would be after 10pm when we would be checking in . I ended up emailing and did get a response at 9.30 pm an hour before we checked inn . Waited over 10mins for someone to check us in depite pressing the buzzer several times . Stayed in room 15 was very noisy with what sounded like elephants stomping up and down above us until the early hours and again from 7am on the Sunday morning . Some of the breakfast was just warm
- Calan-uk (2/5): Don't stay here! - I'm basing this review on my last 2 experiences at the Premier inn Whitehaven AKA The Howgate, first time I was put upstairs from reception in the old block, the room was dated and in desperate need of refurbishment, bathroom was the same with stains and smells that shouldn't be in a bathroom. I went to the bar for a drink and a snack before leaving for the town, the bar staff couldn't have been more rude if they had tried, however the young girl who served my food was lovely. I should have learned my lesson however I booked again when visiting family, I honestly believed check in was 2pm, as it was when I stayed in the past, so at 2:30 I asked to check in and without any hesitation was told sorry check in is at 3pm, oh i said, I thought it was 2 , no it's 3 and were very busy. The car park was empty, and there were only 4 cars parked at the neighbouring Brewers Fayre, so there was not much evidence of an influx of guests. End result I drove home and slept in my own bed.
I was once a regular guest here in my time working at Sellafield and back then the reception and bar staff would bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible, It's a huge shame that those people have moved on and been replaced.
My tip for staying here is don't stay here, there are a few locally ran hotels in the town, and if not try Workington, failing that the travelodge at Cockermouth is far better.
- simoncY8275WD (2/5): Horrific, stay away - This is the worst Premier inn i have been to , we arrived 4.30 on a saturday and were informed no food after 6pm because of short staff, went to the room for a shower it was cold despite running for 15 minutes, food at 5.30 mixed grill average at best undercooked sausages.
In the morning another cold shower despite running for another 15 minutes.
Breakfast, paid for buffet , all hot items cold and i mean cold not luke warm, domestic toasters , dirty coffee machines dirty cutlery , dirty cups
This place is shambolic ,everything is poor .
