Guest Reviews
- simon996x (10/5): Good Value - Our room was comfortable and clean. The overall exerience was good at a reasonable cost. Beds are comfortable and meals good
- Eb0nyuk72 (4/5): If you have limited mobility, avoid, avoid, avoid. - I’ve stayed in many Premier Inns and this has been the worst. Upon arrival 40minutes early I was told I’d have to pay £15 for early arrival, if I’d been an hour or so early I wouldn’t have minded but it was less than an hour! But
after a long drive in the rain, I didn’t care I just wanted to be warm and dry, well, it was dry. After a 2 minute hike from reception, and yes it really was 2 minutes away, there is only one way in and out so if you have slight mobility issues, or are elderly be prepared for a very long walk. We eventually found our room only to be hit with air colder than what was outside.
I put the heater on which sounded like it had a dying bird in it. To have the heater on overnight was impossible. The curtains had to stay closed because of the draft coming in from the windows, this darkened down the room which was already poorly lit. A very large room, one main light by the door, and a couple of small book reading type lights was all there was.
On the Saturday evening we went to the restaurant which we had booked only to be faced with a notice warning of an hour and a half wait for food. We went up the road to McDonalds.
Breakfast on the Sunday morning was ridiculous. So many people you could barely move, the restaurant is clearly not large enough to maintain a Premier Inn of this size. In the week days it was better, but I’d avoid the school holidays and weekends. The breakfast was good though.
After going out for the day we returned to find it difficult to park due to the amount of work vans in the car park, most of which took up 2 spaces, so that added more walking to already long hike.
Very disappointed in this Premier Inn and won’t be using again. Prices are getting too much for a bed and breakfast which is what this now is, and at the very least you expect to be warm and not have to walk half a mile everytime you want to get to your room.
- Z3640QWdereks (6/5): Could have been better - Hotel was standard for Premier Inn, not really different from many others we've stayed in. We also pre-booked a meal deal (2course dinner and breakfast).
Dinner at the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaurant was poor. There was clearly an issue with staffing numbers. No-one on the desk to greet you so just found our own table. The place was reasonably busy but not full.
Ordering at the bar took about 10 minutes due to lack of staff who took food orders and got drinks at the same time. Was told that there would be a 1hr 15min wait for food as they were 'very busy', didn't actually think they were, plenty of empty tables.
Food actually took about 35mins and was okay but not brilliant.
Breakfast was standard Premier inn fayre.
Overall, stayed at better Premier Inns.
- samanthajadea (10/5): Best Hotel I've stayed at. - Staff were very friendly, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The room was tidy and clean, and the beds very comfortable. The shower was lovely and powerful but a bit low down. My husband is 6'4" and had to crouch to wash his hair. The bathroom could have used a few more hooks, we had no space to hang our towels or clothes or wash bags.
We booked a family room for three people and we found there was plenty of space to move around.
The breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked by friendly faces. The only downside was that there was no cheese offered with the continental option, which rather disappointed my German husband and Dutch step father. But the crispy bacon made up for it!
The hotel itself is well located, right next to a canal where you can go for a quiet stroll and next doors is a lovely old pub serving excellent food.
It was by far the most pleasant hotel stay we've had. Thank you!
- LadyBird1928 (10/5): Wonderful Staff - Wonderful staff, polite, friendly and helpful. Gentleman Friday evening and different gentleman on desk Saturday were lovely.
- Madison100 (10/5): GREAT STAY AND GREAT GLUTEN FREE BREAKFAST - Have stayed here many times and still find it great value and very comfortable. Decided to try breakfast for 2 mornings, as I am Coelic not sure whether unlimited breakfast would be worth it. However it was great value and felt very safe to eat in the restaurant. The staff are very diligent around gluten free. I had a delicious cooked breakfast, top quality gf bread as well. The coffee machine makes great coffee and there is a good fresh fruit selection, so I felt the breakfast was very good value.
- Sightseer61369459050 (2/5): Avoid like the plague staff poorly trained and building not structure safe - Poorly trained staff, faulty fire alarm going of in a room that was not even occupied took one hour to turn the noise off.
When reported and complained about sleep being disturbed and unable to go back to sleep was dismissed yet they are ment to have a good quality night's sleep scheme in place but refused to honor that the unlimited 10.99 breakfast is definitely not worth it at all over cooked stay well clear find a different hotel don't waste ur money also the build that has room 301/309 as you open main door the door door inside is not structure safe massive gaps unsafe needs a safety inspection doing by local council i took a video of the safety of this place
- andrewcE9986CR (2/5): Slum! - What an absolute dive! Arrived and got treated by a chap that was permanently sniffing and wiping away the snot with his hand and then continued to tap on the keyboard and then hand me the key card with the same hand.
Walked to my room…. The hallway was filthy clearly hadn’t been hoovered recently. Opened the room, which was allegedly clean but I’d suggest the hoover had only been shown the room not actually plugged in or turned on.
Toilet needed a clean.
The shower leaked and had clearly been leaking for a time owing to the damage to the ceiling!
Rooms don’t get cleaned, you have to request it by trying to find the front desk staff, who are never there.
So spent 7 days untouched.
Food…..
Breakfast ok, selection was good but other than the toast that you do yourself everything was warmish but generally cold.
Dinner… OMG always missing food! The first night was told there was no cheese which shuts down half their menu. Second night no buns, on another night there was so little selection I just couldn’t be arsed and went to bed! The disappearing bun issue reoccurred several more times.
Tesco and Aldi just over the road so a savvy manager would have sent staff over to purchase what was missing.
Did complain one night and was told that they are very good at ordering but if a bigger Premier Inn needs the supply then they just take it and have no control, which I can’t believe.
The only way this places stays open is from businesses placing their staff in them with no choice given.
Glad to escape at the end of the week!!
- 458carlb (4/5): Review from a wheelchair user - Beware there are no family rooms available at this hotel suitable for a wheelchair user so you’ll have to book 2 rooms. The bed in the accessible room is really low and I needed help getting back into my chair, not sure why anyone would want it so low. The hotel removed the raised feet so nothing can be done to lift it The toilet is close to the sink so you can’t use a shower chair. Positives….. staff are helpful and the room was clean. Food is good value but the restaurant is tired and long due a refit.
- EvoBWeird (10/5): Clean, comfortable, ideal - This is a very nice Premier Inn. Very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t hear folk in other rooms. Very friendly staff. Loads of parking and restaurant next door. Great location. And to top it all off, at a
Superb price. I’ll definitely be staying here again in future if I need accommodation round this location.
- kpG2611FG (8/5): Needs attention - Good location. Excellent breakfast, but coffee machine still broken. Early checkin chaotic. Paid for twin, finally given double.
- michaelah841 (10/5): Jordan - Simply the Best! - Big shout out to Jordan! As a woman travelling alone it’s always nice to frequent the same hotel. But to be welcomed with a friendly smile and someone who always goes the extra mile is unusual. So a big thank you to Jordan who always looks after me and takes the time to make sure I’m ok.
Top marks!
- montyburns2015 (6/5): Good hotel but no charging points and avoid breakfast - You know what you are getting with Premier Inn and this hotel does not disappoint. Rooms are large and clean and bathrooms are well equipped and in a good state of repair.
The car park does not have electric charging points so this is an issue for anyone driving electric (there is a Morrisons opposite that does but you then need to go back out to move your car).
Breakfast for anyone who is not a meat eater is lacking with no alternative products on offer and I would recommend going elsewhere as you can get a better selection for the same money here.
- Kittyuskat78 (4/5): Not the greatest - If you want a bed to sleep in and a reasonable breakfast, then this place does exactly that. If you are staying for more than a night or two for work, then I would stay somewhere else.
The evening menu in the restaurant is not great, when you've been out all day and want something satisfying or filling then the menu options are poor. The options are odd choices and none of them seem to be suited to anyone other than those who enjoy processed microwavable food.
Several nights of my stay many of the items were not available, with the basic stuff not being in stock (Burger Buns).
The make your own Pizzas have strange topping options like, pickled onions and poppadom's, and there is a serious lack of vegetables or healthy options.
The service was slow, and things were forgotten or just didn't turn up at all, even when it wasn't busy.
The staff tried their best and were polite but again information was given on several occasions in relation to the booking but nothing noted down or put onto the system, against the room(despite this being promised) so this resulted in having to relay the same information night after night which got a little boring, especially when it was the same person.
The rooms were sort of clean and the bed sheets didn't fit the bed but again if it’s just somewhere to get your head down at the end of the day then its fine.
- dizzyb23 (2/5): We will give this place a miss in future - We’ve been here a couple of times but are ling term regular Premier Inn customers.
The last time we stayed here it was great but this time was anything but.
The room we were allocated(101)absolutely stunk of fresh cigarette smoke. You could smell it from the stairs. If you stayed in room 101 around 16th/17th of September, i sincerely hope that Premier Inns slaps you with a massive clean up and compensation claim. You could also do to learn what the term “no smoking” means
We were moved to another room which was ok but the tv didn’t work and we had only on towel.
The breakfast was disappointing too but to be fair, Premier Inns are deliberately reducing the quality of their breakfasts now whilst expecting us to pay more. It’s not just this hotel.
The only good thing was the reception staff who were excellent. We won’t be returning.
- T8135SUvickyr (10/5): Great Location for a hotel, with amenities close by - Stayed 2 nights at the Premier Inn Cirencester. Location is ideal with large supermarkets and a McDonalds close by. Other restaurants about a 10 min walk, easy to find and safe path away from the main roads.
Room was really clean. No issues with parking, plenty of spaces.
Wifi a bit dodgy, connected fine both days, but couldn't send emails as although connected, signal was low. But no major issue, as IPad worked, so could play games instead.
Room had an adjoining door, which I didn't like as was a solo, female traveller, but there was a family in the room next door, so I still felt safe.
Huge bath was a relaxing treat, after a long day working and being away from home and family.
TV channels great, can't beat a Christmas Movies, even if only October still, but nobody was with me to judge lol
Nobody at reception when check in, but soon appeared once bell rung and they finished chatting with a colleague about issues on another floor.
Didn't see any staff again until I checked out, but when I did speak to them, they were all friendly.
Didn't use the restaurant, only because eating out alone is no fun.
Would stay again, for work or holiday.
- davidrY8420YS (10/5): Friendly and helpful staff - We found the location of the Chippenham Premier inn to be easy to find and next to a fast road. The helpful and friendly reception set a good atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was good value. The corridors and stairwells were clean and tidy. The noise level was much better than some Premier Inns. Overall we would recommend it and we will return.
- MC_SB46 (2/5): Premier Grim - Terribly grim hotel overlooking McDonalds in Cirencester. Poorly cleaned room, and the onsite restaurant served food I hadn’t seen since the 1980’s. Staff were miserable and unhelpful. Suggest this hotel is renamed Premier Grim. Have never used a budget hotel before and certainly won’t do again.
- Flackadder (8/5): Great, as expected. - Great experience...as expected here. Clean and tidy and even with the work being done on the building, we heard nothing,
- J1818MLsteveb (10/5): Friendly and welcoming staff. Would visit again. - Great location, excellent and friendly staff. Clean and fresh looking inside and out. The restaurant has recently been changed from a Beefeater to a 'Social' and the menu could be better, along with a better selection of beer/ale at the bar. But what was available was very nice and presented very well.
- G1946GBleonardc (10/5): Charlotte Court - Excellent service
Room lovely and clean
Staff friendly and helpful
Continental and full English breakfast delighful
- junegG6194XE (10/5): Loverly and comfortable stay - My stay was very good : staff, room clean and tidy, comfy bed, breakfast hot and plenty of choice. Can't think of any problems, Highly recommended. Thanks.
- delboyandhoney (10/5): And the Star of the show... - The whole 5 stars are for JULIE the breakfast chef. Julie you were amazing! I've seriously not had a better breakfast in a 5* hotel. Perfect eggs, scrummy sausages, lovely crispy bacon and yummy mushrooms. Just what you need to wake up to. And to top it all off you were a lovely, happy lady making an early morning shine with your happy smile. A credit to Whitbread. I hope they know what a 5* employee they have in you.
- StuSummers (10/5): Great base for a journey stopover in an interesting and beautiful town - We used this hotel for a single night stop over on our way to Cornwall from Liverpool to break the journey.
It was a great base to explore the town, as it was our first time in Cirencester and would be more than happy to stay here again if we ever came back to explore further.
The person on reception was overrun at Check In with simultaneous check in arrivals, but she performed well and with good humour. She then went onto serve us in the bar and gave us the pointer for our evening meal, which turned out to be a superb Italian restaurant. And she was still serving in the bar, with a smile, when we returned later. A credit to the hotel.
- V5155OXjant (2/5): Never again - Uncleaned corridors, spillages on carpets, very stained, and strong smell of urine.
Mattress' were really uncomfortable, and when checking in the guy at reception was quite rude and neglected to tell us we should have at least 2 key cards, because if one of you leaves the room you need to take a card to gey back in, but you also need a card in the holder in the room to have any lights! So you are sat in darkness until the other person comes back if you only have 1 card!
- F9405GFjohnp (8/5): Ideal premier inn for our 4 day vacation - Overall our stay was pleasant service was good, WiFi was poor in several places. Ideal area for our 4 day vacation.Food in the restaurant was a fair quality for the price.
- keithrZ1129IC (8/5): Oct 2025 - building work is now almost complete so no issues re noise etc. the location is good with ample parking. the staff are pleasant, the rooms are pretty standard with shower in Bath. the cooked breakfast had plenty of choice. evening menu was standard for hotels, pizza burgers etc
- 596jackieh (8/5): Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. - Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is in the process of being updated. Our bedroom did look a little tired but had everything we needed.
- bt136 (8/5): Excellent staff members - Extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful members of staff which made our stay an even more enjoyable one.
Good location; within a 20/25 minute walk to the town centre and amphitheatre, 10 minutes to Tesco.
No noise from main road.
- soundgesture (10/5): Good overall stay - I liked it here, we stayed for a week or so on work business. Breakfast in the pub was very good at the weekend. Rooms were good, big TV, free WiFi. Pillows were a bit of a let down. But overall enjoyable stay here.
- Dine_out_again_today (2/5): Terrible, neglected, run-down - I always thought Premier Inn was a good brand. The first room offered smelt very badly of stale smoke. We were offered an alternative which also stank, this time of dank mould/rotting skirting board in the bathroom, photo attached.
Overall terrible place, we didn't stay. The young man on reception was lovely; he did his absolute best, but we were left having to drive home, in the rain, from Chippenham to Stockport arriving home well after midnight. The company fully refunded us without any argument.
- D8636AYrichards (4/5): A fairly poor experience - This venue wasn't up to the usual Premier Inns standard. The room was too warm and didn't have any aircon. I had dinner at the adjacent Brewers Fayre but it was very busy and seemed short-staffed. I had booked a table but had to find one myself and it was the last one available. I had to wait over an hour for my meal to be delivered
- Ste_De_Mull (6/5): Missing the point of a Bath, it needs to have a plug that stops water - Family trip to spread Mother's Ashes, everything OK Malt house was good atmosphere and the family has done this stay for the cremation. Couple of issues, ordered accessibility room so I could have a bath and be able to get in and out on my own. Got in the bath, but plug was missing the "O ring" so bath failed to hold water. I had to have a laid down shower. An additional point was that breakfast was only warm even though I tried to get food that was directly under the heater lights, it was the same last time and did not complain as it spoils the day for the family.
- Seaside68243602414 (4/5): Pot luck with your neighbours - Full of juvenile young adults!
I had to be up early in the morning so went to bed at 10pm only to be woken up by numerous young adults who for some reason find staying in an hotel so exiting that they can’t keep it in
Shouting in the corridor, constantly opening and closing of doors.
On top of that I could hear about 3 or 4 tvs plus the people next door talking loudly until early hours. The room was so hot but I couldn’t open the window for all the loudness from other tenants. And whoever was in the room above must have thought they were an elephant because it was constant stamping.
I didn’t get a full nights sleep and was useless for my final day on a course I was on.
I know it’s not the hotels fault but why can’t they at least explain the etiquette to people upon check in??
- Jennifer (10/5): - Excellent
- 241mills (10/5): good value for money - very helpful and friendly staff. the receptionist managed to find us a ground floor room. room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. would stay again if in the area. value for money.
- 169venetias (2/5): We usually rate Premier Inn highly but on this occasion it was terrible. - Beds sheets did not fir the bees and full access rooms were booked but did not have any on arrival. Disabled parents were give a room with a bath they had to step into. Asked for a twin room and ended up with a sofa bed and double. Trying to change the bookings was almost impossible.
- Dilys_Notts_11 (10/5): Comfortable stay - My sister and I stayed for a Wedding and to explore the Cotswolds. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. Good location and walking distance into the centre of Cirencester. Friendly staff and a lovely comfortable Premier Plus room. Slept well and liked the full breakfast which was available until 10:30. Dinner choices were limited but plenty for us.
I had been a bit concerned about the limited parking and noise of the building works, but there were no issues. Plenty of parking and no noise.
- B4729UYbillyf (10/5): Great customer service - Jordan really helped me out when I had problems with my booking. He was able to sort my issues and get me checked in without a fuss. Amazing customer service and a nice place to stay
- julesbP8171AS (10/5): All in all a great place to be - Premier Inn gets it right. Everything in place for a restful night - comfy beds, blackout curtains, good soundproofing and guests encouraged to be quiet and mindful of other guests.
All in all, always a good place to stay and good value too.
- kennethcZ4948GZ (8/5): weekend break - nice clean hotel as you expect with Premier Inn, handy for town and well presented also free parking though the evening meal was a bit of a let down,
- Cabbageman1969 (6/5): Very quiet no air conditioning - Booking in was easy and quick. Rooms ok but a bit tatty in the bathroom. Kettle, hairdryer, tea coffee etc provided. Very quiet hotel. Free parking.
- qq714 (10/5): Lovely - Came into the hotel needing a room and we was welcomed by a wonderful member of staff called Corey he got us a room right away and was so lovely towards us both best premier experience ever because of him!
- Josyper (10/5): Another enjoyable stay - Our second visit. This time for 3 nights to visit family and friends. The location on the canal is quiet and scenic. The staff super friendly, breakfast is great. We will definitely stay again.
- John David (8/5): - Very noisy, with door slamming late into the night.
- 572dawnc (8/5): Ok - We stayed only 1 night as we were travelling the next day. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly enough.
We had booked breakfast for the next day in the brewers fayre next door... That'll be in another review.
Might stay again if we're down that way again.
- amyiF6545RW (10/5): Friendly staff - We were impressed with Kit on reception. She was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Room was clean and adequate and all as expected.
- Wanderer56228431019 (2/5): Restaurant like the moon no atmosphere - Stopped for 1night booked in at5pm fire alarm went off and everyone came outside 1hour later we was let back in no apology or explanation
I went down for evening meal to there new in house restaurant small and bland ordered fish and chips served with peas or mushy peas and tartar sauce
Was never asked which peas I wanted it came out 40 mins later with garden peas and no tartar sauce I was asked if I wanted any sauces I replied tartar sauce told they had ran out of it
Not great as they also serve fish goujons as a starter with comes with tartar sauce
The fish was hot at one side and cold at the other end no idea how they managed that left cold end and complained they said sorry took it away but never came back to me
Its a 0for customer service
Breakfast was good but this is all self service so no need for customer service
- Old1Bill061 (10/5): Excellent restaurant and hard working friendly staff members. Non residents. - We went for an anniversary lunch today 6 of us.
Food excellent. Staff very friendly and working very hard due to some team members failing to come to work.
We will certainly return to this restaurant.
We are local so did not stay in the hotel.
- kylier706 (10/5): Premier Inn Gold - Our second time visiting this hotel.
We visit family in the area often and only discovered it last year, so when we returned we knew we would use this again.
Plenty of parking and a quirky building, we stayed in the stable block which was a different shaped room to usual Premier Inns, but mixed it up abit on our long holiday.
We ate at The Malthouse Pub which is located within 0 minute walk.
We had breakfast which was lovely and had everything you would expect.
We will definitely be returning next time we visit Chorley
- andrewmI1461AW (2/5): Just not good enough…… - Late advice of building work which clearly had been going on weeks. I was told I’d be refunded for advance food payments at checkout. It took 10 phone calls to get a food refund. Nice one Premier Inn, managing your cashflow at the expense of customers. Promised take way breakfast was demolished by 10 or more builders in reception before any customers could get to it. The room wasnt clean. They asked me for an automated post stay review which they said would go on Trip Advisor, well it hasnt been posted so here we go.
- K6820VUelizabethd (10/5): A real Lancashire welcome! Friendly dining room and reception staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast, served fresh. - We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, from reception to dining room. We needed help wifi, towels, room temperature and staff provided prompt and efficient service. The best feature was the friendly welcome and helpful attitude of the staff. Will definitely stay again.
- zarthostiEpicurean (6/5): 4 day stay in Premier Inn Hotel, Cirencestar, Cotswald - Room was good sized and had a settee, it was overlooking the main entrance of hotel.
Bed and pillows were comfy.
There was no fridge in the room, nor was there an iron and ironboard.
There were no slippers neither shower cap for my wife. I went down to enquire at Reception and she replied these items aren't provided. :-(
Tea and coffe was provided in the room.
We booked the hotel knowing that the restaurant was under renovation and breakfast wouldn't be served. But we werwe infmd that alternate arrangements wud be made. If you have charged us the original rates whc included breakfast then we expected much more then the insipid croissant and green apples ,bananas laid out in the small lobby. You shud hv offered us small cups of yoghurt, small portions of cereals with fresh milk, some sandwiches, more fruits, like plums, berries, peaches etc.
The carpet in room was not hoovered, the desk was not wiped clean, during our 4 d stay.
You didnt have a system in place where we can hang the Notice on our door instructing hotel to clean the room . You didnt inform us that we had to come down and inform Receptionist to clean our Room !!!
We did that once we learnt of this NEW RULE.
We are international Travellers and haven't come across this sort of a Rule !
The toilet and bath tub were cleaned well. Towels and napkins were changed every two days whc is very acceptable as we believe in "saving the earth".
There were no water bottles provided in room.
Air-condition system was operating well.
These are our healthy and honest feedback. We had paid you more than we paid Novotel Hotel in Leeds City and expected much better amenities.
I look forward to hearing from you re: the corrective actions that you plan to put in place.
Frankly I expect a refund in part, for the Rubbish "breakfast" provided.

- karinbZ1648GA (2/5): Spoilt weekend - Rooms basic, for the money charged.
Breakfast was a below standard croissant and fruit as restaurant was being refurbished. Self service coffee machine empty.
Friends entered their room and it hadn't been cleaned from previous guests!
- janmR2596SQ (8/5): Not as good as usual - We love staying in Premier Inns, especially this one, but on this occasion, we were put in the annexe, which was directly above the beer garden, meaning we could not open the windows (room was boiling) and there were people out there until midnight. A fan would have been good (or aircon). We were only given one bath and one hand towel.
- MORRISON150 (10/5): Highly recommend this Premier Inn, first class - great location, peaceful and quiet, ask for room overlooking canal. Adjoining restaurant and pub very convenient for meals.
Premier Inn is spotlessly clean, lovely welcoming staff (Kate). Comfortable beds and pillows, every bit as good as any 5star hotel we have stayed at!
This hotel is faultless
- Lola2066 (8/5): Great Hotel in convenient location! - Great hotel, conveniently located for Cotes and surrounding area. I stayed in Premier plus room. The bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious! Large tv, coffee and tea, iron and ironing board were very much appreciated. Good clean bathroom with pleasantly scented body wash. Love soft pillow and crisp white bed linen. Good free parking and quick and convenient check in. friendly staff. The only problem was that restaurant was closed so complementary breakfast in the reception was very poor (choc pastry and apples).
- Sue_osullivan (10/5): Great Stay - A beautiful location and one of the better Premier Inns we have stayed at. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond. The usual very comfy beds and black out curtains. Good selection at breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
- F5189MWsueh (4/5): What was promised was not what we got - Bed was really comfy BUT the room was very stuffy and the air conditioner wouldn't go down in temperature and the fan didn'twork either. Shower was barely warm enough and only 2 tea bags. No fridge. Only 2 pillows. No flannels. Not informed at time of booking by phone that there was currently no restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Definitely too expensive for what was provided. We should not have had to pay full price.
- stevef862 (10/5): Premier Inn Chorley North ticked all the basic boxes. - This was our second stay at this Premier Inn. The last one was about 12 years ago though! We don't go to Chorley much I suppose you would say.
The location is quite nice. It is a quiet location but not far from the motorways. It is a short drive back into Chorley but you feel like you are in the countryside a bit. There is a nice courtyard for the Brewer's Inn, which is next to the Premier Inn and our room overlooked that.
We were only doing an overnight stay, so all I can say is that the service was good, the bed was very comfy, the room clean and the water pressure from the shower really good.
- 322janetm (10/5): Staying over for family funeral - No air conditioning but fans are provided. Wonderful staff, great freshly cooked breakfast. Meals can be had in pub next door. A little pricey but superb food so well worth the money. Would definately stay again
- FarAway573944 (8/5): Comfortable and clean - Rooms were comfortable and clean. Husband had one of the adapted ones and it was perfect with his mobility problems. Staff were friendly and helpful.
