Guest Reviews
- Camper64069172359 (2/5): Won’t visit again - Absolutely awful in dining room not enough staff to take orders some guests had to leave because they stopped taking orders.
- Richie_Turner (4/5): Worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in - Picked this for it's location. Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, and like many of us I have stayed in many across the UK.
Room as usual Ok but not particularly clean.
Bathroom unclean (see photos). Toilet not clean, Sink plus blocked with a plaster and shower glass dirty. You don't expect perfection from PM but basic cleanliness I do expect.
Left a direct poor review and to be expected I received no response.
- adamcopnall (10/5): Family weekend in Cambridge - Tte hotel was ideal for us to both get into town and go to the football ground! The family room suited us as a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable.
We ate in the restaurant and found the evening meal and breakfast deal a bargain. There was a good range of food for both adults and children. The staff in the restaurant were both helpful and knowledgeable.
- Misstfaye (6/5): Good night’s sleep, but some things left room for improvement. - Booked early check in, and although first in line, had to wait 20 mins to gain access to our room whereas a few guests helped after us gained access immediately.
Bathroom not as clean as I would’ve liked. Brown mark on the toilet paper dispenser looked like residual poo.
Unable to have dinner as the restaurant was overwhelmed by two big tables. Initially told to come back after half an hour. Went back, and then husband was rudely told that they had to check stock before he was able to order anything. Told to wait another half an hour, so we gave up.
WiFi was not worth the additional £5 spent.
On the plus side - the room was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Hotel was perfectly located for our intended purposes, and we got to do a bit of exploring in our immediate surroundings.
- F5965QJdw (6/5): Sadly not to Premier Inn’s normal standards - Staff have been very friendly but overwhelmed. Restaurant at dinner on first and second night had limited options from the menu, ran out of fish and chips and ice cream within an hour of service starting. Too few staff to cater for the number of guests, this wasn’t fair on the waiting staff, management need to review their staffing procedures. This was the same at breakfast, with tables not being cleared, no cutlery and waiting for coffee machine to be filled.
The room itself was cold, despite following guidance to use thermostat. No reception staff . Incorrect post code for Dumfries car park on Premier Inn website, sat nav takes you past the building not to the actual entrance.
The meals we did manage to have were nicely cooked and tasty. Hotel room was very clean.
Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Cardiff and going to events in the Utilita.
- mattcR3283PN (8/5): A reasonable stay - Me and my partner stayed here recently as she was at a gig in the city on the Friday night and we combined it with a trip to the Rugby.
I have knocked a point off purely because I had been emailing the hotel for quite a few days before arrival for information about the parking and how it works but never got a reply. I ended up paying full price for parking due to the parking machine being out of service on site.
We checked in using the screens on site and the room was quite spacious and had everything we need. The staff on site that we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. On Sunday morning the breakfast was carnage and I don't think there were enough staff to cope with the number of guests. That meant a wait for a table and quite a few plates and things ran out with some tables having to be used to pile up dirty pots in the dining room.
- queeniebudge (8/5): Good location bad smell - Good location.
Nice comfy bed and room.
But a sewage smell filled our room on return from our evening out and was still there in the morning.
- 958EmilyR (8/5): Great location, was expensive for a premier inn - Great location and easy to walk round Cardiff city centre. Found it expensive but unfortunately there was lots going on the weekend so this would have put the price up. Arrived an hour and half earlier than check in and we were told our room was ready but it would cost an extra £15! I think this was too much considering the price we paid anyway so just put our luggage in the lockers and went for a walk. Walls seemed thin and could hear tv in room next door and toilet flushing, shower running etc.
Temperature in the room was difficult to manage, could heat the room but not cool. breakfast was standard. great location and would stay again if could get it cheaper than we paid
- Sherpa26910422603 (10/5): Outstanding service - all of you. Friendly and helpful. Especially Jack, who is really hard working and charming towards all th - to Jack and all the team:
a big thank you for this great stay and the good service. keep up the good work! Glad we stayed with you.
- danyjd2025 (8/5): Good Room for One Time Stay - It is prime location and prime/spacious room with well-designed furnitures and decoration to stay. The room also provides basic needs like hair dryer and washing stuff, not often you would encounter such considerate of basics in UK hotels. The lobby also provides temporary lockers extremely useful for travellers. However, it stays inferior heating and cold water. The price is neither good for multiple days staying, so, pros and cons.
- Kings9598 (10/5): Nice place - Lovely clean room. The Bar area was really nice and had a good atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Would definitely book again when I Cardiff.
- 336clivef (10/5): Wonderful - A young man called Tom helped us when we were struggling to book in. He was very helpful. Tegan took our order and delivered our meal. She explained the process. She was pleasant, helpful and very friendly. All the staff are going above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble.
- 476nadeema (4/5): Stay at Premier Inn - The room had poor heating system and was cold at night. The breakfast should have been accessible instead of having to request it. The waitress requested order but no menu provided until requested.
- ASP14 (4/5): So, so stay but dont expect food! - Booked months ago, paid for early check in and meal deal.
Had standard email re stay a couple of weeks ago advising us to book a table. When contacting them they wouldnt allow me to book, plus when mentioning it was a match day they said randomly about NOT opening the kitchen early!
Please note, we booked for early check in to make use of daytime menu.
Arrived at 11am, checked in, popped bags into our room, then headed downstairs for lunch (after 3 hour drive) only to be told kitchen not open due to a broken dishwasher BUT another member of staff told us is was open... so into busy Cardiff for food (if lucky).
Main meal ok, bit items not available snd items missing without warning. Breakfast cold.
When checking out we told them that the extractor/AHU didn't work and all our belongings (clothes etc) were soaking wet. Please note that mould was present in the room. The reply was "the building was designed that way!" Hmmmm, have stayed countless times and it has always worked PLUS the building would NOT get thru planning.
- sportybfg (10/5): Super attentive staff and great service despite being understaffed - Beautiful warm welcome when we arrived.
The staff, despite being understaffed we're super friendly and amazingly attentive.
Just had burgers for dinner but very tasty.
Normal high standards of comfortable bed.
On the whole, what a great stay!
- J9336WGwendyj (10/5): Great for Christmas shopping - Perfectly located for the middle of the city. Close to the carpark with a discounted rate if you stay at the hotel - get the code before you check out. Hotel is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Clean and staff friendly and helpful
- G9642BVmarkc (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great location for walk into Cambridge. Quiet location as outside city centre. Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile.
- O1289ZTbp (2/5): Rooms disgusting. - Rooms disgusting.
Needs thorough cleaning.
Showed hotel manager photos of our room and no outcome, he was useless……!!
- SarahBooRope (10/5): Premier Inn stay - Fantastic friendly helpful staff members, clean rooms, good location, breakfast was lovely and fresh food! parking was very accessible and good value being able to stay for a bit past check out time
- S6859VKnickys (10/5): Great hotel - Great location, really clean and our waitress Abigail, was so lovely. Really attentive and very funny. Highly recommend
- chloecC3291BB (10/5): Awesome Stay- Went above and beyond - After having a family relative in papworth, Anjum and Ellis went out of their way to make us feel special. Couldn't recommend this more.
Was my mums 65 th birthday and they went out of there way to make it memorable. Thankyou Premiere Inn Newmarket Road.
- U9152NNsheilah (10/5): Another amazing stay! - Once again a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Canterbury thanks to head housekeeper Sharon and her team. The breakfast was also cooked amazingly by Emma, I’ve never had fried eggs done so beautifully! We are always warmly welcomed by all the staff, Vanessa took care of us at dinner and John was the familiar friendly face at breakfast. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you all so much again! Sheila and Alannah :)
- T3731MQdanield (10/5): Fantastic service - Thank you Anjum for a fantastic stay. Premier inn should take note of this young man's people skills. Clean room and great food.
- liamdt (8/5): Cathedral view spoiled by delivery noise - Goog location friendly staff , very clean room. Deliveries at 4-6 am disturb you if you room is overlooking the delivery area
- P6583QLcatherinej (10/5): Ideal location for visiting Cardiff - Ideal location for shopping/restaurants/socialising and close to the train station. Hotel was extremely clean with pleasant staff.
- libertya55 (6/5): Would stay again - It was ok. Nothing fancy. However, it was clean which is important to me. The location is ideal too. Not too badly priced either. Some bad points include uncomfortable beds, breakfast wasn't included in price and the air on wasn't great- we did get cold.
- D3889FNkatiek (2/5): Unclean, unsatisfactory and generally disappointing! - When I arrived I was firstly allocated to the wrong type of room, which was not a capacity issue (as I initially suspected, based on the conversation of the reception team) because I was moved upon complaint. I thought this would be the end of the issues, but it only appeared to get worse from there.
The new room had clearly been improperly serviced, with there being other guest's hairs all over and within the bed (including stuck to the pillow). Again, I went down to immediately report it, to which I was told 'they would pass the message on'. Defeated and tired I opted to sleep on the sofa as opposed to the bed. The bathroom was also in a similar state, with other people's hairs in the bath and spread elsewhere across the room. I went down to reception again the next morning to request a room service, and in all fairness the bed was dealt with so that I could sleep in it, but the bathroom remained uncleaned. For the price you pay, this is obviously quite disappointing.
My next issue was with the breakfast. Everything seemed fine at first, and it was just your average hotel buffet. My issue came when I tried one of the eggs, and was appalled to see that they were starting to turn grey on the inside. Again, for the extra price you have to pay for breakfast this was disappointing.
My final major issue came with the WiFi, which I had pre-paid for before arrival. I was not given the relevant codes/ information, and had to go down to reception for a 3rd time that night in order to get it sorted out. It also kept kicking me out, so I had to repeatedly sign in - while it may be nothing more than a slight inconvenience to some, when you are trying to access work/ messages etc it can be such a pain, and it just generally adds to the bigger picture of issues.
Another annoyance is that whenever the bathroom light is turned on, there is such a horrific overbearing noise in the bedroom's vent system, and this lingers for a little while after you switch the lights off.
Location wise, it is quite nicely located with a 20 minute walk for 5 minute taxi towards the centre, but that does also have the compromise of being really loud in relation to traffic.
After having tried to call complaints at the time of stay, as well as having someone from another team within the company trying to reach out to the hotel directly but to no avail, I have been left with no other option than writing this review.
Overall, it was quite an unpleasant and disappointing stay - not the standard I had expected, and in my opinion definitley not worth the money paid!
I have attached some highlighted photos of some of the issues below - obviously photos do not convey how these sort of problems actually feel in real life, and they aren't of the best quality, but it is just to show some of my experience! While one or two hiccups here or there are excusable, the fact that there were a) so many different issues and b) the fact that some of those smaller issues were so widespread that they amounted to greater issues is what has warranted this review.
- Angela (10/5): - This is Ross Jordan. I accidentally press the wrong button in my review. I meant to indicate that my check-in was excellent. Please change that for me period thank you
- Paradise17598729011 (8/5): Fabulous location in the city centre with parking nearby. - The room was very spacious and clean and we overlooked the main high street.
There did seem a shortage of staff in the reception/bar area but those we encountered appeared pleasant and helpful.
The only reason I dropped a staff is because one of the female housekeeping staff was muttering to herself and actually swore in the lift. She was obviously annoyed about something but it really didn’t give a very good impression!
Other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely visit again.
- stevem771 (10/5): Great for lone travellers - Here we are at The Premier Inn Cardiff city centre, only booked in all honesty because I couldn't get into my usual hotel. Now ive used loads of Premiers and they are in the main very good, you know what your going to get.
This one was my first visit here and I'm really happy with it. Checked in on the self serve and all good, 5th floor room. First impressions , pretty large, nice big TV, good view over the city and very clean indeed. Great start.
Down for dinner and no issue getting a table with a very friendly waitress. Steak and chips was in fairness as good as you would get in a higher end restaurant, large coke and a pudding all in for £30 left me feeling really rather satisfied.
Usual good sleep quality, the place was very quiet but id imagine a bit more noise on a weekend.
Breakfast starts at 0630 but I was there 0620 and they said come in and cooked me a breakfast straight away. Which was excellent. Friendly service again and I was fed and on the road to work by 0650, superb!
Im struggling to find fault if im honest. I think if your a lone traveller who doesn't want to go out to find food in the evening this place hist the mark.
Only down side I guess is no parking . They suggest an NCP at Dumfries place which they have a deal with. I used the St Davids Centre as its literally a 3 minute walk on a bust street so your safe. Also great if you did want to eat out as its by the food quarter in the shopping centre. Parking came in at £20 from 1930 the night before so cheaper than some hotel car parks. All in all a good clean, and safe stay for lone travellers and couple's etc alike. A bonus is that it is opposite Cardiff Queen street train station.
- Go31128182131 (2/5): Do not book. Disgusting attitude - Tried to book a room online, put in credit card details & pressed pay & confirm, it didn't do anything, clicked it 3 times but nothing. So I thought id ring to make sure 3 payments hadn't been taken.
There's no local premier inn numbers, just an 0330 number. After 4 minutes of pressing this, pressing that I finally got through to an Indian guy. He was talking too fast and when I asked him to repeat, he wasn't happy, as I was then trying to explain what had happened, he kept talking over me, I asked him to please stop as im trying to explain, his attitude turned really nasty so I asked to speak to his manager to which he said no and hung up. I then rang again, a further 5 minutes on hold to which I get through to another foreign person who was lovely but needed to put me through to reservations. A further 4 minutes on hold to get through to another foreign person who was lovely but by this point I was sick.of it. Thankfully no money had been taken and I will DEFINITELY be booking a different hotel!
- jayneperris0 (8/5): Ok - Clean but alittle tired, especially the carpets & some damp on the bathroom wall. No apparent fool proof method to ensure your room is serviced - noted by staff on a scrap of paper then room not serviced. No where to park whilst unloading - small layby outside the entrance always full with workmens cars from a local build. Staff very pleasant.
- GoPlaces703217 (10/5): Caring - Very conscientious and caring staff. 3nd time here and I will be back again. Good value for money and a lovely room on 10th floor.
- PeterSmithson (10/5): Nice hotel. Park at Longport - The room was very nice. The choice of food was good at the restaurant and the cooked breakfast was better than most of these kinds of hotels. Well located for walking into town.
The parking at the hotel is a bit hopeless. Only ten spaces. If you manage to get a space - don't ever go anywhere! You'll lose the space that you're still paying for! (via an app - not connected to the hotel) Had to park at longport which is close and you pay on exit.
- gavpatrick1980 (8/5): Great time and would recommend this every time - Had a great time at Premier Inn, the food was very good, good customer service and if you like pizza and you can do a make your own pizza, it's enough for 1 adult, but for a kid, it might be enough or just a bit much. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.
The only bit I would recommend if and when they redo the drinks Menu to split what is on tap or bottle, with beers or Cider, but otherwise I had love time, they did excited my expectations, as went to main reception, to get an iron and ironing board, but they only had an iron in the reception area, but the person took my room number and said, "I will get an ironing board up to you" I didn't think I would get one in time for me to use it, but only 2 minutes after being back in my room and got a knock at the door and it was the receptionist and he had the ironing board for me, I was very happy.
- sbT2131HD (10/5): Staff make the hotel great - Great location, minutes walk from utilita arena, the shops and lots of (paid) parking nearby.
The staff are the best bit about this hotel though, all really helpful, welcoming and friendly. They go the extra mile.
- jacquil703 (10/5): Above and beyond! - Booked to stay at the premier inn Cambridge east (Newmarket Road) for the weekend so we visit our sons girlfriend who at university in the city. From the moment we arrived a fantastic chap called Anjum was there to help us. We had a problem with accessible services trying to sort out parking, as my husband is waiting for major back surgery and straggles to walk. Anjum was brilliant helping us get it sorted out. We need to request an iron and board he sorted. Have us directions to get to the place we needed to meet our son and his girlfriend. Also needed help with a couple of other things and nothing was too much trouble. He has a demeanour and was so personable with all the guest and super helpful. It’s so nice to meet someone who emulates that kind customer service and seems genuinely happy to help you and enjoy their job!
He is an absolute credit to this premier inn! We will mostly likely be back to visit again and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone!
Thank you for restoring our faith in good hotels and good service!
- michaelkC8985NC (10/5): A wonderful stay - The room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed and nice and clean bathroom. Wonderful breakfast as well. The AC was also perfect. In all a very good experience
- Punter_r (10/5): Friendly staff - Anjum was fantastic, checked us in at the front desk, chatted friendly with our daughter.
Later took our order in the restaurant, got our daughter colouring and later a treat for completing it.
Another lady chef was very friendly at dinner and breakfast.
A good team, comfortable room but some mold in bathroom (317), a little out of Cambridge centre.
- joannabax (10/5): Recommended - Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After our appalling experience at a Travelodge (Bath Central), the Premier Inn is now our go to hotel for short inexpensive breaks in the UK.
- R9794JFcarlar (10/5): Annum...you're the best!! - My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were greeted on arrival by Anjum, the manage, who instantly built an amazing rapport with us. He couldn't have been more attentive to our needs.
An amazing, friendly, caring young man. Managers like this are few and far between.
He is a credit to the company, and we hope to see him again soon.
Carla and Scott ( from Scotland).
- martynw377 (10/5): Best premier we have ever stayed in! - The best premier inn we have ever stayed in! Room was much bigger than we had ever had. Kids both had proper beds rather than one having the camp bed. View was incredible. The halloween game they had put on for the kids was so lovely. Would highly recommend the cabterbury city centre hotel.
- J4362UHloric (10/5): Great staff and will stay again next time we're in cambridge - Recently had to stay in Cambridge for 3 days. The staff were all lovely, friendly, very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. In the day we checked out Tony was on reception and was very helpful and I appreciate his kindness.
- Ancient-trekkers (8/5): Overnight stay... - Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the usual amenities.
Ideal location for high street shopping and the theatre.
The dining area was very pleasant and for breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options.
Overall, an enjoyable stay, would visit again.
- stavrose509 (10/5): Premier Inn Canterbury - I have been staying at Premier Inn in Canterbury for work for a few weeks now. The level of service I have received is really good! Special shout out to Deepak that has been exceptional in his service and he will go the extra mile to accommodate requests and make sure my stay is as comfortable and smooth as it can get !
- Brandon (10/5): - Close to town and where our daughter lived. One block from bus stop.
- Curious39236218638 (8/5): Restaurant experience - Unfortunately yesterday,it seemed that everything was overwhelming for the restaurant and kitchen.
Today's experience was a lot smoother and efficient. The food cooked for us by Luke was well presented and cooked, and the service provided by Abbie and Premier was very good and appreciated. Thankyou.
- grillbatry (10/5): Highly recommend Premier Plus rooms - Parking in any city centre is a luxury and at £11 per 24 hours, this isn't too expensive. The Premier Plus rooms are really good - very comfortable and clean. The only point I'd make is that I like a shower with a handheld attachment as well as the rainfall fixed head.
- wiggum01 (10/5): Wonderful visit and service - Absolutely fantastic place. From the moment we arrived there, Anhum made us feel very welcome. He was so friendly and helpful. He also took our food order and helped us with the wi-fi. The food was amazing which made my husband’s birthday extra special. Please acknowledge Anjum's hard work and pleasantness as he really cares about his customers. A big five stars from us!
- LucyCongreave (10/5): Can’t fault. - This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We stayed for one night (4/10).
We were in 116. Can’t fault the room. The room had all the amenities you expect with a premier inn. Bed as usual was comfy and we both slept really well.
We only had one downside the room was too hot. And there was no thermostat to turn the heating down. Other than that we couldn’t fault our stay.
The hotel does have onsite parking however there aren’t that many spaces. So we had to park in the Tescos car park which was a mere 5 minutes away. The parking was £11.00. The same price as the onsite car park.
- Lucie (8/5): - The room was smelly of urine. We asked for another room.
- sydneymj (4/5): Very unprofessional visit book elsewhere - Low Standards - Premier Inn should email your guests before their arrival that the closest car park was closed for weeks. When we arrived at hotel we asked Deepak on the reception why we was not advised of this and he had no answer to our question. We had to park 15 minutes walk away my wife has walking difficulties at a cost of £30.00!!!!. We had paid for the meal deal and arrived at the hotel 5.20pm to find out the restaurant was not open until 6.00pm then Deepak advised it would be a Limited menu we asked to see the menu and he said that had not decided what they would be cooking very unprofessional indeed. We cancelled our meal deal as we had a theatre booking in the evening very disappointing for us both as we have stayed previously at this hotel before. Arrived in our premier plus room to find no water in the fridge which in your definition of a Premier Plus room. We left the hotel for our evening and saw Deepak and requested that we had some water for our room when we arrived back later, Deepak apologised for this and said he would ensure that our request would be carried out. We we arrived back at 11pm into our room there was no water still in the room, totally ridiculous how a member of your staff let us down. Due to not having the opportunity to book dinner elsewhere before the theatre we had to do with KFC. Breakfast in the morning was a bad experience the buffet had been sitting there for hours, eggs were rubbery, bacon was tough to eat, no mushrooms available, the only thing good was the Tea & Toast. My advice book elsewhere that values your business.
- HarshalaM2 (10/5): Excellent location, wonderful property and comfortable stay - Excellent location, very friendly and courteous helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable. Despite on the main road no noise at all, just 3 to 4 mins to city cebtee
- Graham (8/5): - Parking was a major challenge. Staff not able to explain procedure
- Ramesh (2/5): - There were bed bugs and my wife has got rashes. The same has been reported and the hotel has changed the room. We have to talk to the hotel relationship people.
- vivil641 (10/5): Outstanding receptionist - I used their computer system to try to check in but had a problem, so I had to speak to Alan, the receptionist. He was helpful, cheerful, and friendly, and he apologised to me even though it wasn’t his fault at all. We asked him questions about the area, and he was very polite and patient with us. I’ve stayed at a lot of Premier Inns, but Alan is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever come across. So, so happy—thank you, Alan!
- Laura (6/5): - Pros: conveniently located, good breakfast, hot water with good pressure, mini fridge for drinks or meals.
Cons: smaller bed than reserved, no phone in rooms for service support, the employee who checked us in was short (almost rude), difficult elevator operation to ground floor,
- EmLangford (8/5): Great stay. - Lovely service on Sunday 28th PM when checking in. I didn't catch his name but he was friendly, polite and chatty. The room was as expected and had enough tea and coffee ect for our one night stay.
We didn't dine in the evening but we had breakfast in the morning. Again, fantastic service from the duty manager (Monday 29th AM) and the buffet was plentiful and pleasant when we came down about 9.30. the chef even came round with some pastries at the end of service for everyone and was also a credit to the site. Thank you for a lovely stay.
- johnsQ7963KR (8/5): Air-Con nightmare - Great location for visiting Canterbury. The room was very clean as was the dinning area. The initial parking instructions were poor, you can park round the rear for 30 minutes but wasnt told this prior arrival.
The Air-con spoilt a protentional a good sleep. As the windows do not open you need to keep them on all night but ours didn't go below 19 degrees.
- A8828SRtracyf (6/5): Terrible parking, great location. - Terrible parking experience. Bed comfy, hot shower, great location. Clinical hotel. Public areas require an overhaul.
- 626MikeG626 (4/5): Clean but noisy room. Very disappointing customer service. - Not impressed over all. Room was clean but had a permanent buzzing sound. I had an unpleasant experience in the restaurant with the kitchen/server over a woefully inadequate dessert. I was treated quite aggressively as part of their resolution. Would not stay here again. I left somewhere between upset and angry-I’ve never been treated so badly anywhere before.
- Wendy (4/5): - There was a huge parking debacle when we arrived, no one at the reception desk, except for two kiosks that said in big words “out of order”. Then we were told in order to park there we needed a UK telephone number and we are from the US so that wasn’t possible. The signs in the parking area were ambiguous and not helpful at all… And all the trash and rubbish in that area was particularly offputting. It took about 35 minutes to actually find someway to park and check into the room. When we tried to order dinner from the menu in the room we were told only about seven options were available off of the entire menu. We weren’t told ahead of time that the rooms would not be serviced unless we requested it so on our second day we were careful to requested, but the next day we were told they were busy cleaning the second floor and would not get to ours. No service. Shameful.
- Afshin (6/5): - Het hotel was oké en de locatie is perfect, maar er is geen eigen parkeergelegenheid. Daarnaast is alles klein en gedateerd. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw voor kiezen.
- denisefK3773LR (8/5): All in all would recommend - Lovely room. Parking advised through booking confirmation not open so spent quite a bit of time finding alternative. Car park found only allowed up to 14 hours parking till 9pm but then you have to re-register to pay overnight at a reduced fee. Problem if you want a lay in as you have to be up for 7 to renew in the morning before the time runs out. Breakfast great. staff very friendly and hard working. We found the bed to be very soft but this is dependant on what you like but we have never had this prior. 5 minute walk away from city centre, Cathedral, museums and restaurants.
- anthonylT9611AK (8/5): Nice and relaxing will return soon , hopefully - Very good location given a lovely quiet room all looks recently refurbished . Staff helpful especially at breakfast , parking adjacent and not expensive .
- U762WSfrancescab (8/5): Very good for a short stay - The room was big enough for the three of us (2 adult and 1 kid). The room and bathroom were clean and provided with all the essentials. We had breakfast in the hotel and the buffet offered a lot of choices and kids eat free!
It is a walking distance (5 mins) for them pedestrian area in the centre with all the shops. There is tesco express just under the hotel and a big waitrose on the other side of the road.
The only downside is the parking: the hotel parking is very small and in the surrounding area the parking is not cheap.
- SANTIAGO (10/5): - Me ayudaron para guardar mi bicicleta y que no estuviera en la calle expuesta al robo. Sin ella no hubiera podido continuar mi viaje.
Fueron muy amables en todo. Y el Bufet exquisito.
- Hilal (8/5): Comfortable stay - Room was big enough for 3 person, cleaned well. The wifi was not steady but we could use anyway. Parking was too limited we used public car park 10 min walking from hotel.
- John53Heather (10/5): Great Central Lication - Not problem booking in. Room was ready and clean. Staff pleasant. Only issue is you have to request room cleaning each morning, which is a pain. Have not had this at other Premier Inns this year.
- A6824GNfionad (10/5): Enjoyable overnight stay. - Close to town, and an excellent night's sleep, in a clean, fresh and modern room. Easy check in/out (having booked early check in).
- Aiko De (8/5): - In general the hotel was great, however it is best not to expect anything of the provided wifi. The wifi is so bad that it should almost be listed as no wifi available.
- REZA JAAFAR (10/5): Newly refurbished and clean rooms - Newly furbished hotel in the heart of Canterbury. Good was clean and comfortable and location was walking distance to the attractions. Overall Good value for money.
