- Shuk May (10/5): - Value for money.
- Emma Rosa (10/5): - Muy buena
- stephenaR4718RC (10/5): Hotel stay - We stayed here last night after spending the day in Lapland. Hotel was perfect for a stop over before heading to London today.
Breakfast was great and the staff were attentive. Renata especially was great, attentive with my children, kind and friendly. All you could ask for from the staff.
- lloydb884 (10/5): Superb! - The room is so clean and the staffs are so friendly, nice and accomodating. The buffet is excellent and Renata assisted us very well
- 824jodyl (10/5): Dec 2025 - Had a family room for 4 an a toddler nice size room compared to other premier inn stayed 2 nights. Super clean, comfy beds, quite rooms, good value,Lovely staff very accommodating with toddler warming milk ect. especially Renata in the restaurant in the mornings.
- 87ranjitd (10/5): Great stay & Staff - Manager, Zeno and his friendly staff members are great. Great place to meet and stay. Enjoyed the location with friends
- Ystradyfodwg (8/5): Solid Hotel in Good Location - We used to stay regularly here before Covid as it was centrally located, parking on site which is important & always had a comfortable friendly vibe with great staff including Francisco in the restaurant who’s always been super friendly and accommodating.
We haven’t been for a number of years due to rising costs but stayed recently for the weekend and everything was good as expected.
The rooms are comfortable with a good bed and clean bathroom plus plenty of tv channels to watch. The restaurant is excellent with great staff and the food on offer is very good with plenty of choice.
Room including evening meal and breakfast was just short of £100 a night which definitely isn’t cheap and we certainly shop around for other value accommodation rather than my go to Premier Inn which even though we enjoy staying here cost has to come into the equation.
- jezzp (6/5): Staying elsewhere next time - Second stay here, the first time was comfortable this time the complete opposite! My mattress was worn out with very little spring left in it, i put up with it for the first night but the next morning asked for another mattress, but was told they couldn’t do this as its not something Premier Inns do!! The food was average as to be expected and staff very polite, good level of cleanliness throughout.
- Grassington20000 (2/5): Disgusting- Nothing like the adverts - I can’t believe Premier Inn a supposedly trusted brand Inn are allowing guests to stay at this hotel. It’s in desperate need of renovation. There was thick black mould on the inside of the window, a wasps nest outside the window, no shower head on the shower, a broken skirting with exposed wires and pillows so flat and worn if you picked them up the folded in half. The staff were doing their best and friendly.
- LancsLass211 (6/5): Excellent staff but facilities were mixed and disabled room very poor - The booking was made for a special event and involved 7 family members in 5 rooms. The staff were excellent. In particular: Manjit on Reception, Renata, Waitress and Balvinder? who was on the Housekeeping team. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel was very clean. However, one of the rooms was booked for my husband, as a room with "disabled" access and facilities. This was the biggest disappointment. Firstly, it was miles away from the disabled parking and involved pushing a wheelchair along several corridors and through narrow, heavy doors. I could not have achieved this on my own, but had to rely on younger family members. A wheelchair user on their own would find this almost impossible. The bed was very low and there was no rail to assist with getting out of bed. The shower was very hard to regulate and a short curtain was wholly inadequate so the bathroom was easily flooded. Hope this is helpful.
- georgewT9719TW (4/5): A bleak stay in Gargrave - Tv in room wouldn't work so given another room. The alternate room bathroom toilet seat fell off.
The restaurant was a joke in the evening, the guy who greeted us at 1900 said they were too busy to serve us and it would be 2100 at the earliest as the chef leaves at 2200,he suggested we find somewhere else,so we did,we went down the road to the Swan pub ,0.5 miles away and had a lovely meal.
Went back to the premier restaurant bar and there were about 6 people in there at 2115,obviously they didn't want the bother of more people coming in for food.
The Guinness draught, and two other pumps out of beer.
Got the impression the place was been run down for closure.
We stayed a year ago and it was like it then.
- PatrickF2502 (10/5): Dancers impressed - Our dance group had as usual a very pleasant stay at this hotel . The staff were very friendly and professional Breakfast was great as was the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom .highly recommend
- 471nishan (10/5): Very good execellent - Hi , i been there for my holidays which i spent very nicely there as everyone was very helpful thankyou priemer inn team xx
- 289harmand (10/5): Hotel room - Hotel was very nice and clean
Staff are very helpful and listen to your needs
Food was delicious
Will visit again thankyou
- stoyans341 (10/5): Great - Great room and service. Very good staff. The location was good . The breakfast was amazing . The noise level was good . Overall good .
- X9132LVantoniav (10/5): Amazing - Good location, amazing food and very friendly staff. Renata was very good at the breakfast and very helpful. Had an amazing stay and it was very peaceful and very good comfortable rooms.
- X9387DSpaulk (2/5): Rude awakening - Rude awakening/evacuation due to smokers, in early hours of Sunday morning, NO apology from staff and NO refund given as per the "terms & conditions". Not even offered free breakfast or voucher - no goodwill gesture.
- Nathaniel (10/5): - Friendly staff and easy access on the express train into London for day trips
- Storyteller70250 (6/5): Probs wouldn't stay here again - Location is good for exploring the area the hotel itself we found to be what u expect for a premier inn not as bad as some of the reviews I'd seen the room we had was fine only down side is the restaurant didn't serve full menu on the Saturday night due to staff shortage what they where serving was only veggie which was short notice to get booked in elsewhere the local restaurants all fully booked so left us with nowhere to eat locally if this is a on going problem they need a more reliable chef
- T8269QZdh (4/5): Not good - Booked online but mega confusion with staff on arrival regarding our booking.
Told us it was sorted then told us we had over £100 still to pay.
Turns out they messed up big style, and gave part refund for the over charge.
Ate in the attached pub, ordered chicken wings for starter, 15 minute wait for them which, when they arrived they can only be described as more like chicken Bones , they really where Terrible !!!.
Main course gammon arrived 1 hour 10 mins later.very small and burnt.
Staff were arguing and shouting in the kitchen, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere, in an already dull, and soleless pub.
The Wall mounted lamp over the desk in our room had been damaged by a previous guest, and it was unsafe, the lamp was hanging by two exposed wires, resting on its metal body.
We won't be back.
Miserable bar staff in the pub, where they tried to charge us again, for our meals, and upgraded drinks, even though we were still awaiting a refund.
Best person in the whole place was Tracey, very pleasant, and helpful, a star employee !!!.
Still awaiting refund to go into my bank account.
- cumberland29 (4/5): Very disappointing - This is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in …and would never book again but do know that they are normally very good !! This one is particularly brand damaging particularly the restaurant which is run down and very uninviting and only open limited hours which are not reflected on the website.
The staff through are very friendly and helpful however
The room was ok but rusty towel rail and old shower curtain was not acceptable
- W4026XYsusanb (10/5): no1 Premmier inn. - Recently visited premier inn Gargrave again. It has to be no1 premier inn for the location and all the freindly staff. Our stay was very pleasent as usual and a great big thanks to Leona and Alex. They were superb and had always got time to have a chat inbetween their hard work. They both need praise for their hard work and their freindliness. I would recommend staying there to anyone. First class. Well done to you all you are a credit to the company keep up the good work. we will definetely be returning in the new year.
- geoffcoughlin (4/5): Awful and best avoided! - Very poor and cancelled our second night. Looks okay when you arrive but bedrooms damp, rust in bathroom, bedding felt damp, accessible room for elderly mother as far away from reception as you could get - not good. Nowhere to sit in communal areas and kicked out of bar/restaurant at 10pm. Restaurant closed for dinner on Sunday when we arrived.
- U3045QFstuartr (2/5): Dreadful. - Absolutely dreadful place-avoid at all costs and book at the local Travel Lodge. Useless, if you’re on business travel as the restaurant is unavailable as you need to “book in advance” is the mantra. The staff default answer is no to any request and have no flexibility whatsoever-said the restaurant was busy but only had a party of four. Had to move rooms as the original room had 2ft of black mould growing up the bathroom door liner. What a complete and utter dump….
- LEONARDO (6/5): - Tudo deu certo, o
- parkinj83 (10/5): Great stay! - We had a lovely stay, comfortable beds, clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Renata during breakfast, she was really helpful and cheerful.
- KevinT681 (4/5): Never Again - My wife and I stayed here on Saturday November 8th.
First of all I'd like to say that with the exception of one member of staff, who couldn't be bothered to get off her mobile phone, the staff were friendly and helpful.
And I must say our bed was very comfortable.
But that's it......
We arrived at 3.15 pm, our room wasn't ready, in fairness to the young lady on reception she put us in another room after I explained we needed to check in and be somewhere else.
We were in room 19, ground floor, maybe we should've waited for our correct room???
First up, we couldn't put the TV on as there was no real signal, the channels were unwatchable. Imagine being a solo traveller and being stuck in your room.
Then we had the room upstairs, clearly the room upstairs had a herd of wild elephants in there, who were moving the furniture around all night.
Then we had this morning, I asked for milk to make a cup of coffee, they didn't have any, they were chasing round looking in empty rooms trying to source some.
Did they find any?
I don't know but I didn't get any.
Two of us in the room, one bath towel, eventually got another, but not after I chased round to get it.
I've stated in many a Premier Inn, but this was the worst experience.
We won't be back. And it wasn't cheap.
2 stars given 1 for the bed, 1 for the staff.
- 929violetn (6/5): rooms nice restaurant rubbish - The room was nice everything was clean and tidy just not enough cups for a brew or anything to make one
the restaurant next door however we couldn’t have breakfast when we wanted as they were fully booked when half the place was empty literally no furniture nothing just one corner with tables and chairs and a handful of people the server that night was horrible and was rude to us that night when we didt have a reservation and then the breakfast the woman forgot to take our order gave us a load of attitude and was so rude the first morning this was an older woman however half them were not in uniform and had no name badges so I am unable to say who was good and who isnt the second morning was a younger lady and she was lovely got our order let us know when she was seating us what wasn’t in stock instead of telling us as we are ordering so it wasn’t all bad the rooms are nice do need updates in some ways but would stay again just will not be using that restaurant it was also understaffed location was nice
- gavk1402 (4/5): Needs a refresh - Stopped there for trip,,, nothing aound near by to walk apart from sainsburys next door, when walking out in the morning dog poo in front if reception, shoer in room awful due to splits in plumning work meant bathroom got soacked.
Breakfast didnt bither due to the que...
Corridors need good clean.
If u just want a bed then ok anything else wouldnt bother glad only 1 nigjt stay
- krzysztofnI7009HT (10/5): Very Good - Very good service. Renata was very helpful and kind. There were no problems with anything. We will definitely come back here again.
- LJ00001 (2/5): Disappointing - Booked interconnected rooms for a multi generational stay, got to the hotel to find that the rooms were no where near each other. Finally given a room "next door", not ideal but better only to find that it was in fact on the other side of the corridor and about 4 rooms down.
Had to send my evening meal back as it was cold.
Customer service was shockingly awful.
- R9241DJkatiem (6/5): Great base for Legoland trip - Used hotel as a base for our trip to legoland. Great location - and most staff were really friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the room was filthy and amenities need upgrading - bedside table missing, water in sink wouldn’t drain away and toilet didn’t flush properly. The carpet in the room was also filthy.
- lindseycK2113MT (10/5): Renata was very welcoming thank you very much - Renata was fantastic, warm, friendly and welcoming in the restaurant for breakfast. She really went the extra mile for my daughter and provided her with colouring despite it being busy. Based on that interaction alone I would certainly recommend booking and will be coming again. Thank you so much
- Scenic15465465236 (2/5): Absolutely awful - Me and my dad stayed here over night as we were going to Legoland the next day.
We arrived at around 18:30 hoping to have a meal in the Thyme restaurant after our long drive but we were told there was no availability until 20:30!!
I’m sorry what? There were 5 tables that I could see being used and plenty spare.
Whenever we challenged this and asked if there was any way of getting us in earlier as we were starving, we were met with blank faces with no emotion. No sympathy at all.
Finally we managed to get in but this was just the start.
The food shockingly came very quickly after we had ordered so I’m not sure why “there wasn’t availability” until 20:30.
However, just a tip, do not order the ravioli if you dine here.
I’ve never had worse pasta in my life. This had obviously been microwaved, the filling inside was not smooth, as cheese should be, it had a sort of crumbly texture which was highly unpleasant.
The tomato source looked like red water it was that thin and the portion was TINY.
This is a main course adult meal.
For dessert we ordered sticky toffee pudding.
This dessert came with a freezing cold toffee source and paired with the lukewarm custard this was horrid.
Basically, to sum up, don’t dine here. Try to have something booked elsewhere before you come.
Onto the actual stay.
We had booked a twin room but were met with a full sized bed and a child bed so that was just great.
I don’t think I’ve ever slept worse in a premier inn and I’ve been to a lot of premier inns. The noise wasn’t too bad except in the middle of the night when the work employees decided to have a very loud conversation outside of our room as it was opposite their staff room.
I’m sorry, have you forgotten that you work in a hotel?
This was incredibly inappropriate.
Please, don’t stay here if you’re planning on going to Legoland. Try another hotel.
However, for breakfast, there was a lovely blonde haired woman who served us. This is the kind of hospitality that I hoped for from all staff.
- andrewmilnes7 (10/5): Great Hotel - Great location, very good value for money, very pleasant and helpful staff good value for money really enjoyed our stay
- 902DonnaC (8/5): Accomodation good - catering poor - Had I read all the reviews before booking I would have thought twice. However, I was pleasantly surprised by our room which was spotless, warm and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The staff were pleasant and friendly.
The catering is a different matter. We had not realised that the pub adjoining was part of Premier Inns and therefore only operated at specific times to cater for staying guests. The pub was huge with many separate alcoves/rooms, but sadly the majority were disused and sad looking, some with no furniture or chairs piled in heaps. A very depressing place to eat. The evening menu was limited, although the hunter's chicken was quite acceptable. Breakfast was very disappointing. Advertised items from the hot menu were missing and the continental offerings were scarce and limited - not at all what we have come to expect from Premier.
We were only staying overnight - had we booked for longer we would have been looking to eat elsewhere in the evenings.
In summary - the price was very cheap, but we expected more after many stays in other Premier Inns.
The pub could be a great asset - set on a main road with ample parking - if it were to be run as a real pub. As it is it lets the brand down.
- katemM6088QG (8/5): Good base for Legoland/London - We stayed at Premier Inn Slough (Uxbridge Road) for 5 nights while visiting Legoland and London.
We chose it because it was cheaper than Windsor, has decent parking (£8/day) and offers easy access to London via Elizabeth Line.
The hotel is what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Some parts looked a bit worn/tired but room was clean and comfortable (some corridor noise but that wasn't the hotel's fault). But what stood out was the staff - everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Renata at breakfast, who greeted everyone with a smile and did an amazing job ensuring every guest got what they needed, as well as chatting to our kids and bringing them colouring every day.
The hotel was a great base for our trip. There is a huge Sainsbury's right next door where we stocked up on lunch. Legoland is 15 mins drive (bit longer coming back at rush hour). The train station is <1 mile and you can get a travel card for a day out in London (again, staff super helpful). Best of all we found an excellent Japanese restaurant on the high street, called Mori. It's about 20 mins walk and so good we ate there twice.
- Sukie31112 (6/5): Damp Issues - Good position for touring. Damp issues you could smell as soon as you went on corridor. Damp patches in the bedroom. A smelly from the river wasn't pleasant. Not the cleanest we've stayed in.
- Gemclarks (10/5): Lovely stay, great price - Nice comfy clean room, fan in bathroom was noisy and sink plug didn’t work but otherwise great. Breakfast was lovely! Renata was so friendly, nothing was too much for her. Lovely stay
- J7045JQmarkj (10/5): 5/5 star - Thank you Jason - Clean room & bathroom area. Amazing shower that was hot and high pressure. Tea & coffee stocked and a quick kettle.
Staff are lovely. I was served by Jason who has gone above and beyond for me, helping me out with the local area and planning my business trip woth advice on how to get to where I am going.
- Expedition826258 (10/5): Family stay - Lovely family hotel, friendly staff.
Beds comfy, all good would definitely go back to stay.
The chef was friendly in the morning for breakfast, you cannot fault the breakfast at all, plenty of choice all hot. 1st place we stayed and croissants were nice and warm, our daughter really enjoyed.
We had food in the evening, all good, hot and didn't wait for long the only thing I would say is the kids larger appetite menu isn't that big our daughter was still hungry after.
- Wombling_Free_7548 (8/5): Good choice - Premier Inn is usually reliable and this one was no exception. No frills, comfortable and quiet room. Free parking. Tasty breakfast.
- josM8087RX (2/5): Disappointed - We have been going to Skipton Gargrave for many years and we're surprised to see such a decline. The room was tired, with a broken curtain rail, mould patches on the wall, heating system that didn't give any heat, rusty towel rack in the bathroom, broken and dislodged grill for the room fan. We ordered a cooked breakfast and were surprised to see most of the furniture missing from the pub next door, only enough out for Premier Inn guests. The cooked breakfast option was fine but the continental breakfast offering was scant, with many items not available or put out. Will look elsewhere for accommodation next time we are in the area. A hotel in decline, in need of a complete overhaul. I wouldn't recommend it.
- 450richr (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - We booked 4 rooms for a 4 night stopover..
Cost us over £1800+ including meal deals.
Have used Premier inn many times over the years and have always found the brand to be very consistent in providing a good standard of both rooms, facilities & food…
I personally have used PI both for leisure & business over many years and can honestly say this is the most sub standard establishment I have ever used
What’s gone wrong at Gargrave, the place is an absolute shambles, the quality of service is appalling, the place needs a good shake up and full refurbishment.
It appears the food service is very hit & miss, the bar service was minimal,
The pub/bar area is half empty with all furnishings removed, it now resembles something better suited to a 3rd world country, the exterior and car park have definitely seen better days.
Senior management from Premier Inn need to visit this place and experience for themselves how bad it is..
Food has been limited, on night 1 & 2, sorry no chicken, prawns, etc, etc..
We paid a supplement for a mixed grill, then when we questioned about the lack of chicken, were advised, sorry yeah we don’t have any chicken, no offer of a refund on the supplement though..
On our 3rd night, no chef so no food, we walked into the local village Fish & Chip shop.. luckily we are fit enough to do so..
Room servicing was non existent, apparently you have to request your room to be serviced for stays of more than one night, which we did… on return the only thing that had been done was one of the bins had been emptied and the tea bags restocked, we had one towel exchanged, but the bed had not been changed, or bathroom cleaned.
The bathroom is covered in mould, the shower cubicle resembled a Petri dish with mouldy walls and every corner was black and gungey.
Come on Premier Inn get your act together and get this place sorted.
Premier Inn HQ will be hearing from me in the near future…
- StuBek13 (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Spent one night here following a 12hr flight into Heathrow. Hotel was perfectly clean, the staff were so very professional, helpful and caring and breakfast in the morning was buffet as i like it and was perfectly tasty. Overall, perfect stay and perfect staff
- E5183ZWmarks (2/5): Faulty tower comes to mind ... - Car park flooded on arrival. No signs up .After 20 mins of being there all electrics went off in hotel and bar .Sat inside bar area with just emergency lights on for around 1hour .no offer of a free drink or sorry .it felt like faulty towers .
- bensX3599XC (2/5): Make sure you are a customer of the hotel! - We turned up at 0640 on a Saturday and noticed they opened at 0700. Waiting at the front door, we could see staff waiting by the bar and signaled asking if they could let us wait inside as it was cold and very wet outdoor. Their reaction to us knocking at the door was to shake their head and walk off.
At 0700, they opened the door and asked abruptly if we were guests of the hotel, we answered no. To this, we were bluntly told we couldn't eat there with no chance of persuasion otherwise.
Although we didn't eat here, I wouldn't recommend it.
- 783luid (10/5): Staff praise - Place was fine with local parking and easy to find.
Food was fine with a good selection on the menu.
Service from a waitress called Abbie was 1st class on the several times I ate there. She was constantly polite and helpful.
Thank you very much. 👏🙌
- Juljen83 (10/5): Fabulous - I stayed here on two different occasions during September and was very happy both times. Really friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and breakfast was great. I just love premier inn stays, their beds are hen comfiest ever!
- rach77 (2/5): Gone down hill - This hotel used to be nice but it’s gone really down hill. Black mold in bedroom and bathroom. Can’t open windows. Complained but nothing done. No chef so no food.
- alexathodgeheg (4/5): In dire need of refurbishment - One of the worst Premier Inns I have used. The site is in dire need of refurbishment.
Rooms: Based on our room (17) there are a lot of damp problems. This is probably down to the lack of forced air ventilation in the bathrooms. Although there are ventilation grilles, there is no airflow and given this is usually a shared thing down entire corridors, it's not something that is going to be unique to our room. The air con works as much as these usually do, but the state of the ceiling tiles in our room suggested that the condensate drain isn't actually connected to anything, which means that any success the aircon has in drying the air is completely negated by not getting rid of the water properly. Every day on our return in the evening, the bathroom mirror was still fogged from that mornings showers. Windows are not openable (because there is aircon) so no way of even ventilating condensation that way. Other than the dampness, the room seemed clean enough, but not spotless.
Beds: As you would expect from a PI, the bed was extremely comfortable.
Staff: We had no problems with the staff we had dealings with, and did not witness anyone else having obvious problems (including another couple being happily refunded for their meal deals as we checked out - more on the food later).
Food/Drink: The Anchor Inn is a shadow of what it obviously used to be. Basically, do not rely on food here, and don't expect any atmosphere if you are in drinking. When visiting a pub/restaurant on a Saturday night, and there is just you and one other couple in the bar, and food service obviously long since closed, you know you are in somewhere that isn't worth visiting - not to mention calling time at about 8.45pm. The adjacent garden centre doesn't have a cafe. but for evening meals and drinking there are far, far better options in the town - the Old Swan & Mason's Arms pubs are about 0.6mile walks, and there is an exceedingly good Indian - The Bolywood Cottage - about 0.5mile walk away. Would recommend any of these way above the onsite offering.
Car Park: Plentiful parking, with the restaurant being effectively closed the car park now seems generously sized for the hotel alone.
Value: Not good. PI prices seem to have gone up a lot recently, and quite honestly for the quality of the offering here, the prices charged are well above what would be reasonable.
Conclusion: Would not stay here again, not unless there is a lot of investment in refurbishing the hotel.
- knittingiscool (4/5): Needs a refresh and staff training - This particular premier inn is pretty tired. No cooked breakfast was available. Soap dispenser didn't work. Room was cold. Night manager refused to give 2 keys because he had 'couples' arriving?! (we were a party of 2!) He also refused to give me more teabags (the receptacle at reception was empty) until I'd used the ones in the room.
Definitely Not great or worth the money.
- Mattyjoan2 (10/5): Wonderful Caring Welcome on arrival - A huge thank you to Roysie and Nikola for arranging a walk in shower and twin beds for the duration of our stay and for our Xmas break.Wondwrful
- hugovictoroscar (10/5): Pleasant stay lovely staff, spotless rooms and exceptional food - All the staff went above and beyond to make my stay a very pleasant one. The bedroom was spotless and the food was exceptional with plenty of choice
- chowells5 (10/5): Legoland stopover - Lovely hotel. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Best of all, the friendly staff are very welcoming and efficient. With free parking and competitive pricing, it’s easy to recommend this place to anyone wanting a hotel in or around Slough.
- F5255LXns (2/5): Appalling Experience – Zero Care or Understanding on My Sister’s Wedding Day - Would rate 0 ! I booked two rooms at Premier Inn Slough specifically for my sister’s wedding so she and the bridesmaids could get ready in comfort. At the time of booking, I explained that we would need to check out later than 12pm and was assured over the phone that it would not be an issue, that a note would be placed on the booking, and not to worry.
On the day, this promise meant absolutely nothing. At 12pm, housekeeping barged into the rooms, including the bride’s room, and rudely demanded that we leave immediately. My sister, in the middle of getting ready, was wearing a very heavy bridal outfit and was being pushed to pack up and move. The same happened to the bridesmaids’ room, with staff showing no respect, no care, and no understanding whatsoever.
When I went to reception to explain the situation, I was met with complete unhelpfulness and a dismissive attitude. I even offered to pay extra for a late check-out, but they simply did not care. The housekeeping staff across the floor were incredibly rude, and the whole experience was chaotic and stressful when it should have been calm and happy.
This was supposed to be one of the most important mornings of my sister’s life. Instead, it was ruined by the lack of basic compassion and organisation from this hotel. If I had been told at the time of booking that late check-out was not possible, I would never have chosen this place. The fact that we were misled, then treated so poorly, is disgraceful.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never return. A wedding morning should not be remembered for stress caused by staff who simply did not care.
- Ling fung (8/5): - Reasonably price with reasonable standard
- B3154DMsl (10/5): Best service as always by Rosey - Absolutely amazing service as always from the best customer service representative I’ve encountered.
Rosey consistently makes our visits extra special—her warm smile, friendly conversation, and genuine hospitality are the reasons why everyone from our business chooses the Premier Inn Slough for food and drinks. She truly goes above and beyond every time. Rosey is a fantastic asset to the team and a real credit to Premier Inn.
- harvird (10/5): Good experience. - Want to say the service received from Rosie on a number of occassions has been nothing short of exemplary. Always presents a smile and attentivesness.
- rajmO4169HP (10/5): Rosie is exceptional - An exceptional employee by the name of Rosie makes this the place to visit. Fantastic service morning day and night and nothing is ever too much trouble. Rosie is one of the politest most exceptional ppl we have constantly had the privilege to be served by.
- stanleyg761 (10/5): Incredibly awarding experience - Had a fantastic experience in premier inn.......served by Cheryl .....welcoming staff..the service was incredibly attentive and friendly. I'd highly recommend ..great atmosphere
- Nathan667788 (6/5): NO AIR-CONDITIONING = NO SLEEP - No air conditioning.
Room uncomfortably hot.
Fan provided but was noisy and broken so couldn't be used, was useless anyway as room was too hot to sleep.
Other than that it is a standard Premier Inn, good parking availability and a Indian restaurant next door.
Beds are the normal premier inn beds so comfortable with extra pillows available too.
Iron available from front desk
Stay would be fine generally but not if its warm as the lack of air conditioning is inexcusable in 2025
Total sleep time 1hr.....
Not ideal
- victoriahP6495EF (10/5): Excellent, would highly recommend! - We had a great stay at this hotel from start to finish!
The location was convenient for nearby Lego Land. The food and drink were very good, and some offers made it even more affordable.
The free parking was a great perk which a lot of other companies don’t offer.
Our room was very clean and tidy, the shower was powerful, and there were nice quality toiletries supplied. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was plenty big enough to fit a double bed for my husband and I, and then a single bed for our son too.
Check in and out times were great, much more convenient than some other places we’ve stayed.
Overall, a great hotel which we’d happily stay in again in the future!
- andrewbT6521RN (10/5): Brilliant staff!!!!! - Abbie and the restaurant team were outstanding, extremely polite and professional throughout my stay, and thank you very much for the brilliant hospitality

Arrival was straightforward, easy access to free parking over the road, very quiet, good sleep quality. Clean room and comfy bed! Friendly helpful staff also.
