Guest Reviews
- Jane (8/5): - Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly
Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room.
During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely extra touch, they even brought a box of Christmas biscuits for our daughter.
Breakfast was good, though the selection was the same each day. It included eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, bread, cereals, and fresh fruit, with several juice and coffee options. They even offered to prepare porridge for us if we wanted it.
- Firenjen (10/5): great stay! - Excellent place to stay - easy access, nice and quiet and the rooms are all top notch. Excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We were at a concert up at the 02 area which is a 25 min drive so perfect location for London without being in london
- Chrisharp92 (4/5): Below expectations - Arrived at premier inn to find staff member smoking outside and had to wait to be booked in as self service wouldn’t work. When down for dinner after been told to book a table, stood waiting to be seated for 15 mins, the a further 45 mins to get starter! GET MORE STAFF!
Room fine, no issues and usual standard.
I’d strongly recommend not booking a meal deal as you cannot be sure that you will get served, good news is McDonald’s is across the road. Staff not very helpful but clearly over stretched hence the abrupt tone.
- Beerandtrave123 (4/5): Very poor - Extremely Disappointing Stay - Poor Room Quality and Value
Rating: 1/5 (Terrible Value)
I chose this Premier Inn location in Strood as I was visiting a friend's local restaurant, and I have previously found the Premier Inn chain to offer excellent value for money. Sadly, this stay fell far short of expected standards and was ultimately very disappointing, especially considering the price paid (£90+).
On arrival, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, and parking seemed fine. However, upon entering our room, the problems became immediately apparent. There was a distinct and very unpleasant smell, which we attempted to remedy by opening the window, only to find the windows were locked shut.
The room condition was frankly poor. We noticed signs of dampness in the bathroom area. More concerningly, there was noticeable writing and marks on the walls, suggesting previous guests (likely children) had caused damage that had not been properly cleaned or repaired. The carpet near the bath was also sticking up and lifting, which felt unhygienic and was a trip hazard. Additionally, the room had a connecting door to an adjacent room (likely part of a family setup), which was unsettling despite being locked.
When I reported the room's poor condition and the smell to reception, I was informed that they were fully booked (due to film crews staying at the hotel) and therefore couldn't offer us a different room. This lack of resolution for multiple major issues—including a locked window and damp—was unacceptable, especially having paid over £90 for the night. The overall experience felt like a gross misuse of money for a damaged and substandard room.
I would strongly advise management to address the maintenance issues in this room immediately. This stay was incredibly poor value for money and unfortunately ruined my perception of the quality control at this particular hotel.
- TravelExpert44 (6/5): Good stay except no aircon!! - The room was comfortable, clean and tidy as the rest of the hotel was too. Check in was quick and easy, facilities as advertised. Parking easy but does get busy in the evenings, still managed to find a space. In a good location, find the noises from the nearby motorway and railway don't cause much issue unless the windows are open. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't seem to be working meaning we had a very sweaty night despite it being late November. Would stay again but only if the heating/cooling issues are sorted.
- V3934AYnatalied (10/5): Amazing experience - We arrived late on a friday night after a nightmare hotel elsewhere. The staff were so lovely on arrival and ensured we had everything we needed. We then booked for an additional night and the staff supported us to stay in the same room and the communication between shift patterns was amazing so we had no issues when we had to pick up new keys. The room was immaculate. Bed super comfy. When asking for extra towels, plates so we could eat etc, the staff were friendly and accommodating. With the window shut the room was silent despite being on a busy road. Parking was so simple and available with no issues- staff even reminded us to put it on for the next day so we didnt get a ticket. Could not fault the experience we had.
- Nettykins666 (10/5): Christmas shopping trip - Our annual Christmas shopping trip to Rochester was another great success. We love the great selection of independent, vintage and charity shops in the High Street and plenty of places to stop for lunch. As always we stayed at the Premier Inn where we received a lovely welcome from a great, efficient and friendly team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they looked after us beautifully especially Kiera and Anya. It's not flash or fancy but provides everything we need, including a comfy sleep, and is such great value, leaving us with a bigger shopping budget. See you again soon.
- sutkim2025 (10/5): Excellent - I had the best experience staying with you guys , excellent staff , great Room and delicious breakfast. For sure I will be back again .
Thank you guys !
- sharonl2016 (2/5): Beware of parking charges - I stayed in this hotel from 4/11 to 6/11 thinking I got a very good deal when we visited our daughter in Ringwood. I have stayed at this hotel before and have never been charged for parking my car there in their car park. I was not informed of car parking charges when I booked online, I was not made aware of car parking charges when I booked in and was not made aware when I booked out!!
There is I am told car parking charges signs all over the car park but to be honest I didn’t look for these when I parked, as I said I had stayed here before and was never charged.
We are aware on holiday at the moment and I have someone monitoring our mail whilst are away and I have been charged/fined 3 times at a cost of £57.00 for the 4/11 the 5/11 and driving out on the 6/11, so a good deal has turned into a complete rip off. I paid £57.00 or if I had not had my mail monitored I would have had to pay £95.00 3 times!!!
I just wanted everyone to be aware of the charges so the same doesn’t happen to anyone else as I feel this is exploitation at the highest level of deceit
- G9162QLleer (2/5): Left outside and no staff - The main outside door was locked at it was past midnight (1.20am). I was left outside in the freezing cold for almost 45 minutes. i was knocking the door, calling the hotel phone, knocking the frosted staff window from outside and nothing. I ended up walking round the back and found an unlocked door which went into the kitchen. i checked around and no one was there, i managed to find my way into reception to find a note from another customer where they had the same issue of no staff and wanted a refund. the time left on their note was 11.45pm. finally someone come out, she had clearly been asleep and admitted this. by now it was 2am. I said how i got in and she didnt seem phased at all the building was unsecure and anyone could of come in and done a lot worse than i did. i filmed the whole thing just to cover myself walking in, also took a picture from the note left by the other customer incase that was binned. It was minus 2 outside, i was freezing and left outside. this is beyond unacceptable and then the worry of anyone being able to walk in how i did. i didnt get into my room until 215 and i was then unable to sleep being so wound up and cold. i feel this is very below any standards from premier inn. I wish to request a refund to my personal account and not my business one as it was me who had the lack of sleep and not my business! the safety risk for your customers last night and access into the kitchens is terrible! sure there is plenty of cctv to back up my case.
- hobdayclaire (4/5): Usually great …. Let us down this time sadly ! - Often stay here and get used to hearing the trains at the rear of the building …. However I do not expect to hear a lorry being unloaded at 7 am on a Saturday morning!! All we could hear were the metal trollies for ages . It was unbelievably noisy especially since we were on the 3rd floor! It woke us up and spoiled our weekend lay in ! Does it need to be that early ? Complained to manager and that was the explanation to the noise .
- Jizo-J (8/5): A mixed experience - It is difficult to choose an overall rating for this hotel. If I was judging it purely on the comfort and cleanliness of our room, then it would have been five 'stars'. However, if determined on only the restaurant, it would at best be three. Our room was spotless in every respect and provided a comfortable stay. Also, the reception my partner and I received on checking in was exemplary. But, after having just one evening meal and one breakfast at the establishment, we ate at at restaurants or cafes in Ringwood. The main problem was that the date of our stay was during school half term time and Premier Inn was promoting the offer 'Kids eat free'. Consequently, any idea of a relaxing meal or breakfast was no more than a pipe dream. I had to remonstrate with a father who allowed his toddler to disturb our evening meal (which was actually cooked well), while our breakfast was consumed amidst the bedlam of poorly-controlled infants. Food simply ran out very quickly, if it was there in the first place (e.g., the 'fruit salad' apparently comprised just berries in juice). Our woes were compounded by a waitress who, on our request for a table away from the busiest part of the room, virtually ordered us to sit where she'd indicated. No doubt, if we were to return to the hotel out of half term time we would find the restaurant quite acceptable, but the experience has unfortunately coloured our memory of Ringwood Premier Inn.
- 300johnathans (10/5): Great stay - Had a great stay at Ringwood premier inn. All the staff were very friendly especially the young chap, Tobey. I had the meal deal on the last night of my stay which is great value for money! Will definitely come back again
- O8490VMstuarth (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ENJOY SLEEP - Never stay at this hotel. AC unit makes so much noise even when "turned off".
After a little googling i realised the fuse box to the room could be completely turned off, which did infact turn the AC off. I was then met with the sound of about 8 large generators/fans directly below our room!!!
(Room 320)
I asked if i could be moved further away but apprently no other rooms available.
I would never come back here and i suggest if you are travelling to Ringwood do not choose to stay in the Premier Inn.
- S4675XTphilg (10/5): Premier Inn - Spotlessly clean and one of the best Premier Inn’s we have stayed in. had a meal and the food was excellent. All the staff were friendly and chatty. Manager was superb !
Thanks !
- charltonfc (2/5): Should have been better - stayed in premier room , only 1 lot of towels and when we went for breakfast only 1 member of staff ( working hard) was carnage and running out of food as quick as it’s dished up
- louisap620 (6/5): Think of 'Older' guests - On arrival our Room smelled of 'feet' wish windows would open slightly as the rooms get very stuffy and A/C too cold and made us cough. Talking to others of similar age, we hope this chain would consider more rooms with walk in showers, as found getting in and out of bath quite challenging, although not disabled! The young cleaner lady was very good.
- peteraE6482HT (10/5): Great stay whist visiting family - I had a great stay at Ringwood whilst visiting family.
Breakfast and dinner were both great and the staff were very welcoming.
- kimwL1067OT (10/5): Excellent care and service - I originally booked a disabled room for our stay for the evening before our daughters wedding, but had to change my booking as my husband passed away unexpectedly. When I phoned, Nick was so helpful and amended my booking and made sure the rest of my family also staying at the hotel, were in rooms near me. On arrival to my room Nick and the staff had left me a card and gifts to help make my stay a little easier. I just want to say a big thank you to Nick and all the staff for your excellent care and service, everyone had a lovely stay.
- richardhH3104XV (10/5): Good food in hotel bar - Great experience. Nice food friendly staff. nicole was very helpful . The hotel bar is well worth a visit. clean tidy in a great location
- D4713WVianw (10/5): Great weekend with value for money - Lovely hotel, room spotless, really comfortable bed, good food served for breakfast, pleasant polite and helpful staff, would definitely stay again
- gloriaoP4890NZ (2/5): Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend - If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen it.
The Queen room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around the beds. Upon arrival, the bedroom and bathroom floors appeared unclean, and the shower showed visible stains. The room was poorly designed, with a single main switch controlling both the bedroom and bathroom lights — meaning the toilet and bedside lamps would not work if the main switch was turned off.
Breakfast was basic and repetitive, serving the same items daily: bacon, sausages, eggs, and hash browns. One morning, the fresh fruit was noticeably stale, likely from the previous day. The window was frosted or blurred, so there was no outside view, and the toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable.
The most disappointing part of my stay occurred on checkout day. I had requested a late checkout the evening before, but shortly after 12 p.m., I received a knock on the door from a staff member, Karitha, informing me that I was past my checkout time. I explained that I had arranged for a late checkout around 1 or 2 p.m., but she insisted that I go to reception to make payment before continuing to pack.
At reception, I spoke with Kaashef, who claimed there were no notes on my account about the request. He eventually agreed to extend the checkout to 1 p.m at no charge, but I had already wasted time going back and forth. When I returned to my room, my key no longer worked, forcing me to go back downstairs again. He admitted that the key hadn’t been updated properly. Due to this delay, I finally checked out at past 1pm at no charge.
This unnecessary back-and-forth over a $10-per-hour late checkout fee was both frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel has several operational and maintenance issues that need serious attention. I would not recommend staying here.
- JackieS936 (6/5): Be careful of the parking charges premier inn are charging erroneously and you cannot get resolution - So we arrived before checking time by about an hour so as we were off to pre-wedding party we did the early check in charge. Hotel is very tired in places and to find the receptionist took some time despite ringing the bell.
We duly paid our parking dues for the whole weekend arriving in the Friday at 2.00 pm and leaving by 10.30 am less than 48 hours, then 2 weeks after got a parking fine through our hire car saying we hadn’t paid. Receipt duly submitted but hire car were asked to pay the fine and we are duly £200 down and unable to get direct contact with parking fine company who have erroneously fined us when we paid the tariff requested on the auto pay booth.
BE Very careful premier inn don’t want to know! Put me right off using this hotel customer interaction absolutely atrocious!
- B8174MLjadec (10/5): Great stay - Rochester premier inn is a welcoming friendly and knowledgable place. The welcoming vibes was reassuring for a first timer like me. The room was comfortable and the bed lush!!!
- W7846TLchrisj (10/5): Brillian customer service especially in the dining room. - The hotel is located by the busy A12 however the rooms are very quiet with no traffic noise. The hotel has its own adequate residents car park but you can also use the adjacent car park on the same site that they share with the Toby Inn pub. The pub carpark is locked between 11.00 pm and 7.00am.
On arrival we were greeted by the friendly receptionist who also carried my partners case up the stairs for her. Our bedroom and bathroom were both immaculately clean and everything in the room worked as it should.
We had breakfast in the dining room which was spotlessly clean. The tables were laid out with polished cutlery all precisely placed on serviettes. We were warmly greeted by the lovely chef Patricia who showed us where everything was located, enquired how we would like our eggs cooked, explaining that she would cook them to order when we were ready. (Which she did to perfection). During the meal she checked that all was OK. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is an asset to the hotel with her dedication and commitment to customer service.
- rayhG1725YL (4/5): Don’t arrive in the evening if you want food!!! - I travelled to the area from a long distance and arrived at 9pm hoping to eat a meal in the restaurant. I was informed on my arrival that the restaurant had closed at 8.30 pm as it was ‘quiet’ which was disappointing with no food outlets nearby. I’m a little concerned that there may not be a breakfast available if it again closes due to it being quiet!!!. Very poor service just so that the chef can have an early night!!!
- adamgale1 (10/5): Great overnight stay - Lovely, warm and friendly welcome from a great host at reception. Lots of humour and professionalism, and clearly good at reading customers - something sadly lacking in a lot of customer service of late.
As always, the rooms were of typical and trusty Premier Inn standard. I do find it a shame that PI hotels don't have a safe in the room. This small addition would be great, but it doesn't stop me from using them, as everything else is fine.
Our server at dinner was also fabulous - cheery, informative and engaging. She informed us of the new menu, and after we had chosen, let us know one of our dishes was her favourite - a small touch, but nice to hear.
The quality of the food was excellent - particularly for the price. The only (small) negative was the lack of draft beer. Not a huge issue, though.
Breakfast was being served à la carte (due to an issue with the hotplates, I think), which was much nicer than the usual buffet-style service - though this naturally made the service a little slower. As before, fabulous staff.
We were stopping over during a working weekend, so we cannot comment on the location or anything else in the surrounding area - I know it is pretty close to the town centre.
We'd happily return again in the future.
- nishantv962 (10/5): Good Hospitality - Edita assistant manager very good welcoming...
Tanya -Room keeper always Happy smiling to support ..
Patricia- cook Good breakfast
- R4048ABlyndac (8/5): Excellent stay - Greated by polite staff who explained the way in which the premier inn works , breakfast and if we needed anything to ask . The room my was spotless except there was only towels for one person this was rectified in the morning when we asked. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and polite . Nothing to fault at all. The complete stay was very good and the staff work the hotel very well . We have stayed in lots of premier inns and I have to say this in a good example as to how they all should be . Well done to the staff
- B5748HVscotta (10/5): Lovely staff - Stayed here for two nights and our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is one of the best and we slept well here. We stayed for the meal deal too. My husband is gluten intolerant and couldn't find much from the menu to make up a meal but I have to mention Anya who absolutely went out of her way to make sure he got something to eat. It took quite a while to sort out and she was amazing! We found the other staff very friendly too. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you! 😊
- louisemB9227OP (8/5): Anetta the star of breakfast ⭐ - Our stay at the hotel was a good experience. A good location for us. Reasonable rooms for the cost. The outstanding element was breakfast with the wonderful and hard working Anetta . Amazing organisation and efficiency. Great job well done 👍🏼
- wheelybin01 (10/5): Good value stay - Great stay. Good location. Hotel clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drink choice in restaurant.
- shaundL6951TL (10/5): fully recommend - very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Special mention for the breakfast probably the best i have had in this range of hotels. top sausages !!
- andrewmG4310HU (8/5): Great cycling base, walkable to town - Ringwood is a great base for cycling the new forest. The hotel is on a quiet business park, walking distance to town. Rooms are comfortable but not all have baths. Breakfast is good value. Helpful team when we stayed
- lillya526 (10/5): Trevor was excellent - My boyfriend surprised me with a stay here for my birthday weekend, and we had such a lovely time! The location is great – we visited the New Forest, which is only about a 20-minute drive away and absolutely beautiful.
The staff really made our stay special, especially Trevor. He was so attentive and friendly, always making the effort to chat with us each day. On my birthday he even gave me a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the weekend team were also really lovely, but Trevor stood out and made us feel so welcome.
The only downside was the breakfast on Monday morning. Unlike the weekend buffet, it was a plated service, and unfortunately we were left waiting for about 40 minutes. When it did arrive, the portions were quite small and the food wasn’t as nice as expected.
Overall though, we had a wonderful weekend, and thanks to Trevor and the team, it felt really special.
- X5048AGmatthewt (10/5): great staff - room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful-breakfast was lovely, will definitely return.
- paulsE5473AD (10/5): Enjoyable visit - The hotel is a typical Premier Inn. Decent location with a couple places to eat & drink within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable enough with good beds and a decent shower. The thing that makes this Premier Inn stand out from the others is the staff. I've been staying here for the last three months whilst working in the area and each and every member of staff have been lovely. Taking time to ask how my day has been and generally going out of their way to make my stay a little more comfortable. Nothing has been too much trouble and any problems have been solved with a smile.
- Masterblasster (10/5): Clean, comfortable, perfect location for visiting The New Forest - Comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for a stopover. Only thing missing were glasses in bathroom for toothbrushes. Can't fault the hotel at all. Didn't eat at the hotel though, so unable to advise on quality of evening meal or breakfast.
- tamzinamandat (4/5): Great location and room. Shocking 'welcome'. - After several hundred miles driving from Scotland to Kent, we were relieved to arrive for a five night holiday, exhausted. Parking facilities were good.
However, second in the queue at 3pm check-in, we were aghast to be "welcomed" by the reception woman barking at us "surname?" No smile or greeting whatsoever. She did the same with the folk in front of us and behind too. The trainee beside her saw my incredulous expression and was obviously embarrassed.
The Premier Plus room was as we expected, very comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs.
We didn't dine in the restaurant due to obvious staff shortages and poor reviews but loved the excellent Turkish restaurant across the road.
We didn't see any staff at the reception in the five days after our arrival, it was permanently vacant.
This horrible reception experience vexed me for the whole stay as a smile and manners cost nothing and are so important.
The room service ladies were friendly and helpful.
I hope to return to Kent sometime, my birthplace, to resume ancestral research but wouldn't risk this Premier Inn again. Shame..
- F4809KMdavidn (10/5): Brilliant Staff - Stayed for 2 nights Fri & Sat , came down to bring my sister down to visit her grandaughter, Can only say from arriving to leaving we felt really comfortable, the room was standard Premier Inn, everything you expect, one small point A/C only goes down to 19 so found it a bit warm, But i am always warm anyway. From checking in we found All Staff absolutely Brilliant from the lady who checked us in to all the ones who served us in the bar and at breakfast and the Housekeeping ladies you are a credit to the company. Thank You for making our stay so good.
- jackcL9860XM (4/5): Antz Two : A Ringwood Visit - My daughter’s favourite thing of the weekend away, no not Peppa Pig world it was the Ant apocalypse at our dining table, she throughly enjoyed squashing/picking at the ants and asked me if we could bring some home. Ignoring the average food and the flat as an Ikea delivery beverages, it was the ants that ruined our already tiresome day.
As for the bedroom I assume there was a hoover strike, either that or the cleaner was having a feast on monster munch and thought we’d like a late night snack because the floors were the worst state I've seen in a hotel let alone a premier inn.
The rest of the stay, such as the bathroom and breakfast was as expected, but sadly we left rather dissatisfied with the overall visit . My two year old daughter did however take away something from the experience as now i can’t get A bugs Life off the tv !
- lazeedaydream99 (10/5): All we needed in a hotel - We stayed here for one night to break up the journey down to leshuttle from leeds. It was in a nice location - we went for a walk along the estuary after breakfast. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Free parking was handy. Breakfast was lovely.
- rickhL1854UV (10/5): You simply have to try a Premier Plus room at Rochester. - Been using Premier Inn for many years now, but this was my first experience of a Premier Plus Room and I was astounded by it. Fridge with complimentary water, coffee machine, chocolates, Air conditioning, beautiful decor and the usual comfy bed. Shower room was stunning. Staff on reception and the restaurant staff were fabulous, and went that extra mile for me. Fish and chips for evening meal which was cooked to perfection. Had breakfast the next morning, which was great too. What was even better about this particular Premier Inn was that you could help yourself to breakfast rather than order it from the waiting staff. I make regular trips to Rochester so I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend it. Do try a Premier Plus room; It makes you feel like Royalty. The photos don't do it justice.
- dilc (6/5): Getting worse - This is in no way a criticism of staff all of whom were excellent. It is however a huge criticism of Premier inn’s planning and current operations. We stayed three nights and in general the breakfasts were fine the evening meals in the other hand were dreadful.
Our first evening we were told chef was ill no restaurant. Ok can happen we visited the Turkish place having pre booked. Second night we were booked in only to arrive and be told it was a limited menu. No one told us that when booked. We were told they had one fish one steak two soups and one pie. Wow. Not a lot of choice left but we ordered. Husband’s curry had three small pieces of chicken in a watery sauce. Son got four. Chips were solid. Informed waitress who apologised and told us curry was pre packed boil in bag! Chips came like that she said. Well don’t serve them!!
Third night receptionist said it was worse so we went to the hungry horse nearby and they had everything on menu.
We visit Premier inns regularly and they are running down. We decided we will go Holiday inn or Hilton. They aren’t much more expensive at times. So there you go. More regulars lost.
- Armaghan (10/5): - Its a nice hotel and one of the best deals for families, one of the best breakfast options I have seen (though it's paid for adults), it's a bargain at only 12£ and let's kids eat free with a paying adult.
- U5415PWjoannap (8/5): clean and friendly BUT parking your car is extra - Clean and friendly. BUT on arrival you have to pay extra for your parking which wasnt mentioned at booking and then if you get back in the evening theres only limited parking and being that its in a industrial area most people would drive?
- KamalUddin1 (6/5): Aircon please - The location is very good for my work. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean. If the weather's hot then I wouldn't stay there, I would rather pay extra and get a room with aircon.
- MarinaSapriko (10/5): Great stay! - We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at the Premier Inn in Rochester, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We booked two rooms for three kids and two adults, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the family room equipped with two extra beds in addition to the double bed.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for our family. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the good breakfast, which set us up nicely for our busy days.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend!
- simonpP1295DH (2/5): Avoid restaurant - Restaurant was awful. Waited 30mins for main meal after waiting 15mins to be served, a further 20mins for additional drinks and 45mins for 1 desert.
Ordered chicken curry for one of the main meals and was given chicken goujons with curry sauce on top with a little rice.
Only + point was getting money off at the end after complaining.
Will go elsewhere for food in future as use this hotel fequently.
- Donald (8/5): - A good location. Rooms good quality.
- G5706EMsamt (10/5): Caring staff, brilliant breakfast - We stayed here during a last minute trip to Paultons park.
The hotel is clean, tidy, breakfast is brilliant and most of all the staff are all very and helpful and friendly.
We want to give Trevor a
Special mention, he was working on reception for the evening/night of the 18/07. Our daughter became very unwell with a tummy bug early evening which carried on through the night.
Trevor was truly amazing. He changed bed sheets, cleaned the carpet, replaced our towels and made sure my daughter was ok. He even brought food and drink up to our room. We really can’t thank you enough.
He was is the most caring person we have ever come across, he made the whole experience less stressful.
Thank you again
- Scenic59706638504 (4/5): Overpriced and falling apart! - Check-in ok, the room was clean but like a sweatbox, two fans were in the room but were simply blowing hot air round the room, this hotel desperately needs aircon, I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is amongst the worst, the bath panel was delaminating and so was the inspection hatch next to the sink, the skirting board was rotten next to the bath, the toilet paper was the worst I have ever used, you get better in a motorway service station, considering the cost per night, this one is awful!
- Jly1606 (10/5): Good hotel - We stayed here as we were invited to all evening reception near by. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.
We enjoyed our unlimited breakfast, and thank you to Anette for the lovely fried egg!
Just note in the summer months the rooms are super hot regardless of the two fans. As you can't fully open the windows the heat can't escape.
- lewisj414 (10/5): Receptionist - Gina at reception is very friendly and professional, she dealt with my booking so politely with great service. Can’t thank her enough!
- 139gencm (10/5): Great stuff - I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed.
- 987jackq (10/5): ANETTA (Breakfast was so Tasty) Romford west - Honestly it was the best premier inn breakfast I have ever had so friendly and welcoming was the chef ANETTA cooked fresh and hot I highly recommend you try her cooking fantastic five stars from me ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 326ernestaj (10/5): Breakfast - Had a lovely breakfast at Premier Inn – fresh, tasty, and well-presented. Huge thanks to Gabby and Anetta for their amazing service! They were so friendly and attentive – truly made the morning special. Great start to the day !😊😊........
- chi186411 (2/5): Dirty hotel - Firstly the staff are great but the hotel is very dated and very dirty. Simple basic cleaning would suffice. Marks on the bathroom appliances and on the walls. The carpers look brown. The corridor is dingey.
Never again. I could not wait to check-out. I can do basic but it has to be clean.
- HolidayWatchdog (10/5): Outstanding - This hotel is outstanding because of the staff. Thank you Gyna. Evelina and Eldita for being so friendly, caring and helpful and ensuring I had everything I need. Nothing was too much for them. It makes all the difference.
I’ve stayed here a few times and they have always been so accommodating. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
- stevenaI7908RE (10/5): Steven Askems review - i am disabled and the hotel is very accessible and accommodating, the workers and very warm and welcoming, they help whenever and wherever they can and make me feel comfortable and safe in this environment, they even gave me a closer room to the entrance since i am in a wheelchair so they are very helpful
- alisonsN1270KH (10/5): ……. a fabulous breakfast! - A great Premier Inn! All the staff have been so helpful and lovely but a big shout out to Anette for the best cooked breakfast we have had in any Premier Inn and indeed in many other hotels. We will certainly be returning especially when driving as the car parking is great. Location is good. 300m to a bus that takes you to Newbury Park tube on the central line that takes you to the heart of London.
- hotelinfo_4 (10/5): Excellent service - Excellent service and breakfast. We often stay at Premier Inn and it is always consistently good, but this time the service was excellent, particularly at reception and at Breakfast (Chef Anetta) . Couldn't ask for more, very welcoming and helpful.
- U21QXanthonyh (8/5): Good one. - Customer service is the best I've ever experienced at premier inn (Eve) plus others. Banging breakfast also (anetta).
