Guest Reviews
- Aammbbeerrr (10/5): Great - Easy to get too and lots of parking.
Booked 2 rooms and was able to move to be on the same floor. Comfortable.
Easy walk into town centre.
- RuthA1239 (10/5): Great visit! - Handy location only 10 mins walk from South Pier and close to the Pleasure Beach. Lots of new redecoration so it was looking lovely. Staff were really helpful throughout, particularly Josh in the restaurant.
- owen222 (6/5): The stay was OK - but the attached bar was a bit of a disappointment. - The usual good quality Premier Inn experience. We have stayed here before but prefer the fully booked North Pier one, due to it's location. However, here you have a free car park.
A short walk to the front - and the nearest Wetherspoons.
The room itself was fine, no issues and a good bathroom. Service - bob on.
However, is the new style of pub attached to a Premier Inn going to be the same as this? Not being able to go to the bar and order a pint? It seems really odd.
Breakfast was OK - not the best we've ever had but OK.
I'd probably stay there again, if I had to.
- Finst4r (10/5): Friendly staff and clean - Quiet, clean, a well maintained room, welcoming staff, and convenient for the seafront (a short walk of perhaps 350m to the South Pier).
- R7843YTmattc (4/5): Great breakfast, nice staff, let down by no TLC in the hotel itself. - Hotel is looking very tired. Apparently it's been refurbished, not sure what the contractors actually do as it was being refurbished last year as well - only place that has been refurbished is the restaurant. Corridors grubby, the usual creaking of floorboards you find in premier inns over the past 20 years, not sure why they are unable to fix this in any of their hotels?
Avoid Room 23 - I guess it's okay for the money for a single night, but desperately in need of refurbishment and a deep. Smelt of damp. Radiator clicks for 5 minutes whenever it kicks in, woke me and our 4 year old up a few times.
We have a 4-month old baby and we're placed upstairs, which is far from ideal as the site has no lift.
Breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant is really nice and modern, the member of staff serving in the restaurant (November 24th) for breakfast is a credit to the site, the food was perfectly cooked so a damn good chef behind the scenes (think it was a female). The staff in the hotel were also welcoming. Car park is spacious and free (unusual in Blackpool but it's because it's a bit far out).
We may give it another go next year, if only to see if it's improved. The location wasn't ideal for our needs, but that's down to us not the fault of the hotel, so we will see.
- kimbI2034OW (10/5): Thankyou all for a great time - We stayed here this weekend
With our little boy and brother in law and his wife
The staff was amazing especially with our little boy
And giving him a lolly as Thankyou gift
All staff where helpful and answered any questions
Just wanted to point out
The manager her name was Iona for how lovely she was towards us and our little boy
- 715kj (2/5): Choose another company! Take my advice - I would rate this hotel zero if possible, and the company as a whole.
On a recent stay at this hotel there was a power outage, handle appallingly by the staff and customer services at Whitbread couldn't care less.
Don't make the mistake of having confidence in the good night guarantee, it means nothing, like the customer care team it is words that mean the nothing - if you've had an issue and they've had your money - they don't care.
- Flyer61109310632 (2/5): Good night sleep no guarantee - The extremely thin walls of the room meant I was disturbed by neighbours engaging in a conversation through the night. Although the voices were not excessively loud, they were clearly intoxicated. I lodged a complaint with the Premier Inn, but as I refrained from descending the nine floors and speaking to the receptionist in the middle of the night, which would have further disrupted my sleep, they declined to honour the “good night sleep grantee.”
- andreah380 (10/5): Great stay - Had a great stay from the moment we arrived to leaving.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. The girls all worked well together and had a great sense of humour especially Clare.
Yes there is building work going on, but never had any issues. The new refurbished restaurant is wow. The only little niggle I could say is I wished the food to be hotter. Apart from that 5 out of 5.
I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.👍😊
- E4964MQwilliamf (4/5): Good location, expensive for the quality - We would not personally stay at this hotel again in future as the cleanliness, organisation, food and drinks choice were not up to the usual premier inn standard and certainly were not justified in the £90/night room cost for Blackpool.
The good however; the receptionist could not have done more to try resolve the issues we had initially, so kudos to her. I actually felt bad for her as she seemed up against a day of things going wrong so management may want to look into that as it didn't seem fair to land all the issues on the receptionist.
Location - we picked this hotel as we travelled down by train, so Blackpool south is only a 5 minute walk away. There's also a garage 1 minute walk from the hotel which had reasonably priced food/drinks thankfully, as the hotel did not have this. The breakfast was poor, with very little choice and bad tasting coffee/cups for drinks.
There was construction set up outside the hotel which did not impact us staying over the weekend, so this may be bringing much needed improvements to the facility.
Room wasn't the cleanest and we had to ask for duvet covers etc to make up the sofa bed ourselves (even though we booked a double & sofa room) so that wasn't ideal after a long travel to the hotel, so we just expected more from premier inn - and certainly more for the cost of the room per night as there was a lot of other options at around £20/30 per night.
- Thedon02 (10/5): Happy 1 night stay - I booked 2 rooms and both was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was very easy to check in and find rooms. There is also an underground car park which we used at the cost of £10 from the time you arrive to 12pm (check out) the following day. It was easy to find and convenient with bis stops near by as we used these to get to the 02 academy. We had a peaceful sleep and comfortable beds. With access to tea and coffee in the room with extra available in the reception. We had breakfast the next morning which had a wide range of choice we really enjoyed this and was greeted with a very smiley and bubbly staff member Nicole who was a great help and efficient at clearing tables. Easy to check out overall an enjoyable experience.
- Passport692711 (2/5): Terrible experience. - Arrived at 17:30 and was told that they couldn’t accommodate dinner until 19:30 as they ‘didn’t have the staff’. It’s pretty shocking that a hotel isn’t able to offer dinner service. Then was told that they made a mistake with my booking and could not accommodate the three of us as there was not other rooms available. Terrible experience and Will not be revisiting.
- X7083FHandyc (10/5): Great receptionist - I was there on business with 9 other engineers. When we arrived Tracey the receptionist had already checked us all in all we had to do was give our names so each room could be allocated. Tracey preparation made the whole checking in experience painless and fast she was brilliant.
- H3506JNelizabethp (10/5): Excellent experience - Friendly welcome on arrival, the check in was straightforward and quick. The room was clean, spacious, had everything I needed and the views were amazing. Noise levels were low in the corridor & I slept very well. The breakfast was hot, well cooked and there was plenty of it. The location suited me as there were plenty of buses that took me into Winton & Bournemouth.
- Freedom23808755729 (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a great time at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in November 2025. We experienced a warm welcome from the staff at the Premier Inn and the food was good - fresh and good quality. The bed was very comfortable, the room was more than adequate. The hotel was quiet and nice in all regards! There was a good variety at breakfast, which was very good quality and Josh in the restaurant was just brilliant. Very friendly, funny and professional. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel, so all good. 10 minute walk into Blackpool Pleasure Beach (South Pier end of Blackpool).
- 590ailsam (6/5): Hotel good ! Beehave, not so good - The hotel was great. Clean, fresh rooms and welcoming staff. It came to the next day and we went across for breakfast. I arrived first then my partner mins later, I told the staff he would be there in 5 mins. The staff were extremely rude in the beehive and very loud. They shouted at me and my partner cause my partner started taking food and they hadn't realised he was part of the hotel. The plates felt gritty and the breakfast contents were nearly gone. The breakfast was poorly stocked and the continental items were rock hard and left in the open air. What really put me off was the amount of fly's around the beehive restaurant next to the hotel. I won't be back for these reason.
- karimgC7452XN (10/5): Hotel excellent!! Great Staff clean and very comfortable.. Would recommended. Avoid going for Breakfast - reakfast service during my recent visit. There was not enough food available, and what was out did not seem fresh or hot. The fried eggs looked like they had been sitting out for quite some time, there were no hash browns or scrambled eggs available, and the overall selection was very limited.
Several staff members were walking around but seemed unsure of what to do, and the manager appeared too busy with paperwork to notice the issues in the dining area. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was nearly identical to the first experience.
I paid for three breakfasts, and given the poor quality and lack of service, I feel a refund would have been fair. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements, as I would like to see a better standard in future.
- nicolasR4483GY (10/5): Great hotel, easy to get to from the train, coach station. - Location very near all forms of transport. The room was spacious and had every thing i needed for my stay with my teenage son. Staff very friendly and customer service excellent.
Room was clean and made uo every day. Value for money fir a short get away.
Very quuet area and had local shops and resturants around the hotel, also the seafront was a 20 mins walk or a short bus ride away.
- U9435IFpeterj (10/5): Excellent bed - I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights whilst attending a course in the area. Was surprised as to how quiet it was for a main road location and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Would stay again if in the area.
- tiffanymS6818EK (10/5): Great hotel!! - Stayed in Eastcliff for Halloween half term with the kids. It was absolutely chucking down outside and we were welcomed by the lovely Ayse on the reception. She offered us all biscuits and hot chocolate and gave the kids little Halloween gift bags. We thought this was brilliant and she made it such a great experience. All the staff were great aswell. We didn’t not dine in as were visiting family but the room was great. Decent size and cleanest you’ll ever get. Such a fantastic stay!
- viviandI3584YP (4/5): First stay – not impressed - My first time at Premier Inn and honestly not impressed. The room was cold with no way to control the heating. The TV isn’t smart, and the volume is locked at 16, so you can barely hear it. No microwave either because it’s a “fire hazard” — yet there’s a kettle and hairdryer. Overall, not great value for money, and I’d appreciate some sort of goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
- natashaoE4875MB (8/5): Good but needs improvements - Attended this hotel as a last min get away really friendly reception staff clean room and tasty breakfast
Only thing that let this place down was a power cut - middle of my daughters shower it went pitch black - asked staff if there was any torches - no one came back to me!
- DhRsJ (6/5): Weekend in Blackpool - Great access from the M55 and distance to the tram along the promenade.
Room was tired looking and tea facilities as usual for premier inn, very poor.
Asked for a walk in shower room, but had all the facilities for disability. Only one bedside table, a double bed instead ofxa king-size and no storage for non-hanging clothes. Food mediocre, usual pub menu available.
- kyleaK6284CH (10/5): Premier Inn Blackpool Beach, lovely time - Very calm location / atmosphere plenty of parking and our room was really clean and well prepared (thank you Leah). Very friendly staff, would come back and recommend to others!
- lucybH4588RH (10/5): An amazing time at Blackpool Beach Hotel - The Room was lovely very clean , the bed was sooo comfy . would 100% recommend. We had an Amazing time . staff were really lovely and accommodating too
- chrisb_ling (4/5): Wouldn’t stay here again ever - Firstly car park was constantly flooded during our two night stay, very awkward to get to and required agility by the driver to get in and out of their vehicle quickly to press entry buttons. At night it felt very dark and
Lifts, only 3 .
1 of which was constantly “out of order”causing another to become out of order and frustrated staff and guests immensely 😡 it’s 10 story building. Queues of people with luggage trying to check in and out .
Breakfast yuck don’t bother.
Never again.
- emmarathon (10/5): Great family stay - Perfect one night stay. Friendly helpful staff at check in and check out. The hotel was full the night we stayed, but it didn't feel like that. We had a family room on the upper floor and it was huge. Really quiet too - we all slept very well. Have to say, we'd the fear that a Blackpool hotel might be full of revellers, but this wasn't our experience at all.
We were too late trying to book dinner so sadly missed out. Did take away drinks later that night, and bar staff were superb, chatty and helpful.
Breakfast was ideal, great value esp the free kids meals!
We were there to visit the Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach. We walked to and from both during the day and it was fine. At night however we walked to the illuminations and it wasn't the best walk - dark and quiet. Maybe wouldn't rush to do that again!
Car parking plentiful. Handy having the petrol stn shop and Greggs beside the hotel.
- MrsDML (10/5): Fantastic hotel for visiting Blackpool - We have stayed in this premier inn 3 times now .
Our youngest granddaughter absolutely loves it .
Location is second to none, 10 minutes walk to South pier , trams , pleasure beach.
Staff are always friendly .
Very clean rooms and sofa bed set up ready.
Fast hot shower and huge towels .
Very quiet, free parking, just perfect.
My only criticism is the air con is not working, which was tough in the summer.
- G5080ZLjanett (6/5): Poor. - Booked 2 rooms. 1 for family of 4. 1 for family of 3. They managed to dish out wrong rooms. Party of 3 arrived hours after others, so too late to swap rooms.
- ellacej (8/5): A reasonable Guest - Great atmosphere, excellent facilities. The sleep was great, can't say the service as it was self check-in. Parking is reasonable, but could be free like other Premier Inn in some parts of the UK. More USB sockets are needed as some guests uses cable rather than plugs to reduce packing. Other than that, great place and convenient location.
- kierand427 (8/5): Very good premier inn - Premier inn , was a very good hotel to stay and would go back , rooms good breakfasts excellent and staff very polite......
- andrewdG6564KI (6/5): Good location but needs improving! - Reception was busy when we arrived (1 person on the desk and none of the self check-ins were working). The room was very hot, even with the window fully opened. This hotel has no air conditioning but “climate control”… it doesn’t work so it might as well have nothing!
The bathroom has a shower-over-bath, which is usually fine, except the high end of the bath is too high and has a steep fall towards the plug, making it awkward to get in and out of… my fiancée nearly fell over getting out!
The bed was absolutely awful! The pillows provided no support, even using 2 of them. I’ve stayed in other Premier Inns and the bed is usually fine, not this time! 3 nights with barely any sleep is more than enough!
There is some work being done but during the day, which is fine. Apart from the last day, we didn’t hear them so at least they’re keeping noise to a minimum.
- N2693DZchrish (10/5): Louise, Tasha & Norma, Exceptional staff members - Stayed here on a work trip. Absolutely wonderful staff a the restaurant. Louise, Tasha & Norma who was serving us all evening were very polite and professional.
- jordb914 (10/5): Fantastic Service - Staying away for work and couldn’t recommend a better premier inn . Louise , Norma and Tasha were fantastic with the service and very friendly. A credit to the company .
- leannecS2747UH (10/5): Lovely receptionist - Adele was a lovely receptionist, remembered us from another time we had stayed here and we had a really good chat with her
- U3978ZRmarkb (10/5): Fantastic Receptionist - A good Premier Inn. Clean and convenient location. Best things without a doubt is the receptionist Adele. Greets you with a smile and nothing is too much. Without a doubt the best Premier Inn receptionist I have ever met. A credit to the company.
- Sparker2024 (8/5): Nice stay - This is your typical premier inn you know what you’re going to get .
Check in is easy in a machine the car park is very secure underground with reserved parking for PI customers , however be aware it’s £10 a night which we wasn’t aware of
Overall a nice clean room and bathroom and
Comfy beds
- Southwestuk (10/5): So good we came back on our return from holiday. - We were flying from Bournemouth Airport - 4 solo travellers and 4 rooms. No complaints at all. Our overnight stay for the airport was so good that we cancelled our booking at a different hotel chain for our late evening return flight and booked again at this Premier Inn.
The staff were great, self service check in a useful addition, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and both our nights went undisturbed. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food.
The hotel is close to the railway station, and a big Asda is nearby if you have forgotten anything. It was about 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The car park is very close to the hotel, chargeable at £10 for 24 hours - till noon check out, and is an underground car park. Our friend who drove, parked at airport for the period we were away. I'm not aware you could use this hotel as a park and stay.
You can ask for a taxi to be called or press a preset button at reception.
The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth.
Returning at the end of our holiday, we were still just as impressed with our stay here.
- katewP4812QN (10/5): Overall, I would highly recommend - Great customer services, easy and convenient check in. And perfect for when we visit our daughter at uni as it is a two minute walk.
- EnglishShmanny (10/5): Little gem! - I’ve yet to have a bad stay at this little gem of a place. Always greeted with a smile and referred to by name on arrival. Staff are very friendly and accommodating- especially the lady on the desk in the evening.
- jackierM1181MB (10/5): Lovely hotel - ne careful at the car park. - Be aware the parking is underground to the side of the building and you have to press a button for the gate to open. If you are a woman alone be vigilant. It is darkish and somebody could jump in the car. Alarmist? Perhaps. You also have to exit the car park and walk around.
Once inside the hotel is lovely, comfortable, clean and everything you could want. Shower gel, tea/coffee etc.
Breakfast has a great selection ofceither/and cooked or continental.
- W9245ZBvictoriah (10/5): Overnight stay - I stayed only one night. The location was convenient- close to the train station if you don't drive, about 15 minutes to the beach and 25 minutes to the town centre. The room was spacious and clean, reception team was lovely and made me felt safe while I stayed. Especially when I didn't have to eat in the restaurant and could take me food upstairs.
- Vacation00939103737 (10/5): Great hotel - Ayse on breakfast was amazing! She really knows what she’s doing!!! Check in was smooth. Room was spotless and food was great. Can’t fault it at all. What a nice premier inn.
- johncY8298VZ (10/5): Ayse on reception. - Had an absolute wonderful stay at premier inn eastcliff. The staff were brilliant especially one of the managers Ayse!! We had breakfast and dinner there and it was spot on. Food was fresh and hot. Dinner was amazing. Food came so fast and was perfect. The room was clean and everything you’d hope it would be. What a fantastic stay. Will be returning!!!
- daniellerC6243NE (8/5): Pleasant - Bathroom could have been cleaned properly and products like soap could be checked to see if there is enough before check in. Also a room for 2 adults should not have 1 large towel. Otherwise bed was comfy, room very spacious and nice.
- arrone836 (10/5): Adele the receptionist outstanding customer service and a great credit to premier inn Bolton west - I recently stayed at Premier Inn Bolton West and would like to commend the team, in particular Adele, for the outstanding service we received. From the outset, Adele went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
What stood out most was the exceptional level of care and attention Adele showed towards my son, who has a disability. She took the time to make sure he felt safe, welcomed, and fully included during our stay. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication were evident throughout, and it made a significant difference to our overall experience.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed, but it was Adele’s personal commitment to delivering such a high standard of service that truly elevated our visit.
Premier Inn should be very proud to have Adele as part of their team. She is a credit to the brand and an excellent example of genuine hospitality at its best. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Inn Bolton West to others and will certainly return in the future.
- susaneV2921WT (2/5): Terrible experience - Upon arrival very early in the morning there was a horrible smell in the bathroom but we were too tired to worry so went to bed.
Requiring use of the bathroom at 6am the smell was putrid, Like a very bad nappy.
Upon investigation of the bin the was toilet paper with faeces left in the bin. Obviously we don't know how long it had been left there.
Basic hygiene should never have allowed this to happen.
I found this totally unacceptable and complained at reception and was offered a free breakfast for us both as small compensation.
We accepted offer only to find the English breakfast was only just lukewarm and had been left under the hot lights too long as the bacon was hard sausages rubbery and egg was hard to cut!!!
Later food was replaced but the bacon was placed on top of the hot food.
Worst experience of our stays with Premier Inn and i certainly won't be staying here again
- shazde (10/5): A great place to stay - It was in a good spot loads of parking
Friendly clean very good night sleep no noise
We went on a bank holiday
There are other restaurants nearby and the football stadium.
There is a pub next door for food
FANTASTIC FOOD
- petermU1037HC (2/5): Very Disappointing Stay. Poor Service, Unfair Treatment. - I stayed at the Bournemouth East Cliff Premier Inn with my family and friends (party of 19) from 10–14 August 2025, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations.
On our first evening, we had booked a table for 19 at check-in and were assured this would be no problem. However, when we arrived at 7pm, our drinks and food order was taken but not processed until nearly an hour later. Drinks eventually arrived after repeated chasing, but food took almost two hours. Only three meals were served, and the quality was very poor chips were greasy and clearly refried. We politely refused the rest, as it was unacceptable to leave children hungry so late in the evening. Staff apologised and offered biscuits to the children, and we were assured a refund would be arranged.
The following morning, while queuing for breakfast, we were shocked to be told our breakfast booking had been cancelled and that we were banned from dining in the restaurant for the remainder of our stay. This was the first we’d heard of such a decision. The lack of notice caused huge difficulty one member of our party has mobility issues and two children are neurodiverse, so arranging alternatives at short notice was stressful and upsetting.
What made matters worse was the response after raising this with Premier Inn Guest Relations. While staff on the night admitted fault and were apologetic, the company later insisted the decision was “appropriate” and refused to offer any further compensation or explanation.
We have always trusted Premier Inn for reliable, family-friendly stays, but this experience was very disappointing. Not only were we let down by poor service and food standards, but also by the way the situation was handled afterwards. For families, especially those with additional needs, I cannot recommend this hotel.
- Y458KFcatherinec (10/5): Welcoming - Were there for a few days to visit nearby family
Staff were very welcoming.
Only thing I say is Mabey on checking staff could inform guests where and times for breakfast , we had to figure that out for our self's .
Hotel is tired but clean and comfortable,
Beds were really comfy
Pub next door The Beehive is a lovly bar and so handy
- hammyh1983 (8/5): Reception never manned! - Lovely hotel with friendly staff BUT a nightmare getting in and out of the car park as the reception is never manned. Stayed for the weekend and had to chase the staff many times. We won’t be coming back here due to this only! If not coming by car it’s great! NEED more staff!
- Z9531CTlw (8/5): Good location.Clean room. - Good location for onward travel, shops etc. Quiet location. Bit tired but clean & comfortable. Lovely reception staff...very welcoming & friendly. The breakfast wasn't the best, wouldn't recommend. The bar where breakfast is served had an awful musty, damp smell.
- Lea-lea234 (10/5): Just the best !! Will be back - From the moment I arrived at Bolton West Hotel, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm welcome at reception instantly set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay.
The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for comfort and convenience. The bed was heavenly – easily one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel!
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay enjoyable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The manager Andrea was so lovely every time we seen her, all the staff really which I could remember all there names
The hotel’s location is perfect
We will be back !!!
- lesleywB8199ZN (6/5): Ok stay, poor breakfast. - I've stayed in many Premier Inns and you get what you expect. The room was fine, a bit shabby in places but that was not a problem. It was extremely hot, a fan was provided which helped a little. I had booked for breakfast.....I went to the bar next door. The lady on duty was really welcoming & friendly. There was an unpleasant smell in the bar, a wet musky smell. The coffee was not machine coffee which was disappointing as I had latte sachets in my car..just hot water provided. I ordered 2 sausages, bacon and a fried egg. I ate the bacon....it was ok...the sausages were not nice at all & had a weird consistency & odd smell/taste (I did not eat them)......I did not eat the fried egg.....it looked fine but had an overwhelming taste of oil. Very disappointing as I could have gone to Greggs for a nice latte and bacon sandwich for £3.80. I didn't fancy a cold offering after trying this as I had been put off and couldn't ignore the awful smell.
- KILTYONE2 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Welcoming, helpful arrival. Room sorted efficiently and quickly without any fuss.
Room clean and tidy. Storage space good, lovely bathroom. Wonderful bed.
Parking right out side the Inn and plenty of spaces. Disability parking for those require it, right outside reception. Beehive pub next-door. Food good and staff pleasant and helpful.
Can highly recommend.
- margarettX3023CP (10/5): Very comfortable - Had a couple of days in Bolton. Stayed at the Premier Inn in Horwich. Excellent value for money and very comfortable. Bed was really comfy. The attached pub was nice. Food good and luckily for us served until late. The price of drinks on the other hand were very expensive. Wouldn't be going to this pub too often.
- Travel18b (10/5): Fab breakfast - My review is just about the breakfast, as my partner and I called in for breakfast after the car boot sale on Sunday; we did not stop over.
The lady on the front desk was friendly when buying our breakfasts , and so was the lady who directed us to the food hall, and we were given the option to choose whatever seat we liked.
We arrived around 8:15am, and it was very clean, and quite empty. We got here just in time as about 10 minutes later everyone came down to breakfast from their rooms.
This is one of the smaller breakfast halls within the Premier inn branches, but it still had a fruit juice section, small cooling fridge with yogurt, fruit etc, and muffins pancakes and brown and white bread. The hot section was very clean, and the food is constantly being checked and filled with fresh food.
Food was fab, as always and I love the quality of the sausages that are so nice.
10/10
- 841jah (10/5): Great trip - I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was nothing but enjoyable and ran easily from start to finish. Adele was nothing but helpful on reception and went totally out of her way to make sure my stay was a stay to remember.
- kieronwestw (10/5): great stay - great stay the best in horwich
the staff where great
wifi weak
bedrooms are great for a good nights kip
woke up refreshed and reddy for the day
- helgardh2020 (6/5): Bad treatment at premier customer service - On the 25 th of July this year, we had booked for a 2 night stay, when we arrived the room was fine although I did think the pub next door was very close.
However we had the worst night sleep or lack of it. the ground floor room window was 2 feet from the pub patio & the noise and light from the torch some one had was awful.
No phone in the room either to complain, it ruined our sleep, And the wedding we were going to next day, we checked out as couldn’t chance another sleepless night we are 80 & 85. I think customer service had the cheek & audacity to expect us to go to reception in our night attire & complain.
It claims they guarantee that you get the perfect nights sleep was not true who has a hotel right next to a noisy pub patio especially ground floor. No warning when we booked that it could be a bit noisy. Customer service could at least offered a token gesture given us refund at least for one night.
I will not be booking premier again.
