- Kim (4/5): - Hotel under renovering, wifi dårlig, morgenmad ikke som det plejer. Prisen er 40 % mere end
- EmmaF3337 (10/5): Excellent - We had a wonderful stay with our children. The hotel is very family-friendly, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for families.
- 278JohnH278 (8/5): Usual Premier Inn standards - A comfortable, functional hotel that's quiet, friendly and with all the usual Premier Inn features. Good value as well out of season.
- pauljK5726BQ (10/5): Clean and quiet so perfect - Quick easy check in spotless room and absolutely no noise all night .
Room was a bit warm even for November but quiet air conditioning soon sorted that out worth keeping on low at night .
- BabSharma (10/5): Excellent Food and Service - The breakfast buffet service at the Premier Inn Maidenhead was excellent. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was wellstocked and fresh throughout the morning. There was a great variety of options, all tasty and well presented. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience that set a perfect tone for the day. Highly recommended, will visit again Soon .
- Traveler65636315537 (10/5): Good hotel. - good team, clean hotel. service was brilliant. Food are amazing. Room high standard, But furniture need to be change. .
- peterfin1 (10/5): Comfortable stay - Excellent accommodation exactly as expected. Have stayed here many times before. Easy parking and excellent breakfast facilities
- Becather (10/5): Excellent value! - The hotel is easy to access and the public spaces on the ground floor are nice, with welcoming staff. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities expected (I particularly like the glass mugs for tea). I asked for a quiet room and it certainly delivered. Would recommend!
- davidhbarry (10/5): Great staff. R&B - Rory and Bobby went above and beyond to see that we had an excellent experience. There was a slight issue with one of the orders . But absolutely delivered on a resolution. Burgers were top quality. Thank you to you both for making our experience a great one .
- baabas2025 (10/5): Autumn at Maidenhead - Excellent service from Anetta, Elvis, Chris and the entire team. It is like a home away from home. Yummy yummy breakfast, very clean rooms, funky music. The best!
- Rebecca (8/5): - Very basic, helpful staff. Wifi pretty poor. Isolated area
- ewanc670 (4/5): Standard night terrible morning - Dinner was okay, restaurant was very quiet but standard premier inn stuff, limited menu due to some changes which is fine.
Breakfast was shocking. No toaster so had to order it. The toast came out 10 minutes before the hot food did. I don’t remember asking for it as a starter. Then asked for fresh toast which. Y the time that arrived the rest of my food was cold. the server was terrible not welcoming and didn’t really care.
- Daniela (8/5): - Guter Ort zum Übernachten, kostenlose Parkplätze, Leeds Castle lohnt sich. Positiv, dass man im Hotel direkt Abendessen kann und ein Frühstück bekommt.
- MungBeanz (10/5): A really good base - I enjoy staying here as a base for doing other things in London and the local area. It isn't perfect and if you want the Ritz, well go there. I really like it, and the offering has been consistently good for me personally. The room and bathroom are clean with a lovely shower, and the restaurant and bar staff are welcoming and friendly. Car parking is a small challenge but I usually walk here from the train station which is a doddle. A big thanks to everyone for another great stay.
- 513benjaminr (10/5): Breakfast only visit - Service is always very friendly. Laura takes good care of us.
Plenty of tables and plenty of choice on the full English buffet.
- suemerrettt (10/5): A lovely quiet gem with excellent links to all main roads - Booked this hotel to visit nearby friends.
What a brilliant find. Quiet and peaceful setting. Amazing and friendly staff. Lovely freshly cooked food.
Lauren in the hotel bar was amazingly cheerful, helpful and friendly. Shall certainly stay again as good links to the main roads through to Dover and up to London
- Resort23705129053 (10/5): Amazing hotel! - It was an amazing experience.
The hotel is vey cozy and I met wonderful people working there.
I wanna specially mention Laura with her beautiful smile early in the morning to welcome us for breakfast! ❤️
- jamesdS4630SL (10/5): Great improvement! - Newly refurbished rooms offer a fresh look to the premier inn. The restaurant had a new menu launch and it is much much better than previous experiences. A very all-round improvement overall. Would highly recommend.
- blt100 (8/5): Great value - We stayed here before going to Legoland. When booking we could see that there wasn't a car park by the Premier Inn and were fine about parking at the suggested car park at Sainsbury's. The entrance is off St Cloud Way (A4). There were plenty of spaces. We arrived in the evening and only had to pay £1.40 as we left before 9am. I don't think we took the most direct route to walk from the car park to the Premier Inn. I think it will be quicker to go into Sainsbury's from the car park and then out the main entrance of Sainsbury's. This will bring you out nearer the hotel. The walk was fine but I wouldn't have liked to do this walk alone in the evening.
The staff were friendly and helpful, both at check-in and breakfast. We had a good night's sleep. I didn't take us long to drive to Legoland so worked well for us.
- jessicakW6650LR (10/5): 5 Stars - Lovely stay and helpful staff :) Would stay here again. Convenient location being in the town centre as well. Comfy beds as always!
- gemmasA474EY (10/5): Weekend with family - The location was perfect to where we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Food was good and the rooms were spacious and comfy.
- jordansN9162JM (10/5): All round lovely stay - As always we were more than satisfied with the stay at Premier Inn. Very welcoming staff and tried the buffet breakfast for the first time, I was nicely surprised!
- V3871GQlenak (10/5): Graet - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, professional, and friendly. The hotel is old but very clean. Breakfast was very good
- Z2266HUkatem (10/5): EXCELLENT - i have stayed in premier inn hotels across the country however this one has been the best. The staff is extremely polite and helpful especially a staff remember i came across during my stay a young lady, Milena. She was extremely helpful and radiated kindness, answered all my questions in a professional and polite manner, making my stay that much better. The food was great and the room was clean and satisfactory. I would like to thank Milena for making my stay more comfortable. I would defiantly stay again.
- 435madeleinej (4/5): Would not recommend this Hotel - Although we arrived an hour after check in time, it took about 20 mins to check into just 2 rooms because my brother's room wasn't even ready.... so the receptionist had to find another room that was ready. The reason given for this problem was because the Hotel had been very busy the day before! Surely this is a poor excuse for a Hotel who shouldn't book out all their rooms if they are going to struggle once at full capacity!! Our room smelt very musty on entering and we couldn't air the room as it had a sign advising it was a non-opening window. I appreciate we were on the 5th floor, however, I have stayed in hotels who have windows that are made to only slightly open when on a high floor. The carpet in our room was grubby and stained (as were the corridor carpets tbh) so that might have contributed towards the unpleasant musty smell. We did toy with the idea of asking to be given another room but, as we were already running late for a family party, as they were experiencing problems with rooms not being ready and we were only staying one night, we decided it wasn't worth the bother. Our room was very 'tired' and in need of decorating. Although the bathroom was clean, paint was peeling off the skirting boards. What baffles me is these things are easily rectified so why are rooms left like this and booked out to people in this state? It's as if the Hotel doesn't care about it's customers or it's reputation! Breakfast the next day was very nice, well cooked and presented with plenty of choice, however, sadly, not without issue. I had filled up my water bottle from the restaurant glass urn for the journey home. When I drank some enroute home, it had a strange taste to it so I asked my husband to try some and see if he agreed... and he did. I wondered if the Hotel might use some sort of sterilising tablet to clean their glass water urns as that's the only thing I could liken the taste to. Needless to say, I threw the water away to be on the safe side. I can honestly say this is the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in! We would not recommend it, nor would we stay here again!
- MartinM4169 (4/5): No guests allow for breakfast. - Rooms very good and have a nice stay but not allow to take any guests that I'm willing to pay for for breakfast. That is the only premier inn that don't allow guests.
- Davemvy (4/5): Smelly Room - Stayed at maidenhead Premier Inn. Room had a very bad smell all the time of the stsy and air conditioning control panel was broken.
- candiagrasso (2/5): Careful when you book a twin room, since Premier inn thinks words mean whatever they want, and they will then be rude - I stayed at this hotel as part of a large activity organised by a third party. I paid for a twin room. According to this company, a “twin room” has a giant bed and a tiny bed. Because the normal meaning of “twin” is obviously “two vastly different things”. The receptionist was extremely rude, saying, and I quote “it’s not our problem whoever booked the room for you didn’t read the room description”. This company advertises things with a misleading name, then blames the customer for believing in the misleading name. I am shocked and disgusted. Call things the right name, for crying out loud. Words have meaning.
- martin442bearsted (10/5): Another great stay - We often regularly travel back to Maidstone to visit family and friends. And this has now become our preferred place to stay.
The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, there was a very nice chap on reception all weekend and the manager is lovely. Also Carol in the adjoining Beefeater is wonderful.
The room was very clean , comfy bed and hotel, although busy, was very quiet.
The breakfasts were good , especially on the Saturday, our only criticism would be that Sundays was very slow service , but we could see that the staff were very busy indeed.
Overall a very good stay and we will be back soon , thank you.
- L2206VHgordonr (6/5): Disappointing breakfast - There was a long wait for the meal to be served, even though the restaurant was very quiet at the time.
The food was poorly cooked, particularly the bacon that had probably been cooked a lot earlier and kept warm, such that it had dried out. The poached egg had probably broken when being cooked and most of the yolk was missing when served.
Generally the meal was poorly presented and was not hot.
The continental selection was ok.
- Louelsa (10/5): A Great Team at Maidenhead Premier Inn - Maidenhead Premier Inn has the most efficient, friendly, pleasant helpful staff. The lady Manager very courteous and professional. Chris the waiter at breakfast who has been a familiar figure there for a number of years, welcomed us with a lovely smile, courteous, helpful friendly approach treating us all with respect. What a fantastic team.
- A5535SHjamesb (10/5): Calm and relaxing - This was my first time here and I got to say what a lovely place, nice calm feel in a beautiful area. The bed was super comfortable which made me feel ready for the tasks ahead. But the real gems were the staff, Thank you so much for the services you provided. A lady called Carol made my last evening the best, she made me feel like I didn't have a worry in the world with how she took care of us. Breakfast served by Katie was fantastic and still continued to keep the calm relaxing presence and standard from the night before. Huge Thank you if I get the chance to come back I will. Definitely worth a visit.
- 2bootoyou2 (10/5): Went the extra mile for us - Lovely friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces (less vans that we have seen before), welcoming & adaptive to our needs which was appreciated.
- L871GFlucyb (10/5): Friendliest hotel - This has to be without a doubt the friendliest premier inn ever!
The staff are wonderful, the reception staff, waitress and cleaning staff.
We spent four days in the hotel and were always greeted by happy and smiling faces.
The room was clean and tidy, spacious and quite.
My only slight negative was that was very warm even with fan but there were four of us in one room !
Highly recommend this hotel!
- Mincelles (2/5): Suffocating Hellhole - This is not a modern property at all but I was aware of that. I travel a lot and have stayed in some great places. When checking in I was absolutely shocked by the unusually stifling hot room. Fans are provided and an open window didn't offer any comfort whatsoever. Something made me question why these rooms were so hot as the inside temperature was easily 33 degree c. During my stay I was lucky enough to get 2 hours sleep and at one point started to feel severe heat exhaustion to the point of gasping for breath. I did complain to The Manager Ruth about the "guaranteed good night's sleep" and she said it wouldn't apply here. I mentioned I had put in a complaint to the Head Office. Also, whilst I was there, the room was not cleaned after requesting and complaining and the room looked as messy as when it was left. I must admit, this is the first time I have never had my bed made or sheets changed. During my stay, I paid for 3 full breakfasts using cash and debit card but then my husband was charged for 3 more full breakfasts without his consent. This is fraud and I will be contacting them in due course. This place is a suffocating hellhole and would not recommend it at all. Thanks Premier Inn for ruining my experience.
- carolwV131MS (8/5): Great room and location to town just don't arrive early or you have to pay £15 - Excellent location to town close to M&S.
Usual excellent standard of room with comfortable bed and large tv and blackout curtains.
- jonathanlouisec (6/5): A run down hotel, not the usual standard - Room smelt very musty and damp, a lamp was showing its wires - not safe. The breakfast was poor and fruit looked as if it had been put for days. Staff were not keen with regard dietary requirements and things on offer.
- michaelcT5562ED (4/5): Hygiene needs improving and staff need to be more aware of door signs - Room was very poor hygiene i could write my name in the amount of dust on the top of wardrobe. Tv and pictures also had thick dust on the tops enough to know they had not been wiped clean for more than just a few days. No air conditioning so a fan provided which when used would just blow the dust around the room aswel as the hot air. Dispite hanging the sign on the door that states sleeping do not disturb a member of staff still opened our door to the shock that it was actually occupied.
- Sunshine460080 (10/5): Fabulous hotel - The staff are extremely welcoming&professional, the service is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the rooms&bathroom clean, the hôtel is quiet, the pub is great with a large variety of breakfast foods that carter for every diet.
- NottinghamRed (10/5): - We stayed here one night prior to getting the ferry from Dover. I would definitely recommend this place to stay - lovely friendly reception staff. We had a lovely dinner in the evening - salmon was excellent with gorgeous roasted vegetables. We had the breakfast next day which was also very good. We will definitely stay again.
- laupf67 (4/5): If you like the 90's you will love this place! - Welcome to the 90's! The hotel does not have any air con and the rooms on the top floor heat up dramatically in the summer. They give you a floor standing fan to try to keep the room cool! The fan we had span and made a load of noise with very little output! Our room got up to 28 degrees in the night with windows open and the fan running on full blast! There is no way to contact reception from the room! I had to walk down to reception to ask for another fan and then carry the large floor mounted fan up two flights of stairs!
- joannebK6396BX (10/5): Great service - Excellent service, room spotless and breakfast was the best. Greeted with a smile from reception. Such friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
- lindarO7719CD (10/5): - Had a lovely stay at this hotel stayed with my mum and they could not of done more for us .Breakfast was hot and fresh also on our second morning my mum was not great as she has health issues so they done me a breakfast to take back to her . Evening meal is not a great menu but staff make up for that see you again soon look forward to seeing your new breakfast room
- Inspire660615 (6/5): Adequate - Hotel OK the attached restaurant is poor. Closing down I think . Only a couple of bottles of beer available. Not worth £5.00 a bottle. The other option was wine
- AmandaP700 (6/5): Comfortable enough but brutally hot in the rooms - Convenient location, friendly welcome and good basic comfort as in all Premier Inns. However, as many Premier Inns, there is no air conditioning so the heat in the rooms and public areas is brutal when it's hot - even with a fan. The hotel needs a bit of updating and getting rid of cobwebs. Good big TV and our room was on the first floor at the far end from reception so it was very quiet and looked out over woodland which was nice.
- 747bruced (10/5): Excellent hotel and staff - Could not fault anything. We arrived in the middle of the heatwave. The staff member who was cleaning other rooms came to ask us if we would just like a sheet which she got for us. She also went and got us some cold water. A real star.
The room was clean and one of the quitest hotels we have stayed in, nothing was too much trouble for the staff
- prichard38 (8/5): Excellent breakfast, some issues with the room - Overall a reasonable experience, have used this hotel before as it is convenient when visiting family. At present the adjacent restaurant looks derelict from the outside, but is still in use for Breakfast only - which is excellent with the cooked breakfast being prepared in the kitchen and served fresh and hot to your table. Standard Premier Inn room and bathroom but the bathroom washbasin only draining very slowly
- rickhL1854UV (10/5): An overall pleasant experience. - Had a lovely night at Premier Inn Allington. Reception staff friendly. Room was great (room 6) but to be honest, the shower was awful. Bar staff were very pleasant and the food was lovely (Pork ribs and chips). Would definitely stay again.
- 196eltonb (2/5): BEAWARE an attempt in VAN hijacking and robbery in hotel car park!!!! - Was parked at the location when an attempt of vehicle hijacking and robbery took place. The van was parked right next to the camera and informed the front desk regarding this matter and they stated the cctv was not functioning in that specific time frame.
- mostynw2020 (4/5): Worst experience ever at a Premier Inn stay. Although most of issues came from The Beefeater attached. - The Premier Inn was generally ok, except their failure to check our requirements, one question it seems, ie we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children paying for our breakfasts as well as accomodation.
We also had dinner in the Beefeater, waitress took our drinks order and brought 4 pints and 2 halves of coke max to our table, spilt all of it, mainly over my daughter! We know accidents happen but there was no effort to reseat us even though there were options available, in the end we got up and moved ourselves, we asked for replacement drinks 3 times and in the end my daughter went to the bar herself to ask for them. We ordered our food and when it came 3 of the 6 plates had incorrect items, that was sorted quite quickly. But by this time it was late, none of us wanted any dessert, even the children.
At breakfast we presented ourselves and were greeted with a very brisque "have you booked" to which I confidently said yes and we've paid for it, "well you haven't booked" you're not on the list, which is where the question I mentioned at the beginning of the review came in, did the receptionist ask you if you wanted to book a table, I to which I responded surely the fact we paid for it in advance would answer that! By which point I must admit I was getting a bit annoyed, she flung a dismissive hand at the empty table for 8 behind us and said you'll have to sit there until we can sort you out. We sat and waited nearly 35 minutes before anyone spoke to us again (except to say we're very busy with people who've booked their tables).
When we ordered our breakfast it came about 25 minutes later only 1 of our 6 plates had the
right items we'd ordered, the waitress brought a bowl of extras ie sausages bacon tomatoes hash browns, no apology and said there you go pick what's missing out of that! Utter shambles and I speak as someone who's stayed at Premier Inns hundreds of times with rarely an issue.
- 823tenekam (10/5): Great stay - Fantastic stay, new fans are perfect.
Excellent staff, shout out to ruby & carly (hopefully spelt correctly).
Room was clean and smelt fresh.
Checked in was quick and efficient.
Definitely stay again.
- ilove1981 (8/5): Nice hotel, lack of aircon in summer is a problem though. - Nice hotel. Friendly staff and a perfect location for us for visiting daughter at Uni. Unfortunately we were there on the hottest weekend of the year and with no aircon and a window that barely opens, we almost roasted alive in there. We did know there was no aircon so just unfortunate timing but it’s not something we’ll do again in the summer months. Lesson learned.
- gentyb2025 (10/5): Brilliant - Fantastic experience - definitely will be returning. Very good perfessional receptionist named Carly and Perrin, very helpful and polite at all times.
- YorkshireOwl66 (4/5): Things are getting bad in the Premier inn world - 1st of all thank the hotel for giving me a room I requested. Reception had a lad on that didn’t seem to know how the system worked and the lady that did know just wanted to go to clean the rooms. We checked in at 3 and by 8.20pm we had 3 fire alarms going off. We were in and out like Bonnie Blues mates. Luckily we had no more alarms but at 2am a family were letting their kids run about so Lenny Henry is wrong and you don’t get a decent nights sleep.
On to breakfast I would suggest you save your money and visit a local Wetherspoons.
- lindarO7719CD (10/5): Friendly and clean - Lovely hotel , with nice walks around the lake . Room was cool and had a nice new fan . Receptionist was helpful with getting us a taxi to party . Had breakfast was freshly cooked to order . Always stay here as sometimes a lone traveller feels safe and comfortable
- G3259UIhelenm (2/5): Inedible! - The service in the restaurant was exceedingly slow. The food was disgusting and embarrassingly bad. Over cooked freezer food. I will NEVER go back!
We had to wait so long and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I had ribs and chips, the chips were hard, the bbq sauce was bought in and tasted really synthetic. I don’t really have anymore words to say quite how bad everyone’s food was!
- N6085KDsusanf (10/5): Friendly staff. - Always a cheerful greeting on arrival. Free Parking. The rooms are what you expect, spacious, clean and functional. Television, Wi Fi, Tea & coffee, little milk cartons with kettle in room, which you can replenish anytime. Beds are quite high off the ground but, fine for most people. On suite bathroom with shower is functional and clean. Duvet's are a bit thick, so can get a bit hot at night, great in the winter, not in the summer. No aircon, so can be uncomfortable in high summer. Also, no lift, so if mobility is an issue, would need to book a down stairs room. Breakfast is served in the Beef Eater next door. Good choice of cooked or continental available. Evening Meals and Bar in the Beef Eater. A great no frills, functional hotel. As with all Premier Inns, you know what to expect from your stay.
- 961lucilleb (6/5): Breakfast Not fit for a dog! - The accommodation was as you would expect with Premier inn, But the breakfast was absolutely disgusting, The bacon was shrivelled up and inedible the sausages were burnt and the hash browns were well over cooked, The waitress should not have served that up to anyone! The breakfast is supposed to be cooked to order but this was clearly not the case. I have worked in the industry all my life and would never serve this up to a customer even as a freebie!
- 278JohnH278 (8/5): Comfortable one nighter with Beefeater dinner - Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms perfect for a short stay. The dining experience with Beefeater has gone downhill. Food is ok, but nothing exceptional, and there is a long wait to be served in the evening. Breakfast is as ever copious and cooked to order in addition to the buffet items.
- 479keithk (10/5): All good - As usual the stay was pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.
As a quick stopover the location and parking are excellent, not far from the motorway and 40 minutes ago from the channel tunnel.
Nothing more to say as all went smoothly.
- markbG8097SC (10/5): Great value, exceptional service - The staff here couldn't be more helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they're always happy to chat.
Bella especially has been brilliant, checking on room cleanliness and if anything needs sorting out.
Really great stay, perfect for motorway access and rooms are quiet
- smitchesb (10/5): Mr Nana - A passionate team of talented pros who truly rock at what they do—consistently delivering exceptional, high-quality services, exceeding expectations, and going the extra mile to keep every client happy, impressed, and coming back for more!
- 522michealb (10/5): Great place - I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn thanks to the outstanding service from Wendy at reception. From the moment I arrived, Wendy greeted me warmly, handled my check-in quickly, and provided clear, helpful information about my stay.
