Guest Reviews
- L5635RUsimones (8/5): Great Victoria hotel - Well organised hotel. Great welcome from the staff and reception staff were really helpful. Very comfortable beds and great location, only a 5 minute walk from the station.
- H6585IQgracet (2/5): rude staff member - extremely rude staff member. Booked here to leave our bags through a 3rd party 2 weeks prior. We then showed up on the day and the women was extremely rude to us, saying that they are “full” and it’s “not her problem” even though i had already paid a couple weeks ago now. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to deal with an extremely rude staff member. I didn’t get her number but i would avoid the place full stop. I called her out for being extremely rude and she had nothing to say
- edwardmO3205QG (2/5): Under staffed from the get go - Massively under staffed, long que at check in, no one manning the bar, gave up after 20mins, no plates or glasses at breakfast had to ask 3 times to get a plate and had juice out a mug. Very poor overall. Bad experience.
- chrisoF9405PS (10/5): Very good, clean and comfortable ,food and service good - Great staff, really helpful
Rangg really helped me a lot, nothing too much trouble
Great guy and a credit to your company
- V8177VJrebeccam (4/5): Unlikely to return, better hotels nearby for the money - Unlikely to use again. Good location. Basic but fair room, as a family of four our room had plenty of space. Bathroom needed a serous refurb. Dreadful service at breakfast - no eggs, bacon, orange juice, bread for toast or muffins. We had to keep asking the limited number of staff for these items, as did other guests, and a small amount would come out sporadically. No teaspoons, plates, cutlery or mugs either.
- paulmK1638TK (10/5): Outstanding Customer Service - Superb location beside Victoria station. We travelled as a family of 4, two adults and two 7 year olds, stayed in a family room on the ground floor. We received a fabulous welcome from Nardos who found out it was our twins birthday and looked after them with treats in the room and then a cake at breakfast. It made the trip so memorable for them to receive this kind of welcome, outstanding customer service. I have to say the breakfast was delicious, one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I have had in a while, fresh and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel as base visiting London.
- haw18153 (8/5): Good room, Good value, not so good heating. - The room and the facilities were good, very good value for money. My only criticism is that the room was cold and the heating was ineffective.
- MeltonJerry (10/5): A good place to stay in Victoria - Stayed overnight. The staff were very attentive, tge room was clean and well presented. It aas good value. I ate at the hotel. Ranga served me. He was good and so was the food. Well cooked, nicely presented and tastey.
- emmabW8923HW (10/5): London stay - Lovely Premier Inn, very friendly staff, easy check in, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very close to the Apollo theatre, good choice of food for breakfast.
- Pacmama (4/5): No sleep due to noisy Vents. - Great location for theatre and underground. Usual standard premier inn , you know what you're getting. Smaller room than normal but clean and comfty. Huge drawback though was the noise coming from the vents above the bed. It was awful and stopped us sleeping. We had to ring reception and then go down in the middle of the night to ask if they could assist. They did something but it didn't make any difference. You could even hear it outside the room. Sadly we didn't get any sleep which meant we couldn't enjoy the next day fully.
Nice breakfast. Low rating is based solely on the noise and lack of sleep.
- A2323THkarenm (10/5): Great value, great location, v comfortable and practical stay - Stayed one night at the Victoria Premier Inn in a recent London trip to visit friends and see the sights. Location and luggage facilities perfect for traveling from Victoria. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Staff v friendly. It was a v comfortable stop over hotel in a great location for a v good price.
- markwilsonj (10/5): “Londerful” near Victoria Station. - Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was fitted out with multiple grab bars and a curb-less shower. The towels were large and absorbent.
The front desk was staffed by a knowledgeable and friendly crew who were willing to provide great service.
The hotel is a short walk to Victoria Station which made it easy to get public transportation all across the city.
We ate at several restaurants that were within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
- xxhayz2xx (10/5): Nice and Pleasant Visit - Nice hotel, clean and welcoming team.
We had dinner in the hotel and was served by Ranga. Very attentive, checked on us and asked if everything was to our satisfaction.
Greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude.
- Adventure800840 (8/5): Solid hotel choice for the Victoria area - Good option for the Victoria area. Rooms at the top (Premier Suites) are pretty nice. Felt that the price on the night I stayed was pretty steep for a Premier Inn. Good option if you pick a night where prices are lower. Location was nice, close to Victoria and in a quiet street next to some stately London squares.
- keithwF5079DC (6/5): Not Premier Inn standard. - Seem to fall short when it comes to Pemier inn standard of room, especially where storage and general space is concerned. Would not have liked to stay anymore than the 2 nights.
- jessicagO1381HZ (6/5): Never again - The pictures on the hotel’s website do not accurately represent the room my family was given. It was dingy and the corridor smelled horrible, likely from the leak in the ceiling. The “family room” was large, but unfortunately it was up a large flight of stairs and was difficult to navigate with luggage and a stroller. Even taking the lift would require going up and down more stairs to get to the room. I would not stay there again.
- micheevans (6/5): You’re paying for the location - I recently stayed at the premier inn London Victoria for a few days away with family. I chose this particular hotel as we got it for a good price and the location was perfect as we were travelling to Victoria by coach and the coach station is about a 10min walk away, if that.
When I booked the room it said it was a family room but I’m not sure if it was? It would be very small for a family. The room was nice and clean on arrival, the beds were ok, the bath room was on the small side and the shower was useless!
We put the sign on our door for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t, you have to put that on the door AND tell reception you want the room cleaned which I’ve never had to do before in other hotels.
We had breakfast included in the price which was ok. There was enough to choose from but the cooked breakfast wasn’t very hot.
All the staff we encountered during our stay were all very helpful and friendly, there just didn’t seem to be many staff there. So the staff that are there are a credit to the hotel!
Overall our stay was ok, and we did get it for a good price especially as it was during half term so that was the selling points the location. But the hotel itself could probably do with a refurbishment as it was looking pretty worn in places. I’m not sure I would stay here again though.
- Pioneer15630978631 (8/5): Friendly staff - Location is perfect. Less than 5 mins walk from Apollo theatre and close to Victoria station the staff at this hotel are amazing you can not fault their effort BUT there isnt enough staff. 1 person to mam the reception and the bar at night is crazy. 2 people running a full restaurant on a saturday evening is crazy. These poor staff are well overworked
Room was clean bed comfy, check in easy but location won it for us. Food was okish. We had the meal deal which works out super cheap for London amd was a convenience but is far from fine dining. For the price paid though honestly can not complain. The 4 stars is purely because of the lack of staff and no reflection on the staff there
- Mobile81215 (8/5): Lovely staff, well located - This hôtel is very well located at a few minutes walk of Victoria station.
All the girls, including the trainees, were absolutely lovely, they did everything they could to make our journey as pleasant as possible.
Nevertheless, we were worried about their work conditions, as, for example, the same person was expected to attend at the same time, the hotel reception and the service at the restaurant.
The food, in my opinion, could be improved, but the meal deal does the job and saves you time and worries after a long day of visits.
Again, the staff was super nice, and we wish them a nice and sweet management.
- F3565LGsk (8/5): All good! - Nice clean hotel and very quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Staff very helpful and pleasant, particularly Ranga. Evening meal and breakfast were quick and fresh .
- Z2565XXgillianw (10/5): Great staff fabulous stay - Lovely stay the team go above and beyond to help
this has to be one of the best premier Inn I've stayed in
The room was very clean and the food next door was lovely good value for money as I had the meal deal
Plenty of free parking very big car park just need to add your registration details at check in
The manager was hands on helping in all departments from checking in helping in Housekeeping to serving in the restaurant this just shows how much respect the team have for her seeing a manager work this hard motivates the team
Will definitely be returning
- justadaddy (6/5): Not the best Premier Inn - I stayed here two nights and although I like Premier Inn a lot I would hesitate to recommend this one. It's one of those first-generation Premier Inns with a separate Beefeater next door and feels more like a shared house than a hotel, by which I mean that it's quite small with creaky floorboards and thin walls so no one gets any sleep until everyone's gone to sleep. If you do stay here my top tip would be to bring a good pair of earplugs! It's not awful, it's just not quite as good as the more modern hotels. I think there's another Premier Inn in Llanelli and I don't know if that's any better but I will try that one next time. Just to add, this hotel is in a corner of a retail park which is a good thing or a bad thing depending on your point of view. Plenty of free parking.
- pambH4264KY (10/5): The staff make this hotel special - The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped and plenty of towels are provided. The room was spotlessly clean and nice and quiet. The hotel is near the M4 and a very short walk frrom Parc Y Scarlets, where we were watching a match. A short drive will take to the beach or Pembrey Sands. The free parking is a nice extra and there are plenty of shops near by including Morridons, the Range, Marks and Spencers and Asda Living. Caroline and Leah on reception made our stay very enjoyable and were happy to help us with any special requests. The restaurant staff were friendly and made our meal a lovely experience. Corrie was happy to help us make our order and was very knowledgable about the menu. The hotel is very good value for money and I would highly recommend staying here.
- 693torbenj (2/5): Disappointing experience at Premier Inn Lindau - The rooms were fine — clean and as expected. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff and service was extremely disappointing.
The food was very poor, to the point where it felt unhealthy and badly prepared. Even worse, the bar staff did not apply the 30% discount that was clearly advertised. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct the bill, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.
It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is okay, but the service and food quality are far below acceptable standards. I would recommend finding another hotel in the city.
- Voyager277700 (10/5): Hotel and restaurant review. - My wife and I stayed at Premier Inn Llanelli on 19/20 September 2025 and had a vey comfortable experience. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious.
We dined in the adjacent restaurant on the evening of 19 September and had a very enjoyable meal. During the meal all the staff were excellent but special mention for Korrie P who was cheerful, informative and extremely attentive to our needs. Well done everyone!
- 3harrib (10/5): Outstanding service from the staff - Stayed here while exploring the South Wales Coastline and had an absolutely amazing stay, The hotel itself is looking a little dated and could definitely do with a freshen up but what really makes this hotel stand out is the amazing service you receive from the staff, especially Phil he went above and beyond for us despite being very busy running a restaurant and reception desk, his knowledge of the gower peninsula was outstanding and he was able to point out many great locations to visit, he is a credit to your company, will definitely be staying here again in the very near future.
- M7478EPnickyw (8/5): Hotel tired but staff excellent - Stayed at Premier Inn Central East. Hotel a bit tired but understand renovation imminent. All staff lovely but Korrie in restaurant stood out as she was extremely efficient and friendly.
- Ceironsmummy03 (10/5): Lovely stay lovely staff - Brilliant premier inn and restaurant the staff are amazing, we had a lovely waitress called Korrie who was really lovely and although she was very busy she was super lovely and chatty, which is so lovely to see these days 😊
- PatE447 (8/5): Soggy batter - A great hotel. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and reasonable prices on food and drink. I had the mixed grill and it was well cooked, tasty and very good value for money. My wife had the fish, as did a person on the table opposite, and they bith had to scrape away the soggy batter - probably microwaved. Such a shame as everything else was first rate.
- gerrypV8850XZ (10/5): Exception Service - Stayed here again to visit family. As per usual the Hotel very clean, the wifi was working, the reception staff very welcoming, polite and helpful. Food was excellent in the restaurant and a special mention must go to Jo who provided excellent service in the restaurant and made the stay even more enjoyable.
- davemZ6724VJ (4/5): No WiFi - For the fourth visit running, over the last two years, the wifi was not working. We heard the same excuses every time. We won't stay here again.
- 905selwynj (10/5): 4 days working away from home - Excellent staff Excellent food Excellent accommodation what more can I say thankyou
Very polite friendly 😊 looking forward to coming back soon
- paultM71NT (10/5): Llanelli Central East - Good location for what we needed and a usual good Premier Inn experience but particularly enjoyed the individually cooked breakfast
- aardvarkv (10/5): phil the floor manager was good - when I arrived there was one person available to help and that was the floor manager phil, was a very bury man but willing to asist me. he even helped with my luggage. I was shown around the room which was well kept and clean. I would definatly return.
- toady06 (8/5): Bed for a weary tired traveller - Arrived 1am, met by a human which is rare these days. Had a simple check in, given key and directions to room but wasn't told about breakfast (I was very tired so didn't think to ask). The bed as always was extremely comfortable. Let down by the towels in bathroom... Cardboard would be good description. Check out was simple, just drop the key and walk out.
- BeekerD (10/5): Great service and reliably comfortable - The staff were so welcoming and friendly, which was lovely after a long and frustrating journey. The beds were as ever extremely comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The food was also better than expected. Really is great value for the price!
- Caseymariebowskill (10/5): 100% recommend!! - Excellent service, comfiest bed, tastiest breakfast. We've stayed here multiple times and each time we have a lovely stay. The staff even decorated the room for my boyfriend's birthday which was a lovely surprise for him! 100% recommend staying here.
- yvettep327 (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay. Staff in hotel and restaurant are efficient and very friendly. Clean and comfort rooms. Excellent made to order cooked breakfast. Good selection of continental including fruit, pancakes, crumpets and muffins.
Large free car park.
- Q4168SSbens (10/5): Friendly hospitality - During our two night stay we received friendly hospitality, Korrie was lovely and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great communication before arriving vis email about the restaurant being re-done but that there would be no disruption to our stay or meal availability and everything went smoothly. Would stay again.
- gevans2022 (10/5): Excellent stay in a comfortable , friendly hotel. - I use this hotel regularly because of its location but mainly because the Staff in the Hotel and restaurant are always helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The food in the restaurant is always good quality and cooked superbly . The rooms in the hotel are always clean and comfortable , I would recommend this hotel to any one looking to stay in that area
- wisconsinron (10/5): Close to the Lake - This hotel was close to Lake Constance. The Zeppelin Museum is in a neighboring town. The hotel is just a short drive to the lakefront. Lake Constance sits on the border with both Austria and Switzerland and has great views of the Alps across the lake. The hotel is only accessible from an alley and GPS will get you in the area but Google Maps know the location. There was some renovation going on which excluded some of the parking spots. There were no restaurants nearby other than McDonalds. A car would be needed to explore the area from this hotel. The room was large and recently renovated.
- 730larsd (2/5): Try somewhere else, not recommended - Unfortunately not much pleasant to say here.
Our experience was woeful and I would give it no stars if possible.
Lindau is beautiful I just recommend you stay elsewhere.
My main grip is that we were in non smoking room but it smelt horribly like smoke.
Raised it with reception and nothing happened.
Had to follow up again and become assertive before anything got done.
Nearly midnight before the smell reduced enough (no fully gone) for the family to be able to sleep.
Breakfast was average / ok.
Parking was a little hard but managed.
Service and the rooms wasn’t the best in my opinion. Below average when I compare it to similar places I visited.
Rooms are
Also very loud from all the road noise.
Reccommend to avoid this place not worth the hassle.
