• okcolin (2/5): One to avoid, awful breakfast, old fashioned decor. Needs an update - One to avoid, hard to get into and get around especially if you are disabled in a wheelchair. Breakfast was awful, looked like it was hours old. Like rubber eggs, was glad to leave. Very old fashioned decor, made you feel sad.
• laalaa12017 (6/5): Very tired hotel - The staff were very friendly and extremely busy . The hotel seemed tired and run down. The room was vey dated but clean the pillows smelt and we asked for replacements but they did not seem fresh smelt very musty. The restaurant and bar was very busy. The staff were so organised and helpful. The seating area in the restaurant… the coverings in the seating was split at more than one table and the foam from the seating was spilling out and looked unsightly.

• patwright57 (10/5): relaxing stay - A really enjoyable two night stay at this premier inn. All staff very helpful and friendly . Accommodation very comfortable and the "wet room shower/toilet" perfect. Plenty of parking spaces.....but make sure you enter your car registration to avoid a fine. Other shops/eateries close by and an enjoyable breakfast at the brewers fayre.
• annej107 (10/5): We will be back. Great stay at Premier Inn Kempton Park - We always stay at Premier Inn Kempton Park when we go to visit family. The staff are lovely & always welcome us back. The food is hot & tasty. The rooms are spotless & beds really comfy. We will be back.

• 182alisonh (10/5): Excellent stay - We have just stayed here for 6 nights .we had a lovely time , room big and spacious , clean with everything you need , comfy bed .If we needed any more towels we just asked at reception and they were provided .Extra tea ,coffee ,little milks etc always available in reception on a stand .Staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful .It is a great base to explore the area .Plenty of free parking available .we have stayed in lots of Premier Inns all over the country so we know what we are talking about .We would definitely stay here again .we had room 22 on the ground floor .
• Mel8135 (10/5): Comfortable and great staff - What a surprising hotel tucked away off the busy main road. We booked here as we were visiting an attraction nearby and firstly the parking was exceptional. It was a multi storey attached to the hotel and with their code it was only £7 for 24 hours which is a very good rate. Checking in took about thirty seconds and we were soon in our room which was large and clean. It’s an older hotel but everywhere was spotless and the bed super comfy. We had an excellent nights sleep and despite being on a busy road the double glazing was so good that you couldn’t hear anything. We used the bar which was always staffed unlike a lot of other Premier Inns we’ve visited near London and we had a comfortable evening. We didn’t eat but the food did look good and I heard compliments from some diners. I’d definitely recommend this one and we’ll be using it again
• croftytyson (10/5): Football Match Stayaction - Brilliant location, easy to find. Very helpful staff and as we were celebrating a birthday they gifted some chocolate as a present. Breakfast hot, tasty and constantly replenished. Definitely be back

• janepR3121AU (4/5): Don’t bother with this place - I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect there will be 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, and more than 2 coffee and 2 tea sachet’s. PI think otherwise which didn’t impress me. And no, I don’t see why I should have to ask for more. Another good reason not to use this hotel is the high pitched noise coming from something alongside the hotel, day and night. And resulting in us being unable to open the window of our stuffy room. PI no longer a good value option for us. I’d rather support an independent business than the penny pinching PI. Never again. PI has lost my custom.
• Hydetravellers (6/5): Good hotel, not great restaurant. - Overall experience of the room was what you expect from the Premier Inn Hotels. Nothing to complain about. The restaurant was not up to the expected standards. The service was very slow, an hour to take an order, let alone get your food. The food was sub-par and nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. Been to far better restaurants attached to Premier Inn's before. The carpark was VERY tight. Perfect location and seemed very secure.
• crystalmD7219SX (6/5): Average stay avoid the evening meal - The hotels probably one of the most run down premier inns we’ve stayed in,clean but ready for a refurb.Reception staff were nice enough.Breakfast was just as you would expect.We ate in the evening and it was awful!Food wasn’t overly warm after waiting over an hour for it to arrive then they got one of our orders wrong and redid this which took another 20 minutes!Manager blamed me for not ordering correctly in the first place even though the waiter that originally took the order read it back to me!
• R3382YHdebbiep (6/5): Not the best - Not what I expected. Room was outdated and warm even with air con on, carpet looked like it had been brushed not hoovered. Toilet paper holder had not been replenished, had to ask for more after blowing my nose. The room was dated. The majority of the staff were friendly, Duty Manager, female, on day of arrival was polite but very fierce not approachable. Duty Manager next day, a gent, was lovely, kind and friendly. Not my usual chain of hotels I stay with, unfortunately will not return
• FellowTraveler286068 (10/5): As expected - Once we located it, we were greeted with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. All good! Went for a drink in the evening, bit disappointed by the frozen lemon slices?? Breakfast was excellent. Catering for vegan diet.
• X4003BAclaireh (8/5): Good value night away - Good value night away! We stayed 2 nights, easy to check in don’t forget to enter your car registration on the keypad in reception. We had a room in the block over the road, lots of car parking. Room was clean apart from the bathroom fan and the hairdryer was full of dust. The mattress was so uncomfortable and the room was so hot. The window you couldn’t open due to being on the second floor and the air conditioning wasn’t that good. The corridors were absolutely boiling despite it being warm outside. We didn’t eat at the restaurant. Plenty of places nearby Costa, Asda if you need anything.

Dust and grime everywhere, the sink in the bathroom didnt empty, worn carpets and the place smells of fried food. Zero phone signal and couldnt even get the paid wifi to work! Having stayed in other Premier Inns in the area this is by far the worst. Wont be going back!

• Humblebumble007 (10/5): High cost parking - Friendly staff, tho tgey seem to be understaffed especially in the restaurant in the evening The waitress was kept rather busy there seemed to be only rwo on duty. They were both very pleasant tho they were busy The only thing we are a bit disappointed with us the parking situation we stayed 3 nights and it cost us 40 odd pound. And maneuvering inthe car park is very tight. Only for the parking situation and cost we will try to avoid this particular hotel. I must add tgat on the morning of the last day my daughter overheard the reception telling someone that there's a reduced rate. No one mentioned this to us. Even tho they asked had we paid which we had but at the machine in the car park. So for the high cost of parking we will avoid. A shame because all staff were lovely.
• madenuk1 (6/5): Just ‘ok’ - Conveniently located hotel for Swansea situated on a retail park. Quite a lot of rubbish on access road giving a not very good impression. Staff friendly as always and comfy bed however, standards of cleanliness are less than we’ve come to expect of a Premier Inn. Some grime in bathroom around shower tray and wall mirror and also toilet hinges. Extremely dusty skirting board, hairs, also dust on bedside light fittings and kettle plug and socket. Staining on chair and very suspect looking stains on bedside table legs! Requested room cleaning as we were staying for two nights but this was not done. Have submitted a separate complaint re hygiene issues. Attached Brewers Fayre is ok for a cheap lunch but didn’t have breakfast there.
• simonwilliampizzey (6/5): Good Hotel On A Budget - My family and I love Premier Inn, as you always know what you get with your stay (A clean room, comfortable beds, a good location, kind staff & great breakfast). We have had many overnight stays this year and were looking to keep this one night visit under a core budget. This was not one of the best Premier Inn’s I have stayed in, but it was probably the cheapest (certainly in the area). The reception staff provided the usual friendly & helpful service, which was excellent. The location of the hotel, whilst in a central position, was not the nicest. The room was not as clean as other Premier Inn’s and the overall decor was tired. We did not go for the breakfast as we were leaving early, so could not comment. A good location for a cheap stay, but it would not be my first choice.
• O4271ZWpaulaj (10/5): Fantastic service, rooms and staff - This hotel is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and Morriston hospital. We stayed for 12 nights whilst my husband was in the hospital, which is only a quick 15 minute drive away. We asked to change rooms to a lower ground floor so it had better access and the staff were fantastic. Peter on Reception was so helpful and arranged a quiet room on the ground floor and his colleague Rhys helped us move our luggage which we really appreciated. Julie on housekeeping was brilliant and she was always there checking if we needed anything on a daily basis and inquired how my husband was doing at hospital which was such a lovely thing to do. Well done Premier inn North for being a wonderful place to stay and going above and beyond. Need to come again in October so will be booking again. Thank you Paula, Shaun and Brandon.
• 819kenp (6/5): A different budget hotel experience - Not my usual choice of budget accommodation but Premier inn does the hope in terms of facilities snd price. What else is there to say about a budget hotel!!!
• HK84HK (6/5): Decent - You know exactly what you are getting from Premier Inn, this location is no different. Good location if visiting Legoland, Chessington or Thorpe. Breakfast is good, gets busy af 9am. Car park is super tight. Rooms for what you are paying are great
• X7812YZmarcj (10/5): Excellent stay. - Had a great stay here. Check in was quick, easy and U was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My room was clean and tidy and contained everything I required. The bed was comfy too. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. This is my second time at this hotel in the last three months and I'll certainly be staying again in the future.

• N3341LFsamanthaa (2/5): atrocious - the service was atrocious very slow we been sat in restaurant for 30 min before our order was taken we asked if everything on the menu was available whi h we were told it was they then came back to us 25 min later to tell us they were unavailable we waited an hour and are starters still hadn't arrived there was no one seving at the bar so we couldn't even get a drink while we waited so in the e d when we finally flagged down the 1 and only sever we cancelled our order and went else where when we left in the morning we booked 2 breakfasts which I told them we no longer wanted could I get a refund to which they were rude to us and very unhelpful telling us how we were to get the money refunded
• 40aamiri (10/5): Stay at Premier Inn North Swansea - I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and great customer service. Rhys was incredibly friendly making us feel right at home. There is plenty of parking space and close proximity to many venues and restaurants. A clean and comfy hotel.

• D1208DZlouiseb (10/5): Warm friendly North East welcome - Really clean, amazingly friendly welcome. Knowledgeable local staff. Housekeeping staff were friendly. We stay at Premier Inn hotels lots all over the country and this was by far the most positive experience for a very long time. The staff in the South should be sent up here to see how true warm hospitality is done.
• Cookie3443 (8/5): Overall a good stay - The Premier Inn Kempton Park is a pleasant place to stay. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and we had a decent view from our room as we could see Hyperia over at Thorpe park. Breakfast was good. Only downside is the car park which was tinny and I don't mean not many spots I mean it was hard to manoeuvre in there.
• MPB_OBE (10/5): First time at a Premier Inn but will definitely use again. - I was a little trepidatious as we approached the hotel as it appeared to be in the middle of a trading estate but need not have worried. The hotel was quiet with plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, check in was quick and efficient. The rooms are clean and very quiet with comfortable beds all of which contributed to a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious and unlike similar chain hotels was kept constantly resupplied. I was very happy with the overall experience and would stay again. My only complaint would be regarding the free WiFi which was almost non existent in our building - this may have been because we were in a block of rooms away from the main building. Other than that minor complaint it was a really good stay and the staff are to be commended their efficiency and friendliness.

• DiscerningTourist (8/5): Time to sort the wifi - Usual standard Premier Inn but was let down by the poor service in the evening at the adjacent Brewers Fayre. Also the wifi is distinctly average. They should really do away with the 'ultimate wifi' paid option and concentrate on a better general capability.
• andrewgA4095KG (10/5): Helpful staff and wonderful bed - Really helpful staff. Location, Bed, Bathroom (we always try to stay at PI's with a bath), and Room were superb. We chose this PI because it does not have air conditioning. (We don't like air-con in, because we can't open the windows). Car park gets a bit crowded, but plenty of space just next door at restaurant, so if you don't mind walking an extra 30 metres or so, it's no problem. We'd stay here again on our way up north.

• darylo452 (2/5): Now, the worst hotel in the chain - This hotel has to be now by far the worst in the Premier chain. I really don’t understand that it used to be the best hotel. Me and my family had been staying there for years sometimes twice a year. However, it has gone so far downhill that Premier Inn should really just sell the hotel. It is such a shame to see what’s happened to this hotel. There is barely any staff now we were there three nights this time me and my family and even the coffee machine in the restaurant wasn’t working. You had to use little Nescafe sachets which was absolutely disgusting. If you want your room cleaning you have to ask, I never saw any housekeeping staff whatsoever for the whole three days that I was there. You get one hand towel, and a medium towel in your bathroom now? My brother’s room sleeps three people, and even he only got one hand towel and one medium towel? Where is the logic in this and don’t give me eco friendly nonsense .

• 624JanetB (10/5): Warm welcome and comfortable room - We were greeted at check-in with a warm Welsh welcome from two gents who genuinely cared about why we were there and making our stay perfect. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was great.
• 776junet (10/5): Brilliant staff - I have stayed twice at swansea North in July, the rooms were spotless and comfortable as always.2 fans provided both times the standard fan was very quiet.Its the staff that make this hotel stand out.they always have a smile and make time to ensure you have everything you need.They always go the extra mile.outstanding in my experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
• Cranes19 (10/5): Lovely overnight stay - We stayed for the night with our two young children and enjoyed our stay. Friendly receptionist in arrival who checked us in. The gesture of a pack of biscuits went down well with the kids. Room was clean, light and beds were comfy. Plenty of eateries nearby for dinner. We decided to have breakfast in the morning but was a little disappointed in the food. Car park was great having access from inside the hotel and felt like car was secure. Hotel was generally clean and would stay again
• 247WendyD (8/5): We would certainly advise staying at Premier Inn Sunbury - We have used Premier inn at Sunbury many times for Business - It's a long trip from Yorkshire but I must admit that this particular Premier Inn ticks all the best points for a weary couple of travellers. It is always a pleasure to stay at this Hotel.
• Luke-n-LauraB (6/5): Nice place to stay - You always know what to expect with premier inn and this is no different really. Central location with some shops nearby, parking available at a discount cost but as noted in other reviews, it is a super tight car park so breathe in! The rooms are the usual, well maintained with the usual amenities, tidy and clean with lifts to the upper floors. The lifts are pretty cool, looking out over the area, unfortunately the premier inn roof top could do with a bit of love to spruce it up a bit. The major let down for us was the restaurant. We had a booking and were ignored for a good 5 minutes standing there while the waitress finished doing some maths that I am pretty sure could have waited until after seating us? Then we waited another eternity to be served. The place was pretty empty but it still seemed too much to deal with, one of our order was missing the onion rings that should have come with it, 15 minutes later, still nowhere to be seen despite being promised they were on their way. Half hour later, still nothing, 45 minutes later after all the rest of the meal was finished we were promised they would be with us soon. Its not a huge deal but it was poorly dealt with and I very much doubt they're being made from fresh! It is what is it is, and didn't detract from being a decent place to stay if you're in the area, just maybe consider alternative places to eat!
• Owen5555 (10/5): Family stay, toddler, young kids - Great location with plenty in the area. I would consider it great value for money. We stayed in family room and the personal note left by cleaners I must say was a really nice touch with a bag of sweets for the kids!! Across a week travelling around the uk I would also say stay the staff here were by far the best and very welcoming. This makes the difference when you compare to other locations. We also had dinner and breakfast here and to be fair it was hard to fault and some good value for money. Overall good experience.

This wasn’t the most convenient place for me but the reviews about friendly front desk staff made this my choice - as a single female travelling for work it’s important to feel safe. Rachael on reception from check-in until her shift finished at 10pm was fantastic. She even made a point of saying hello at breakfast the following morning when she wasn’t working. Location is actually very good. 10 minutes to the beach was perfect in a heatwave ! Will definitely make this my first choice when I come back for work.

Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choice of food. Good location close to large Asda a few minutes walk away. Also Greggs and Costa on site. Would recommend
• Departure47853710811 (10/5): Well worth considering for a base for Southern Wales - Had a fantastic few days at this Premier Inn. Particular mention must to go to Vicki, Logan? (The Cocktail Queen) and Angela. These three members of staff were always attentive and chatty and asking how we were, what we had been up to / what we were going to be doing. In short, they took an interest in us and didn't treat as merely as paying customers that were passing through. The bedrooms and the bar/restaurant area were always clean and tidy with no build up of glasses, plates etc. Situated on the northern outskirts of the town, with easy access to the M4 East and West, and the Gower Peninsula, it's the idea base for a bit of exploring.

Comfortable beds and good shower. Slightly noisy about 6 o’clock in the morning. Think staff were going to work in the restaurant opposite. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

• michelletP2817XZ (8/5): Great value - Great hotel very easy to find and just off the main road. Happily go back. So much nearby but you need to be able to drive. Comfy bed. The hotel staff were lovely. Restaurant is fab value for money but not all the staff were as friendly they could learn form the hotel staff, which was a shame. Maybe a bit lack of staff at times and the soft play wasn’t manned for the majority of the time we were in there.
