- A2531NUchristinec (8/5): To eat or not to eat! - First the good bit. Checked in by a friendly member of staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Booked meal deals so ate in the restaurant on the first night. The service was great - much better than our previous stay here and the food was really good. My steak was cooked to perfection! Staff worked hard to achieve this. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent. Plenty of choice and food hot. We were booked in for another night but unfortunately because the hotel put up notices to say that the restaurant would be closed that evening and not wanting to venture out in the bad weather or have a takeaway in our room ( can't think of anything worse!) we decided to cut our losses and go back home. It seems that this hotel frequently closes the restaurant at the drop of a hat not thinking of its customers. I suspect it's to do with the chef as there only seems to be 1 of them. So even when you've booked meal deals you are not guaranteed a meal, which is appalling! It's such a shame as the staff are friendly and hard working but the meal situation really does need sorting out by Premier Inn.
- DKCO (2/5): Premier inn Rip off !! Don’t use - Our 16th night in various different premier inns this year. A few times, we have checked in an hour or so early with no issue. Today we had two rooms booked, we tried to check in 40 mins before 3pm and were told one room is ready which was fine as we just wanted to drop our luggage and go off to the function we were attending. However, in order to do that we were told it would cost us a £15 early check in fee. We refused that and went back at 3pm. After the 6 people in front of us had checked in, we were told that one room was ready [no surprise there] but the second one wasn’t . So please can I have my £15 back for the room not being available at check in time ???? No of course not…..I realise that. Premier inn you have become the ryanair version of the hotel world……. Rip people off at every opportunity. Having used your hotels for years, we will now no longer be using them at all and will switch to the Hilton group.
On top of all that, this hotel is dated, the carpets are worn, the rooms grubby , bathrooms shabby and the outside areas very dirty.
- alangQ5289OP (10/5): Great Hotel! - Lovely hotel , great staff and spotless cleaning comfortable premier plus room ! Only spoilt by greedy guests at buffet breakfast piling up their plates full of cooked breakfast items and later I saw good food left on their tables to waste as they walked away - I had to make do with 1 sausage 1 bacon rasher and the last fried egg with a crust of toast - not like the greedy couple in front of me that had three sausages each , 3 fried eggs each, 3 bacon rashers and literally cleared the lot - as I said later to leave much of their greed to waste - but this was not the hotels fault - I think buffet breakfasts need reviewing - they would save enough on waste food to pay 2 table servers and do table service.
- F1088YWianp (2/5): Parking Fine - Stayed at the premier Inn at Pickering on the 13th November for 3 nights. We did self check in because the reception was busy with other guests. We put our car registration into the tablet & this weekend have received 2 parking fines from Horizon parking claiming we have breached premier inn terms & conditions. The fine is for £57 per night.
How can this be when they advertise free parking.Tried ringing Pickering branch but no one there.
- SandraD4460 (10/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel - Clean and comfortable room, good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Staff are very friendly and welcoming will definitely stay here again.
Good base for visiting York and the north Yorkshire coast.
- DroopingDaisy107 (2/5): Not very impressed - Stayed at this newish Premier Inn after a family trip out to celebrate my father's birthday. Eventually a staff member came to check us in as elderly parents dont like using computerised system. The girl was pleasant but sat with her foot up on the chair the whole time. Stayed in room 105 and the bed base creaked all night when I turned over and kept waking me up. The windows don't open so I kept the air conditioning on all night, which is noisy and has a very bright light on the panel! When I complained that I hadn't slept very well the next morning, the man on reception didn't seem bothered - despite the premier inn, good night promise and told me to complain on the website. I did this last week and have heard nothing back. Not very good for a Premier and at over £200 for 2 rooms for 1 night not even very cheap!
- The_Stede_Bonnet (4/5): To be avoided if you have a choice. - The good:
Good location, friendly and helpful check-in staff.
The bad:
Evidence of long-term damp and rot in the bathroom. Dirty towel. Lots of noise from corridor due to room layout.
Breakfast was a shambles - only one member of staff on duty and they were absent from the restaurant for most of the time. Kitchen ran out of some foods for the cooked breakfast buffet and informed us "we won't be cooking as we don't have any". Granola tub was mostly the residue from the bottom of a packet.
- Y8655XLjeremyj (10/5): Excellent - The room was very clean and a comfortable king size bed. Very quiet. Rather complicated electronic Check-in. Took a little time for staff member to appear. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Wi-fi none existant in room only works in reception.
- Jag555 (8/5): Good but poor on>off restaurant facilities. - Not our first stay here and the Premier Plus room was just as good. Highly recommended. Breakfast excellent as usual but extremely disappointe with the restaurant. First night we waited 55 minutes from ordering food to its' arrival. Simply not acceptable. Due to severe snow in the Pickering area we planned to eat in the hotel on our second night too - only to be advised at breakfast that the restaurant would not be open that evening. Distributed throughout the hotel on most walls there are menus and pictures of dishes from the menus. It is extremely unhelpful for guests to be subjected to these situations. Either you have a restaurant or you don't.
- L363ZRrobertm (2/5): Disgusting - We spend our anniversary either in Perth or Dundee and do chill out and get some Christmas shopping.
We are the type of couple that when we are leaving any accommodation we place the towel in the bath and we strip the bed to help the people who service the room a little as they have a really busy job.
Well on this occasion my wife and i were horrified when we removed the quilt cover and seen what we had been sleeping under - the quilt was disgusting and stained, and there was no way that whoever made the bed up never seen this. we were almost sick looking at it.
There was nobody at the check out desk when we left but i did call reservations the following day, i was sent an e-mail and asked to send a photo, then i was told that i would be refunded the maximum of £41 - what a disgusting gesture to suggest - Ooops we are sorry you were sleeping in such a disgusting bed and we think that is worth £41, absolutely disgusting attitude from Premier inn, we should have been refunded the full amount or given two free nights at a premier inn of our choice.
I thought i would write this just so we all know what we are worth to Premier Inn

- G2519QPemilyh (8/5): Generally Great - Good hotel. Rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable bed. Bathroom good too. Our room had a lovely view of the golf course. Hotel layout is a bit odd so you could have a fair bit of a walk and quite a few steps to your room, so if this is an issue definitely let the hotel know before you arrive so they can allocate you a room closer to the reception. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but the windows do open ever so slightly, and they preemptively provided a fan. There’s a golf course, tap room, and a Beefeater on site too. Car parking available, make sure to log into the car park iPad in the reception. Overall, stay was fantastic. 1 star lost due to weird interaction I had with staff member on reception. Asked reception to have my room serviced as I was staying more than one night, as directed by signage, but said there was no need to replace the towels. The lady behind the desk just responded “well what do you want them to do then?” Thought it was not only a bit of a rude response, but also just a bit awkward that I then needed to explain how to service a room. Other than that though, good!
- j056 (6/5): Good location but don't have breakfast - Good location, comfy bed and spacious room. Room was clean overall however there was a clump of hair in the bath and the plughole was totally clogged with hair - yuk. The breakfast was not worth the money with cheap, poor quality food and not much choice. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby instead so save your money
- MAWTHORNE (10/5): Perfect stay - Stayed for a long weekend, and had a lovely relaxing time. Room spotlessly clean, staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had dinner first night which was great too. Would definitely recommend a stay there. Perfect location
- dannyt844 (10/5): beautiful location and a perfect stay - ticked all our books..perfect location we traveling from this location and Scarborough Robin hood bay.. and of course all the beautiful village around Pickering
- G7376XMalisons (10/5): Great Stay - Mum and I came down to Perth for a concert and our stay at the Premier Inn was amazing they have 2 check in machines and you have to scan the QR code to check yourself in. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also lovely you can have as much as you like. Would definitely stay again.
- 702alanc (10/5): Pick up a Pickering - Great location on the edge of Pickering but an easy walk into town. Good jumping off point for going to Scarborough, Whitby and other nearby towns. Food was excellent as always.
- Q361JVchrisk (4/5): Sorry we do not have enogh Chef's to provide you with food. - I finished work and I traveled 3 hours to the Pickering Premier Inn arriving around 7pm , I self checked in my wife & I and immediately went to the restaurant where I was informed by who I presume was a staff member (not in uniform) that they only had one chef and because I had not pre-booked we would have to go somewhere else to eat!!!! Just RUBBISH. I thought this was a hotel and we as traveling customers expect more!
- W7770FWpatw (8/5): Great experience nice hotel fab staff. Great food very reasonable priced so close to all amenities. Easy checkin and out - Nice hotel helpful staff good evening meal and breakfast. So close to shopping theatre and concert hall. Definitely recommend
- L2425YCpeter (6/5): Pre-book a restaurant meal deal, or they'll refuse to let you eat there, claiming that it's fully booked. - Upon pulling into the carpark of the Pickering Premier Inn, the place appears totally unkempt and overgrown. However, once you get inside, it's quite tidy.
Unfortunately, it was a bit like the Mary Celeste. There was no sign of any staff members whatsoever, just a couple of 'self check-in' kiosks. After a long drive, and with two tired kids in tow, I'd much rather have just been checked in with a member of staff.
Once we got comfortable in our family room, which was clean enough and quite spacious, (but has no drawers, so you've no choice but to live out of your suitcase), we decided to head downstairs to the restaurant for a meal, especially looking forward to it, as there was a poster in the lobby area advertising that kids eat for free during half term. There were barely any tables occupied, yet we were denied entry, as we hadn't pre-booked and the restaurant was apparently fully booked. Since when do you have to pre-book meals at a hotel chain such as this?!? Instead, we were given a list of local takeaways and ended up all having to sit on our beds, eating fish and chips. When I went to collect the fish and chips, approximately an hour later, the restaurant was still empty. This really wasn't how we were expecting to start our stay in Pickering!
The next morning I asked about getting a table for that evening. They asked if I'd pre-booked a meal deal. As the answer was no, we couldn't have a table, though they offered to book us in for the following day, should I wish. Whilst walking through the lobby area, I heard other people on the phone, ordering takeaway, so it's clearly a major issue at this hotel.
For anybody who does stay here, which I won't be doing again, take a five minute drive out to Spencers Bar and Grill. They're friendly, welcoming and offer great meals at a decent price.
I don't know if it's the same at all Premier Inns now, but at this one it feels that they're trying to operate a major hotel using staffing numbers from a small B&B. This comment isn't meant to come across negatively towards the staff that I dealt with, as they generally appeared to be overworked.
- 465clared (4/5): Clean hotel, staff rude - I have stated here on numerous occasions, hotel itself is clean. You know what you are getting with Premier inn however I was met with surly staff. As a lone female traveller I do not expect to be nearly turned away from the restaurant as 'they were busy'. There was no kitchen activity at all whilst I waiting 30 mins for them to take my food order. I would be now reluctant to stay here again as I do not want to have to search at night whilst working away on babies for something to eat. Staff looked bored & not interested.
- P2243SBharryb (2/5): Ruined Holiday by premier inn hotel at pickering - After traveling 180 miles to premier hotel pickering and to find they did not have our room with a walk in shower which they had promised us all along.
I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE 76 YEARS OLD and we cannot step into a bath. Only two weeks before we went they said we were alerted a walk in shower. So our seven day holiday was ruined and we had to drive another 180 miles home again. Used £50 of petrol and a ruined holiday. We has no luck getting our petrol money back from customer service and sent all paper work to head office waiting is Witbread and they did not have the decency to reply to them. So I recommend any body going to a premier inn hotel to read the Reviews first and if you have any special needs to ring up the hotel a day before. Can you imagine what we felt like at our age to drive 360 miles in one day and a ruined holiday.
Harry & Valerie Baines.
- marybK1607NN (10/5): Amazing stay - Firstly, the staff were amazing. The young lady who checked us also worked the bsr and then waited at table for our evening meal. She was lovely, helpful and very hard working. Premier inn, she is a credit and deserves acknowledgement. Also the young man who's was waiting at table was attentive and ensured we were well looked after. The food was very tasty, in fact one of the staff Members telephoned me to book us in for dinner.
Our room was clean and comfortable
I have stayed at many premier inns but this was one of not the best. Thank you
- Cherrylips55 (10/5): Staff incredible - Firstly we chose this hotel for the location it's close to pickering, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, our room was spotless and could not fault it,but the icing on the cake was the wonderful staff very plesent and helpful could not do enough for you I hope premier inn know what a hardworking team you have here... wonderful stay
- Sightseer05225805791 (4/5): Tired and Grubby needs Investment. - I like Premier Inn and have stayed in many sites throughout the country, Perth is by far the worst I have stayed in and really lets the brand down.
The whole hotel is seriously in need of a refurb, very grubby and poorly maintained. The in house Wifi is awful , (area has very limited 4/5g signal), additional charge if you want better connection, having to pay extra for decent WiFi in 2025 is just robbery. TV had the wrong remote so very difficult to control. Had to get the electronic keys recut four times in two days. All this and you still had to pay £8 per night to park your car outside !
On the upside , the staff were very nice, bed was comfy and there was plenty hot water for showers and baths.
- 20lesleyr (6/5): Great hotel but short staffed - Great hotel situated ion the outskirts of Pickering. the self service breakfast was good with a good variety of items to choose from and the poached eggs cooked to perfection. The only down side we arrived at 20:00hrs on Friday after a long journey, but were unable to have an evening meal in the restaurant! But the staff informed us we could 'order in' but as not knowing the area it's difficult to know where one could obtain food from so sadly we went without a meal that evening which was totally unsatisfactory as we had our 18 year old grandson with us! The 3 star review reflects the fact that we were unable to have an evening meal in the hotel restaurant.
- W2703LBsoniar (8/5): Lovely Stay - Very clean and comfortable hotel, within walking distance of Pickering town centre. Pleasant and helpful staff. Meal deal very good value.
- kickinaboot (10/5): Cheap and cheerful - For the price of this hotel, you can’t complain about anything. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, come equipped with full aircon and tv with input for iPad and laptop. Ample parking and friendly staff, restaurant on site and good value for money
- mandylh2013 (10/5): Superb (and Really Lovely) overnight last minute stay/booking - Just fabulous, last minute booking (in order to catch the steam train to Pickering.)
Fabulous, extremely clean, lovely room.
One couple (in the restaurant) summed it up by saying " you can always guarantee consistently great standard with Premier Inn. That fact is true.
My only additional "requests" is that you make ALL disabled rooms have wet rooms (not a bath...I couldn't get in it) plus you make some of your Premier Plus rooms, disabled friendly too. It would also be nice is you allowed well behaved dogs too. Oh yes, and don't charge "surcharges" (when on the meal plan) for certain "meat" meals. Other than that, this was a FABULOUS hotel to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay
- Stay790194 (10/5): Highly recommended. - Stayed 2 nights on a meal deal. Excellent Hotel and friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast and evening meals. We were in a premier plus room. Hotel is only a 15 minute walk into Pickering. Plenty to see and do in the town. Only a short car journey to the moors or Whitby. Bus stop just outside. Loads of car parking at hotel. Easy to get to York. Really enjoyed our stay.
- kylejB9861DM (10/5): Great customer service - Will from reception was really helpful, always had my room cleaned with fresh towels when I requested it. Was always professional and polite and willing to help.
- allisonpN6331XJ (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - Booked a 2 night stay with breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised, room and bathroom were very clean, coffee, tea and kettle. Very nice restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. We only ate breakfast but it was very good, self service, coffee very good too .
Walking distance into Pickering (around 1 mile) but bus stop a 2 minute walk from hotel.
- 538victoriaa (8/5): Over all a good experience - The location was perfect for our needs. Water & ice available on arrival and check in was easy with a polite, professional receptionist. Room was ok, the hotel is a little tired. Bed really comfy and water lovely and hot. Tea/coffee provided in the room with extras in reception. Receptionist on leaving however, was rude and unhelpful, may need more training. Price was reasonable but, the meal deal is very deceiving. We paid £27.99 each for dinner and breakfast. Our first night we were presented with an additional bill of £53.46 as not menu of the items on the menu are included in the deal. This was not explained to us, for example, I ordered chicken & ribs, that come with a £2.50 surcharge. You are allocated £14 for food and £3 for a drink, anything priced over this has a surcharge. Obviously we were expecting to pay for extra drinks, the deal comes with one, but not additional costs for food. Breakfast is buffet style so no problems there. Having said all this, our second evening we had everything explained clearly and were even given an additional menu with all the ‘extra’ prices on. She deserves recognition for her service skills. Unfortunately the staff do not wear name badges and the receipt only says ‘Brooke S’. In addition to her professionalism, the on duty manager, after hearing of our experience the night before, treated us very fairly with regards the the extra bill for that night.
- Kit846 (2/5): Did not honour disabled room booking - Did not honour booking for accessible wetroom and then treated us horribly when trying to resolve. Would never return.
- JeanandBrian_13 (4/5): So disappointed! - We have been before and it was good. This time awful! Cleanliness in our bathroom, staircase and dining room left a lot to be desired. Service was appalling at the evening meal as was the taste, well lack of taste when we finally did get served. Waited 1 hour for our main and we were booked in at 5.30! 1 hour and 30 for our dessert. Clearly short staffed but should the guy serving then go straight in and help in the kitchen without changing or adding an apron at least? Should a new start be left on her own when she didn't know the menu or e en how to work the till? Breakfast should have been better but they had run out of so many things. Not a nice taste left in our mouths!
- dmckearney1 (10/5): Comfortable great night sleep - Fantastic stay, great service from Karen on reception and Sue helped us! Thanks very much! We'll definitely be back!
Great nights sleep! Bar/restaurant next door!
- I8014NCkathryns (10/5): Very friendly staff - Very clean room good bathroom friendly staff and good breakfast we stay again it was nice to walk to ferry meadows we booking again soon Kind regards Kathryn saunders
- aland323 (10/5): Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly efficient staff. - We stayed in Ferry Meadows Premier Inn for one night and found it to be ideal. The room was spotless, apparently having been cleaned by Dawn, a member of the housekeeping team. It had the level of comfort that we have come to expect in a Premier Inn, with most importantly, a comfortable bed! The member of staff who checked us in, Rafaela, was very friendly and most helpful. Altogether a very pleasant short stay, and as it is ideally situated for visiting our son and his family, who do not have a large enough house to accommodate us, I'm sure we will be back!
- alanwV2559QS (10/5): Business training stay - Clean tidy nice staff, parking all ok, nice location
Comfortable bed, clean facilities
Food nice, pleasant surroundings
- tonyg331 (10/5): Great experience - Dean was super helpful and dealt with me very courteously. The room was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean, tidy, and everything one needs. Breakfast looks good too, can't wait. Will definitely stay again whenever I am in Peterborough.
- Discover04183662006 (10/5): Highly recommended - Absolutely loved my stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming.Rooms spotless as always and lovely.Breakfast was excellent.Location is great for visiting Perth whatever the occasion, will definitely be back
- 684jaxp (10/5): Excellent service - We had a problem with noise from a customer early in the morning. We wanted to move but the hotel was full. We had the delight of meeting Karen at reception. She gave us exceptional service. Karen was unable to move us but was sympathetic to us. Karen offered us a box of chocs to say sorry then whilst we were out wrote a lovely note. With the note was a pair of ear plugs and free breakfast. What a star! Well done Karen we shall return again.
- scottbJ4947EA (10/5): A few days away with mates - The Hotel was great for the Price and more importantly the staff were fantastic. I’d like to personally thank the lady on Reception Karen she was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us and also had a superb knowledge of the area, a personal thank you from us. Very clean and tidy good value.
- 416zoet (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay - A lovely clean room although a bit warm in the night but they did put a fan in the room which helped
A prompt and welcoming service at check in.
- LisaJayne4097 (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Premier Inn Perth – Special Thanks to Laurie! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Premier Inn Perth – Special Thanks to Laurie!
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Perth and felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism — and Laurie in particular went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.
Laurie’s customer service was simply outstanding. Friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring, Laurie made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. What really impressed me was that after I checked out, Laurie personally called me to let me know the hotel had found my expensive skincare products that I had accidentally left behind in the room. She then kindly arranged to post them back to me — such a thoughtful gesture and a true example of going the extra mile for guests.
The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly convenient — exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, but with that extra touch of hospitality that really sets it apart. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room was quiet and well-presented, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Inn Perth to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be returning. A huge thank you again to Laurie for making my stay such a pleasure — you turned a good trip into a great one!
- davidtB9913AQ (2/5): Far below usual PI standard - Direct pedestrian access to the High Street was blocked and the detour was long - this was important because my wife has mobility issues. There was very loud music in the street until late. Neither of these were the hotel's responsibility but we should have been warned beforehand and given the opportunity to cancel..
Dinner was very bad - pie burnt, peas hard and cold, gravy gelatinous, and head waiter (if that's what he was) was scruffy, surly and unhelpful.
The room was comfortable and clean.
- debrabO4199HV (10/5): Lovely stay - Karen on reception was very helpful and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our time in Peterborough.
- aleA5103RE (2/5): Very old, very poor value. - THE WORST place we have ever stayed in England. Staff could not care less. Cost for quite possibly the smallest room of any premier inn we’ve been in (with no air conditioning and not much in the way of sound proofing) was £207 per night!!!! You could stay at a spa hotel with a pool for that! This is a very old looking hotel which isn’t even worth £100 per night. The only redeeming aspect of this place is the location close to ferry meadows park which is beautiful. Would definitely NOT recommend the hotel.
- realzendog (10/5): Recommend - Excellent short stay at Perth Premier Inn made all the better by excellent staff. Would definitely recommend and will return.
- nobbyc2015 (10/5): Served a purpose at short notice - Despite my reservations about being on the ground floor by the carpark with the window open I had a good sleep. The fan provided was not used as too noisy. The room was clean but the woodwork needed some tlc. Dawn on reception was very helpful as despite arriving after check in time my room wasn't ready.
- G9470HGbrucem (2/5): Like a budget airline.., - Good location, decent room and I am so sorry I chose this hotel.
The free wi-fi NEVER worked. The better option ALMOST NEVER worked.
As in AT ALL.
- MervynMoore (6/5): Room for improvement - The hotel was central to most amenities with a small car park available at the back of the hotel. Staff when checking in were pleasant although were unable to provide the rooms that were requested when booked, namely an adjoining room for an elderly person requiring assistance during the stay.
The rooms were basic and comfortable. The shower in our room leaked onto the bathroom floor and caused a mess.
The door cards regularly had to be reprogrammed, which was very frustrating.
- Maritza (8/5): - Clean and convenient accommodations with an excellent breakfast. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable
- U6174WFJM (6/5): City centre. - That's about all. City Centre location. £8 - 24-hour parking. Tired from the outside, reasonably modern inside.
The staffing levels are to the bare minimum. The poor girls serving the restaurant also double up for reception. Therefore, the restaurant is extremely slow! I'm not sure what the chef was doing, half an hour to dish up Nachos? ..... And steak and salad was a bit of cucumber thrown on top of peas!! Does someone need training? Luckily, I was staying the night so I could wait to be fed!!
Oh yes, and to top it all the till broken so it was cash only. Fawtey Towers or what? I felt sorry for the two poor young girls who just kept going. As a shareholder, Premier Inn sort your act out.
- chrissR3238DS (4/5): Disappointing stay. - We have stayed in many Premier Inns but this has been the poorest and yet the most expensive. The whole hotel is very tired. It had no lift and we had to go to the Beefeater next door for breakfast. It has no Premier Plus rooms which we had enjoyed at Ipswich North and Cambridge the previous two nights for less money .
- RonMcFarlane (10/5): Great Hotel In Perth Town Centre - Very comfortable room in modern hotel in town centre close to everything including shops restaurants and public transport
- jpriest30 (10/5): Business Stay - Rafaela the receptionist is very helpful and makes the stay effortless. There is free parking and the rooms serve a purpose and have everything you need.
- Kervin123po (10/5): Very satisfied customer - Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Nice view over the golf course. Peaceful nights sleep. Plenty of car parking spaces on site. We enjoyed very good evening meals at Beefeater restaurant next door.
- 748scotp (10/5): Regular stay - The staff are always helpful and friendly and try to accommodate any request with a smile on their face being a regular customer they try and put me on the ground floor as I prefer this.
Rafaela always remembers us when we stay and is always ready to help
- B9446DEmichaelw (6/5): Poor - Currently here now and yes pretty warm outside. But the Aircon is obviously controlled centrally.Absolute rubbish and can't open a window.Last visit fir us and still 4 nights left.
- Seaside66939350399 (10/5): Good service - Great service from Dean on reception much improved to my last stay at a Premier Inn. Good stay would recommend if anyone is looking to stay in the area
- lyndab224 (8/5): Close to main street which is closed off to cars - When checked in had stains on sheets, Dean at front desk came up himself to change sheets. Had problem with kettle, when put it on the breaker would jump. Dean showed us how to put the electricity back on. It happened again at night (could not use kettle). When told Andrew at front desk the next morning, the problem was handled rapidly.
Very slow internet. Be careful it tries to go back on your phone internet. Turn off your internet before connecting to hotel internet.
Close to the Perth museum (Which has the Stone of Destiny) and a short walk from the Black watch museum.
