- 936zaynabm (6/5): Premier Inn Kenton — Outstanding Service from Staff Member - Hesandi - We are currently staying at the Premier Inn Kenton and originally checked into Room 2, which is an accessible room. We asked to change the room because the bed and hangers were very low. We were told the room could be changed the following day once the new shift started.
Later, we noticed hair on the bedding, and the sheets looked dirty. I went to reception to request clean bedding, but the receptionist initially said there was nothing she could do as housekeeping had already finished, and advised us to stay in the room for the night. I was shocked to be expected to sleep in dirty sheets and asked again if someone could help.
Thankfully, a wonderful young receptionist named Hesandi overheard the situation and immediately stepped in. Instead of just changing the bedding, she offered us a new room—beautiful and comfortable—and moved us right away. She mentioned that she is a new staff member, but she handled everything professionally and kindly.
Hesandi is truly an asset to your team—an absolute diamond!
- O9956OErb (10/5): Hatfield Premier Inn - I visit here frequently, great premises. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Theresa and Monica.
- Peter (6/5): - There were 2 draft lagers on display. Only 1 was working and within an hour the other one wasn’t working.
- looby1324 (2/5): Unsafe! Please do not stay here. - Absolutely awful hotel - nowhere near the usual Premier Inn standard. Booked a 1 night stay here with our two children. As we approached our room it was clear that guests had been taking drugs in the hotel as there was a smell of cannabis in the corridor which was particularly strong in our room. Quickly became apparent that this hotel was not a safe or appropriate environment for our children so we did not stay. Staff on reception were obviously aware of what previous guests had been doing in the hotel but seemed unwilling and unable to take action. I am a regular Premier Inn guest and have NEVER seen one of their hotels this shabby and unsafe. Please, please do not book here!!
- 117iamh (10/5): excelent hotel - Excelent hotel, friendly staff and comfy rooms, in area close to area that i needed, good value for money, easy to book room online and easy check in when arrived, good value for money
- 990kishanj (4/5): Good location, Poor service and Breakfast - This a good location to stay with great links to 2 tube stations. Kenton and Northwick Park. There is ample parking which is reasonably priced. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean. The service was very poor. The room wasn’t cleaned when we requested at reception on the morning. Arrived back at 10:30pm to find the room not cleaned and the dirty towels still in the bath tub. The breakfast was poor as well. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast for the price they charge. They only had 2 members of staff and they were more interested in getting their tasks completed than serving their customers. We felt that we were getting in their way. We arrived for breakfast at 10:15 knowing it finished at 11am. During that time none of the food was replenished. When I approached the staff they said they only make a certain amount. So it’s not an unlimited breakfast as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this premier inn. I will use the Edgware one in the future.
- FrequentFlier369894 (10/5): Premier Inn Hatfield - The location of the Premier Inn was ideal for me as it was halfway between where I was seeing friends on Saturday to where I was seeing friends on Sunday. The atmosphere is in the hotel and the bar was absolutely excellent. Your staff Terri and Monika, were both excellent, answered all questions I had and engaged in conversation making a very enjoyable stay. I would completely recommend staying at this Premier Inn and would gladly stay there again.
- fruityaroma80 (10/5): Comfortable Stay - As a woman travelling alone for business I was a little dubious when arriving.
I was greeted by a lovely man behind reception who immediately put me at ease, the room was okay, bed very comfy and I had a great nights sleep.
A good base for an overnight stay.
- carlyf825 (10/5): Well price well fed slept nice - Live local in an overcrowded apartment. Needed an escape and the overnight stay was more than expected. Food on point and comfortable room. Priced well. Will definitely be heading back again.
- N2832LRjordanw (10/5): Amazing staff 😄 - Amazing stuff on in the evening from 5 pm onwards rooms are decent. Better comfy, quiet and the bathroom is clean and tidy. But more importantly the staff here care. They only overheard a conversation about me losing my dog today and they went above and beyond and I would like to thank them personally from the bottom of my heart. How kind you all were I know some say it's just a dog but it was a family to me and the team here made a hard day just a little bit easier. And thank you very much for your kind words and even the little cuddle that was needed. Amazing stuff! Amazing team. Highly recommend
- 179ramadanr (8/5): Nice stay and Location - it was a nice stay, the hotel is cozy but it should have more Breakfast options ,the staff are friendly especially Sabreen and Hannah they were very nice ,Friendly and supportive at front desk and Breakfast as well
definitely I may stay again when I have chance
- 456oksanam (10/5): An overall good experience - Excellent stay and great service from arrival to check out. Cara and her team were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
- 566ka (10/5): Loved our stay there - Brilliant staff and service. All of us had a great time. Very comfortable experience. Highly recommended. The staff was very hospitable
- 47leeannes (10/5): Great hospitality - Hospitality second to none. Cara was amazing through the whole stay always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
- F9456PBrs (8/5): Good stay - My stay was very pleasant? staff very accommodating and welcoming. The proom was clean had no issues. close to public transport and shops. It was a good stay.
- otgk2025 (2/5): Worst Hotel Stay of My Life. Avoid at All Costs - I don’t even know where to begin because this hotel was a complete nightmare from the moment I arrived. The pictures online must be at least ten years old because the reality looked nothing like what was advertised. The entire place felt neglected, dirty, and honestly unsafe.
The room was disgusting.
There were stains on the sheets, the walls had marks all over them, and the carpet felt sticky. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks mildew in the shower, hair on the floor, and a smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door.
Noise was constant.
Doors slamming all night, loud talking in the hallways I barely slept.
Customer service was non-existent.
When I complained, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing.
Security felt questionable.
The lock on my door was loose, strangers were wandering around the corridors, and the car park had no lighting at all. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room.
Overall, this hotel is rundown, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I checked out early and booked somewhere else because I couldn’t stand another night there. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else.
Avoid this place at all costs.
- 385ariannyr (8/5): Nice stay - Quite cosy room and with a nice environment. It was very clean ,the bed was very comfy. Very private.I certainly recommend this hotel
- JohnLandless (10/5): Another excellent stay - We have been staying in the Premier Inn in Harrow for several years, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.
It's location is excellent, with both tube connections to central London, and bus connections to other parts of North London.
This time we were able to take advantage of the offer of free breakfasts, which kept us going all day.
- kalyaaniv (10/5): Excellent stay - Welcoming staff. Easy check-in and checkout. Luggage holding service available. Clean room with an extra heater in if needed. Can be loud when you can hear the trains pass by but it didn't bother me.
- dannyr651 (2/5): Awful train noise & Awful Wifi - Appalling hotel. Room shaked when big trains go past. Extractor fan was noisy (broken). Couldn’t get in until 3:30pm. Worst of all, the WiFi is awful. It turns off every few minutes. I paid for the Ultimate and that was worse than the free version. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were aware of it. Why not tell your customers before they waste money.
- alinaiA9463UF (8/5): Very good! - Very lovely and attentive staff especially Loredana for for helping us very quickly and efficient with an issue we had and Anisoara for living our room spotless clean!
Thank you
- bhartid2016 (4/5): Mid week stay - Always Use this hotel for our stay in London but gradually the standards have gone down. Hotel is very tired and needs an uplift Staff were helpful
Bed and pillows very comfortable
- sharonsD7591BA (2/5): Never again! - What a horrible experience. We were not told we had to book the restaurant so waited for 20 mins to try to get a table. There was no one serving and no one to help. A man was walking around trying to pay for his meal but there was no one available to take his money. We gave up. Later that night we witnessed a van being broken into in the car park. Reported it to the reception along with photos but they really didn’t seem bothered. I do not believe the police were called! Never again!
- melaniad235 (10/5): Good hotel and a nice team - Jade and the breakfast chef very accommodating:)
Great check in efficient and a good hotel for our visit.
We surely coming back in the future
- WS_K_1997 (6/5): Damp and very tired Hotel - Stayed for one night and have to say it’s gone downhill in the space of a year.
Stayed in the separate block on ground floor. Smelled of damp in the room and generally unpleasant smell in the building and room.
The rooms are not cheap then when you add in breakfast and car parking for one night (extra £20+) you could probably get a better hotel and nicer experience elsewhere.
Long wait to get checked in and supplies in room were poor. Not even a basic bottle of water. Don’t think I’ll be rushing back soon.
Only exception was the staff who were all pleasant and helpful including in the Beefeater pub next door.
- antonyf851 (10/5): Will definitely return! - Had an amazing stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly freindly, and the breakfast was delicious.Great location and excellent service.
- Smurfygeachy (10/5): Great Experience - It was my first trip outside Canada. Not sure how UK was but i had to admit that I had a really good experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, which is really needed after a busy day exploring London. staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help — their professionalism really stood out.
- 594marcinx (10/5): Amazing staff and wonderful stay! - had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
- 785weronikas (10/5): Hatfield - The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable!
- sophiebQ7972ND (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely staff and a lovely atmosphere………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………would definitely come again 😁
- 606davidsj (8/5): Room was dated that adequate - I stayed at premier Inn Hayes the grapes last night the one was dated the adequate a bit dusty and in some places a bit tired there wasn't ambient lighting that
I'm used to seeing.
The staff members are very friendly it took a bit of time looking up my reservation the reception is nice and clean and there is no lift at this premium just to make people with mobility issues away
Car parking is £8.90 a night on the site parking
You've got a pizza place down the road and across the road you've got McDonald's and you've got the SL9 bus like takes you into if we airport
In my view to hotel is worse situated
Would I recommend staying at this hotel yes I would but it could do a bit of an update
- P2193LRtinas (10/5): A very pleasant Stay.... - Compared to Travel Lodge in Hatfield this Premier Inn is TOP.
Clean, bright rooms, clean toilets. The mattresses are providing a comfortable sleep. The price is affordable. The free WiFi works with no issues.
The staff is amazing. They are friendly, caring and professional.
A very Special Thank You to Sabreen, Hannah and Monica for making our stay unforgettable.
And not to forget the staff at breakfast.
The breakfast was amazing. The hot counter always had fresh items. Not dried out or greasy.
The croissants were how you would expect it.
A good variety of cereals, fruit and juice.
The coffee was the best....
Thank you Premier Inn for making our stay great. We'll see you again very soon
- runton (6/5): mixed bag - A mixed bag. Lovely staff, couldn't do enough to help.
Asked for a room away from the trains, as they are very noisy. Got allocated one next to the trains. Changed rooms, and it was fine.
The room was nearly ok...but..one of the bed lights was broken, the free wifi was very poor - kept drifting off and on. Had to go outside to use phone and the air fan in the loo kept going with a really loud noise - had to turn everything turned off to sleep.
On the plus side the room we had - in the annex - was nice and quiet, and we slept quite well.
A bonus was it was Diwali and lots of fireworks to watch - nice to see lots of happiness.
As I say, the staff were very helpful, but it was a bit stressful waiting for the next thing to go awry.
- jamesgB9987JL (2/5): Awful - Awful room was cold and heating did not work and bathroom smelt like smoke. It was very loud and the doors to the building were left propped open
- nmdsd (4/5): Not quite a 'harrowing' experience, but not far off - On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was a very warm and helpful young man - polite and kind. However, beyond that there wasn't much that was positive. I understand that the room allocated to me may not have been used that much as the hotel was quite full for an NFL weekend, but the facilities were very poor. The TV was on a side wall making it hard to watch comfortably. There was no proper hot water. I couldn't wash properly in the sink because there was no plug, and the tap sprayed so my top got wet when using it. I have to avoid caffeine but there was no decaf tea or coffee provided. I brought my own tea bags which was just as well because what was provided was in a trendy perspex box that I couldn't open. There was no internet (it was down for some reason), which was incredibly annoying. There was no phone in the room so I had to walk all the way down to reception to ask about the internet. The lift wasn't working. Some of the lights in the room didn't work, which was awful because hotel rooms are always badly lit anyway. This is the 3rd time I have been to the Harrow Premier Inn and each stay has been worse. It was bearable for one night, but no more than that. Although it's convenient for Wembley, I will think very carefully before staying there again.
- ravneetss (10/5): Excellent service, great stay - Great stay with Premier Inn. Mishel really looked after us, checked our rooms were ready and checked us in. Gave us all the info we needed. Thanks Mishel!
- imcintyre2024 (6/5): It’s ok fit an overnight stay but may look around next year. - One of the more tired Premier Inns. Enough parking but cameras not working. Rooms clean but musty smell when coming back after a day away, maybe coming through air con. Bathrooms clean, water hot and plenty pressure in our room. WIFI in room not reliable 5G was better. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare but space a bit cramped, one coffee machine (queues) and no scrambled eggs. What saves it is proximity to stations for Wembley.
- Trip65510600174 (8/5): Great location, great staff - a good stay - This hotel is easy to find and can easily be reached from St Albans via the A414 / M1 (This route can be very busy at peak times.)
Parking was free and available but busy at times. It is used as a pedestrian cut-through from the dual carriageway, but usual caveat - lock your doors, keep valuable out of sight, etc.
The staff were brilliant - friendly and very helpful. Legends!
At the time of visiting the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. While this obscured the entrance to the Hotel it was not a showstopper and our our stay was quiet and peaceful.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Restaurant was good for breakfast, evening options were limited but lots of alternatives available within a short driving distance
This was booked at short notice and this was based on other positive feedback received. A great place to go - would be even better when the refurbishment is completed.
- 991navs (10/5): Amazing experience and great customer service by Mishel - Massive thank you to Mishel who really helped us out with our rooms and got us sorted. Also cracked a few hilarious jokes! Felt very welcome and relaxed ahead of our busy 24 hours to the airport.
Thank you so so much Mishel! You're an asset to the team!
- 559ilhama (10/5): It is welcoming hotel definitely coming back soon - This is my second time staying at Premier Inn, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I would like to give special thanks to Siraj for his great help in finding the room I requested — he was very kind and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, the hotel truly deserves appreciation for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!
- iley2014 (10/5): Mishel’s/Mishal's Outstanding Hospitality Transformed My Stay - I’d like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Mishel at the front desk. Although my stay was over a week ago, I couldn’t let it go unmentioned , I was traveling and didn’t get the chance to share this sooner.
Mishel is truly a standout. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her presence alone brought a sense of ease and care that instantly elevated the atmosphere. She consistently went above and beyond, not just for me, but even for a guest I had over during my stay. She took the time to warmly congratulate them on their recent wedding, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch, it really showed how attentive and kind-hearted she is.
To be honest, there were several things I wasn’t completely satisfied with during my time at the property, but Mishel’s outstanding service made all the difference. Her attitude, attention to detail, and sincere care made it easy to overlook the shortcomings. It’s rare to encounter someone who can single-handedly turn around an entire guest experience , but she truly did.
I’m writing this review entirely because of her. Out of respect for the high standards she upholds, I won’t even go into the negatives, because she deserves full credit and recognition.
I am truly sorry as I have misplaced a note I took from her name tag — I’m not sure if her name is spelt Mishel or Mishal. I truly apologise if I’m misspelling her name.
Thank you, Mishel, your kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. You truly made all the difference.
- Gogs54 (2/5): One to avoid. Choose another premier inn in vacinity. - Very friendly staff, poor quality breakfast at beefeaters, definitely not worth the extra.
Falty electrics in bedroom lead to me getting a shock off the switch. This was reported faulty bet never repaired during our stay.
- G7149SHvictoriai (10/5): Everything was just perfect - Amazing stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service and perfect location.
Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back!
- joepV1382UC (8/5): Dated room in need of maintenance - staff were really nice - Temperature of bath/shower taps couldn't be adjusted - scalding hot!
Heater/aircon unit didn't work.
Bed comfy, TV good, kettle and cleanliness all good.
- 184denm (10/5): Helpful staff - Yesterday I visited with my colleague in premier inn such a wonderful experience for me . Mr Amit Sharma on the reception was very helpful guy.
- Y9073DCiant (10/5): Ian’s staff appreciation and thanks - Really friendly and helpful staff, clean room and a really good Restaurant, with the breakfast cooked to order, the breakfast Derek cooked this morning and served by Jade was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a Premier Inn, all the food I had over a 2 night stay was very good
- millennial_81 (10/5): Cute little premier inn - Perfect location to Wembley just got back from OASIS.
Friendly staff, fast check in, parking is available on arrival £9 night very reasonable for London.
Plenty of food choices around.
Breakfast was very good plenty of choices.
Our room was super clean & comfy beds.
Underground 5 min walk to hop onto for Wembley.
Will definitely stay here again.
Never heard the trains going past at night.
Thank you
- B246ZAlisal (4/5): Disappointing stay - We booked two rooms for a one night stay. Check in is from 3pm but upon our arrival at 6pm, one of the rooms was not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes to get into the room. We decided to eat in the restaurant in the evening. However we were told there was a reduced menu, no children's menu and that they did not have any draught beers, lemonade, coke or diet coke. We just left and ended up driving elsewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor for £10.99 as there was hardly any hot food available. No-one seemed to be replenishing the food. We have stayed in many Premier Inns up and down the UK and never had any issues. Disappointing stay and has put us off using Premier Inn in the future.
- Leila249 (6/5): Will be better when refurb completed - We stayed Saturday night as we were going a party locally. Got a very good deal and knew from other reviews there was refit going on. It didn’t bother us as there were no workmen there at the weekend and the room was clean, comfortable just like premier inn always is, although in the old style (not refurbed yet). We had room 35. We also couldn’t hear the A1 motorway at all - the room was well soundproofed. Parking is free.
We were let down by the breakfast. Dirty dining room with uncleared tables, hardly any food and what there was was cold, coffee extremely weak, no choice of pastries or fruit. Very disappointing.
- G4803NUmartino (10/5): Perfect - Amazing service would come back again mishel and mags were very professional also directed me to the local food spots which was a nice thing to do
- Laralibay (2/5): Do not visit until the builders have finished - Well whwre to start. My wife and I booked on night (2 Oct) to stay and booked their meal deal which includes the 2 course dinner and drink and breakfast. We arrived only to find that the inn was being worked on by builders. Anyway the room was Ok, the sink iin the bathroom had the plug stcuk so it wasnt usuable. Then we went down for our evening meal at 7.15pm. We were presnted with the normal menu and a letter saying that only a few items on the menu were available due to the building work. They didnt tell us that when we booked on line, they didnt tell us when we checked in. All the usual burgers mixed grill etc were not on the menu. We had to go someone else to eat. Brakfast the following morning was also very poor, I had to ask foir a fried egg and it took 15 minute
- 66rachaell (2/5): Wouldn’t return for free - First I would like to say I can’t believe Premier Inn are using a site like this with their name on it!
Location - not bad for London, close to Hayes and Harlington Station. Upon approach to the hotel and around the car park there are just bags of rubbish scattered, it looks disgraceful. The area around and people hanging around was quite scary.
Check in easy and probably the best thing about the stay. Non friendly but straight forward and took 2 minutes. Reception staff are usually standing outside vaping or smoking and not really interested.
Room - as you would expect, usual kettle, teabags etc. Bathroom stunk of urine, like overpowering it was vile. One towel for 2 people for 2 nights. Constant banging of doors under our room so didn’t get much sleep.
Bar/Restaurant - just weird, bizarre and odd! You enter via a side entrance into a decent sized pub. One staff member and one cooking. We didn’t eat as we just didn’t like the vibe. Had a couple of drinks. Poor lad was running around like a headless chicken serving drinks and making desserts. I have never seen anything like it! Stood for 15 minutes just to try and pay for the drinks!!!!
So would I stay here again…..absolutely not. Spend more and go elsewhere.
- zhanettar2025 (10/5): The best hotel reception staff who ever landed on this planet! - I would like to pay the tribute to the members of the staff the receptionists Mr AMIT and Miss Richelle.
It clearly emerges that they are the extremely productive, effective, efficient, highly motivated, highly determined, proactive, interpersonal, confident and caring on their jobs.
They both are the best examples to follow for thousands of us!
They treat everyone of us with a radiant sincerity and a beautiful dignity and a profound respect.
They treat everyone of us like their Soul and Last one customer.
These two members of the staff are the special people who make good amazing things happen and who know and make the whole wide world changings for better!
Thank you ever so much for training such highly professional supportive interactive staff!
The mostly faithfully and gratefully
Yours
Mrs Zhanetta Rodgers
- stanengland98 (8/5): Decent Weekend Stay - Stayed for two nights when in Hatfield for a wedding. £168 for bed & breakfast not a bad price. The hotel is looking a bit tired and could probably do with a facelift but nothing fundamentally wrong. Breakfast tasty but a bit hit and miss as regards to what items were available when. The staff were friendly and all very pleasant. Would be happy to stay again if we ever return to Hatfield.
- 856adelinec (10/5): Comfy bed and excellent service - The stay was comfortable and relaxing as it had a bath. In fact the bed was comfier than the one I had at the Comet Way hotel. The service was also excellent.
- urdles (10/5): Staff are awesome - Amazing service both in reception and across at the restaurant. The receptionist knew we were going to wembley for a concert and went out of her way to print off directions and really helped us. Dominic at the restaurant was also awesome. He was very attentive and took great pride in his job. Great team!
- staceylily (10/5): Amazing and helpful staff. - We spend. amazing weekend at Hatfield Premier Inn ......,...
The staff was happy and friendly and happy to help with all are needs
- J618KTmichellel (10/5): Visit - Lovely stay lovely staff all very friendly and welcoming .
Room were spacious and clean
Receptionist was very helpful with all questions I had .
- Y7439TPsams (10/5): Great budget hotel with good restaurant - This was a great hotel for a good price. Ate at the restaurant and the food was decently priced, served fast, and tasted great! Staff were friendly and really helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Hatfield.
- SMorris63 (4/5): Too close to the main road - Very noisy - difficult to sleep
The hotel is next to the main road and the sound proofing is very poor, bed was comfortable by pillows terrible.
- Broghosh (6/5): Convenient for our one night stay, but with points for improvement - While far from perfect, it was quite convenient for our brief, one night stay in Hatfield back in April as me and my brother visited the area to see Welwyn Garden City (where we have a personal family connection) and also because my brother was doing a short course at the nearby University of Hertfordshire. The room we stayed in was relatively clean and mostly in a good condition, parking was quite convenient, there was a restaurant next door to the hotel complex where we had our dinner and breakfast, staff were mostly helpful and its location was convenient being off the A1 (M) Motorway and a short drive from both the University of Hertfordshire and Welwyn Garden City.
My issues with this hotel is that some of the dinner/desert choices in the restaurant had finished, the menu was slightly limited, bed wasn't the comfiest so bit of a challenge to get sleep, there was no lift to the upper floor (okay for us but may potentially be a challenge for lots of luggage/heavy loads and if you're disabled unless you book the ground floor) and when we were going to hand our room keys the following day when checking out, there was no staff present even though when present, they were mostly quite helpful. So all in all, very convenient for one night, but has some points for improvement.
- Eda (6/5): Eine Nacht okay - Ich war eine Nacht da und habe mich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Für eine Nacht ist es okay, aber länger würde ich es nicht buchen
