There is no on-site parking available at this hotel except for two disabled permit parking spaces. There are 4 spaces to the rear of the hotel to offload for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at the 'Shoppers' car park (sat nav: GU21 6GB) on the opposite side of the junction. 7pm – 6am: £1.20 flat fee, £1.20 per hour at all other times up to a maximum of £15 per 24 hours. Overnight charge: 7pm to 5.59am £1.50 (flat rate). There is 24-hour access to the car park Please note, there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m
From the M25 Junction 11, join the A320 signposted Woking. At the roundabout take the first exit continuing on the A320. At the next roundabout take 2nd exit onto A320. At crossroads roundabout take the third exit onto A320 signposted Woking town centre. At the next roundabout, take 2nd exit (A320) signposted Guildford. At traffic lights, continue forward onto A320. Bear left onto A320 and at traffic lights, turn right onto Church Street West and arrive at Woking town centre Premier Inn.

- krJ9494BM (4/5): Very poor communication - I chose premier Inn over a different hotel as there was an offer of breakfast included for all of us....
But on the last day we went down for breakfast and there was a sign saying there is no breakfast we never really got an explanation and there wasn't even an offer of a continental breakfast... I was told I will get my money back but because I had the offer in with my room I was told I wouldn't receive any compensation... After I was told to contact a particular number.... Then they told me to speak to the hotel again but the hotel have just ignored my request entirely and didn't get back to me.
I know it was an offer but I chose this hotel because money was tight and because there wasn't any breakfast we had to go and source breakfast somewhere else which obviously added costs onto our planned break which I didn't cater for, plus we had to limit what we ate as a result...
The breakfast is a great deal but because of my experience I wanted to post this for other people/families as I feel they were unpredictable ...plus I have been ignored and it really has made me lose my trust in premier inn as I have stayed with them before in other locations.

Special shout out to Gilson who was great with the serving of food and drinks, and was very helpful. Also, thanks to the chef who was helpful too.

- valeriecZ9269GT (2/5): Cheap but definitely not Cheerful - Cheap definitely not cheerful, Dirty room, dirty bathroom, luke warm hot water, no cold water, Suspicious stains on wall next to bed. Unfriendly staff. Only ate once in the restaurant it looked promising, but overcooked pasta, raw pizza dough.breakfast was ok only choice of egg is fried and looked like they were sitting there more then 30minutes and coffee machine out of order so we only ate breakfast once...we stayed 3 nights , would have checked out the first night but everywhere was full and unfortunately we were only there for a a funeral.Only Good thing about our stay was the premium wifi £5 for 24 hours had decent speeds

- Neilandrewhall (6/5): Not the best Premier Inn experience - I stayed in room 503 and honestly, it wasn’t quite up to the usual Premier Inn standards. The bathroom was a bit of a let-down – the tap had such low water pressure that brushing my teeth was nearly impossible, and the plug hole was clogged with someone else’s hair. Not exactly what you want to find.
The bed wasn’t great either, quite lumpy, and I even found salt sachets left under the bedside table from a previous guest, which made the room feel like it hadn’t been properly checked over.
One other thing that really surprised me – even if you have a Blue Badge and park in the disabled bays, you still have to pay the full daily rate of £10. That just feels a bit crazy and not very fair.
Overall, it was okay for a night but definitely not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in.
- T1099PEhughb (6/5): bad experience - we arrived at the hotel at 15.30 parked in the disabled bay as my brother is disabled and in a wheel chair. None of my 5 rooms were ready and booked for 2 nights so had to wait I don,t know why as they are supposed to be ready by 15.00 after checking in and moving my car to the car park opposite. Woke up the following morning with my niece knocking on the door could I have some of your toilet paper as we have none. Lovely. Went down for breakfast 12 of us we seamed to overwhelm them no staff and no breakfast ready when we were the only ones in there so the next morning we went to a proper cafe with alot nicer food and also cheaper . Two weeks later I get a parking ticket for dropping off in the £57 out of pocket so if you are thinking of staying here I would think again as they are not very helpful and very under staffed
- scottb27 (10/5): Comfortable and good value - Very comfortable bed with perfect-sized pillows and aircon. I arrived late and used the check-in machine which worked well. There was no information about breakfast times but fortunately a member of staff saw on camera looking confused and came out to help. Decent breakfast though all eggs had to be ordered. It was close enough to the station to walk and didn’t feel unsafe even though it was late. I was very happy with the stay for the price paid.
- helibryant4 (4/5): Worn out - The room was very worn and not cleaned properly. I noticed crumbs/dust under the bed when packing on the last of my 2 nights. Which considering I hadn’t eaten anything to produce the crumbs infers they were already there alongside the dust. The windows couldn’t be opened which meant no air flow in the heat. There were marks all over the walls and on the day bed. The bathroom also had marks and stains all over and the soap dispensers had rusting marks on the lids.
- G6705EXheidih (4/5): Disappointing and frustrating - Check-in took an awful long time despite us already doing an online check in. No parking, so add around £15 per day for parking at the car park over the road. Nice clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Our keycard for room 911 only worked once, so we had to repeatedly get a new one - we ended up going through SEVEN keycards during our 3 night stay - frustrating to say the least. The skeleton staff were never around when you needed them - they did seem to be run off their feet. Nice breakfast, but they ran out of bread, milk, pancakes, muffins regularly and only put out a very small amount at a time despite the hotel being gfully booked. Cooked breakfast was very tasy, but swimming in fat which really put us off.
- Wander67157708416 (6/5): Good Location, Bad Service - I booked two rooms for two nights — one for my family of four, and the other for my mother and my nephew. When I used the self-check-in machine to collect the keys, I was surprised to find that the hotel had not placed us on the same floor at all — one room was on the 4th floor and the other on the 8th floor. Forget about having connecting rooms.
When I raised this with a staff, explaining that one room would be occupied by an elderly person and a child, I asked if they could arrange for us to be on the same floor. The staff, who showed little interest, told me that there were no rooms available on either the 4th or 8th floor. But then, rather strangely, she said there were rooms available on the 5th floor — yet claimed she couldn’t make the change, and told me to come back the next morning at 6:00 a.m. to speak to her manager. Despite my repeated requests, she remained completely unhelpful. Unsurprisingly, no one ever helped us change the room in the end.
When we got to the rooms, we found that there were only two quilts in total between the two rooms. We went down to reception again to speak to the same staff member — whose “I don’t care” expression suggested that we were just bothering her. Later, we discovered that there were no toiletries in the rooms either. This time, we decided not to disturb her again and simply went to a nearby convenience store to buy what we needed, just to avoid more unpleasantness.
That said, the hotel did have some positive aspects. The location is excellent, right opposite a shopping centre. The rooms were reasonably clean, and the air conditioning system worked very well.

Bathroom paint was coming off below towel heater.
Only thing that was disabled proof was bathroom.
The communal doors had to open when on. Mobility scooter good job I had door stopper.
Only 2 lifts one only working.
Food was disguising either not cooked enough or microwave not long enough and cling film over it.
- Jenine (2/5): - Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made.
- davewN1432SV (2/5): Removing the human touch and replacing it with useless technology! - Its a shame that Premier Inn have taken to removing check-in desks and replacing them with non-working touch screens. The removal of the human touch is obviously a cost cutting exercise and a bad idea - just ask Starbucks about the millions of £s they are spending to reverse their bad choices. There is nothing worse than travelling for hours to be greeted by a faceless touch screen that I cannot use from my wheelchair! Its even worse when the system doesnt work.
It turns out that my room wasnt ready even though it was passed 3pm check-in time and I had to wait till just before 5pm before I could get access to my room. In that time I witnessed numerous people unsuccessfully try to use the screens and EVERY one of them couldnt check in using them.
Its very clear disabled people, especially those in wheelchairs and the visually impaired were not considered during this big change and it will make me seriously reconsider using the brand again! That on top of the 2hr wait for my room was utterly disgusting.
To be clear I lay this blame solely at the feet of Premier Inn head office and not the staff at the hotel who are clearly now expected to do a whole lot more than greet/welcome guests! This cost cutting exercise is a BAD IDEA!!
- brianpS4739JJ (2/5): Garbage - If you’re looking for a great meal then look no further than the industrial refuse skips outside the hotel because you wont find it inside. For then umpteenth time the restaurant is out of service ‘for maintenance’ and for a bonus point this time even one of the lifts was out of order. Premier Inn? Bang out of order.
- renatocS8197VB (2/5): Dirty Sheets and Serious Health Concern - I had a very disappointing stay at Premier Inn Woking Town Centre. The bedsheets were clearly not changed before my arrival, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Unfortunately, I developed a case of scabies during my stay, which I strongly suspect was due to the poor hygiene and unclean bedding. I urge the hotel management to seriously review their housekeeping standards.
- ptrees (6/5): Not the best experience. - We have stayed with Premier Inn many times, and this we have always found them to be very good. Unusually, our welcome came across as somewhat indifferent. Our room was comfortable enough but the bathroom definitely needed a bit of TLC.
After a pre-breakfast walk, we returned to our room but the key card didn’t work, so we had to go back down to floor 2 (we were on floor 7.) After the guy had re-set it we went back up, only to find it still didn’t work! Down we went again and the same thing happened-it still didn’t work. For the third time I went down and found the same guy in the kitchen washing up (as well as manning the desk and doing breakfast duty.) He came up to floor 7 with us and tried several different cards with no luck. Finally he went away and got new batteries for the door, which he then had to re-program before we could get in After breakfast we got up to our room and guess what? The card didn’t work! Down again. We then got a new card which did actually work. Obviously this is not acceptable and held up our holiday plans. As well as this, there are obviously not enough staff!
The guy who dealt with us was helpful but seemed to be doing everything. (He wasn’t the same member of staff that welcomed us but was in the restaurant the previous evening and was still on duty.)
We hope to stay with Premier Inn again in future and that this is purely an isolated incident.
- sampsonij (2/5): Dont, just dont - Everything is premier apart from the staff, cleanliness and the homeless trying to get a room.
Checkin - We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people in total.
The staff member insisted we used the automatic system. Fair enough, they coulkd have heklped but decided not to.
We entered the booking reference and the screen displayed the two rooms. We selected a room and the system said "oops there has been an error"
The staff member saw the issue and asked us to then enter the details by entering surname and postcode. Again the system came up with the same error. Why change to surname if booking reference clearly brought up the details
So we switched the staff member checking us in. At this point he told me there was only 1 room under the booking. When questioned as to how that could have been the case and pointing out the fact that he had seen the two rooms twice on the automatic system, he didnt answer and asked for help from another member of staff.
2 rooms now allocated and we went off tothe rooms.
One of the rooms had not been cleaned properly and so we changed rooms
The other room didnt have enough towels
Question Premier Inn if you know 2 people are coming why do you never porovide enough towels? This is a constant failure
When i was sat in reception on the 2nd floor, a PCSO came in asking questions about someone. It was obvious a problem occured.
2 minutes later an obviously homeless person came in. The issue is there is no security between the door downstairs and the reception as well as the stairwell and up to the security door on each floor. Beware if you are concerned about this type of thing.
What was also a nice touch was for the individual to leave their can of alcohol all over the lift floor, walls and hand rails. As there was only one lift out of the two working this was a wonderful suprise for everyone wanting to use the lifts.
The hotel did clean this quickly so thats a plus.
The staff cannot control the access and should not be blamed.
There is car parking on site well about 3 spaces if you are lucky but a much more secure facilty across the road. If you have a PHEV or electric car, the chargers dont work so make alternative arrangements.
We were allocated a room on the 9th floor. Next door to the hotel is a piece of waste land. Whilst the hotel has no control over this land, it is nice that you can have a view over this waste land and see the wildlife. Some of the rats are as big as cats so its a treat to see them playing right next to the hotel. The hotel if they wanted could ask the council to do something about this.
I know this is a cheap hotel but it is let down by some fo the staff with their attitude and the cleaning of the hotel.
- Johan (2/5): - Great staff, perfect location but no WIFI, it is 2025 and they offer 1mbit free in the room and charge you 5 GBP for 24 hours of what they call fast premium WIFI, 7mbit, laughing hard.
