- J2621EApatp (2/5): VERY LITTLE FOOD - We have visited the Premier Inn at Warwick several times and found it satisfactory, unfortunately the last time we were there it was horrendous, very little food, hardly any staff, the place was cold. Fortunately our room was clean which was a good point. Will we be visiting again not until there are big changes.
- petegX5156KU (10/5): Good premier inn - Very nice clean premier inn just recently been revamped
Staff very friendly and helpful
Manageress Natalie very helpful and informative
- pamrhoades88 (10/5): Amazing Experience - My visit to the Premier Inn, Warwick. Over whelmed with kindness!!!!
I stayed there for two nights to enable me to visit my sister in Warwick hospital, I travelled by train on Saturday 22nd November. I was booked in by a very cheerful and efficent lady, whom I discovered later to be called Emma.
On Sunday I went to breakfast where I met Kayleigh, again very efficient, cheery and helpful. After my meal I asked Kayleigh if she would be able to get me a taxi to get to the hospital, and became quite upset as my sister was very ill. She was so kind and caring.
In the evening on my return I met Emma again, Kayleigh had informed her of my situation and she was just as kind and caring, and said if I needed to talk to her just buzz reception I had hugs from both and kind words.
On each occasion I saw them they were amazing. Kayleigh again sorted taxis, for hospital and on Monday 24th to get to the railway station
As I was just about ready to leave Kayleigh gave me more hugs, also a box of chocolates, an envelope containing a card with lovely words from them both, thinking of me at this difficult time. on opening the card a beautiful gold coloured butterfly fell out. They would not have known, but I love butterflies and have lots of items with them on.
This was way beyond anything I could have expected and made a very traumatic time so much easier than it would have been. In spite of the reason for being in Warwick, I enjoyed my time in the hotel. I must not forget to mention Daniel, who I met at dinner on Sunday evening, he was very efficient and pleasant. My little butterfly is now in a tiny frame, and that is something I will treasure.
Even after all I have written, words can't really express how much the love and kindness from two people, who didn't know me meaans to me.
T hank you from the bottom of my heart, I won't ever forget you.

- 657sabrinad (10/5): Pleasant place to stay. - Stayed here overnight due to work commitments. Women who welcomed me was so lovely and let me check in a little early, which was lovely as a lone woman traveler, it was cold outside and i didnt know the area. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was in The Swan bar/restaurant next door and it is lovely.
- D100FPmichaelh (10/5): Premier inn Warwick - Great stay in Warwick service good and clean hotel. Would stay here again very nice indeed. Breakfast good and plenty of food
- gaillI6977AK (10/5): Christmas shopping - Excellent service from Emma on reception 😊 many thanks
Sorting out a small parking issue
The breakfast was delicious 😋😊
- steveg246 (10/5): Comfortable with a smile - Very brief overnight stay.
Good to have a small bar for a quick drink before bed .
Room clean, bed very comfortable .
Total standout ? The staff .
The guy in the bar was friendly and helpful but totally eclipsed by the receptionist who was bright, cheerful and willing to help.
As we left this morning , she remembered th conversation from last night - with a warm smile
- christinewQ3210JW (8/5): Very good service. - We had excellent service from both Rhina and Josh in the restaurant. They worked extremely hard and were friendly and polite at all times especially considering they were the only two people on duty in a very busy restaurant, bar and reception!
- mattgI4239EJ (10/5): Thanks Emma - Emma was lovely and hepful, is a lovely and clean hotel and will defo be staying again
Thank you to all the staff

Lovely new refurbishment, staff very attentive, professional and a pleasure to deal with .
Will definitely stay again as we have to travel through Warrington every couple of months .
Will also recommend to our other colleagues.
- X1948TKmorganb (10/5): Great hotel! - I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore!
What a great stay I had at the Warrington premier inn just off the M6 in a great location, all the staff were very friendly and most helpful, a special mention to the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas.
I will be staying here again for sure.

- Row_1990 (10/5): Fancy an upgrade? - First time visiting Warwick for business purposes, was told not to expect much in the hotel from one of my colleagues but I completely disagree! Got here and the hotel was nice and clean, I did have an issue with the toilet in my room but Emma on reception was straight on the case and moved my rooms plus gave me an upgraded room 😍😍 definitely will be happy to stay here again.
- kerrydM7299GU (10/5): 5 atar - Fantastic stay at the Prem Inn with Emma and Rhina. We were totally looked after and dinner was fab . We could not be more happy with our stay.
Staff need more support as work so hard and no support
- 546zitah (10/5): Nice place to stay in Warwick and good value for money - I have stayed quite a few times at this hotel and every time Josh is very welcoming and eager to help. His excellent service, efficiency and cheerful nature always makes you feel happy to be back . Breakfast is lovely and good value for money.
- X2372HJabbieb (10/5): Great stay - Great stay at Premier Inn Warwick , Emma on reception was so helpful and welcoming! Would recommend this hotel to others.
- LamboBirmingham (10/5): Superstar Kayleigh - 5 out of five. Kayleigh was a very helpful and a fantastic host. She was very helpful on a late check in which I was very thankful for. She was very cheerful and was very attentive to our stay. The hotel was was very clean and tidy and well organised.
- J4750SNkylem (10/5): Outstanding - Kayleigh was brilliant the full night and her service to our table was exceptional. I would return to this hotel when traveling for work again because of the service we had.
- YorkshireLuz (10/5): Big relief thanks to Emma on reception who was very kind, empathetic and sorted everything. - After a mix up with the booking at another hotel we found ourselves at the Premier Inn Warwick without a room. Emma on reception was incredibly kind, calmed us down and sorted us out with a family room even though we’d arrived super late. Fantastic customer service thank you so much.
- michaeldC7508LU (10/5): Helpful staff. - We was met with a very helpful member of staff who helped with using the check in. He also helped with my wife’s dietary requirements which made our stay more relaxing.
- 735annabelh (10/5): Exceptional customer service. - Kayleigh the duty manager couldn’t have done more for us, she was exceptional in her customer service and she went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies.
She is an asset to your company.
- Leeflytidy (2/5): Our Worst stay at any Premier Inn - Shocking stay and food.
My wife wouldn't let me talk to the manager about our stay as she didn't want to make a scene.
Got here and thought Nice new looking hotel to find out we had to pay for the car park.
Checked in OK and booked for food at 6.45pm and breakfast at 7am meal deal.
Got to room and had shower which was good.
Down to have a drink or 2 before food.
6.30 ordered food (fish and chips & berry pancake stack for desert.) 7.15 still waiting when another table had their food delivered and then were told after waiting 50 minutes s that 1 of their meals were actually sold out.. there was food delivered to their table but was all cold and they called a member of staff over and they took food away and these people left and got food somewhere else. After 55 mind of us waiting we were offered a complimentary drink and our food wouldn't be too long.. fish and chips arrived and it looked like it was thrown on the plate.. bland and bit tasteless. Finished our food and waited another 45 min for our desert.. pancake arrive with fruit all over it and a little bit of ice cream. Fruit was still frozen
I tried to eat as much as I could because i paid for it (my wife wouldnt let me talk to the manager in front of other guests in restaurant) but didn't eat a quarter of it..
Walked up to the bar to get another drink and Told the manager it was shocking and the fruit was still frozen!! She answered by saying she had told the chef and chef replied they had been out of freezer long enough and should be OK!! Absolutely shocking attitude and answer..
After our last drink went up to the room 220 where we found out the heating was not working!!
Wife not happy at all but again wouldn't let me go talk to the manager as didn't want to make a scene and didn't want to move room so late.
We will never stay here again even though it was a great location in proximity to where we were going the following morning. Would rather travel bit further and stay in a better hotel, better food, warmer room, no paying for car Park.
- jamiebJ114YN (2/5): Terrible Bar and Restaurant - I stay at many Premier Inns around the country but this is by far the worst that I've ever seen.
The rooms are nice and clean but the restaurant is to be avoided at all costs, we were told that it's table service but nobody appeared to be waiting on the tables, we had to walk around the restaurant looking for someone to take our order, we waited 90 minutes for pizzas and people that arrived an hour after us got their food first. Nobody was in-charge and all staff were walking around in a daze, nobody knew what they were doing, we were there for 2 hours and in the end refused to pay for our meal, the next day matters were even worse when our pre paid breakfast was cancelled because the chef didn't turn up, something that seems to be a regular occurrence.
Someone at Premier Inn must be noticing that the bar isn't selling much and they are receiving so many complaints, you just need a manager running the restaurant and bar that actually knows what they are doing.
- edwinap344 (10/5): Outstanding value and friendly service - If you are looking for a friendly and good value hotel, look no further than the Premier Inn at Warwick. Kayleigh was outstanding making sure that everything ran smoothly.
- matnep (10/5): Just right! - The Premier Inn at M6/J21 is well located for easy access to Warrington and the surrounding areas. There is adequate parking and the check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast there is amazing, as always (I have been there earlier too) and it was great to see Anne from the food and beverage team, still there. She's friendly and caring as she always has been. The rooms are clean, with a not a speck of dust or damp. The whole team there was efficient and friendly. Thanks!
- anney764 (6/5): Awful breakfast - We regularly stay at this Premier Inn and its an idea stop-off point. You know what youre getting and its always fine. This time we went for breakfast and it was awful. We went around 8.30am and when we arrived the natural yogurt needed replacing and there was one pancake, one dried up very thick crust of bread and half a dozen crumpets
No pastries, muffins or croissants. They never restocked them and when I asked for a pastry I was told it would take 15 minutes to cook. This isnt acceptable at the busy time of day. The juices all ran out too and were not replenished either.
We certainly wont be having breakfast again.
- McBurns72 (10/5): Thoughtful staff going the extra mile - We arrived just after midnight 17th/18th October and my wife went to the vending machine to get a water (£2.70) which unfortunately wasn't cold. The member of staff was very apologetic even though it was probably a third party machine but then went out of her was to give my wife one of the bottles of water whe had brought to work for herself. So thank you.
- TempoWA1 (8/5): Good stay - Great hotel, staff always very helpful and friendly,
My only gripe is the internet is terrible, I tried the upgrade and that wasn’t much better, they seriously need to upgrade the internet
- lanamcdonald12 (10/5): Great value - Stayed over here on way to Cornwall.. checked in later in the evening very quick and easy .. had a comfortable night's sleep i do love a premier inn bed ... had a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning which was unlimited for £11 . Very reasonable amount of choice .. staff were lovely am sure the girls name was Kayla she was rushed lf her feet thou she done a great job.. very good price for both of us staying over. Thankyou premier inn
- 110hr (4/5): Quick night stay, don't expect to much - Looks lovely in there picture, staff at reception were very pleasant, just a shame that the facilities for drinks in the room were restricted, breakfast was limited as they didn't have full English breakfast,
- kellyjZ1882OG (2/5): Terrible!!!! - The whole experience was appalling, the lack of staff there was terrible. We arrived around 7ish in evening after long drive to empty reception desk which we waited around 15 mins before someone appeared and the check in lady seem to be busy cleaning rooms from what we could see, she then checked us in where we went to our rooms all the bedroom doors down the corridor where open with dirty laundry in door way and down the corridor, including the room we was checked in to, we proceeded into our room which despite the dirty laundry in door way, it was made and appeared cleaned so as it was late decided to not make fuss but on way to hotel restaurant we let reception know about it and they did apologise but didn’t offer room change or anything they just wanted to run off to see other rooms. We then went in to the bar another long wait to be served a drink we then asked to be seated for dinner which seemed to put lady out serving us like it was inconvenience to her she had to do her job, we got seated with menus and then left alone , the said lady then seated few more other tables ignored the fact she even seated us and walked up and down, we thought she’s on her own we would give her time to come back but some time had pasted us and we watched as she went to seat and serve other tables and we were tired and beyond hungry at this point so we decided to leave and told the other lady from bar we won’t be eating here now as that lady hasn’t even come back to serve us and we been there for nearly 45mins , the bar lady apologised and said she would come serve us and I said no it’s far to late now, so we left and had to drove out of hotel to find some food in area we didn’t know late at night, this really shouldn’t be case after very long drive to this hotel. On coming back to hotel the reception lady apologised from our experience and openly admitted we haven’t had great experience ,so they knew there was issues but the lack of staff here I’m sure it’s daily thing and is the main problem here they all looked like there over worked and not many of them trying to do more than one job role which is unacceptable , we definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel nor would we return..
- Trail05602549870 (10/5): Excellent Stay - Excellent stay close to the motorway.
As a solo traveller I decided to have my meal in my room this was no issue to the team and they went out their way to accommodate this request.
- Mickdav31 (10/5): Family break away - Welcoming staff very friendly restaurant on site absolutely amazing rooms clean and comfortable right off the motorway perfect for travel
- Bookfodder (2/5): Don’t bother - Truly awful customer experience with the least helpful or aware staff ever. Awful. Terrible. Execrable. Horrifying. Unaware. Don’t care. Awful. Awful. Awful.
And there’s no electronic check in.
- YasminM793 (8/5): Nice Premier Inn - A nice Premier Inn in a lovely location. Good clean room nice shower with shower gel provided also hand wash. Tea and coffee facilities provided with top up collection at reception. The Swan pub is situated next door which serves a wide variety of pub food, the Sunday lunch looks appetising and a very good portion size if you're a good eater 😋 it also serves breakfast in the morning. A good night's sleep 😴 and value for money. Only one negative the bath is situated too high very hard to enter and exit. However we believe it's due for refurbishment so walk in shower 🚿 would be the best.
- Freedom03745219067 (10/5): Lovely visit over the Cream fields weekend - Lovely clean hotel and welcoming staff.
Stayed here with some friends for Cream fields the staff could not do enough for us.
We had not booked an early check in, but the manager rearranged things and got us in for 11am totally going above and beyond our expectations.
All the staff we came across were so friendly and genuinely welcoming.
There was a free phone near the entrance that connected you to the local taxi firm but the staff was also giving out other numbers just incase they were fully booked.
Will be staying at this one again next year.
- Fairywizzard (10/5): Old boy reunion meeting - All aspects spot on and not disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Fantastic two night stay
- samanthahA7229BC (10/5): Warm friendly welcome - Staff friendly and helpful. Beds extremely comfy. Extra tea and coffee in reception to take. Location easy from road/motorway
- Marhett (4/5): If you have stay at this hotel it’s clean and safe, although obnoxious manager - Good points ..safe parking, location just off the motorway, famous mattress so good sleep.
Bad points…tired worn out rooms, almost non existent Wi-Fi , although like being back in the late 90s so okay, if you are nostalgic to what Wi-Fi used to be like.
Disgusting attitude of a manager, rude, sarcastic and unfriendly to anyone with a Southern accent, although noticeable extra polite to those Travellers with Northern accents.
Stayed here in the past, however surprising how one person can make a nice place a bad memory. I’m pleased I’ve use social media to show a much wider audience, my conversation with this manager.
- Quest590779 (6/5): Comfortable room, shame about the food. - Comfortable stay in our room and great service from the reception team. Lunch at the pub was a huge disappointment and waste of money. Overcooked vegetables, greasy chips that were brown in the middle and congealed gravy...if we had had time we would have complained at the time and asked for a refund. Seemed like the meal had been left for a few days and reheated on the day...awful!
- A3264DMjulieg (8/5): Worth a stay - Only issue was bell not clearly visible or well positioned on reception to call receptionist. Placed on wall at end of reception desk next to entrance door to restaurant with very small sign on wall. Both bell and sign at the time of our visit were fully obscured by an advertising sign placed on the reception desk. Bell would have been better at front of desk to be clearly seen when approaching desk. Otherwise, room, food, staff all very good.
- frankpeters64_fp (10/5): Stay over for trip to Yorkshire - Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast exceptional plenty to eat seemed to cater for all needs as well as the evening meal
- L8407IFlorraineb (10/5): Perfect stay - Our stay at the Premier Inn was wonderful! The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect. The staff really made our experience, especially the receptionist who checked us in, Nicole. She had brown hair and the brightest smile, and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. She answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great. Highly recommend this hotel!"
- Dean (6/5): - First, the staff in the hotel
- Ade666 (4/5): A tale of two halves - a hotel let down by the staff - I was due to work in Warrington and looked for hotels on the outskirts which would be easy to get to. I selected the Premier Inn because it had an onsite restaurant which meant I wouldn't have to go out and find somewhere to eat. I arrived at the hotel to find the reception unmanned and a number of people waiting - they pointed me towards the buzzer on the counter and told me to push it as I might have more luck than they had. I pushed the button and waited..and waited. Eventually, someone appeared and started dealing with the requests without any apology or explanation. Eventually, I got to the front of the queue and was checked in without any friendliness. I asked if I had included breakfast in the booking and he said no and that I would have to pay for it in the morning. I went to my room and apart from the damp smell it was clean and comfortable. So, I went down to get some food. I joined the queue for the restaurant - and waited...and waited. The 3 staff walking around the restaurant seemed to be going out of their way to not look at the queue - I assumed the restaurant was rammed with people and they were focussing on the tables they had. After 20 minutes someone came and asked me if I had a reservation. I said I didn't and she said she would find me a table. The restaurant was about 10% occupied. She sat me at a table and told me I needed to go to the till to order food. I browsed the menu and walked to the till - I turned round and she was seating someone else at my table. So I pointed out that she had just sat me there. She moved the other person to another table and came over to the till and again didn't acknowledge that I was even there. I had had enough - I asked her where else I could get a meal in the area as I was not going to eat anywhere with such disregard for customers. I drove to a restaurant on the other side of Warrington where I got good service. The next morning I found I had paid for breakfast. This is one hotel where Premier Inn should either replace the staff with check in terminals or retrain the management and staff - it was a disgrace and will make me think hard before I stay in another Premier Inn.
- skeltronp (10/5): Lovely stay at Warrington - Hotel was convenient for our needs close enough to the motorway we could travel to Manchester and Liverpool. Really friendly welcome and the food in the restaurant was lovely.
Staff we met was attentive and was quick to please. Children was very happy with the story books they received.
- robertpF7453OM (8/5): Well placed hotel - We have stayed here a few times and the Hotel is very clean and very well placed just off Jct 21 of the M6. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The only thing I would point out is that the lift sounds,as though it could break down at any time
- louisedS842CQ (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Convenient location hotel right off the motorway.
Staff are so friendly especially the lady who works breakfast on the Saturday.
Hotel and room really clean everything what you expect from a premier inn. Will be returning on our return journey home.
- guyandrew85 (2/5): Disappointing Stay at a Dated Premier Inn - Disappointing Stay at a Dated Premier Inn
I’ve stayed at several Premier Inns over the years, and unfortunately, this one did not live up to the standard I’ve come to expect. The hotel feels outdated and in need of attention.
Despite having pre-paid for breakfast for my three-night stay, I was told on the first morning that it hadn’t been paid — meaning I went without breakfast before a workday. While this was eventually resolved, the mistake had already impacted my experience.
In my room, I found the shower gel dispenser completely empty. I had already stepped into the shower when I noticed, and had to rely on the hand soap by the sink instead — not ideal.
On the second morning, there was no cook available, so the only breakfast options were cereal and toast. Again, not what I paid for or expected.
Most concerning was my final night. The corridor outside my room strongly smelled of cannabis, and it was apparent some guests were smoking it indoors. The smell filled my room and lingered throughout the evening and night. I also felt unsafe due to the loud, rowdy behaviour of some individuals in the corridor who were talking openly and laughing about the smell. It left me anxious and uncomfortable.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a Premier Inn, and I do not plan to return to this location.
While I appreciate being asked for feedback, I must note that during my stay I was offered no form of apology, refund, or even a goodwill gesture, despite multiple issues that disrupted my experience. At the very least, I feel the hotel could have:
Offered a partial refund or voucher, especially given that I paid for breakfasts I didn’t receive in full.
Provided complimentary upgrades or extras, such as premium Wi-Fi or late checkout, as a gesture of goodwill.
Acknowledged the safety concerns, particularly regarding the smell of cannabis and the rowdy behaviour in the corridors — I felt unsafe, and this should never be the case in a hotel environment.
Even a sincere apology and a proactive effort to make things right would have shown that guest experience is valued. Sadly, none of this was offered, which makes it even more disappointing.
- andreacL3297PM (2/5): Very disappointing! - I booked a family room for myself and my two children. The room booking said the room was a quad room so I expected myself and 2 children to have 3 separate beds. 1 double and 1 single. My children are boy girl twins who are almost teenagers so they don't want to share a bed with each other or their mother. When we arrived at our room just before midnight. We expected to be able to get straight into bed after 5hours in the car, however we were greeted by 2 beds (1 double bed and one single bed). To make matters worse, the single bed was simply a mattress. The bed hadn't been made. There were no sheets, duvet or pillows on the bed. Luckily I managed to find some under the bed and had to make the bed myself. When I pay for a hotel room, I don't expect to have to make the bed myself.
The following morning we went down for breakfast. Most of the hot items had been sitting there too long and did not look appealing and the yolks of the fried eggs were like rubber. They weren't well done, they were actually like rubber, couldn't get a knife though it, indicating they had been sat there for a very long time. None of the items were replenished the whole time we were there meaning we couldn't have all of the warm items we wanted.
I will not be returning
- J7210APnickc (10/5): First Class Customer Service - Mix up with my booking by our office, arrived a day early , no issue for these guys. They quickly changed by booking and even though the hotel was fully booked online they managed to squeeze me in. Could not have been more helpful , well done premier inn and the team at Warrington North East
- jodydJ2884XS (2/5): Horrible - Worst premier inn I have ever stayed in, seriously needs a re fit, mould every where in bathroom light and toilet seat both broke, shower rail was rusting broken tiles in the bathroom, window in bedroom was full of mould, radiator was disgusting like someone had smeared a mars bar over the top 🤢 mattress had blood stains on it, definitely won’t be returning, also sink in bathroom did not drain
- karenbJ4100UW (4/5): Give it a miss , not usal premier inn standard - Really tired, bed is fine but literally everything else needs pulling out and starting again
I usually love a premier inn, but even the breakfast was disappointing, with food obviously cooked a while ago and 2 out of 3 orders wrong.
Would recommend avoiding.
- angelastocks (8/5): Happy traveller - Room allocated near reception which was very convenient to get to our car in the disabled bay. Room comfortable, could do with another chair in the room when there are two guests. Was not impressed with the breakfast in the pub The Swan. Young man on duty did not keep making sure everything was renewed. Hot water in flasks only by the time we had breakfast was not very hot. Not impressed with the breakfast all packets of cereals. Had to ask for more toast. Bread was nice. Would not come here again. The whole pub needs a complete refurbish, carpets very stained plus chairs.
- jaynecB917AX (10/5): Lovely! - Had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn Warrington North East last week. Big shoutout to Joanne on check-in — super friendly and welcoming, made everything really easy. And Holly on nights was great too, really helpful and kind whenever we needed anything.
Also, can’t not mention the Swan pub next door — such a nice place for dinner and drinks. Really convenient and the food was spot on.
Would definitely stay again!
- timkC8882NU (10/5): A great place to stay in an excellent location. - Always a pleasure to stay at this particular Premier Inn. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and tidy. It's in an excellent location and we visit several times a year and have never had a bad stay here. Would highly recommend this hotel.
- fatmore (6/5): I wouldn’t return - Not great, I usually like Premier Inn as I know what you’re going to get.
I arrived late after three hours travelling. Room 2 had a musky smell, heating that kicked in with a bang as it came on through the night.
Breakfast is in the pub next door and you’d do well to find somewhere else. People are nice but I wouldn’t return
