Guest Reviews
- Sussex_Family_Guy (8/5): Comfy, well located but a bit noisy - Stayed for a Saturday night before a football match on the Sunday. Lady on reception was very efficient and friendly and the room was typical Premier Inn, very comfortable beds and decent, clean bathroom. £10.99 is pretty good value for breakfast if you're going to have a big cooked breakfast with decent hot ingredients.
The location is good for City Centre bars and restaurants and only a 20 min walk to the station and canal area or the castle.
The only thing is it is right in the middle of the University and there is a nightclub pretty close to the hotel. When that kicked out there was loud shouting and screaming for a good 20 mins right by the hotel window.
If you can handle that then I would say the location, room and service make this a decent option for a cheaper stay in Nottingham.
- 733bevm (8/5): Did the job - Stayed multiple times within a short time. Nice clean rooms, although on 2 occasions the USB sockets weren't working, and it was a little loud at times due to the proximity of the tramlines/uni. Service times in the restaurant were OK, definitely a noticeable difference in how dishes were served, as it is only a small menu, I had the same meals often, each one different each time, all really nice, just different waiting times (restaurant never busy) and presentation. The waiting team were really friendly and helpful, especially Nicola who made my visit delightful whenever she was on shift
- johnluem (10/5): Great accomodation - I have just spent two nights at the Premier Inn Oban. The accomodation was great -- rooms were very clean throughout, the bedroom warm and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were wonderful, so kind and helpful and even helped me to find a taxi one morning when all taxis seemed extra busy.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic ----- very well cooked and well presented. I enjoyed all the meals, particularly breakfast which was a buffet with such a wide variety of items. Thank you to all Staff.
- Bruce (8/5): - No power outlets near bed to charge phone etc
- Connector67115209567 (2/5): Dirty Toilet with Raw Human Sewage - Was in room 417, daughters in were in room 418.
The toilets had a problem and my girls had been in around 24 hours. When the toilet was flushed it overflowed and raw sewage was coming up, it looked like the sewage was from a long time. I have photos for evidence. It was disgusting and the smell was awful. The room was relocated at 11.30PM, the experience was poor.
The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, the dressing table was not cleaned. I cleaned with a wipe and was amazed at the dirt that came up.
So not happy with this stay at all.
- N3462EHsue (10/5): Great stay - Had a great 6 nights. Room very clean and everywhere gave the impression that staff take a pride in their work. It was one of the best Premier Inns we have stayed. It was very cold weather, but there was no skimping on heating, it was very efficient! Staff very helpful. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment. Great location.
- Explorer36507303880 (10/5): Satisfactory value of stay - Nice View of the Building. Good size car park with marked bays. Parking is included with room reservation. Nice rasturant with good variety of morning breakfast. Griff house n Beaf eater also in the Building. Good seating areas.
The reception desk was managed by KELLY with a welcoming smile and enthusiastic attitude. Explained to us how check/outin options works. Also Explained to us breakfast options etc. Highly recommended for future stay.
- Georgiegirl1561 (2/5): Noisy and No parking - Budget hotel, Budget food, disability parking limited and at a premium price, no buffet breakfast which was included in price, instead burnt, reheated breakfast, also noisy at night due to location close to Nottingham University, only plus was the comfortable bed and clean room, we were there for a couple of nights for a concert, only booked due to location to theatre, unfortunately did not research disabled parking availability, so beware!
- GrandTour45789697404 (6/5): Bland, average, faceless. - Work booked me in here nothing special in truth. It's a bland corporate brand, nothing to either co.plain or get excited about. Plenty of fantastic, independent hotels and BandBs in Oban, consider them before contributing to a corporations profits.
- Trip780331 (4/5): Think twice! - We have stayed every year since the hotel opened. Firstly, parking has changed and is now chargeable. Beyond disgusted with reception. Arrived at 2.40. waited ten minutes til someone came out of the office. We said we were there for check-in, she said it wasnt open until 3pm. turned around and went back to the office. No restaurant/bar open so stood until the machine check-in opened. A guy came out as the one working machine malfunctioned and instead of helping us, checked in a family that had just arrived. Not a word was said until we were forced to wait for another family to check in, in order to find out how to pay parking. The room was ok for PI but one night for £149 with this experience was shocking. Think twice!
- OnAir56796004966 (10/5): Had an overnight stay for football - I love the hotel was lovely and all the staff member was brilliant and. Reception Young lady and young man was brilliant and helpful
- therF2244ML (10/5): Ray is amazing - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Ray was amazing and made me and my children feel welcome and looked after.
I would definitely return to this hotel because we were treated so well. Thanks Ray and the team for being so nice during our stay.
- HannahKate24 (4/5): Air-Con unit was very noisy - The main lobby area is tired & in need of a refresh. Unfortunately our room was right next to an air con unit (outside the room) & was therefore incredibly noisy - this ruined our stay!
- H3281VBlisaw (10/5): A great stay at Nottingham. - We stayed at the Nottingham goldsmith st premier inn on a visit to see our son in his first year at NTU. On arrival the staff on the desk were friendly and sympathetic as I queried that I had reserved parking for the car park online in advance via the JustPark app and not realised that there was a discount code which would have saved 40% on the price which was annoying . The room was very clean and comfortable as we’ve always come to expect. The only slight niggle was the lack of air conditioning in the room, so we’re glad that we were not using the room during high summer. There was a fan available which was fine for our needs. The room was quiet and we slept well in our silent night bed. We included breakfast when booking the room and this did not disappoint . A great selection of cooked items and continental selection. Staff were friendly when we left and we will definitely be returning.
- Wanderer68358734609 (4/5): Well below par - Went on Halloween weekend,
Probably the worst premier Inn I've ever been to. Student blocks nearby partying until 4 am. Very loud. All felt like a freshers year dormitory. Decor well past its sell by date. Useless sound proofing.
Shower pressure very weak so not much to recommend it really. Unless you don't mind staying up all night to hear students running around revelling out on the streets and around the building.
At least its a central location but I paid £110 per night for two nights. Shocking really
- EYox (2/5): Disappointing. - Location and staff were great. Unfortunately, the room wasn't and we had a very poor night's sleep. This affected the following day, especially as we were meeting people.
The bed was terrible, there was a big dip in the middle, so my husband and I were hanging onto the sides, in the end I swapped with my son and I tried to sleep on the pull out bed. When I was lower to the floor there was a strong smell of urine coming from the carpet, unfortunately with my kids fast asleep I didn't request a change of room. In check out I raised my concerns.
The trams running alongside the hotel were loud, this kept me up. There was a damp feel to the room.
I've always loved premier inns, but this one really disappointed and if we return to Nottingham I wouldn't stay here.
- israelsI1795FD (10/5): Business stay - Thank you - I just want to say the room was exceptionally clean, 5🌟! All the staff were kind friendly and inviting! This is a lovely Premier to stay in and I’ll definitely be coming back to stay when in this city! Thank you 🤩
- B562GMsusanb (10/5): Very clean - Cleanliness was spot on very clean room well be happy to stay again housekeeping very friendly was a pleasure staying at this site
- 1966alisonw (2/5): Not wheelchair friendly! - First off i would like to say the staff were perfect they were friendly, polite and helpful. But , if you are a disabled traveller dont book here, there is no automatic door opening , which could prove difficult if you are travelling alone with a wheelchair. My sister had a room and myself and my mother booked into a accessible room (2) which had very little space to manover the wheelchair, the bathroom was not a wet room and the grab rails were held on with one screw instead of the three that should have been there! There is no wheelchair access from the resturant to the hotel, which meant that i had to take mum out in the cold dark rainy night to get from our meal to our bed.
The hotel is very tired looking and could do with a lick of paint and some refurbishment. I did complain and Premier in gave me a part refund on the rooms, so that was nice. I definately wont be staying there again though!
- Y2182CUjanm (10/5): Weekend stay - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good dinner and breakfast. Reasonable car park fee £5 per 24hrs.
- V9191ZPhannahb (10/5): Lovely helpful staff - Really great hotel but what makes this 5 star are the staff. They were all so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Nicola who served us at breakfast. She was so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nicola!
- simoncO8816VT (10/5): Latest experience - Our regular go to hotel in Nottingham. Stay here for date nights and gigs. Yesterday's stay was excellent as usual. Check in easy, staff great, great management. Rooms always clean,we generally get a decent room rate too
- Q2945LOmarciat (10/5): Our special occasion was recognised and we were made to feel very special by Pat and Sue - Lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy with our room which was lovely and clean. Had a good night's sleep and was made very welcomed by Pat and Sue
- 454kirstyl (10/5): 💜 It’s the little things that make a big difference 💜 - After a long day of travelling, we finally arrived at the Premier Inn around 11:30pm — tired, ready to drop, and honestly just hoping the check-in would be quick and smooth.
To my surprise, Chris at reception greeted us with the warmest smile and had our key ready before we even asked. No stress, no waiting — just genuine kindness and thoughtfulness at the end of a long day.
It might seem like a small thing, but in that moment, it meant so much. That simple act of care and efficiency made me feel truly welcome and reminded me how powerful great customer service can be.
So thank you, Chris — for reminding me that sometimes, the biggest impact comes from the smallest gestures. 🌟
- O4365XGmarkt (8/5): Great as always! - As a regular visitor to this hotel/coffee shop for work, the service is always excellent. However, I have noticed on my recent visits that the number of available staff is noticeably sparse. My visit today was as enjoyable as usual, however Costa was busy and although Joe did a great job keeping on top of things, it seemed quite unfair for her to be doing everything! I always enjoy my visits but an additional member of staff would surely help with wait times?
- 270gurnamk (10/5): Very Good - Very Good stay. Had a quick check in from friendly Manager on shift. Good location and was a good breakfast in the morning will stay again
- Oozells_oozells (6/5): Fair - Pricey stay. Room was spacious but not the cleanest premier inn have stayed in. Very convenient location for city centre facilities though. Despite double and secondary glazing had poor sleep due to noise outside - people and music until well after 3am! Take earplugs!
- davidcE842FA (8/5): Spoiled by extortionate parking charges - Hotel was very good, but parking managed by YourParkingSpace was extortionate, £25 overnight, after “discount” of £2. There must be cheaper or free on street parking within reasonable walking distance.
- hannahlP8945CW (10/5): Great stay - Recently stayed at this Premier Inn for a few nights and was impressed with house keeping. Very clean room and friendly team. Look forward to staying again.
- emmalbird111 (10/5): Good value hotel with comfortable beds - Friendly welcome to this Premier Inn. Standard room was fine, comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and good value, free parking and close to road links. Entrance is a little hidden, look for the signage! Breakfast was great, hot food cooked to order - just don't leave it too late on weekends or items will begin to run out. Would stay here again.
- sandrafZ5462DY (8/5): Solid Premier Inn for four day stay in Oban - Stayed four nights in this centrally located Premier Inn. The rooms are basic and clean - windows do not open which I prefer. As the norm with PI, the staff multi tasks so you need to search them out. Plenty to do and see in Oban and this hotel makes all journeys easy. Pay for parking! Breakfast is the usual so venture out to the ferry area for Wetherspoon large restaurant. Plenty of places for dinner. This is a good hotel for sleeping and showering. Good value.
- L6417VIdim (2/5): DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY - We were talked in to upgrading to a premier room with a view. As soon as we walked into the room we knew it was not clean. I spoke to the manager who insisted it was clean. She would not look at it and would not change it. Said there was nothing she could do—told me to contact customer relations. All of the customer relations addresses bounced back as invalid. I will NEVER STAY AT PREMIER INN again! Sleeping on the floor of the train station would be cleaner.
- tomrX4579QF (4/5): Shocked at the condition. - This was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in and definitely the worst Premier Inn I’d been to. Worn and tired and dust and hairs in the bathroom! Absolutely shocking. One positive was that staff were nice. Obviously management at serious fault. Didn’t know that there were places like this any more.
- J2012ZFdianew (2/5): Filthy! - The manager upsold a premium room with a view. When we entered the room, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned (droplets and hair on the toilet seat), toothpaste blobs on the wall, bleach stains on the carpet. The view consisted of train tracks and a barbed wire-enclosed lot. I went to the manager, who said the room was clean (but wouldn’t go look). She was unapologetic, saying there was nothing she could do and giving me a card with customer service contact info. The contact info on the card and on the Premier Inn website was invalid. I had to clean using the sanitizing wipes I had. I have stayed with Premier Inn several times in the past, but this will definitely be the last.
- mizliz_uk (8/5): Great hotel, great staff, great location, but expensive! - What started off as a nightmare experience was saved by staff when we were allocated the wrong room. I am disabled and requested an accessible room with a walk-in shower. On arrival we were given a standard room with a shower over a bath. We needed a twin with a double bed and a pull out bed, but there were none available so they couldn't swap us over. However the young man at reception, Lukas, worked hard to solve our issue and sourced a foldaway bed which he had placed into an adapted room and the situation was resolved, thanks to his dedication and quick thinking.
The hotel itself is fairly new so still in pristine condition, spotlessly clean throughout and with very comfortable seats and beds. We didn't use the restaurant but it was always quite busy so seemed to be popular, and the food prices were very competitive for the area. Oban is an expensive town and this is reflected in the cost of everything, including the rate we paid for our stay at this hotel. We liked the hotel very much, and staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the total we paid for 5 nights was higher than anywhere else we travelled to during our break.
The location of the hotel is good; just behind the train station, bus station and ferry port, with a step free route to get there (ideal for me in my wheelchair and using a mobility scooter). They have plenty of parking but we didn't use it so not sure if it is chargeable. I would definitely stay there again but maybe during off peak season where the rates are slightly more reasonable.
- robertsT1838UO (8/5): - - Comfortable mattress, great location, and good price. We had a great time.We will definitely come back!See you soon🤗
- angelamacdonald100 (6/5): Clean, Quiet and Spacious Rooms - but the 'deal' on dinner and Kids Eat Free All Day is best avoided!! - The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are quiet and spacious and are well set out, with plenty amenities.
There was, however, quite an unpleasant odour from the bathroom - probably drains.
It would have been an excellent stay, had it not been for dining experience in the evening. Breakfast was great - but - the dinner - not so. Far from it.
We both had chicken curry and rice and it seemed to be of a very 'boil in the bag' style - it was like a mass-produced heat-up microwave job - with about 4 small cubes of chicken. Sooo not good!!
The signage for the Kids Eat Free All Day is a complete scam - they have free breakfast - which is fantastic - but dinner is a totally different story and I felt we were really conned. Information about 'extras' is in tiny print - which I could only have read with the strongest of microscopes - and you find that very little about the children's dinner IS actually free - not even a drink is free!!
Though I can't fault the breakfast at all, I wouldn't take that inclusive 'deal' (breakfast & dinner) again. It is NOT a deal - and nor is the dinner of good - or even reasonable - quality. Disappointing!!
- stevenb832 (6/5): Compared to other Premier Inns, disappointing but great location. - Had booked early check in but was told we hadn't booked it so had to produced confirmation email. Our room had a door joining the room nextdoor which made for noise from the room nextdoor. Food was ok but found that booking the meal deal meant extra charges for meals like mixed starter that actually because there was hardly anything there was totally overpriced. If booking Oban again I'd eat at Wetherpoons just around the corner.
- 607francest (10/5): Excellent - Great experience easy check in staff very pleasant rooms spotless breakfast very good. Plenty tea coffee milk sugar at reception to take for room
- jimbZ6823QE (6/5): It’s ok but it’s slowly falling apart - Staff are great but it’s getting seriously down at heal. Would never dare to bring business visitors here at the moment.
Not particularly clean either, come on Premier Inn you can do a lot better than this
- JoanneB3188 (6/5): Room needs refurb but exceptional staff service - Room not upto premier inn standard. However, Kelly and her team were friendly, warm welcome and excellent customer service. Good parking. Unfortunately room was not upto premier inn standard. Head office/area manager you need to refurb your rooms, you're letting your staff down. I was surprised that premier inn had slipped in their standards, as this is a busy hotel and great location, with beefeater onsite with ample parking. A staff member also crochet little keyrings rasing money for great Ormond street hospital. Lovely idea. We stayed in room 11. Chipped walls, marks on walls, stains on furniture upholstery, rusty window hinges, rusty bathroom soap dispenser.
- alisonsH2819TE (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent stay, very clean and welcoming.
Staff went above and beyond, particularly Florentina and Tamara.
Breakfast good too!
- Player101 (2/5): Rules be rules - "Unreasonable Hospitality". You should read it. But you can always start with offering some reasonable hospitality first.
Don't try to charge customers £15 for checking in 20 minutes early when they've had a long journey and the room is very much available. Its a bad start and results in one star reviews while im sitting in the foyet waiting for 20 minutes.
We'll eat somewhere else tonight and have breakfast somwehere else tomorrow now too.
I know, I know - them rules be rules, eh? Well, first impressions be first impressions too, and you lost more than £15 by being unreasonable, in the wrong way.
- valj593 (10/5): Great Stay! - Lovely stay breakfast was amazing, Kelly on reception went above and beyond, we love coming here will definitely be back here again 😊
- Scatty74 (8/5): Good hotel for the money - Well located, friendly staff, clean hotel and our rooms and bathrooms were clean. The overall place is tired and tatty and the rooms/bathrooms we had were too. Definitely cosmetic though. We had breakfast at the beefeater next door and that was excellent and the service in there was excellent too.
- aviemore (10/5): Good breakfast - Stopped in for breakfast as a walk in.
Excellent choice on offer. Clean and staff very helpful.
Good value for money.
Will definitely return when next in Oban.
- Wanderer30076432292 (8/5): Great location. - I am a Premier Plus member and was allocated a room on Floor 3 the Premier Plus floor, but the room had none of the Premier Plus benefits experienced in other locations. I had checked in online, as requested by an email, but on arrival they receptionist could not retrieve the information and had to redo the whole procedure. Room temp control only gave very cold air, The location and car parking was very good though with everywhere in town being an easy walk.
- lindseyg897 (10/5): Does what it says on the tin! - The beauty of staying at a Premier Inn is that you know what you're going to get - comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location, and that's what we got. There were a couple of 'economies' I noticed - only one set of towels provided, but another was easily collected from reception, and you have to actually request housekeeping if staying 2+ nights, but that's no problem.
- XxHIGHLANDER (8/5): Nice & comfy - Having arrived at hotel check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were efficient and friendly so all in all a pleasant stay
- N9217THleec (10/5): Excellent Front Desk Service - Excellent stay at the Premier Inn Oban. Exactly what you’d expect from a new/modern Premier Inn, but what made the difference was the excellent support from the Front Desk Manager (Brigitta). We had a couple of technical Susie’s with our room, and although there was no maintenance staff on duty, Brigitta dealt with this personally and also found us an alter I’ve room with a better view
- Odyssey24813895260 (4/5): Good location but shabby room. - Bad - room was shabby and cleanliness was poor. Snot on the wall, hair in the bathroom. Walls were shabby with holes and marks everywhere. Water pressure feeble and the cold water was warm leaving it undrinkable. A fan in the room would have been useful. Beer garden was full of rubbish, uncollected glasses. Good - reception/bar staff friendly, bed very comfortable, window you can open, convenient location.
- SummerSon2013 (10/5): Premier Inn on a site filled with history - The two nights I stayed at this hotel cost £36 and £45 respectively. The meal deal was I have based my review on the price I paid. Note that prices can be significantly more expensive. The meal deal was £27.99 a day, offering the full breakfast range and a choice of two courses in the evening.
The hotel is quite unusual for Premier Inn. It is in the grounds of Griff House; once home to author George Elliot. The Beefeater restaurant occupies the house itself, some of it being the original building and some a more recent extension. Most of the accommodation is extended from this again, leaving to a sizable complex extending off the original Griff House. There are some leafy grounds to walk around and explore. Plenty of trees and grass. Some of it is car parking, but there is a playground for children and an old pond, too. The latter (pond) is becoming overgrown and no-longer accessible, but some old benches suggest that people were once able to walk around it. Perhaps at a time before Premier Inn owned the site. There are a few outbuildings that belonged to the original house. These are tucked away, have real character, but unfortunately are slowly falling into ruin. Adjacent to the main road, hidden behind trees are the remnants of old advertising boards; no longer visible from the road and completely abandoned. The remaining half of the estate now appears to be a farmer's field and has nothing to do with the hotel. Clearly there is plenty of history here, a once peaceful estate now sandwiched between two very noisy roads.
I was initially allocated Room 8. I was not comfortable with this, due to it having an interlocking door to Room 7. The receptionist was very helpful and relocated me to Room 3. My new room was great. It overlooked a grassed area (Room 8 overlooked the car park and had some noise from the kitchen fans when the window was open). Room 3 was very quiet. The room was very clean and had a bath. I noticed some reviews mention dirty rooms or damp in the bathrooms. I had no problems with this at all. Perhaps it depends on the room. Certainly some rooms were much closer to the noisy kitchen fans. I am not 100% sure whether some rooms are directly above them. This would not be ideal at all and those customers have my sympathies.
The restaurant, takes-up much of the old Griff House. It therefore has a charming character to it from the exterior. Inside is a standard theme pub, serving good quality food; at least in my experience. Both nights I had steak; which does require a slight additional fee, up to £5 depending on which type you choose. It was fantastic. The best steaks I have had in years. Interestingly on the second night, the portion was much bigger; i.e. more chips etc. The price was the same and it maybe depended on who was cooking.
Breakfast was good quality. The cooked breakfast is plated-up on demand on not self-service. Guests can choose how many sausages and bacon strips they want. This means the food arrived hot, rather than being sat for a while as with some buffets. The staff were very friendly. The restrooms and the restaurant were both very clean and well cared for.
Outside the pub is a lovely seating area with rope lights. Griff House gave it the feeling of staying somewhere independent, rather than a Premier Inn. I liked this and felt I was getting the best of both worlds.
I can see why the hotel has had some bad reviews, however. If I was located near to the fans, or above the outdoor beer garden speaker, I would not be pleased at all. Also, dynamic pricing can cause massive variations in what people pay. Had I been paying £150 a night, my review would be far more critical.
A great stay and I hope to return again.
- Navigate60585573975 (8/5): Clean and tidy but basic - Pillows ok.
Bedroom was clean and tidy, but basic.
It was a double room for 2 people but there was only one bath towel and hand towel so had to ask at reception for another set which i found quite annoying.
Would have been nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cool.
- Y1162JWannes (2/5): Poor - I felt this place was very tired looking and a bit dirty. It was a nightmare to us as we booked 2 rooms for family and the stairs was so difficult for her to manage. Even the restaurant was very grubby could do with a good clean not the best experience I’ve ever had.
- paulasG2326KI (2/5): Absolutely grim ! - Booked for one night stay & have to say will not be returning!
Reception staff extremely helpful & friendly on arrival.
We had room 33 on second floor , room had had an awful smell , worse in bathroom. Tiny cramped room very drab & in need of major update , nothing like the standard of previous premier inns we have stayed in.
The one & only positive to this stay was a comfortable bed.
The restaurant for breakfast was dimly lit & has very dark decor, very tired & worn soft furnishings, tables were sticky , worn out dated carpet that needed a good hoover, in-fact whole place needs a revamp !
Breakfast was passable just , although obviously not ingredients of a high standard.
- TGR2014 (10/5): Breakfast is superb - They do the best breakfast. Food perfectly cooked and good quality. I have been visiting this hotel for years now. So I always get a warm friendly welcome from Linda. She is in complete control and always very busy. By far the best service. I am always in at 6:30 and it's the only premier inn I stay at that's actually ready to serve at that time. A great start to my day.
Well done Linda and great job Mr chef.
- drag0ngwyn (8/5): Overall ok but overpriced for the room standard - The beds are too small but the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is adequate for a group pub but again lovely staff. The hotel overpriced for the room size and facilities, it was clean and tidy and in pleasant surroundings. I shall now just put anything down as it insists on 200 words and I've said all there is to say!
- michellelC2802QH (4/5): Wouldn't stay here again !! - Great experience at check in very friendly, and the Beefeater next door was one of the best, but that's the positives over.
A very run down hotel in need of a lick of paint and revamp. One of the worse rooms I have ever stayed in, mould, stains all over paint work, hairs in bath, and a room not hoovered. Complained, and still not done for the 2nd night. I don't agree very often with leaving a poor review, but thought I should, as if its between this hotel and another, don't book here.
- emmsiecat (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a family visit in the Midlands - Perfectly located hotel for visiting family in Nuneaton. Really pleased with the price paid for two nights during Easter holidays. Our family room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a base in the Midlands.
- Vacation28188872356 (10/5): Fabulous experience. - Staff were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. They looked after us from our arrival to our departure. Well done all. We will definitely be using the hotel again. Easy access and large car park. Beefeater restaurant at the hotel. Good food and real ales.
