Guest Reviews
- 430keithe (4/5): Not very good - First off all staff couldn't be anymore helpful and pleasant... but on our first night there was no heating in my room . Then there was limited food on offer and to top it off there was verry limited beer on offer as delivery hadn't turned up / not ordered . We baught the few remaining bottles off soul err not the best beer in the world but hay . Then second night no heating in the bar / restaurant or in my room . Customer trying to explain to the area manager about all off our issues we all had found her very argumentative. Not very apologetic. She packed her stuff and left staff to deal with in . Verry unprofessional in my opinion. Has the potential to be a great place to stay and eat but definitely needs some issues sorting out
- S9891TBkarlg (2/5): Very poor place to stay - The whole stay here was not good the bar had no beer at all it was also freezing in here the heating wasn’t working there was also lots of food items unavailable the heating in the rooms also didn’t work the staff who were working were all great but not much they can do about all the issues this could be a nice place but we found too many things let this place down we stay in premier inns regular but will be avoiding this place in future
- mariej0anl (10/5): 💯 for burnley premier inn , very clean and lovely staff will stay again. - What a lovely stay we had at the premier inn burnley, can't fault it at all , very clean and the room was lovely and warm , hot water all the time , the staff are all lovely and very helpful.
- 119phillipc (10/5): Superb stay - Just a great hotel .
Next to train to Manchester
Clean and tidy all round
Staff Great
We stay here often. Just perfect for the market
- justinsaphir (8/5): Good night sleep for a reasonable price - I am a disabled patron. So have a very large room with accessible bathroom was excellent.
The staff were quick for service and very engaging.
- krm1967 (4/5): Poor - Stayed for one night,no heating in room so had to have a portable radiator put in middle of room.Ttry to avoid eating here, dinner came out as burnt offerings and fried breakfast which are usally good in most Premoir Inns all items at counter were cold only 1 person in kitchen cooking soitems coming out5-6 minutes apart.
- 507annemariet (10/5): Home from home 🏡 - I stayed due to building work at home in my own town. I require oxygen and needed to stay away whist my wetroom was being fitted out in my flat. So I really appreciated the wet room facilities at the hotel.
So it was really good to have helpful staff. That made me feel at home 🏡.
- joanwW2235DD (10/5): Lovely visit - Me and my husband stayed for a few days just to meet up with some friends we haven't seen in years in bury and everyone was just lovely. A lovely girl took our bag upstairs for us because the lift was broken which was nice and then we saw her again when we came for food, both her and the manager were very happy chatty girls and it's rare to see it these days and they even remembered us on check out as well. Thank you for such a nice stay, we'll be back soon
- R9780VHsimonb (10/5): Genuine place - Currently staying here now and I just want to say its such a nice thing to see people enjoying their work. Just come downstairs to 3 young ladies laughing and trying to put up Christmas decorations and they seemed to really enjoy being there, even let my help on the tree. Well done girls and keep up the good work
- G4436EZdavidh (2/5): Unpleasant. - Shockingly bad. No staff on reception. Very slow service at the bar. Could not seat a table of 5 in a largely empty restaurant at 8.10pm due to staff shortages. Staff were clearly up against it an expressed that by being frankly rude and unhelpful. Room was okay but had a child's bed in it that wasn't mentioned on my booking and took up unnecessary space. Access to the hotel is via a dark backstreet. Overall the very worst Premier Inn experience I've had.
- A1508VUkatiec (8/5): Choose a room away from the tramline - We had a room facing the tram which was quite loud but other than that the hotel and staff are brilliant. The breakfast was plentiful. The bar was basic but had what enough to choose from. The check in was easy and checkout too and the late check out is brilliant! Only a 10 minute walk into bury town centre.
- Z9642HXmathewc (10/5): Burnley stay for footie - Premier Inn very good! - Stayed at the premier Inn for the Burnley v Arsenal game - staff were friendly, beds were warm and comfortable and the breakfast was great. 😊👍
- chippy73 (8/5): Comfy bed, good food at a good price! - I usually have a good stay with Premier Inn and this was the case again.
I got the family room which was good and spacious, the bathroom is a bit dated with all the sealant around the floor cracked and coming away. That aside, the bed was comfortable with good pillows.
Breakfast was good with the usual fayre on offer, English breakfast had good sausage and bacon with fresh mushrooms. Cereals and fruit etc.
Evening meals were also good, but after a week I'd gone through the options that appealed, so long stays might need to venture out!
Evening meals generally need a table reservation, which we weren't aware of, as it can get busy quickly.
There's also a small bar which does the trick after a long day, disappointing there was no live football available though.
Staff were friendly and helpful with typical northern spirit 😃
- Allison (6/5): - The room was dirty and falling apart
- nikitar293 (2/5): Very disappointing - This review is being left in conjunction with the Warwick Premier Inn, and is being left after an email request from Premier Inn to rate our stay/ experience.
We (myself, husband and two children) were due to stay at Burton on Trent, travelling up from Portsmouth to then visit Alton Towers the next day. Unfortunately our car irreparably broke down just outside of Warwick, an hour away from the hotel. After waiting on the breakdown service to come and the time of their arrival being continually pushed back we called Burton on Trent to see if there was anything they could do to help in terms of moving the booking to the Warwick hotel (knowing this may not be the case but worth a call to see). Called twice, having gone through the automated call operator each time, to be left with the phone ringing for around 4 minutes before a message says about the hotel being busy dealing with other guests and to call again later. At this point it was 11pm and we needed to get the children somewhere to sleep. We then decided to try and call the Warwick hotel who did answer but said they couldn’t move the booking (as we expected). We described our situation and asked if there was a family room we could book instead. We were told that all the family rooms “that had been made up for that day” were booked, but we could book 2 double rooms instead but would need an adult and child in each room (after we had explained I would come with the children while my husband waited with the car and were told we couldn’t book just one double room for myself and the children). We asked if there were any family rooms at all but were told none had been “made up” so we couldn’t book them.
We have always booked with premiere inn for this trip we do (and have done since 2022, staying at both Burton on Trent and Derby West) so were disappointed to say the very least that on this occasion where we’ve encountered an issue beyond our control, being over two hours away from home and an hour away from our booked hotel, there’s either been no answer from the hotel or a lack of empathy for the situation we found ourselves in. We ended up booking a family room at Holiday Inn Express in Warwick who were nothing but exceptionally helpful and apologetic that we had to wait 5 minutes for the room to be made up as a family room (no bother for us - it was a room!). I fail to understand why Premier Inn couldn’t have offered the same service when we came to you in the first instance (and you already had our money!).
Interesting also that I’ve been asked for a review of our stay when we didn’t even check in and stay - which makes me wonder whether Premier Inn are even aware that we didn’t stay or question why (but like I say at this point they had our money for a nights stay and breakfast for us all the following day which we didn’t make use of so it makes no difference to them).
- netty300 (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - Easy access from Q park next door, reduced rate for premier inn customers pre booked with code £12 for 24 hours.
Friendly welcome. Room clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Handy for a trip to Bury, 5 mins walk to the market or to get a tram into Manchester.
- O569TXjasonw (2/5): Not recommended. - Tired and grubby hotel. Unkempt exterior grounds and parking. Staff lack basic hospitality and social skills. Chaotic breakfast service.
- annmarieo730 (10/5): Lovely stay in Bury - We'd a lovely 4 night stay in Bury in October 2025; staff very helpful and friendly, rooms clean and comfy, restaurant food delicious. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Happy to recommend!
- Steve3798 (2/5): Avoid this hotel - Very poorly staffed in the hotel and restaurant leaving them unable to accommodate and feed the customers. The restaurant outside was like a building site, very poor
- mikecoliverwales (4/5): Appalling - Don't bother using the attached Restaurant or bar. The bar was insufficiently stocked and the restaurant couldn't cope with evening meals. The breakfasts were cold and the bacon was horrible.
- Fearless44198093715 (4/5): Slow service - Was very glad to see the new restaurant as we have stayed here many a time with no issues.
What a poor performance from the incredibly slow service even though very quiet in there. Over an hour wait is not acceptable .. waitress excuse was that we had starters .. we waited over an hour for the starters ( 4 prawns) but ended up cancelling the rest as they’d not even started it. And the 30% off meal deal offer is a complete scam. They make the money up by charging for lots of add ons.
- Coffeee_cup (6/5): Standard premier, but missing a trick - Arrival was simple enough. Self check in on a machine. The room was presented in a standard premier style. Clean. Simple. Everything needed. Where the disappointment came was amenities/female care….
What really disappointed me was that unfortunately my monthly cycle appeared early and I wasn’t prepared. It was gone midnight and I went to the front desk as no shops would be open. I found out that whilst the men’s toilets essentially have a ‘sex shop’ available… the women’s have nothing. No sanitary options to purchase. Luckily one of the ladies had a sanitary towel of her own and gave that to me which I was hugely thankful for. But considering the company is headed up by many a female… it would be nice to see that as we already have enough to contend with in life, some simple sanitary help for us would be nice in in times of need.
- Eskimoiow (4/5): Not Happy - My wife and I booked 6 nights and included the Meal Deal. Although the room was satifactory, and the staff were friendly, the place seemed understaffed. They were all being asked to do to much and therefore the service suffered. At meal times the person on reception was behind the bar serving drinks and taking dinner orders, whilst also serving at table and dashing back across to reception if there was someone to book in. we were often stood at the entrance of the resteraunt at the sign saying wait here, because the few staff were busy doing other things. There only ever seemed to be one person in the kitchen trying to cope with all the cooking so that slowed down the service. At breakfast on the hot food counter there were often empty trays, so you had to either wait for the cook to refill it or go without that item.
On one evening we went for or evening meal only to be told the chef had not turned up and they were not serving food. So we had to search the local area for places to get a meal and try to book a table at the last minute. We left there on the 17th Sept, with a promise that we would be re-embursted for the meal, but now 28th Sept. we have had no money back.
So next time we are in that area we will be looking for somewhere else to stay.
- W8211QXoliverg (2/5): Second Rate Citizens - On one side of the hotel rooms are really noisy due to train track (need triple glacing). General service appalling the hotel had taken a large booking 50+ and all the rest of the guests were treated like second class citizens even though paid our way. Couldn`t eat breakfast at prime times, no access to restaurant etc no prior knowledge. On day two told 7am breakfast (Sunday) or no breakfast even though had paid in advance. Apalling policies and info. Hotel also needs a deep clean from top to bottom.
- Voyager778433 (2/5): Horrible!!!! - Had a horrible 2 days here.. originally booked in for 2 weeks.
The bed was nice the only thing.. the carpet was suspect all felt dirty
I asked for a shower cubicle as can’t make it over a bath but to be told no we don’t do those.. the bathroom btw looked like it was in need of a good deep clean and revamp!!!
On giving the keys back I was told oh we don’t do those rooms with just showers too late tho I had moved into a much superior hotel!!
Never ever will I used this hotel again!!!!!
- chrisbuxton72 (2/5): What a crap hole - The place is filthy. The rooms are grubby and if there are more than 3 tables in the restaurant with people then they are too busy to take any more. Trains are really noisy next to the rooms and the staff are useless
- TrevorS53 (2/5): Smelly stay. - I stay in Premier Inns frequently. They are a budget stay but usually it does what it says on the tin. This hotel however was unfriendly and filthy. The room stunk of stale urine and the bathroom even worse. The whole place could do with a dee, deep clean. The breakfast was ok. Kind of put me off Premier Inns but I'll probably stay in ones I've visited before and are good.
- Rachaelrach1990 (8/5): Nice and easy hotel stay - Good value hotel. Close to where we needed to be. Easy check in, we couldn't check in till midnight so there was someone there all night to help.
Beds are super comfy!
Only downside was the breakfast in the morning, they weren't doing a fry up / hot food for some reason and the continental didn't look filling enough so we had to go somewhere else.
- 769gregl (4/5): Disappointed and overpriced. - Stayed here for 1 night nothing Premier about this place. Room was clean overall, but in the shower we had a cracked tile, also the paintwork and cealent were in a poor state under the sink. Only 1 large towel was provided and 2 small face towels. The other disappointment was the bar it didn't open till 5pm. Breakfast was very good but did have to wait for fresh eggs also black pudding ran out. Overall breakfast was good with pastries and fresh fruit and cereal. Would not stay in a Premier inn again as price did not match quality.
- 339antonyg (2/5): Will not be returning - Rooms on the top floor suffer from the vibration and noise of the AC units or whatever other infrastructure is on the roof. First room was unbelievably bad - would have been impossible to sleep. Switched to the only other room available - sadly also on the top floor, but just manageable with ear plugs. Throughout the interior is tired and in desperate need of at least a deep clean and paint.
- JulieBoldon (6/5): Chaotic Stay - Despite requesting a twin room and confirming this by telephone and Email upon check in we were advised there was none available. The receptionist confirmed the booking clearly stated “twin room required” but they were very busy and this had been overlooked. Following a wait at reception the receptionist eventually located an available room with double and a sofa bed and if we waited 10 minutes whilst she left reception unattended to go and make the beds up then we could have that room. We did have a comfortable night in the pleasant ground floor room.
The following morning we decided to have breakfast - alarm bells should have started ringing when we entered the restaurant at 10:15 and there were only 2 tables of diners eating. The waitress (Chelsea) took our payment and advised us to help ourselves to the breakfast……..OMG - Empty cold drink jugs, I had to request orange and apple juice and cartons were brought. Coffee machine broken - this took 20 minutes to top-up and fix, no bacon, sausage or hash browns, all plates empty - Again I had to ask the chef and again was told he would cook some but would take 5-10 minutes (why wasn’t there basic items cooked and available when stocks were low?). No sliced bread - was told they had run out!!!! Honestly what a joke……….
By now other diners had came in for breakfast and were as frustrated as me with organised chaos.
I asked the waitress if the chaotic scenes were common and was told - I’ve been busy, I’m by myself - very little urgency to clear tables of dirty dishes, replenish depleted items, refill the empty coffee machine etc etc etc
- chrismH9322FE (4/5): Disappointing stay - Room was dirty and very badly painted, mould in places. Had several spiders and cobwebs
At breakfast food was poor and waited over 35mins for hot food.
No one was on door to welcome us.
Poor service and disappointing stay
- E2120IZmarieb (2/5): Poor from start to finish - AVOID - This visit was wholly unacceptable and fell far below the standard expected from Premier Inn, both in terms of safety and service. The number and seriousness of the issues meant that my family’s stay was neither safe nor comfortable.
- deano12l (2/5): Disgusting - Wouldn't stay here again the full experience was shocking the place was disgusting smell from corridor was bad stains on carpets and there chef phoned in sick so there was no meals and when asked if they could accommodate for this was basically told to go buy my own and claim it back off my company witch is ridiculous a big company like this should have more than one chef and also asked if they could go make me something like a sandwich and also told no one in was trained to go in kitchen to make a sandwich to compensate for having no chef absolutely shocking sort it out Premier inn Burnley
- Q8170TYelainew (6/5): Alright stay wouldn't return - The hotel looks fairly new and modern however it couls do with abit of a refurb inside.
Check in was good as we used the machine although had to ask for room cards.
Bathrooms could do with a deep clean and bedrooms need a paint and upgrade.
Still has the old lighting and decor.
- Skieusedebutante (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Really nice restaurant with lovely staff.
I was wary about booking after reading some negative reviews so it was very nice to discover how lovely everything was.
- emmafas (2/5): Save your money - Rooms clean and basic but comfortable enough. Very noisy at night people running back and forth. Room was very warm but air con was good which made up for it. Staff on reception and in restaurant were very rude. Not at welcoming and very unhelpful. We had paid for a meal deal which wasn’t explained and when I asked a few questions a menu was thrown at me and I was told read this. Food was appalling. Burnt and pretty inedible. Dinner slightly better than breakfast. Availability at breakfast terrible and we left hungry and had to stop and get something else. Complete waste of money for the meal deal don’t bother as nicer places locally which cost similar prices. A shame as had the potential to be a nice place but noisy and rude staff so wouldn’t visit again
- GrandTour51648771671 (6/5): Highly embarrassing - Another couple were given a key card to our room, whilst we were still in the room.
I had just got out of shower.
Very embarrassing and highly uncomfortable.
- carolhR2033RM (2/5): Very very poor - We booked 3 rooms
1 had very unclean toilet which when reported, we were told it would be cleaned when when they were ready. 2nd Room no running water on 2nd day
3rd room water was cold
Windows cannot be opened in any room - total fire hazard
Restaurant was not very clean, food was shockingly poor & staff (apart from the young fella putting the food out) were unhelpful & had a horrible attitude. Infact apart from that guy that was the general with the staff. Wouldn't even give a star if that was an option. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless no other choice
- johnrR3766BT (6/5): Stay is good, restaurant staff needs training - Stayed at Premier Inn Manchester Bury on 23rd August, the reception staff, security, night staff was very helpful and professional it is only during breakfast around 10 a.m. a blonde waitress loudly reprimanded us over an accidental touch to a crumpet because the spatula wasn’t visible and later even she had all energy focused on us and our activities, felt a bit singled out- guest feedback is a delicate matter and should not be explicit & loud and direct, it is not what is said, it is how it is said. The tone and manner made us feel embarrassed. We would defiantly never think of selecting the restaurant.
Management should check the rota for this date and time and train staff to handle such situations discreetly.
- 755magsw (10/5): Thank you! - Lovely stay the night before our wedding. Friendly and attentive staff from check in to the bar/restaurant. We had family and friends stay with us and had a lovely evening overall
- samanthacS2083OD (10/5): Good time solo - So I was supposed to come here with a partner but we split up. But I decided to come solo. Staff were incredible. Linda checked me in and she was amazing doing both reception and bar. And Joanne was amazing too serving me drinks before 12pm and she has such a bubbley attitude. Loved that. Vibes were great. Darryl served me at dinner and he was very prompt with my requests. So overall staff were great. Only thing I would say is I was woken up at 6.30am because of construction and then again at 7.15. that was annoying but it still had a good time thanks team.
- dianewX8570RE (4/5): RIP offb - Restaurant very poor. Hot day didn’t want a main so had starter at 5.99. Pudding at 6.99. And was charged extra for the pudding because I hadn’t had a main. Even though the meal deal had been paid for 2 courses. No other restaurant does this. I have the same in Wolverhampton the night before with no extra to pay. Will not be back and will advice the company not to use again. . Also took 1 hr and 10 minutes just for the above with only 7 people in the place. Total joke
- L3228GTdarrenb (10/5): Brilliant - Had an amazing stay. Exceptional service from Sandra and Harley and kept bar open for us. Got extra pillows on request. Thanks!! :)
- Stevros1979 (10/5): Excellent stay due to bar ladies - Stayed at bury premier inn on 6/8 and had a brilliant stay. Cant wait to be back mainly because of Harley and Sandra's hospitality. Thanks a million.
- Mitchie1971 (10/5): Good hotel - Stayed here with friends before a festival. Standard Premier Inn, rooms clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant was good with lovely friendly staff. Food was reasonable
- alijaxx (10/5): Amazing stay. Don’t let bad reviews put you off! - Was dubious after reading several bad reviews. Just wanted a home from home after pendle witch hunting with our two little girls.
Greeted wonderfully, checked in at 2:45. Room was massive, first floor. Plenty of space for the girls. Went for a meal in the adjoining restaurant - it had just been done up in the past few weeks we were informed. The girl who looked after us in the restaurant was called Chelsea. She could not be more accommodating to us all. Literally catered for everything. Had a lovely nights sleep, no noise even though our room was next to the stairs. Slept till 8:45 all of us. Went down for a lovely breakfast, staff again warm and welcoming. Had a great stop! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you again Chelsea! :)
- 68suzethc (4/5): Hotel construction - Hotel look lovely outside. I was very dissapointed to arrive at the hotel and realise we was staying in a construction site. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to my booking.
- CumbrianSue (10/5): Good stay - Nothing to complain about - Clean, comfortable room with good mirror in room with plug next to it and well it for make up. Good shower. Facing the road but no traffic as quiet part of town. Good restaurant next door with good selection for breakfast. Large free car park. Supermarket very close for anything you've forgotten.
- L3898EAmarcr (10/5): Great staff that have to be mentioned - I have been staying up here for 6+ weeks now. Krystal and Isabell have been amazing, both have gone above and beyond there pay grade. Tom in the restaurant has held the fort all by himself since the re-open, top chef… I feel he could do with some help in there though… Adam has been fantastic on front of house too, there’s nothing he can’t help you with…
- angiew124 (10/5): Exceptional staff - A comfortable stay in a well run premier inn. The staff on duty were amazing, performing multiple roles - particularly the man on reception and serving in the restaurant. The service was exceptionally good. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and friendly throughout.
- kylenQ7879FF (10/5): Perfect example of Premier Inn - Bed very comfortable and was lucky to get newer style room as there seemed to be a mix, staff at the reception were very helpful, facilities worked as expected, and would definitely stay here again! This was my first stay so it would have been nice to explain the facilities available such as tea and milk refills, vending machines, and HDMI on the wall for the TV, but now I know :)
- LucyBCB (4/5): Premier inn! - We were walking between Derby and Lichfield so this was a perfect stopover. Great hotel as always but restaurant closed. Thank god for Morrisons across the way.
- BuckleyHuff (6/5): Outside grim looking - Needs to TLC. Receptionist needs some customer training. Not a smile looks bored. Actual hotel ok bed ok clean enough. It’s outside needs paint weeds everywhere. In restaurant it’s grim outside looks abandoned. Inside better staff nice chairs need good clean and new blinds. Food can’t complain breakfast was very good.
- rachelkO9476QG (8/5): Good value - Lovely staff, the room was spacious and clean and the food was decent. The hotel was easy to find and ample parking. Check in and out was easy.
- H2949FTcolleenc (6/5): Hope you’re not hungry or on a time schedule - Hotel was standard Premier Inn, great for one nights stay.
The restaurant at the next door pub for breakfast has poor service
Having requested vegan ‘bacon and sausages’ we were faced with a 20 minute wait for them to be ready.
They are cooked as needed apparently
Quite why the chap cooking them didnt do so whilst prepping the other items - hash browns, eggs etc, escapes me, as he only put them in the oven after we had been standing there a good while.
He wasn’t exactly in a rush.
20 minutes after the initial request they were ready, then we had to wait for all the other items to be refilled.
Perhaps two members of staff would alleviate this or a speedier member of staff?
The toasters are insufficient for the amount of customers also.
When need to stay at Burton arises again - we will visit Morrisons over the road for breakfast.
- mandyelizabethb (10/5): Outstanding customer service! Thanks Stacey 😊 - Stacey welcomed us into the restaurant with a smile and delivered fabulous customer service making our visit really enjoyable by creating that warm and friendly atmosphere where nothing was too much trouble for her. We enjoyed our food and of course slept very well as always in a premier inn!
- emmahW8195SZ (10/5): 5 star - The biggest family room I’ve staying in, it’s usually a squash with a 7, 12 and 15 year old boys but lots of space.
Room was the perfect temperature even on a hot day.
Room was very clean, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing.
Definitely the best premier inn I’ve stayed in, would choose to go there again and easy to get to Alton towers.
- joanne-morfitt (10/5): Exceeded expectations - We stayed on a quiet Sunday night with a group of around 20 people. Check in was easy and the room was clean. I don’t normally review chain hotels but I am for 1 reason particularly, the food and service! The evening meal was exceptional and fantastic value. The two ladies serving were run off their feet but were lovely and accommodating. The following morning breakfast was the best we’d had in a Premier Inn. Both chef’s for dinner and breakfast really cared about what they presented.
- oblongly (10/5): Clean, spacious and value for money - Clean and spacious room. Located in a nice area of town with lots of amenities nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
We stayed in family room and 1 of the kids "beds" was like sleeping on concrete, so she ended up in my bed. But overall value for money was excellent
- kimberleywK2338DU (2/5): The worst Premier inn we have stayed at - Room was large but had a really damp mouldy smell which we found was coming from the bathroom. The toilet seat was stained with urine and the shower curtain smelt very bad. Paint coming off the skirting boards everywhere looked tatty. Also found a large piece of snot had been wiped on the mirror in the bedroom and not cleaned off. Air con didn't work properly and windows didn't open so the room was extremely hot.
Went for our evening meal at the attached restaurant and that also wasn't great - items missing off our plates, children only got one side of corn when menu said two, asked for cheese on burgers came out without any, Korean burger had no Asian crunchy slaw when we asked for it we got normal coleslaw with a squirt if chili sauce in, pancakes were stone cold.
Breakfast was dreadful waited ages for items in the hot buffet to be topped up only for others to then be missing. Very few continental options as we were told they hadn't defrosted in time! Usually love a Premier inn but wouldn't stay in this one again.
