Guest Reviews
- Guitar100 (8/5): Good business stay - It’s what you expect, clean room, good friendly staff, food was standard and no issues. Yes the restaurant was a bit dated and walls chipped and marked but it was all fine. Bar staff great and loads of parking. I think the staff were great and if I were to be fussy then the exterior could have been tidied up. (Through the glass in the fire escape door there was lots of rubbish). Worth the money and did the job and I would certainly go back.
- paul7368 (2/5): Charged for parking - After staying at the hotel I received a parking ticket for £100. Informed parking company that I had stayed at the hotel and booked my car in with reception. However parking charge was reduced but not cancelled. Tried to complain to Premier Inn as I will no longer use them for business trips but unable to do so. You just get sent around in circles. Very poor
- Myke_Ald (8/5): Standard Premier Inn - Booked relatively last minute, was planning on attending a funeral in Hull.
A really smooth check in. The room was very nice, standard premier inn.
Would recommend if needing someone to stay in the area.
- I2929YJmichaelm (10/5): Huntington - Aura the receptionist was very polite and respectful, the inn was a lovely place to stay very clean and tidy and the evening meal was really good we had plenty of choice, the breakfast also had a great choice from a full English to cereal and yogurt with a choice of fruit and finally as many cups of tea you needed to wake you up.
- 5weestars (10/5): One night stopover. Fantastic, friendly staff. - All staff were lovely, polite and friendly. The receptionist, Demi, really stood out though. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
- Lilpin22 (10/5): A relaxed stay with lovely service. - We stayed at premier inn for a quick getaway and the service was great. Bobbi offered me a bath bomb which added a warm touch to my stay. Christopher was also very friendly and helpful. The whole experience felt easy from start to finish.
- fruitscones (4/5): Do not recommend - Really disappointed with my stay this time. The location is good, the staff that I came across were friendly, helpful and professional but the hotel itself is in dire need of a proper deep clean - all carpets were dirty, the skirting and ledges dusty, and a dropped disposable ear plug lay outside tbe staff toilet for my whole 5 day stay. The fitting in rooms were dirty, there was rubbish behind the bin from previous occupant, the soap dispenser bottle was dirty, there was a public hair from previous occupant on the skirting in the bathroom, the plug holes were absolutely disgusting. I asked for my room to be cleaned once during my stay but all that happened was my bin was emptied and towels replaced meaning the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the surfaces weren't wiped, the sheets weren't changed, the mugs weren't replaced with clean ones...overall very disappointing and I won't stay again or recommend it to anyone else. Speaking to fellow guests they very much felt the same.
- sharonbS2230HH (8/5): Business Trip - I have stayed at this hotel for years as it is close to my workplace HQ. Premier Inn is always reliable, you know what you are going to get! Today I was checked in by Christopher, he was friendly, very welcoming and booked my dinner and breakfast in for me. Nice welcome after a long journey. Would recommend 🙂
- Richa777 (10/5): Lovely reception staff - Really friendly hospitality from Christopher, Aura, and Bobbi. The personal touch makes it a nicer stay. Will be back soon, thank you all for your kindness, especially with the kids
- U6747VVwendyb (8/5): Nice stay - Stayed for 2 weeks for work. Got woken at 06.00 by fire alarm. False alarm I assume as it went off after 5 mins but would of been nice if a member of staff came to corridor to say it was safe. No direction at all on what to do or where to go. Night receptionist Christopher was amazing. He was fun and sorted a problem out really fast with no fuss. He is a credit to Premier Inn.
- paulkZ1335YY (10/5): Stress free stopover - Stopped here for work and had a fab stay, Christopher on reception was helpful friendly and made our check in seamless.
Hotel was nice and room was very clean, even for an older style premier inn the upkeep was good.
The most reasonably priced than others around and conveniently situated
Restaurant was good and staff were really nice and helpful too, relaxing feel to the place, which made for a very pleasant stopover
- tink-fairy (10/5): Great stay - Nice clean room, friendly reception staff, especially Christopher, who was on his 1st day at this hotel. Quiet room, despite being so close to the services.
Signs from the services could be clearer.
- frankjohng (10/5): Premier Inn gave us a very pleasant experience. - The hotel was welcoming, the room was spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. The adjacent restaurant was very good and excellent value.
- I5623IQmeganm (10/5): Helpful - Jennie & Jenny were very useful and friendly as I needed help printing something off. Was an easy stay whilst working away ☺️
- Dylan (10/5): - Staff were nice room was clean.
- 507tracyr (8/5): Feeling welcome - I had unexpected delays and the restaurant staff were very helpful. One lady took my order over the phone as I wasn’t going to get there before they stopped serving.
When I finally arrived at the restaurant the staff were really welcoming and friendly, my food was ready, I didn’t feel rushed and was able to enjoy my meal and a few drinks. All of the staff at the hotel were polite and kind.
- 281kathrynw (8/5): Decent hotel, nothing exceptional - Clean hotel. Ample parking. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Zero WiFi, which was annoying. Room was a bit tired and chilly.
- Mofirth (8/5): Was ok - Nice room and bed for evening . However it is starting to look tired and felt in a bit of disarray . Was ok for the price but would not be willing to pay a higher end premier inn cost . Staff looked tired and fed up. Would not recommend eating in tne brewers Fayre next door. Very tired looking and manager looked unkempt and was not over friendly .
- ucheo540 (10/5): My favourite location... - As always my stay was fantastic. Staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and as always my sleep was wonderful.
I've stayed at many locations, but this is definitely my favourite.
- lizrob09 (10/5): Weekend stay - Wonderful premier inn for a weekend stop to visit family. The staff have been very helpful each time we have stayed. We had an issue with a room at Christmas and they went out of their way to sort out the issue very quickly. I would recommend this hotel and their staff.
- L1661BTalanp (10/5): . - Spent a quite a lot of time here due to work and its great experience.
Whenever ive seen christopher, they have been absolutely lovely, always smiling and happy to have a chat
- deane440 (8/5): All fine - Comfortable hotel that is having an upgrade, large car park. Christopher on reception very helpful, close to services.
- A4631PPnicks (10/5): Great experience. - Location was great for my business, with clear footpaths to move around.
Overall my stay was relaxing in the room which was very comfy and spacious. Bathroom was a good size and well maintained. The room was clean and well presented. All the staff were helpful and were happy to help with any questions, especially Christopher who alway made the effort to speak to you.
- etremat (4/5): 2 night stay - Arrived at hotel early and hoped to check in early, we didnt mind paying but was told no as short staffed and to come back at 3, which we did and still room wasnt ready! Eventually got our room, had no towels so back to reception to ask for towels. Room wasn’t the cleanest, very dusty, could actually see the dust in the air! In general it needed a good scrub! Hairs and what i think was grass all over the floor. We stayed 2 nights and when we returned our room hadnt been made up, no fresh towels, no loo paper. When we asked reception about it, they said it’s something you have to request! Stayed in many premier inns and never cane across this before, we also were not made aware that is what we had to do. Staff in general were grumpy and quite short with us when we asked for anything.
- katrinacE232KE (10/5): Positive stay - Fabulous stay at Huntingdon.
Our stay was a positive stay . I booked the evening and breakfast meal deal well worth doing. No complaints at all
- DonnyDeepakDinakaran (10/5): 5* - I cannot at all fault this place. The blonde attendee Sunday three o'clock PM to eleven o'clock PM was amaze-aw!&Mariah
- P3791KPrichards (10/5): Great experience. - We are staying here while my wife undergoes surgery at the nearby hospital. And for a for a few days after. Christopher and Jenny made us feel most welcome and were compassionate about my wife's condition. Our stay has been comfortable, relaxing and pleasant. There are many good places to eat and a very convenient M&S Food shop.
- Sidlikestoast (10/5): WELCOMING - Reception (Jennie) was very cheerful and welcoming.
The hotel was clean, modern & comfortable. Plenty of parking. A good overnight stop.
- adrianjW1503MP (2/5): Terrible, terrible place - The room stank of smoke, poor condition of the room and the traffic from the nearby motorway was very loud, we left a day early. We complained and they eventually refunded me. We then were charged £60 parking charge, at 8am on a Sunday morning when we were sleeping. We could not have registered the car as we were a sleep.
Then the parking company didnt send me to the fine, they sent it to the lease company who paid it me and then charged me a fee for them paying it.
- michellehJ2671DJ (2/5): Awful 2 days - Rooms were 25 degrees at 2am absolute joke noisy outside the window so could notyt sleep with it open or shut
Noisy building work directly outside my window
Tv was faulty
- WestmidsSC (6/5): Ok large Premier Inn in need of refurbishment. Around 10 mins drive from the city and airport - Large 400 bed hotel a few miles outside Inverness, and around 10 mins drive to the airport.
Somewhat dated and tired throughout.
We felt that the bedroom had only had a quick superficial clean and the sheets were not properly stretched and tucked in.
Usual large bedroom but quite a small shower room
No aircon
Very slow check in of around 20 mins
Usual chain pub adjacent provides the food options
Good value at £82 per night
- jordandM5128HM (10/5): Brilliant stay - Brilliant stay. Lovely staff and extra helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile for ya. Especially bobbi and janine.
- lornamL608IE (2/5): Filthy - Without a doubt the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I use Premier Inn a lot and was dumbfounded by how far this hotel deviates from the usually great standard. As soon as we entered the room we noticed crumbs and hair all over the carpet, peanuts and pieces of cellophane strewn around the bin, smears of sticky jam on the counter and stained bedsheets. The bathroom was vile: hair and spilled soap everywhere, splatters at back of toilet and literally 4 sheets of paper in the toilet roll dispenser. One large towel and one hand towel provided for a family of four - and these did not look clean. When I asked the receptionist for a cloth to clean our room she said they weren't allowed to give us cleaning materials and reluctantly said she would do it herself. She then proceeded to make a total drama of trying to open a pack of post-its ( presumably to note our room number on) while the queue of guests waiting to check in grew longer and longer. I gave up waiting and "cleaned" our room with a baby wipe. Absolutely disgusting - and I paid £202 for one night! Due to car issues we had to stay on an extra night in Inverness - we booked the Travelodge in town for a similar price and what a difference - spotless room and excellent service. Do better Premier Inn.
- stephaniepE2556FC (10/5): Lovely Premier Inn - Just had a lovely 2 night stay at this great Premier Inn. Room was spot on as expected and the bed of course super comfortable. Had the meal deal which was well worth it and the food was great! Being a solo traveler it was so nice to stay in a warm, cosy and friendly environment. Was made to feel really welcome. Having parking right outside is an added bonus. Great value for money and the best Premier Inn I have stayed in so far this year! Thanks to all the staff! X
- 226huwf (10/5): lost property - i stayed here in March and when rushing to leave in the morning, due to appointments I left a very nice navy long winter coat and a shirt here, completely my mistake. I contacted the hotel the following week and was informed that the staff had kept the clothing safely, and they had been put to one side.
i spoke again in August and said that i would be travelling back to Scotland in September or October, and was told that they would put a note on the coat saying that i would return then.
i did return on the morning of the 22/09/25. and was genuinely chuffed to find that the coat and shirt was indeed wrapped in a cover, with a note saying that i would return at this time.
i am very thankful for the honesty, efficiency and care of the staff, i was very impressed and would like to pass on a very big thank you, this effort was much appreciated.
Regards
Huw
- 424less (2/5): The worst Premier Inn - The bathroom had no towels, no shower gel, no toilet roll.
The bedroom was just dirty!! Moved the bin to find 2 used cotton buds. The area beneath the desk was filthy.
Tea and coffee stains down the wall and the skirting board hadn't been cleaned for a long time.
The worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed at.
- DrewM903 (10/5): Good Stay - Overall good experience, Katie on reception was nothing less than a star in resolving the minor issues we had. Hotel is familiar to us as we have stayed a few times and layout and ease of access was invaluable to both my wife and myself
- andrewedwards224 (2/5): Poor deviation from standard. - 1) the floor could have been vacuumed.
2) the cobwebs between ceiling and walls above the bed could have been removed.
3) the dust could have been cleaned from surfaces other than the desk unit. The top of the heating control panel and television had not been dusted for a while.
4) mugs and spoons could have been provided, meaning we wouldn't have had a 20 minute wait in reception to get those items.
5) sufficient towels could have been provided, meaning we wouldn't have had a 20 minute wait in reception to get those items.
6) the heating control panel could have been in working order. The room was uncomfortably warm, even with the window open.
In the above list, "could" can be replaced by "should"!
We booked Premier Inn as, in our experience, the standards are very good. Our experience at Inverness East fell far below our expectations and our previous experiences with Premier Inn to the point we have recommended people do not stay there.
We decided against going back to reception - we'd already had a 20 minute wait to get towels and mugs (there were none in the room on arrival at circa 5pm) - because, as we were placed in the annex building, we did not wish to carry heavy bags and cases back down the stairs. The lack of a lift in this building made getting to our room on the first floor difficult. I'm recovering from knee surgery so, did not wish to carry bags back down and, potentially back up stairs more than necessary.
In all, a surprisingly very disappointing experience for us.
- ANNS4134 (2/5): Filthy room - 2 days break away as a gift from my daughter, the room I was given was absolutely disgusting . They had cleaned the bathroom and nothing else , cobwebs over the ceiling and a carpet that would have given you a wig ! An inch of dust around the carpet , skirtings filthy and a kettle that had dust engrained inside the handle . Dust on the coat hangers and every surface , bed sheets marked and a stained mattress protector . This room hadn’t been cleaned in months and they had the cheek to charge my daughter £270 for 2 nights . I’ll never set foot in a premier inn again .
The rooms fine now …. I had to ask the receptionist for a cloth and spray as she hadn’t time to clean it and clean it myself before I set foot in it . Asked for another room or another hotel and they couldn’t accommodate me . Disgusting 🤢
- mickr831 (10/5): Golf trip - Stayed here with friends for one night beginning of June 25 room was fabulous, had the meal deal as did my friends which was well worth it, will definitely book again
- njdevine (2/5): Dirty rooms, disgusting hotel - Arrived to find someone complaining their room hadn’t been cleaned. The girl on reception said she would go and fix it. I went out for food and when I came back to look at my room I noticed the floor hadn’t been cleaned. This made me pull back the sheets where I found stains and body hair. The pillows were covered in hair. A large build up of dust around the parameter of the room showing it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. The skirting was dirty and the toilet seat still had urine splashes on. Went to recent where the young girl said she had no room to move me to but she would come and attend. As I sat waiting 3 others came down to complain about the state of their rooms. All the corridors were dirt and the floor in the lift hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel in general is a disgusting heath hazard. I felt sorry for the young girl on reception who was left on her own to deal with all these complaints.
- carolesL314KD (6/5): Inverness East stay - We had stayed at Inverness East last year and had a good experience hence why we booked again for this year. Unfortunately our experience was not as positive this time. The carpets in corridors and rooms were needing a hoover, the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, my parents had to ask for a mug as only one left in their room and also had to ask for toilet paper as only two sheets left on the roll when they arrived at their room. There also a discarded tissue under the bin in their room on arrival.
- Q1586LCcharlottec (2/5): Consistent brand; poor customer facing staff - Stayed overnight on 31/8 on Lands End to John o’ Groats cycle ride. Hotel product and food all good but 3 customer facing staff were unwelcoming when we arrived slightly early and then through check in, initially stating that check in before 3pm would incur a &15 per head surcharge even though rooms were ready, because of “our systems and processes”. We were asked to wander round locally and return at 2.50 to “see what we can sort for you”. When we did, we were told to wait in reception which we did until after 3! Having stayed in 8 Premier Inns across England and Scotland during a 3 week period, this was the only poor service we encountered.
- Roam40704892942 (4/5): Good location - looks run down but room good - Food horrendous - We stayed for one night in August, when we arrived I thought I had gone to the wrong location as the attached pub looks derelict as does the car park. As we parked up the Premier inn was like most others although the car park was empty at 4pm when we arrived.
The premier inn was as you would expect clean, quick check in and the usual questions about breakfast and evening meal.
We booked to eat at 5 pm but the restaurant wasn’t busy yet so the little one played outside in the play park until we ordered food, the indoor soft play is closed due to a roof leak.
When we ordered food we heard the people behind complaint about their chicken which was hard.
My wife ordered the gammon thinking it would be fine but we were wrong, it had been pre cooked and heated up, it was so dry that if you had used it as a hammer it would have shattered.
It had taken less than five minutes from ordering to have all 3 meals placed before us.
My wife sent hers back and it was returned with in 5 minutes with a different and only slightly better piece of Gammon.
When the staff cleared up she asked how the meal was, we were honest. She was also honest saying the site is up for sale and the kitchen staff no longer have any passion in the kitchen as they don’t care anymore as they don’t know what the future looks like. A nice honest member of staff, she also apologised but didn’t offer a solution.
Off to bed we went without ordering a desert or more drinks.
The following morning we went for breakfast, after some confusion about the meal deal as we had said at check in we wanted it we explained what had happened the previous evening to the duty manager, the manager apologised especially when she heard what we had been told by the staff the previous night, she confirmed that they precook a number of servings to get ahead when the rush starts but acknowledged the poor meal and service giving us breakfast for free.
As far as the breakfast goes it’s the standard fare, what I would say everything was probably cooked but just. The sausages had no colour on the skin and the bacon was very pale. We ate at 8:3oam and they may have been struggling to keep up with demand as guests that hadn’t booked were asked to wait as all the tables were booked.
Overall it’s a good premier inn in a poor setting with a very poor pub attached. Would I stay at the hotel again- possibly if I had too but as there was no other eateries nearby I would have to order a takeaway as I couldn’t eat in the attached pub.
- 198_britt (10/5): Fantastic as always - I always choose to stay at this premier inn when I visit friends in the local area - Jenny & Kelsey are always really helpful and happy to accommodate requests.
My room was immaculate, with a fan already in place for me when I arrived (I also asked for a sheet instead of the big duvet, as I know this site doesn’t have air con). The room was also very quiet as it was situated at the back of the building and end of corridor.
Would highly recommend. Thank you.
- alisoncY3916TX (2/5): Shameful Premier Inn - It's an absolute total disgrace. We arrived on time to book into our room at 3 pm. There was a very long queue, not a problem. However, we had travelled from Lincolnshire to attend a family event and were tied to time. When we eventually got to book in, we were told by the receptionist that our room wasn't ready yet because there was a shortage of cleaners and hadn't managed to clean our room in the Annexe yet. The receptionist said she had just started her shift, and she wasn't completely up to date with the cleaners' situation (not my problem). I explained my situation and that I was attending a family reunion and needed a room asap. The receptionist wasn't sympathetic and was more bothered about herself than her customers. My partner and I had paid £179 for one night's stay, and we were being treated like the problem. It was an utter disgrace. We had to opt for an alternative room we weren't happy with, and when we got to the room, it was extremely hot, with no heat preventative precautions, i.e., no air conditioning, curtains weren't shut, manual fan was provided but not turned on, and there was a huge rip in the bedding. I would not recommend it. The service and room were a disgrace, and Premier Inn should be ashamed of themselves.
- elizabethi797 (2/5): Horrendous stay - Would have given 0 stars if you could give that. Hotel is in need of a good dust and hoover. Rooms very hot and the fan provided was unusable due to filth. Pillows terribly thin and according to reception there are no spares in the whole hotel.
We were rudely awoken between 5 and 6 am by the room above running around. Reception said they would go and check it out but noise only got worse when we phoned a second time the new receptionist claimed to have no idea that there was an issue.
Avoid this hotel.
- purnag629 (10/5): experience - I had a great experience thanks to Demi at reception. She was welcoming, polite, and very professional from the moment I walked in. She handled everything quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Her friendly attitude and clear communication really stood out .she set a positive tone straight away.
- 175elhams (4/5): Don't waste your money - This is a very old hotel. Our room was on the main floor. It had a really bad smell. There was no ventilation, so we had to open the window to let some fresh air in and bees came in. The room clearly wasn't cleaned properly either. The bathroom counter and walls were dirty with stains and the shower had a lot of mold. There were dark stains on the bed sheets and the headboard was disgusting. I don't recommend staying at this location of Premier Inn.
- rhodahn894 (6/5): Good hotel but no air conditioning - It was a decent hotel with plenty of beds for a family of 4. However, the heating was bad. You couldn’t change the heating so it was boiling in that room.
- ALev125 (6/5): Way too hot and needs upgrading - Well the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are lovely and friendly and welcoming. The reception is pleasant and bright. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The hotel desperately needs an upgrade. The car park gives you a hint, it has weeds growing all over and the path going from the premier inn to the brewers fayre is in a really poor state of repair and an accident waiting to happen. The rooms themselves were clean enough bar a few cobwebs around the lampshades and in a couple of corners. Our room on the first floor was hotter than hell, even on a mildly warm day. Sleeping was not an option - the thermostat in our room was showing 26.4oC at night and over 29oC during b the day. They kindly give you a fan which just circulates the hot air around. Well it would but in our room the fan was so overloaded with dust it didn’t emit more than the slightest whiff of air, in fact it was so bad we thought it was blowing air out backwards, This in our view is another accident waiting to happen. We were shocked to find the fan had been PAT tested in July, the month of our visit, to us it felt unsafe to use and just needed a good clean. I didn’t sleep more than a couple of hours the two nights we were there and came home shattered. The Brewers Fayre pub which we went in for a drink was really run down. The chairs in the ‘lounge area’ were so grubby I didn’t dare rest my arms on them. The other seating option were faux leather tub chairs which were so badly damaged on the arms you could see all the foam underneath. Safe to say we will be giving this hotel a wide berth and wouldn’t stop again if you paid me to. I desperately needs an upgrade with air conditioning. The staff working here deserve a medal.
- rickymZ929EL (2/5): Disappointed - Not very warm welcome got told other people was in front of me but they was sat down plus there was two people on reception room was ok not very clean shelves were dusty for clothes the whole place needs a good weed and grass needs cutting looks nice from out the front but just needs a good clean we normally stop at premier inn to split the journey up but think we try other companies instead.
- campesinoo (8/5): Room for improvement. - Booked at last minute to give my wife a break between chemotherapy sessions. Room was clean but very warm and fan provided didn't help much.
Also, shower over bath was awkward to access.
Restaurant felt grubby and carpet could do with a good clean. Also cutlery in an open container on the table is not very hygienic.
Food was ok, I've had worse is the best I can say.
Two of the waitresses were very friendly. The barman was very abrupt and bordered on downright rude.
The hotel is in a nice spot and ideally situated for exploring east Yorkshire. The hotel could with a serious refurb and air conditioning installing.
- charlottecK4425IA (6/5): Too hot - Very clean room. But it was unbearably hot. Window only opens a couple of inches and they provided us with one rubbish fan. 28 degrees the room was. We left early as I'm pregnant and couldn't stand it any longer. Worst night's sleep.
- H1655MQmarka (4/5): Needs an upgrade - Good location. Pleasant staff and welcome. Nice food. Hot rooms, no air con trade up opportunity with Prem Plus, no air con anywhere, lots of banging doors below, old style. Needs a revamp. No WiFi working too.
- andrewp368 (4/5): Tired looking hotel and restaurant - Just returned from a night at this hotel .I have no problem with the room at all it was clean and the receptionist was very friendly .We didn't get the best night's sleep ,but that was more down to the noisy neighbours. As for the restaurant it looks very grubby and dirty the carpets are very dirty and the table was very sticky .As for the food it was ok but not the best .
- VinceM88 (10/5): Great for Humber Bridge country park. - Excellent hotel - very conveniently situated for the humber bridge country park and not too far from Hessle. Lovely staff and excellent food on site.
- Q5279REcharlottef (4/5): Too hot!! - The staff are lovely but the rooms are too hot! Didn't sleep at all, the weather wasn't that great either so it's not like it was the middle of a heatwave!
When we told staff they just replied with yeah we know, the corridors and other areas were not that hot so I have no idea why the rooms were sweat boxes! They provided a fan but this did nothing at all
- Stay57904152242 (10/5): Usual nice quiet stay away from the city. - Handy location with good vehicle access and ample free parking. Usual warm welcome and comfy bed. Nice variety of tasty food next door, though the breakfast is expensive. Some room are up or down some steps, and the wifi is just about usable.
- S9656RBsamp (10/5): Excellent stay - One of the nicer Premier Inns i've stayed in. Really nice location next to the Humber bridge, very pretty, even some peacocks around. Very pleasant and friendly staff at checkin. Rooms have clearly been recently refurbished, they were in great condition and very clean. Bed was the usual comfy Prem option. Only negative really is there's no air con but this is clear from the website, so no big deal. Great hotel though and was very reasonably priced for our weekend stay!
- K9979CXamandaw (10/5): Great value for money. - Very clean hotel & room. Nice big room. Plenty of storage. Very friendly staff. Extra tea & coffee in reception. Huge car park. Exceptional value for money. Easy to find. Nice walks nearby. Check out time at midday is really useful. Highly recommend.
