• Nanniejo66 (4/5): Not the best stay we've had - My husband and I went for an overnight stay for a Christmas shopping trip. We were looking forward to a nice lie in, but we're working by banging well before 9, which continued until we checked out. The shower was poor with very low pressure, and the extractor didn't work. On letting reception know that we hadn't had the stay we expected, we realised that there was plumbing work underway throughout the hotel which explained the banging and low pressure. We were annoyed as there is an outside annex that you would think they would have put us with us staying for leisure.

The whole place was spotless, and the atmosphere was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The customer service was fantastic — every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at ease, especially with my kids. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the warm, positive energy from the team really stood out. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and very well looked after throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We’ll be back

• roberdobdobin (4/5): Stop Hassling for Feedback on your mundane and adequate hotel. - Adequate hotel, but no more. However their constant hassling for feedback following the stay means that they score low, companies need to stop doing this, it's annoying! I tried to offer this feedback through their own online portal but sadly it doesnt seem to allow anything other than positives. As such it's now here.

• ourreview_9 (6/5): A little disappointed - Overnight visit for evening out in Nottingham. Good location with several places to eat next to the hotel which is a god send as the menu prices are expensive. 20 pounds for a burger and 17 pound for a cheeseburger. This is a hotel on a retail park next to the railway not in the centre of London. Check in was easy, parking at hotel £5 for 24 hours. The room was ok. Not worth £120. Walls very thin, view of roof, railway and staff smoking area from window. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless locked and like so many hotels the hair dryer stays on by pressing a button continually. Please get rid of these. The room was a good size with two double beds, iron and ironing board. Lots of plug sockets and tea coffee and milk. Good walk in shower although the detachable shower head wouldn’t move Breakfast was very good. Lovely staff, lots of choice and very nice food.
• lilyw161 (10/5): Very good evening meal with professional staff. - The hotel seemed dated on arrival, however Premier Inn seem to be undertaking a lot of refurbishments so it will be very nice afterwards, and the refurbishment work didn't affect our stay. Our evening meal was lovely one of the nicest we've ever had at a Premier Inn Our room was lovely and warm, the heating system was easy to understand and also the window had the option to open which was great The staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful, thankyou to 'AK' and to Neave.

Staff team were very friendly and helpful. We had drinks and a meal in the evening and the food was really tasty and good value for money.

The room was spotless and modern with new carpet. Beautiful. I booked breakfast. Came down the next morning to a friendly, welcoming face. The lady took my order for my cooked veggie breakfast. 10/10 for me. Fresh food, delicious and wasn’t tight with their portions. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Probably one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Thanks guys, I really appreciate you all
• 710tristiant (8/5): A warm welcome by friendly team - We stayed at this hotel while helping our daughter settle into Nottingham. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Ben handled our check-in and was particularly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local activities and telling us about the Goose Fair happening during our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The food was satisfactory, though not exceptional. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that made our trip much easier.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Passenger615701 (4/5): Nice room but bad experience - Premier In. review Checked in for 2 nights with the meal deal. Asked if I could possibly check in early as had come from a long way but was advised there would be a £15 charge for that. Fair enough - this was annoying and (personally) I feel if the room is ready why not let guests use them instead of milking us for more money. On check in the staff member was friendly, room nice and bed super comfortable. There was a bath with overhanging shower in my room. The toilet seat was broken (did not realize until I sat on it and fell off and hurt myself!). I had mentioned this to the person at reception when I left for the day to hopefully get it fixed but on my return to the room that evening it had not been fixed - so stuck with a very wobbly toilet seat for my stay. Rooms have tea / coffee in as you would expect and look modern. I was booked in for the meal deal which you get for dinner 2 courses and a drink. Fish and chips was nice on my first night as was the sundae for dessert. Breakfast was very good, the hot breakfast was freshly prepared. My second dinner the service was not the best, the chap who served dinner could see I was busy and he brought over my starter (calamari - which was not very hot) and instead of putting it on the table was holding it in front of me to take from him and put down. Pretty poor that I think. I spoke with the “duty manager” about this on Thursday evening who told me she could not do anything but give me guests relations number. I called them and they were closed and advised to use their website on the pre recorded line. I tried to leave “feedback” on the site but this would not submit. I informed reception and asked if they would let the manager know so still up in the air with that. Hotel is located close to plenty of shops like a big sainsburys, Argos, B and M, Lidl, McDonalds. All in all not a terrible stay but I have to say I am disappointed how the faulty toilet seat and my injury was treated and not rectified adequately as well as the poor dinner on Thursday 9th October 2025. I would have rated higher if the issues would have been rectified

• Dave_Luxon (10/5): Pit-stop to Gretna Green - We stopped at the Premier Inn Nottingham Marina as a Pit Stop to Gretna Green, we have stayed in a lot of these Hotels in our time, and were very impressed by the staff here. The were informative, friendly and exceptional with the customers needs, We mentioned that we were stopping there as a break before we went onwards to get Married, whilst out nosing around Nottingham we returned to our room to find an Ice Bucket and Fizz…how thoughtful, thank you Stacey and the rest of the team….an excellent job!!
• AshishMac (6/5): Quiet and accessible to city centre via a pleasant canal walk - Usual quiet, cost effective place with a GeniePoint car charger and close to canal walks. The cleaning staff reneged on the reception’s agreement for a late check out which was disappointing. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

• Eralco (8/5): Good value for money, rooms need some tlc - I booked the family room, was a little disappointed as thought it would be bigger. The bed was comfy though, and it was great they had happy hour every night. However the air con wasn't the best and it was quite noisy and there were horrible stains on the walls which really should have been cleaned. Good location.

Wasn't pleased with when the receptionist asked for my Nationality although she knew I wasn't a foreigner and upon my asking she said it is standard but I have stayed in many Premier In and Travel lodges and no one has ever asked this question!!! The room needed a little more ventilation or air freshener!
• 156wh (2/5): Not that Premier. - The hotel has no restaurants as it’s being renovated. The room absolutely stank of sewerage which was reported and I was told that the pipes was backed up so they will drop a tablet in the tank..? They put a fan on in the room to get rid of the smell. It doesn’t. If on ground floor be prepared to have no sleep as anyone above will make noise as the floorboards are that creaky. Awful nights sleep.

• Compass65407525619 (4/5): Staff Great - Stayed overnight for visit to Black Country Museum. Stayed in plenty of Premier Inns before but sadly this is probably the worst of them all. Staff were friendly and helpful but hotel itself is tired and dated. I believe it's due a refurbishment that is greatly needed. Rooms were ridiculously hot with no air-conditioning just a fan spinning next to bed. Only one socket next to beds. Restaurant was virtually empty and on arrival was told there is no beer on tap and plenty of menu items unavailable. Again staff were excellent. I understand at the price you pay you don't expect luxury but this really wasn't great. Maybe an email to say about an upcoming refurbishment or advice when booking may have made us a bit more prepared.
• NNormands (4/5): Disappointed. - They are obviously running the place down before a refurb , no beer in the bar not all meals available , mouldy food between the seating in the restaurant. I felt sorry for the staff who were constantly apologising but doing a great job. My room was dated , no sockets at side of the bed. 30 degrees in the room. No air con.

• 544ioanac (8/5): Decent Services, with Room for Clarification and Improvement - Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were informed that coffee would be complimentary, even if we didn’t opt for breakfast. However, on one of the days, we were charged for it, while on the other days it was offered free of charge. A clearer and more consistent communication on this matter would be appreciated. Regarding the parking, it is quite limited, and in the evenings, after returning from outings, it was sometimes difficult to find a spot. It would have been helpful if the front desk staff had offered a more proactive solution. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the overall conditions of the hotel were good.
• Phillygirlagain (10/5): Perfect stay! - I am checking out today, and I’m actually sad to leave this place because it’s so wonderful. The location couldn’t be better. You’re a few minutes’ walk from Aldstadt and the main train station, so getting to and from here and to and from any of the sites is easy. The staff are fantastic. They’re kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had anything I wanted whenever I wanted it. My room was awesome! Very large by European standards and honestly pretty big by American ones, too. It was clean, comfortable, and so quiet! I didn’t hear a sound at night despite the hotel being pretty busy with peak tourism season. Breakfast is awesome! For non-vegans, there are sausages, eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal, juices, pretzels, etc. For vegans, there is vegan lunch meat, vegan cheeses, cereals, oat milk, fruit, and the pretzels and bread are all vegan, too. I was delighted! I am so happy I picked this place. It was a huge part of what made my trip so special, and I’m very thankful to the staff for all they did to make things great for me!
• 185albrechtc (8/5): Good hotel near the train station - Good hotel near the city center and the train station. Bus parking in front, but parking for cars seems to be difficult, as I was told by another guest. Lobby big and welcoming, staff friendly. Breakfast incl. and rich. 2 elevators, and you need to use the room key for them (mine did not work several times). Room was rather nice, good beds, nice bathroom. Windows looking out to the train tracks were amazingly soundproof. We had requested a double room but got a twin. No fridge or iron in the room. No phone and no microwave. Housekeeping done only every 4 days unless you request it in the morning. We requested it twice in the evening, and nothing was done. Garbage started to spill over and smell.
• JamesH352 (10/5): Great vfm - Great location. Clean rooms. Great sound proofing. Only minor grumble was the room was very warm and a/c was not very effective. Good selection of beers at very reasonable prices during happy hour. Staff very efficient at resolving issues.
• kta99 (8/5): Good breakfast , close to train. - We stayed on 6th floor facing the street. Noisy from street traffic. Perhaps a room facing the back would have been quieter? Breakfast was great. Convenient and plenty of options. Proximity to main train station and Allstadt was another plus. The room was very warm and cooling system didn’t work . Opened windows while we were gone and had to close at night due to street traffic noise. This helped. You also need to ask to get your room cleaned.
• PetrH655 (10/5): Brilliant - I had great stay. Everything worked and i slept well. It was clean, quiet and modern. Receptionist was lovely. You can park your car behind next hotel for 12 Euro/ 24hrs When you arrive at 4 PM parking tickect is valid untill 4 PM next day. TV should have HD and breakfast should be cheaper.
• AsterixThessaloniki (6/5): Good area, the absence of mini refrigerator is a minus - We have stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is situated near the central railway station and the old city, which is a big advantage. The stuff is gentle, all speak fluently english and are very helpful. However the rooms aren't equipped with a refrigerator, which is absolutely necessary, especially during summer (our stay was during July) and in the automate we could find only carbonated water instead of mineral water. Finally we could buy from the hotel bar a bottle, which was very expensive. The hotel has a bar in the ground floor, but without extra stuff!! So, the stuff from the reception serves in the bar also! Therefore the bar is self-service and certainly you can not enjoy for example a cokctail. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, so I can't judge it.
• raymondgonzales1978 (10/5): Comfortable and Affordable Stay at Premier Inn Nürnberg City Centre - Premier Inn Nürnberg City Centre Hotel was a true relief after a long train journey from Austria. Just an easy 8-minute walk from the train station, the hotel offers incredibly affordable rooms that are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While there was no fridge or gym, this wasn’t an issue since I arrived late and departed early the next morning. The soft, comfortable beds and spa-like bathroom amenities made for a restful night. The hotel's location was perfect, providing everything I needed within reach. If you're visiting Nürnberg City Centre, I highly recommend staying at Premier Inn—you won’t be disappointed!
