Guest Reviews
- Happiness34731089164 (10/5): Very helpful - Booked in an extra night with the app but got the dates incorrect but Amanda was fantastic and managed to swap things around and got everything in order for me.
- josefp697 (10/5): Good value in an excellent location - Good location, multi storey car park very close by with excellent rates. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Had a room on the 9th floor which was very quiet.
- hannahrV2167DZ (10/5): Perfect stay- thank you! - Stayed here the night of our wedding as it wqs convenient and most of our guests were also staying. We arrived back to our room with a hand written card and wine from the manager Carolyn. The room was also decorated with petals which was lovely. The room was clean and tidy and great value for money which made it even better. Every staff member we came across was helpful and lovely. We was made a fuss of in the morning but everyone which made our stay even better and our guests. Lots or tea and coffee in the room was a bonus!
- granddadJimandme (10/5): Helpful and friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms what's not to love. - I often stay here when visiting family nearby the staff are always friendly and helpful and my last stay was no different. Clean and comfortable room and lovely staff I will be visiting again soon with my partner, we wouldn't stay any where else.
- Norman (10/5): - The room was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. I arrived after midnight check in time due to my train being delayed. The overnight staff were so kind and let me in, and helped me to check in to my room. I really appreciate it.
- 291chrisa (6/5): Average - not great - Nice secure location but late check was problematic. Upgraded to Premier Plus room but it was looking tired. Breakfast was better than average - Emily was very efficient and friendly
- flutepig (10/5): Trip To The Coast & Theatre - A Superb Hotel Very Modern & only a Few Years old ideally situated just outside The Town Centre Very Friendly Staff Well Appointed Room with Tea & Coffee Facilities a Superb Secure underground Car Park for only £11 a night we had a great sleep with no noise at all Breakfast Was Superb and a Bargain at £11 for a full English cooked by Shgila freshly & served by a Friendly Waiter who took our order and we sat in comfortable Booths i only use Premier inns and i will be back soon. God Willing
- Curious12131895389 (10/5): Luxury at a Budget price - I stayed on a premium room for an extra £10. You get a coffee machine, luxury toiletries, bigger space, fridge with water, dressing table area etc. was worth every penny. The artwork from a charity on the walls was a nice touch as was the mood lighting. Beautifully hot shower and a comfy bed. The mini bar of chocolate was cute too.
I will book here again for sure.
- CPPLL (10/5): ideal location and a tidy hotel - This Premier Inn is an ideal location for the centre of Bournemouth and use of BIC. Plenty of parking below the hotel and for a good price of £10 for 24 hours. The reception staff were there to greet us and book us in. They were friendly.. The room itself was a good good size was really clean. Bed was comfortable and we will also provided extra pillows.. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We had breakfast the following morning we greeted by a very welcoming member of staff. The breakfast was good value for the price, although the bacon could be improved. Overall, we were really impressed with this hotel and will definitely use it again when visiting for an evening out
- U8251HUlindap (8/5): Good - We received a lovely welcome, booked in and soon found our room. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and a large bathroom with a bath.
As we were using the room to sleep only we chose a standard room and it was more than we were expecting. We did get a really good night sleep and overslept on 2 occasions. Yes, the bed was that comfy.
Love the cleanliness, the space and the location. Highly recommend
- Companion18899970233 (10/5): Comfortable, competitively priced accommodation - Really competitively priced stay in a central location. The bedroom/bathroom was fairly spacious, very clean and comfortable.
Staff were really helpful and accommodating, especially when I had to cancel my original booking and defer for a week.
- 2016MikeG (8/5): Comfortable and clean, but clinical compared to other Premier Inns - Comfortable and clean rooms as you'd expect from Premier Inn, but rather clinical compared to other Premier Inns we've stayed at. Check in was via computer terminal, staff thin on the ground. Car parking expensive. We used to stay at another Premier Inn in the east of Bournemouth, now sadly sold off, which had free parking and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We didn't quite get the same feeling at West Cliff.
- Southernengland (10/5): Best Premier Inn for miles - We have stayed here many times and regard it as the best Premier Inn in the area and one of the best in the country. Everything works and the rooms are generously proportioned. It is fairly new so it is all in good order. Staff are helpful. Rooms are very clean. Restaurant area is pleasant. We will keep on coming back.
- 626aryar (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel, really clean, superb breakfast and ideal location right near Bournemouth beach and pier. Great underground car park and would highly recommend.
- 902zulqarnains (6/5): Not recommended - Non existent customer services, busy receptionist not paying attention to arriving guests and handing key card without any explanation about facilities and timings. Meal was too expensive for the offered quality. Breakfast doesn't worth extra payment for continental label. Rusty bathroom stands with permanent dirt marks within tub.I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay for 95per night with below average facilities.
- L2174RXdeanh (10/5): Mini break in Bournemouth - I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bournemouth! The double bed was really comfy and made for a great night’s sleep after busy days out. The full English breakfast was lovely each morning — tasty, fresh, and a great start to the day. I used the hotel as my base for four days for my bike touring of the new forest, and it was perfect — clean, convenient, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
- jamesglossop18 (8/5): My stay at Premier Inn Bradford - Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in October 2025 for the first time with a friend. My room was very good, very spacious and had everything that i needed in it. The staff in the hotel was great, apart from a couple of them sat doing nothing in the reception area when i checked inn on the first day.
Breakfast was good, apart from some of it being on the cold side, but enjoyable.
Would very much stay in this hotel again.
- D47HEkatyg (10/5): Great stay - Great stay! All staff were very friendly and the room was spotless! Check in super easy! And check out very efficient as extended the parking. Will definitely be back soon.
- debbiewE6171FV (10/5): Comfy, relaxing stay - Stayed for one night. Eveything was clean amd comfortable. We had dinner there and breakfast. The food was really good, and they are offering a really good meal deal at the moment.
5 minute walk to the BIC, and great parking on site.
Would book again.
- mmP8136UR (6/5): Slippery bathroom - I visited the Bradford Central Premier Inn, traveling from Essex to attend a wedding function the following day. On the day of arrival, I experienced a fall in the bathroom while preparing for a shower due to a slippery surface, resulting in injuries to both of my legs.
- W8902HSianr (8/5): Good place to stay in Bournemouth. - A good quality Premier Inn with a superb breakfast cooked by chef Sheila. Convenient for the BIC, beach and city centre.
- mr2mk (10/5): My experience at Bradford Central Premier inn - I really enjoyed my stay and the staff where very welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I will recommend this place to my friends.
- nebulag2020 (10/5): Location and food - Nice place, kind people, spacy rooms. Menu updated and breakfast include if you choose 2 course meal option (£26.99).
Location perfect for a city center. No own carpark but plenty of option around.
- Bigetts (10/5): Fantastic - Absolutely fantastic, staff were really superb, friendly atmosphere, felt very welcomed,10/10,lovely sleep,no noise at all
- ColinJBloomer (10/5): Great location and hotel for a few days away - We've just returned from a few days staying at West cliff Premier Inn. It's in a excellent location - 10 minutes away from BIC and a few more from the centre. The hotel has a secure underground carpark with access to the lifts for reception. Checking in is easy and our room on the fifth floor, in premier plus was well worth the extra money. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and included some nice extras - a coffee machine, chocolates and quality products in the bathroom. Our bed was large and very comfortable. We had a meal deal for our first night and breakfast in the morning. We had Calamari, Chicken Curry and a Chocolate Pudding. All three were delicious. All the staff we spoke to were friendly, very helpful and polite. If I had to mention anyone, Andy, who always appeared on duty was especially helpful.
We had drinks at the bar and we thought they were reasonably priced. A lovely stay again.
- mcw118d (10/5): Relaxing stay - Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very friendly, efficient and courteous staff. Nice full English breakfast. Very convenient to have an underground car park beneath the hotel!
- Leethalgsi (6/5): 3 out of 5, smoky as you arrive. - Good location & clean rooms, my only gripe was the staff smoking right outside the entrance as you arrive, had to walk through the smoke as there is not another entrance, not very pleasant really.
- rebeccawO2466VR (10/5): Nice atmosphere. - I stayed with a friend for a break and this Premier Inn is great.
It is located perfectly for the town centre and the beach which is all within walking distance.
This hotel is very clean and after staying in many Premier Inn’s this is by far the cleanest we have stayed in.
The housekeeping in both our rooms was to a very high standard.
Have to mention the breakfast chef, her standard of food was high both mornings and what a friendly lady.
Thank you to the kind person that packed up my wash bag and kept it safe after I had a daft moment and left it behind.
Highly recommended this hotel.
- emmahE9795FZ (10/5): Fantastic stay - We have just got back from a one night stay here.
We booked for an early check inn and everything was ready for us by 11am. Parking is fantastic, I love that there is secure parking underground and that there is a lift directly up to the hotel once parked.
Your room key will open the doors to the lift or they have a buzzer system to let you in.
There were always plenty of staff around and always so helpful.
We were in room 206 which was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and it wasn't as hot and stuffy as other premier inns we have stayed in recently. Beds were super comfy!
We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast. Both meals were amazing and I think really good value.
Debbie was so lovely, and so helpful. All the staff that we spoke to were amazing really.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely come back and stay again.
- martinlH1245KA (2/5): Poor - There was an issue within our room, that has caused undue stress for a birthday break away. Which should not of happened.
Times we have stayed there before have been okay, but this has ruin our trust in this hotel.
- Someq (4/5): Could be better - Staff friendly, room very clean. No premier plus despite booking and paying for it. No refund as yet. Breakfast very poor by Premier Inn status. Egss looked like they had been there a long time,
- thewhinerdiner (8/5): Handy location - On a recent business trip to Bournemouth, I discovered that there are actually 3 Premier Inns in Bournemouth. There is not much to choose between them. I selected this one because it has a secure underground car park. Parking is always a prerequisite for me. It was handy to have a large forecourt and drop off area out front, where you can conveniently stop and unload luggage etc. On the downside, this is also a designated guest smoking area, with the unenviable result that you pull up to the hotel to be confronted by a proliferation of hangers-on smoking and vaping around the entrance - really not the best first impression.
Access to the car park is actually around the back, so you have to drive around the block to park. You need a valid room key to enter the car park, so luckily, I had checked in first. This is the first time I've walked into a Premier Inn and not been greeted by anybody on reception. However, getting to grips with the automated check-in kiosk is very easy. You enter your name or booking reference to check in and then take a plastic key card from the pile, hold it up against the screen, and your room key is programmed. It is easy if everything goes smoothly - not so good if you encounter a problem or have any queries.
Room wise, you basically get what you pay for. The offering is fairly standard with Premier Inn, so you know what to expect. This particular property is purpose built, and fairly new by Premier Inn standards, so the rooms are quite well-appointed. I particularly liked the novelty of a full-length window.
There is a Thyme restaurant on site, but I did not sample it as there are other more interesting and diverse choices within walking distance. Other handy touches are that the lift goes directly down to the car park, and there's a handy box to deposit your room key on departure, so you don't even need to check out at reception. All round a very handy location.
- C7171WJchristopherf (6/5): 2025 Really !! - Not being allowed to check in only 6 minutes early is poor. Wifi was shocking for 2025. A powerful shower sprays water everywhere - have a glass panel instead of a curtain, and then no mould would grow as it was.
- sharonkW6983JG (2/5): The worst premier inn I've stayed in!! - I've stayed in quite a few premier inns and this one was the worst! The room was way too hot and you can't open a window and the temperature control wouldn't work so had a really bad night's sleep! The car park was a nightmare not easy to find and not clearly signed and you had to pay, it was a lot of hassle to get to reception not much fun when you have restricted mobility, I definitely won't be staying here again!
- R4584JEgarys (8/5): Late check in - Max on the desk was a joy to deal with, staff shortages led to rooms not being ready at check in time . He was helpful and willing to enjoy a bit of banter . Good job Max
- Richarddear1974 (10/5): Great breakfast, quiet rooms - Fantastic well priced breakfast (can not go wrong with £10.99 per person to have a full cooked, served to order fresh breakfast and unlimited drinks). Rooms spacey, also quiet, must be nice thick walls to not hear the neighbours.
- wendysW8621BS (10/5): Amanda. T went above and beyond. Such a wonderful kind lady. Even offered a good book whilst waiting, all for a donation to belo - Amanda T so wonderful and friendly.
Went above and beyond, so grateful.
Even got a good book for a donation to wonderful charity
- 849channam (10/5): Helpful and kind receptionist - A very kind receptionist named Amanda made us a coffee and looked after us. This really kind and nice gesture really good a long way. Thank you so much
- 227adriag (10/5): Great value for money - By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in this week while visiting old friends and family in Yorkshire; also the cheapest! Lovely spacious clean room, great breakfast and super helpful, polite staff. Very quiet for a city centre hotel with a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Short walk from both train stations so very convenient for public transport. I would definitely stay here for the whole length of any future visits to the area.
- ByresRoadGirl (8/5): Comfy room with bath and shower, convenient location. - Comfortable, spacious room with en suite bath and shower. Handy for train station, shops and concert hall. Bar lacks atmosphere, ok fora quick drink, not well stocked. Good value, quiet room.
- allanrH1714VZ (8/5): Good stay at Premier Inn A120 hotel Braintree. - A good hotel on the main A120. It was clean and welcoming. The meals were also good. The parking facilities are also good and there is a petrol station adjacent.
- 711outlook (10/5): Excellent hotel - We stayed here in a standard room as premier plus was not available. That said the room was very fresh, clean and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is its location virtually across the road from Bradford Interchange and only a short walk to the city centre with fantastic bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were wonderful, especially Angela who looked after us beautifully. Would highly recommend.
- SJC94 (8/5): Does What It Says In The Ads - It is a premier inn and does exactly what it says in the advertising.
The good points of this hotel are:
1. The staff. Professional and efficient
2. Air conditioning that works properly and not too much external road noise.
3. Good location for the city centre/ transport links.
Improvement:
The lifts are quirky. Second lift is not obvious due to a fire door.
Rubbish left outside hotel not cleared daily.
- Odyssey591529 (10/5): Another great stay thanks to the lovely staff - Stop at this hotel on a regular basis for work and to visit family. Rooms always super clean and facilities modern compared to some Premier Inns. Best thing about Bradford Central however is the staff. Whoever is on duty, they are always so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Whoever trains them for customer service deserves a pay rise!
- Meander27817578972 (10/5): Great place to stay - Spent a fair few nights here over the past few weeks because of work, rooms were great and the bar staff were really welcoming and friendly, they have changed from Stella at the bar which was a shame 😂 but otherwise a great place to stay and the food was great too.
- alexisjej (6/5): Check in was unnecessarily stressful - We were booked to stay in this hotel as a big group spread out over a few rooms. We were all arriving at different times, me and my husband arrived at 2:15pm, we were told our room was ready but we would have to pay £15 to check in 45 minutes early, so we decided to go and wait in the pub/restaurant next door as we felt that was a lot of money for the sake of 45 minutes. Then other members of our group arrived at 2:56pm and they were told that they would have to wait 4 minutes to check in even though their rooms were ready. At 3:10pm me and my husband walked over to check in and the queue to check in was going out of the door, the whole process seemed very slow as the queue was barely moving, there was only one lady checking everyone in. I understand that these early check in rules are probably the same with all Premier Inns, but considering how busy this hotel was and that there was only one person on reception, the poor lady seemed rushed off her feet, whereas if we could have checked in gradually it would have helped her out massively and it would have made the process so much quicker for the guests.
The hotel itself was fine, it wasn't anything special but the room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
- Discover67786885757 (6/5): Worst premier inn we have stayed at - Hotel was very tired. Badly needs a refurbishment. Cleaning needs attention. Only minimum staff. Brewer's fayre also minimum staff . One member of staff taking drinks and food orders. Queue unbelievable at times.
- 964annabelj (10/5): Really great Premier Inn! - Brilliant Premier Inn, wonderful staff, rooms are bigger than usual ones and clean and modern, ideal location. Highly recommend!
- K4059SYcorym (2/5): Rude staff - Stayed here (Premier Inn Bradford Central) 11/08 -16/08, on arrival all seemed fine, room clean. However night 3 all lights went out on our room, 2x children, not ideal. I went to reception stating I had an emergency, two ladies at the bar coversating with 3 men, I called one of the over and explained I have an emergency, she promptly responded Im serving they were here first (referring to the 3 men). This was very unhelpful as another girl was already in yhe process of serving these men who were all part of the same group. She then walked away over to the bar and preceeded to whisper to her colleague.
After 3 or 4 minutes I began to ask the second girls for help, the one who was serving. She responded very aggressively "my colleagues is dealing with it). I responded by asking her lower her voice she didn't instead said she said you were rude to me so I'm gonna give it back. Referencing my frustration at not been helped by the first lady in an emergency.
Appalling customer service, no professionalism whats so ever, rude, aggressive front of house staff.
- Elliemjj (10/5): Fantastic stay - Stayed here at the weekend what a lovely clean hotel, the rooms were spotless and all the staff went above and beyond attentive and professional, 2 minutes to the city centre and the broadway shopping centre thank you for a great stay I will definitely be back 😁
- GoPlaces36544155407 (6/5): Lovely staff but wouldn't stay again - Staff are lovely. Breakfast was awful, cooked breakfast was cold and the fried eggs were like rubber. We asked if we could have fresh eggs cooked but chef refused. Lots of homeless people hanging around the hotel, even had to step over one who was sleeping in the hotel doorway
- hannahgO781VD (4/5): Very shabby. - Although reception lady was very helpful and smiley the room and condition of the premises was very shabby. Holes in the carpet, peeling paint, lights not working, generally felt dirty and old. Very expensive for such an old tatty room.
- kasamq (10/5): Kinky chef with blue hair - The staff at premier inn are very helpful especially Selina and nirvanna they put a smile on my face and was very helpful during my stay and personally I think they should get a pay rise they do a lot of hard work and deserve more
- jamesbeal93 (10/5): Outstanding ! - Brilliant customer service all staff cleaners and receptionists were very kind, friendly and approachable we had a 2 year old with us and they were brilliant with her stored her milk in the fridge and also heated up for her for bed time. Very chatty on the front desk always welcoming with a smile and a chat kept asking how the stay was going. Went above beyond without having air con offered us a frozen towel and also ice poles to cool us down 110% be coming back great work !!
- adamwU2344QT (2/5): Would not recommend this hotel - The room we were allocated had no air conditioning and the room was very hot. Advertised was ice towels and ice pops and when I went to get these for me and my family I was given one towel for all four of use. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and so that we could all have a relatively good night sleep before travel. Well this didn’t happen for any of us due to humidity of the room
- chrisgC6098XG (4/5): Not great! - This is probably the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. The place was so tired, not the best in terms of cleanliness, the corridors and stairwells had not been vacuumed at all during out stay which was clear from the debris on the carpets. My partner removed the spare pillow from the pillow bag on top of the wardrobe to find something sticky folded into the ironed pressed pillow cover. It was like someone had blown their nose (or worse!) into the pillow and placed it into the bag. The breakfast in the adjoining Brewers Fayre wasn't the best either. Constantly waiting and queuing for more food to be brought to the pass and again the place wasn't the cleanest. Not good for the price of breakfast at £65.00. Also surprised there was no lift to the first floor.
- runningbear2020 (10/5): Good hotel clean and tidy would visit again - Clean tidy and quiet hotel, pleasant staff well stocked buffet breakfast with air con in the restaurant/bar area
Room was very warm but a fan was supplied car parking was free but remember to put in registration plate on arrival
- 303victoriar (6/5): Adequate - The room was clean but basic. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Had to pay £15 early arrival fee even though the room was ready and we were only an hour early. No lift in this building which meant lugging baggage up flights of stairs. The bathroom really needs a non slip bath mat. Both my friend and I nearly slipped either in the bath or on the floor getting out. The breakfast the next morning was adequate but the restaurant itself felt tired and not very clean. All in all it did the job but I have stayed in better Premier Inn's in the past.
- lauratV904KY (8/5): Lovely staff - Cannot fault the staff they were lovely friendly and really helpful and made our stay. The hotel itself could do with a revamp even if it’s just to install air con. We’ve stayed at a couple of premier inn’s in Essex and it’s always sweltering when we do. The room was clean and the shower was good, also plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast at the neighbouring establishment was ok. Probably not worth the price charged if I’m honest. But as I said the staff made our stay, they were all extremely helpful and nice.
- C9844FLseanm (10/5): Friendly staff - Lovely friendly hotel. Customer service excellent. Thank you Bridie and Charlie for all your help with ironing board, extra tea and coffee and your lovely friendliness. Would come again.
- mattwF5072IP (10/5): Excellent stay - The customer service makes this place a very enjoyable stay.
The manager, Caz I believe, excellent to talk to, can’t do enough for you.
Rooms very clean and well made.
Have recommended this place purely because of the welcoming of the happy staff.
Happy staff makes a stay much better
