Guest Reviews
- PCCH1983 (2/5): Needs a good clean and refurbished - Disappointing stay at this hotel. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed for one night and were allocated a room on the ground floor. Cleanliness was not great. The bedding had stains on them that we had to ask to be changed. The shower cubicle could have done with a good clean as did the whole bathroom. Thankfully, only a one night stay.
- 403nargisi (2/5): Bad experience - No hearing, room was FREEZING! Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Bin peddle was rusty. Shower curtain smelled mouldy and damp!
- Savagery-travler (2/5): Not the best time to visit - Checking in no problems advised no where to eat as restaurant was being refurbished room was very cold and dark needed a lick of paint first time I could say won’t use again
- baleno (8/5): Handy Hotel for Airport - Very handy for airport but there is some noise of airplanes going over.
Reception ok not over pleasant.
Very clean spacious room, comfortable bed choice of pillows, tea coffee facilities.
Good hot shower but over bath not sure if they have walk in showers. hairdryer, iron available at reception.
Air conditioning wasn't working properly room quite cold as a frosty night.
Parking limited we got last space but it is free.
Would stay again if only for airport.
- roystonk2023 (2/5): Not worth the cost - Poor standard for overpriced room, no extractor or hat in bathroom. Bar and restaurant were being refurbished at time of stay but still got charged full price.
- marionlP4276DK (10/5): A very comfortable good value place to stay to visit Portsmouth and the South Downs - Excellent location in Horndean and off the motorway. Very easy to get to South Downs, and to visit Portsmouth.
Very comfortable hotel with easy parking and a warm welcome from staff. The bed was comfortable and there were good quality toiletries in the en suite shower room. Nice to have comfortable seating too. All spotlessly clean.
Excellent value, and nice to be able to walk into the town with choice of places to eat.
- anncV2866DC (10/5): Nice overnight stay - Lovely stay. The room was clean, and comfortable. Was informed prior to the stay about the road closure although this did not affect anything
- DeeandDeeG (10/5): So welcoming - even at 2am - We got stuck on a shut motorway for 3 hours. (Obviously my heart goes out to anyone involved in the accident, and their needs are far more important than ours.) Luckily we had booked Premier Inn for an overnight stop and they promise a 24 hour check-in so we didn't need to worry about the extra time waiting. And sure enough when we did arrive at 2am they were incredibly friendly and efficient. Hugely appreciated.
- roberthN9968KS (8/5): Generally very good - Good stay but would have been better if the restaurant had been open, or alternative arrangements had been in place. Really nice staff and hotel very clean and comfortable.
- P6833ATandrewm (10/5): Warm and welcoming - The staff were wonderful they helped me so much the treats in our room made us feel so welcome on our second day my son fell ill and made a mess of the toilet and nathan (staff member) came straight in and cleaned it all up no issues so polite and professional great guy had a great stay will be booking again thanks guys
- Z998LLchrism (10/5): Our best Premier Inn stay yet – welcoming staff, amazing with the kids, and so helpful throughout! - We stayed at Premier Inn Horndean as a family during the October break and had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make our kids feel special, even giving them a Halloween pack each. They were always informative and happy to help. Thanks to the team, this has been our best Premier Inn stay ever – we can’t recommend it highly enough!
- paulcT2880OQ (2/5): Extra fees charged on arrival without being notified in advance. - Charged me an additional fee of £6 on arrival at reception without notifying me beforehand, so I was unaware of this charge.
- 608mairij (10/5): Lovely relaxing break - We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint.
Good location , plenty to do.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We had a premier plus room which was lovely, very clean , super shower. Excellent broadband compared to ours !
Very comfortable bed for our 4night stay .
Will return to this hotel.
- jaydeo275 (4/5): Very comfy sleep - Bed was super comfy. Room was cold heating didn’t work which was a problem for us with a baby in the room. Stain on the ceiling like there had been a leak and the shower is dated. But was okay for the money just the cold room I wasn’t happy with.
Also restaurant was closed for renos and the car park has construction going on but didn’t bother us as we only needed it to sleep and get ready in the morning for a wedding.
- fergie57 (2/5): Avoid - Like a building site got shoes covered with cement did not get any sleep loud noise al night resultant getting refurbished avoid for now worst premier I have been in
- I7988ASneilc (10/5): Good Experience - Contracting away from home, the hotel is very clean and well presented rooms. At evening time the hotel is very quiet.
The Roebuck next door serves very good quality food and breakfast is good. Ann and the other staff members give outstanding service.
- LoveTravel794882 (8/5): Good Hotel shame about the breakfast - The Premier Inn was really clean & the plus room was well equipped. The rooms were nice and dark at night and quiet. Perfect location to stay when visiting our friends & Barton Grange with good easy access to main roads. The car park has plenty of free space.
However, the breakfast was not good in an adjacent chef and brewer. The pub needs a deep clean, lots of dust and was grubby. The crockery had clearly been through a dishwasher but not checked and was put out still dirty. There were no tongs to handle food with and also food listed not available e.g maple syrup and blueberry muffins, as well as the coffee not coming from a machine but from flasks which meant that it was hot as it should be. It's definitely not worth the money. In fact, I would question there hygiene rating based on what I observed.
I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but not have breakfast at the pub.
- Knocker874 (10/5): Reall nice rooms and location good. - Really nice clean premier inn, nice and dark at night also quiet.
Really good place to stop.easy access to main roads.
Car park plenty of free space.
Breakfast not so good in an adjacent chef and brewer..
not worth the money and the eating place was dark and a bit grubby.
Would I stay at the hotel.again….. yes
Would I recommend ….yes
Would I have breakfast…. NO
- 864kerensah (6/5): Mixed visit - Room was absolutely fine; comfortable and clean and what you would expect from a premier inn.
We arrived quite late due to travelling for six hours and we received a frankly cold reception from the staff member on duty; no information given about breakfast, not even vague directions to our room and a general unfriendly disposition.
- travelwhenyouca (10/5): Clean, quiet, great breakfast and a great nights sleep - Our third time in Portsmouth but our first time at this hotel. We asked for quiet room and were given one down the end of the corridor and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast much better than the one served at a much more expensive hotel we have stayed at while in P mouth. Lots of nice staff about, espcically at breakfast. great thank you
- donnahY9513SI (2/5): Disgusting hotel - This has to be the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty. The receptionist had to come & clean my toilet. The bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper. I found a hearing aid under the bed. There were no pillow cases on the spare pillows and they were terribly stained. When I arrived they tried to charge me a second time. The restaurant, if that's what you want to call it was not open during the day. I went in for an evening meal & half the menu was crossed out because they were using up their stock as the restaurant was closing for renovations. Nothing was mentioned when I booked the hotel. There was something growing in the vinegar. The carpet hadn't been hoovered for months. There was paint powder coming off the wall in the dining room. The hotel smelt of cigarettes. On the Saturday the breakfast was non existent. There was nothing to eat. I went to work only to return to a note on the restaurant door stating the restaurant was now closed due to staffing issues. I never had a breakfast before checking out & was refused a refund. The customer service was atrocious & the hotel was disgusting.
Please don't stay here!
- David3141597 (10/5): Recommended premier inn to stay at. - Good welcome from staff, good clean plus room, quiet and very comfortable bed too. First time at this particular premier inn and if in the area again would not hesitate in booking again, thanks.
- BarryL282 (10/5): Fantastic services in all areas. - Always a great experience staying at Premier inn Preston North. Staff are all super helpful and pleasant. Transport is on the doorstep, and buses run a good service too!
- B8974EJstephenh (10/5): Preston North is a good place to stay - A great stay for the night we were in Preston visiting family. The hotel is quiet and well-appointed, but handy for the main A6. Rooms were comfortable and not too hot (a frequent Premier Inn problem) - windows opened to provide plenty of fresh air. Breakfast, served in the adjacent Roebuck pub, was the best Premier Inn breakfast I have had in many visits across the country.
- harpoon2000 (10/5): DJ is an asset - DJ on reception made our stay a delight. Comfortable bed and newly refurbished rooms were very relaxing. The Roebuck pub next door is a charming country pub with a good choice of food.
- hannahpL3859HM (4/5): Definitely will not stay here again - We stayed here for 1 night and had 2 rooms for our party.
One room smelt severely of damp and felt damp inside, also with a strange smell near the sofa bed ?faeces related. This room also had a sound every 20 minutes overnight which sounded like water filling up in a tank and then shutting off with another loud bang. The rooms were severely dated and not very clean in our opinion, there were stains in the bath in one room. Signal is very poor in this location so we had to use the WiFi, the free premier inn WiFi was horrendous and would not work at all so it kind of forced us to pay the £5 for 24 hours for the ultimate WiFi package. If you were here for business I feel that you would struggle to complete work with this Wifi. The rooms we had were situated by a road and it was quite noisy overnight even with the windows shut.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the beds were VERY comfortable.
- johnmacrae1 (2/5): Poor stay at this hotel - Rooms are grubby, wi-fi is very poor, I tried to pay for an upgraded connection which failed to work. To fix this I was to ring the supplier not reception to resolve this. The remote control should be thrown away or carry a health warning as it is filthy with no back cover. The cooked breakfast was horrible, I had paid for breakfast for two days, I cancelled the second and the receptionist said she would refund for both days but I only got the one I cancelled refunded. The room was too hot and the air con could not be turned down so had to sleep with the dirty fan blowing all night. I have stayed here many times before and was looking forward to my stay, I will not return and considering cancelling another booking I have at another location.
- hjayc93 (2/5): The hottest hotel we’ve ever stayed in - Our room was so hot that it was practically unbearable. In the morning, when it was at its coolest, the room was 29 degrees. Didn’t sleep well at all due to the temperature, even with an extra fan that we requested. and when raised upon checkout (after previously raising the issue) we were told we should have paid extra and booked a premier plus room as they have air-con. A disappointing response.
- guestbev (6/5): Was ok visiting family - Hi stayed August 22 to 25th room 32 room was very hot. Bed very comfortable. But the single bed my daughter was in was very thin. Shower was good and bath very hot water just had 1 big towel, 1 small towel, did not have are room cleaned. Breakfast 1st morning was good nice and quiet, 2nd morning they was busy they had bus full from Germany, so had to to wait for knives and forks. And some hot food. 3rd morning had early train but restaurant let me in to get few bits what was nice of them, best bit my daughter loved was seeing the planes going over the hotel
- 801garethv (10/5): Pre cruise stay - Great hotel, reception staff very good, found us a iron, decaf tea, as they don't normally stock it seems, Breakfast good.
- W7493FRrachelc (8/5): Nice hotel - This Premier Inn has been recently refurbished, so the rooms/bathrooms are of a good standard. WiFi was very slow, and not much phone signal. We didn't have any issues with parking, despite being told by reception that the hotel was fully booked.
Be aware that the usual Premier Inn breakfast offering is not an option here. It is not made clear on the website that the restaurant next door is not owned by Premier Inn, and when we arrived we were told we couldn't have breakfast there as we hadn't booked in advance - this has not been the case at other Premier Inns we've been to, where you can turn up any time in the morning and pay. We were recommended some other local restaurants to try, but they were far more expensive than the Premier Inn offering!
- alwayskeith (2/5): Worst nights sleep ever and the smell!! - From check in to room selection. I had purchased two rooms for an event I was due to attend some months ago and 2 time fortunate circumstances could not attend therefore rebooked the rooms to a later date. On arrival I advised the person designated to assist my check-in of the issue with me only in the requiring one room however asked if that one room could be a quiet room as I am quite a light sleeper. This appeared to cause the receptionist much distress as I was then asked a lot of questions about who the other room was for to which I advised that I'm not sure how this was important as I had paid for and they were both my rooms the advised her of my friends last name, however I would just like a room that was quiet the receptionist then went on to tell me that the room she had me booked into was quiet and was actually better than the other room and also if I wanted a specific room selection I should have requested this in advance, a strange statement as this was the first time I had stayed at this hotel. I again asked if there was a quiet room to which she then said there were no other rooms in the hotel available as was fully booked. I then again advised of my other room to which she already told me it would be noisier and still would not tell me the room number. The quiet nights and restful sleep that you advertise so willingly and I often find is okay at other premiere inns I stay in was not this room that I had - room 201. The window although fully closed, let so much noise from the nearby road that every time a truck or a car was traveling, throughout the night I was awoken, my partner also noting it was like many earthquakes all through the night or a loud thunderstorm. The bed that I was sleeping in had no real fitted nor correctly made sheets and as such everything just screwed up underneath one's body which made for an even more uncomfortable night.
This however faded into non-importance almost, due to the horrific smell that emanated from the bathroom drains, toilet etc in the morning I can only describe it as one to be compared to a Victorian men's public toilet. I'm assuming the soil stacks and drainage system haven't seen sight of a cleaning chemical for some extensive period of time for this to happen. I understand that I booked two rooms and there was no refund available as the receptionist had very reminded me earlier two or three times, however one would expect the quality of a room to far exceed the state of the room that I stayed in for the weekend. I can honestly say I would never return to this hotel pre refurb or deep clean as this is certainly required, you may be better just selling the unit if you really do not care what your guests think about staying in this hotel as sooner or later word of mouth will make this hotel not a viable prospect for your business.
I must finish by saying that this has to be hands down the worst premier Inn I have ever stayed in and due to my work and company travels around the country I have stayed in quite a few, to choose a brand that normally fits purpose based on my experiences at other premier inns for what was going to be a truly social weekend, I cannot stress how thoroughly disappointed as well as tired this weekend as made me feel and how I'm sure I am I should choose a premier Inn for a personal weekend away
- S3587JZpaulm (8/5): Nice hotel. What we needed - Good modern hotel. Room and bathroom clean so no complaints.
Breakfast is not really unlimited since no longer a buffet. However was very nice and fresh.
- KateS3866 (10/5): Great night's sleep at Horndean. - As always we have found Premier Inns to provide a comfortable bed and a clean room. Nothing fancy but just what you need if all you are looking for is a good night's sleep and a decent (reasonably priced) breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly at the Horndean site too.
- O5625XZadrianb (10/5): Premier inn at its best - Such a great place to stay, set in a lovely quiet village with a fantastic pub steps away to enjoy food and drinks in . Would recommend definitely
- graemec846 (2/5): Needs decorating and updated!! the restaurant and bar area is dirty! tables sticky and food not great. - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
We have stayed a few times in the past coupe of years BUT will NEVER stay here again! its disgusting and dirty! stain on chair meant we didnt sit down for 3 nights. AWFUL!!!!
- westfossil (2/5): Take your own mattress topper - The staff were very pleasant but the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever attempted to sleep in, it was like lying on a plank with a brick for a pillow.
- traceyhB8809VJ (2/5): Hotel and staff need upgrading! - First of all I had to pay an extra £15 to check in an hour early, even though there was a room ready, a filthy room at that. Check in staff was not overly friendly at all.
Room was basic and dated and didn't have the best smell.
The cleanliness of the room was definitely not up to standard with a lot of dust and mould/rust in the bathroom. See photos. Dirty floor in the bathroom also. There were scuffs on the walls and all the paint was chipped off the skirting boards.
There was no iron or board in the room, no air con and no fan. Rang reception for these to be sent to the room, woman on the phone was rude and told me I had to come and collect them from reception.
She couldn't find a fan so this was delivered to the room a short while after. She was unfriendly and said nothing to me when passing me the fan and walking away. The fan was absolutely disgusting, covered in dust, see pictures, and the ironing board was badly stained too!
With all that being said, the bed was comfortable and I had a good 2 nights sleep. But the standards have definitely dropped since the last time I visited and this will prevent me from visiting again.
- B9595EOsimonm (10/5): Quiet, comfortable stay - Nice, clean hotel located just a couple of minutes from the A3 in a quiet area (Horndean). Plenty of parking spaces available, and the bedroom was well sized and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Abigail and Sarah.
- Cathyjennings57 (6/5): Disappointing - not a great nights sleep here. - For years I’ve used Premier Inn as my preferred hotel for all my trips across the UK. The main reason has been the sheer comfort of the beds, literally giving me the best sleep ever. I also liked the fact that the rooms were clean and a consistently good standard across the whole chain no matter where it was.
This time though, my stay was extremely disappointing. The mattress was thin and hard and very unpleasant to spend the night on, giving me back ache for a couple of days. I’ve stayed at this particular Premier Inn many times and never once experienced a bad mattress! I have now discovered that Premier Inn have changed their mattress supplier from Hypnos … and I have to say that the new supply is very poor compared to the prior.
Added to that, the general maintenance of the room was tired with the tv having dangling black wires hanging loosely down the wall, and the battery being kept in the tv remote by a tatty piece of insulation tape. The room wasn't the cheapest either at £135 a night.
I think that next time I’ll be researching for different hotels for my stays rather than automatically going straight to Premier Inn as I always have. Very very disappointing
- tabbycat244 (6/5): Unlimited brekky...no chance here. Lucky to get any brekky. - Room good but could do with proper air conditioning.
Main problem was the restaurant. Service was very slow and the drink that I ordered didn't appear. To be fair they didn't charge me for it,
Breakfast service was appalling. One person having to check people in, replenish the already depleted buffet, and after a very long wait actually serve. Certainly no "Unlimited brekky" here...it was "Tell me what you want and that's what you get".
No chance of any end.
Do yourselves a favour, avoid the restaurant and go somewhere else.
- ScotsmanD (10/5): Good night's rest - Excellent accommodation at Premier inn Preston North.
Natasha on reception so friendly and very helpful when checking in and dealing with our questions.
Premier Inn Plus bedroom very nice decor and room location end of a quiet corridor for restful nights sleep.
Very clean and modern.
- Gaz_family (10/5): Lovely clean and friendly attentive staff - Lovely setting, frei ding attentive staff, great experience will definitely use this location again for future trips
- O3713XJchrisw (4/5): Breakfast was farcical. - On arriving at the hotel it looked like a normal premier inn. Pleasant looking and clean. The room itself was fine although no air conditioning which was a disappointment as I don't like being warm on a night. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was decent.
Biggest issue was the breakfast the next morning. Had to wait 40 minutes to get a cooked breakfast which was farcical. Had one guy in the kitchen trying to cook everything for however many people. Front of house staff offered no explanation as to why there was no hot food for such a long period. I've stayed in many premier inns throughout the country and this is definitely the worst breakfast experience I've had. Wouldn't bother with breakfast here if i stayed again.
- misswilson7 (10/5): Fantastic stay - highly recommend - Absolutely delighted with our stay at the Premier Inn Paisley! While the hotel hasn’t yet been refurbished, it was still spotlessly clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a wonderfully comfy bed and everything we needed for a great night’s sleep. Despite being a little dated in décor, everything worked perfectly—from the powerful shower to the heating and lighting.
What really made the stay special was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and every team member we spoke to went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is convenient for Glasgow Airport and nearby public transport, and there’s ample parking on site.
We had a great meal at the attached restaurant, with a good range of options at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. Overall, a warm, friendly and reliable experience—Premier Inn Paisley continues to deliver consistent comfort and service. Looking forward to returning, especially once the refurbishment comes along! Five stars from us.
- alisap358 (10/5): Value stay - Decent clean room and good service, good breakfast.
Helpful staff. Fast check in and out. Quite Slow Internet. No air conditioning unit.
- SouthShieldsLesley (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent premier Inn, This is the best premier inn we have stayed at. Accommodation lovely, bathroom excellent and reception great. Attached restaurant, brilliant. Highly recommended
- JoeCBansteadUK (10/5): A Good Premier Inn - I stayed one night solo in June.
Easily found with plenty of parking in a quiet location close by the canal with some pleasant walks.
Friendly and efficient staff throughout.
Well up to Premier Inn standards - clean and comfortable.
No aircon and limited window opening make for a warm room. No lift to first floor for those with mobility problems.
The adjacent Chef & Brewer offers decent food and decent prices with friendly staff.
Excellent value.
- yvettem886 (10/5): Perfect stay !! - One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed at and we’ve stayed in loads. We had a disabled room and a double room and both were very well kept and clean throughout. The area was so quiet and really lovely with the canal just across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, if only all Premier Inns were like this one !!!
- 972abbil (10/5): Great stay as always - Very quick and efficient check in, easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really good night's sleep.
- nixonstewart163 (10/5): Four day break away from work to relax and unwind . - Nice warm welcome ,pleasent town to stay in plenty of places to eat , had a day out on the buses to southampton ,which I no so well as it was the home of the Jst which no longer exists and for a time I lived in paart of it . All so had aday out to Portsmouth Docks very interesting and got a ticket valured for a year so can go back soon .
- 434dereks (8/5): Good room shame about the pub - Preston North has been recently renovated and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The new walk in showers are a big improvement.
We were aware that this property doesn’t have air con, but they do provide a fan which was welcome in the recent hot weather.
Friendly staff and a warm welcome.
Only disappointment was that after arriving at 2130 after a long hot drive, you’d expect to be able to get a pint in the attached pub, however the pub had closed up by the time we had dropped our bags and that was only 10 mins later.
Lucky there’s The White Bull over the road which was open and served up a refreshing pint after a long day on the road.
- Jonnybranney (4/5): Disappointing for Premier Inn - Room too hot- no air con. Family had terrible sleep for 3 nights despite using a fan. Temp 26 degrees, dropped to 24.5 degrees with window open. With window open, loud sound of planes landing/taking off at Glasgow Airport. Food good but restaurant understaffed, staff struggling (but very friendly, and apologetic). Hotel appeared understaffed too with reception desk typically unmanned.
- 553triciaa (10/5): Compassionate Service During a Difficult Time - We had booked a weekend stay for an annual event, but sadly had to cancel due to an unexpected family bereavement. Thankfully, our booking policy allowed us to amend our stay within 18 months, so we planned to rebook for the following year.
Since the online system only allows bookings up to 12 months in advance, I called the hotel directly. I spoke with Christy, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She offered to set a reminder for herself to update our booking once the dates became available.
True to her word, I received a new booking confirmation just a few days later, along with an invoice clearing our original stay. It was such a relief to have this handled so smoothly.
We had other travel plans that same week with a different provider in Edinburgh and are still chasing support through online chats. The contrast in service was stark.
A heartfelt thank you to Christy for being the compassionate, human voice we needed at a very difficult time. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition.
- 324EddieM (10/5): Good stay and excellent disabled parking. - We were there to attend a funeral the next day. We were asked when booking whether it was Business or Pleasure trip. They should have a third option for people attending the likes of a funeral which is neither business nor pleasure.
We were particularly impressed that the Blue Badge spaces outside where monitored which is the first time we have seen this at any hotel. As a disabled person I rely on getting parked near the front door and often find several vehicles parked in the disabled spaces without displaying a Blue Badge.
The food was good and the room very comfortable.
- Z1584MUnicolal (6/5): Good hotel and food unless you are a non-smoker - Comfortable, warm and clean room with good facilities.
Breakfast was lovely but could have done with more choice on the continental side.
However, the designated smoking area is right outside of the main entrance. This was a major negative for me and my family. Everytime we walked outside with our 2 young children we had to walk through vapes and cigarette smoke. These sorts of areas should be in a more secluded area away from entrances not straight outside. I suspect this was more to do with it being the only sheltered area but something should built if this is the reason. This was very off putting! This would definitely make me reconsider ever booking here again if it wasn’t changed.
We did also experience noisy and nuisance guests who woke us up at 7am by running and idling their noisy exhaust cars for about 30 minutes. My husband got up to speak to reception and was told that the manager had spoken with them. However they were still doing it and hadn’t been moved on. On Sunday morning they were revving the engines as they left at a similar time! This could have been handled better and more promptly to avoid the disruption to guests. They could have been asked to park further away from the hotel or told to turn their engines off.
All in all we were happy with the hotel itself and food but I would be reconsidering looking elsewhere next time we need to visit this area for the reasons mentioned above.
- stephenhL5864RC (2/5): Disappointed - Tv not working, pub not open for drinks opening hours 6am to 11 and 1730 to 20.00 facilities apart from the room inadequate. Would not stop here again not a good advert for premier always stopped here and always use premier in not happy with this
- manhalh2025 (10/5): Best hotel for cleanliness and service with very reasonable prices - Great place to stay as zi came from Canada quite impressived how clean and nice hotel is all the receptions people where helpful and gentle to answer any questions...love this place definently will be back to this hotel , also the price where very reasonable...cheers
- 967davinam (10/5): Another great stay at this Premier Inn! - Always a warm and friendly welcome, bed amazingly comfortable, and room very clean. Love the breakfast at the Red Lion pub at the bottom of the car park as well. The free Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss the first night, so paid the £5 upgrade for the 24 hours ultimate Wi-Fi which worked perfectly, but the free Wi-Fi was fine the rest of the time.
