- natashaaT5137OB (10/5): Premier Inn - This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The breakfast was not only satisfactory but also delectable. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of amenities offered. The accommodations were comfortable, and the manager, Marius, was exceptional helpful. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience at a reputable hotel.
- jaredk558 (10/5): Xmas trip away - It’s a wonderful team here, they’re all so helpful and friendly and the hotel was more than you could ask for when staying away.
- jamilaha55 (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Arrived at the hotel room in very good clean condition.
Staffs was extremelly helpful and made the stay more relaxing.
Had an amazing stay in this hotel.
Highly recommend!
- JuliaBaz2854 (10/5): Highly recommend! - I had a great stay. The room was big, immaculately clean and very quiet. And, the best bit - the most warm welcome from Anmol at the front desk. So polite, a big smile and genuine warmth. An absolute star!
- 350daminis (10/5): Professional and Caring Staff - “My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were polite and attentive, and I want to especially mention Anmol Singh for his outstanding hospitality. He was professional, kind, and always ready to assist. Thank you for making my stay comfortable!
- sabinay941 (10/5): M - I booked a room at that the above hotel.
Had a lovely experience all staff were there for any support. I will be surely booking again as my little family enjoyed the stay.
- Inspire46263680613 (10/5): Excellent - Excellent service, very good hotel, good breakfast, good location for local food around, easy walking distance to tower bridge,
- E6821REmarions (2/5): Choose a different hotel!!!! - Awful experience! On the coldest week of the year, our heating in the room was not working. It was actually blowing in cold air!!
We complained to staff on reception 3 times, and they did not resolve the issue, or offer us an alternative room.
Would NOT stay here again.
I recommend choosing a different hotel, if thinking if staying in London City!!
I certainly will be 😡
- AlexA612 (10/5): Great experience - Great experience. Excellent service from Maria and niko. Very welcoming. Looking forward to our stay. Premier inn uxbridge is the best
- 854sabenap (10/5): Niko - Fantastic customer service from Niko. Always has a lovely smile and is very warm and friendly. We are loyalty happy customers. X
- vicmfvieira (6/5): Team need training - The hotel was ok, but very unhappy with administrative service. It's impossible to get anything amended in your reservation.
- Angelawalker7744 (10/5): Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beds and bedding, slept like babies as always - Visited from Cyprus and chose to stay at Uxbridge Premier Inn due to its excellent transport links and amenities available on the door step.
Wendy was friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Kurtis was very helpful.
- DayTrip63430224193 (10/5): excellent service at reception despite IT issue - Today we arrive with an unexpected IT issue. Nicol take us to out room and explain to us are we are the first people for check in today and apologise for the inconvenience, Room is clean and welcome set up. Hotel is with very good clean environment and close to my office.
- patter18 (10/5): Great stay in Camden Hub - The hub is in a great location to explore Camden and with easy access to the tube you can explore all of London. We were a bit apprehensive when booking with regards to the room size but it was fine and we had plenty of space and a window. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were excellent and the food (breakfast) was great. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the basement where you eat and again it is well lit, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look to stay in a hub in the future.
- rachelb699 (10/5): Perfect for solo overnight stay after gig at Camden Electric Ballroom - Travelled to London from Norwich to see a band at Camden Electric Ballroom so wanted a place close to the venue. This hub is ideally situated a short stroll from venue & the tube station. Had Tesco, M&S foodhall, Aldi on walk between station & hotel to stock up on room supplies & theres a McDonalds just across the street which I visited for post-gig chips I ate in bed!
Had a warm welcome upon check-in & my room was clean, comfortable & had everything I needed. Paid £111 for a night, which wasn’t cheap, but I felt very safe & got over 8 hours decent sleep before heading out to explore London, so would definitely recommend.
- Neil50y (10/5): Staff are exceptional - The staff at this hotel go above and beyond and so friendly.
The ladies at breakfast were so quick and nothing ever a problem and always smiling.
The gentleman on reception is so lovely and helpful.
Cleaners do a great job.
The staff here all need a raise as they are the reason we would book to come back😃
Thank you
- Binky2108 (10/5): Friendly Hotel - Brilliant staff. Breakfast excellent prepared by Wendy.
Very clean and easily accessible.
Lots of amenities near by.
- kapild919 (10/5): good hotel and only10 minutes walk to Towerhill Bridge - Great hotel for the value for Money , friendly staff , I would take combo( Breakfast & Dinner) if going with kids , the dining area in the evening is small ,however, the breakfast restaurant is large compared to the evening dining space. 10 min walk to the Tower Hill Bridge, convenient if you can walk and want to be in the middle of London.
- Mobile28764855744 (10/5): Gd - It was gd service brillans staff wendy cooked freckfast pretty good no problems with a y ting at all come here a a gain brill
- MICHAEL (10/5): - check in was inbelievably pleasant
- karenbH9480GR (8/5): Overnight stay - We had a premier hub room very spacious, a fridge and coffee machine as well as a kettle for making drinks, well worth the money
- AddieV_12 (10/5): Brilliant stay in the heart of Camden! - This was our first stay at The Hub by Premier Inn Camden, travelling with friends as two couples. We picked The Hub mainly because of the cost compared to the high prices of other London hotels, but also because of the location, as it was only about a 15-minute walk to the Roundhouse where we were seeing The Stranglers. We only really needed a bed for the night and a shower for the morning, so with the lower price, we were expecting something fairly basic and maybe a bit substandard... how wrong were we?
The hotel couldn’t have been in a better location, right in the heart of Camden, and although it is in a busy area, once inside the hotel you wouldn’t know it. Our room faced Camden High Street and we couldn’t hear a thing from outside, which was a real surprise. The building and rooms were spotless, modern and far exceeded our expectations. We even commented that we’ve paid more for hotel rooms that didn’t come close to the standard here.
Our friends’ room was huge, so we’ll definitely be requesting that one next time. The breakfast and bar area had a lovely feel to it, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice bonus.
A special mention to Carlos and Jithu, who were both fantastic. Carlos was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived and again when we checked out. Jithu checked us in later and couldn’t have been more helpful, arranging for our rooms to be next to each other, collecting our bags and providing extra pillows without hesitation. He was really jolly and we had a good laugh with him, which made the experience even better.
The only small downside was that, although our rooms were ready when we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, there was a £15 per room charge to check in early. We completely understand the policy, but as the rooms were already available, it would have been a lovely gesture if early check-in had been complimentary.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Hub Camden. It’s a great value hotel in a perfect location, and we’ll definitely be back.
- Q5255KCcristianp (10/5): good experience - It was a very pleasant experience, the room was clean and thank Andreea head Housekeeper for her hard work and special for sweet.
- FarAway18245262175 (10/5): Amazing - Service was truly outstanding from the manager Sammy! Thank you! Clean hotel and brilliant location you won’t be disappointed.
- aloisz745 (10/5): Breakfast - Went there for breakfast. Got there a bit late, but still welcome with such warmth. Breakfast was OK, but the service received from Kurt is and Wendy was absolutely top notch. Thank you. Very polite and very professional
- johnmU3263WE (10/5): Little gem of a place with lovely staff - The experience at Tower Hill Premier inn was great for us as a family, the staff were just so kind, generous and helpful, we were treated with real respect and enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 8 nights and the location was also perfect. We slept well, the room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would return.
- nikkid972 (10/5): Great value stay for a family of four in the city - We had a spacious family room on the lower ground floor, very comfortable beds (less so the sofa bed), clean, functional, quiet, good temperature of the room, TV worked with decent range of channels.
Food good - we had breakfast both mornings and dinner the first night.
The most exceptional part was the service received from the staff - wow, they work HARD - manning reception, checking in, waiting on and serving at the bar - all with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly nice at all times.
The only gripes were the wifi but there was an option to upgrade to a better version but we didn't want to pay.
Otherwise this is superb value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
- 541kappaj (10/5): Good service - Good service from Lalisa at the reception.
I would recommend premier inn Uxbridge town centre.
great service, fast check-in process good breakfast, Thank you Lalisa
- alfiep397 (10/5): Staff were exceptional - The staff were amazing looked after us very well nothing but good compliments thank you so much Dhanu and Niko for being hard workers
- sogainesjr (10/5): Excellent service and friendly staff - I have spent many nights at the Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre hotel in West London, UK during the past few years. The staff have consistently looked after me very well. For instance, Laliso was quite helpful in sorting out matters on a recent occasion involving a specific room that had been assigned to me. All in all, I cannot say enough about the high levels of experience and friendliness that the staff have provided to me.
- SLB196 (4/5): Short break - not the best of Premier Inn - Location is handy to underground. Hotel rooms very cold and cold showers. Had to request the heating as told it was controlled by receptionist to 'energy save'. Staff helpful and polite. Maria especially.
- joycemV8682BS (10/5): Excellent service - Lovely reception from arriving and leaving .
Cristina, Ammon, Mo plus other
Staff were superb . Nothing was too much for them to help.
- glynnr35 (10/5): Very Good - Really easy to find just a few minutes of the motorway.
Tube station located directly opposite and parking across the road.
Nice clean well presented property and comfortable rooms.
Excellent prices and local amenities are excellent
- natananl2025 (10/5): Lalisa Siwaya is a great and helpful person - I really appreciate the hospitality and guidance they gave me. It is a nice place and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
- Keen4wine (4/5): Hardly Premier. - Great location. However, we’d paid for two ‘bigger rooms’ but only one had a king-sized bed. We complained but were told it was ‘the luck of the draw’. The rooms were hot, but the windows didn’t open and the AC only went down to 19c, so not a good night’s sleep (apparently the good night’s sleep guarantee doesn’t apply at the hub hotels). The hairdryer in the room didn’t work. At breakfast, a number of items had run out, but when we asked, we were told they wouldn’t be replenished - it was only 9.30!
The hotel management were indifferent to our complaints, so we complained through the main website and through social media, but were fobbed off and told to speak to the local management team again. In all, a poor experience for a premium price.
- sathyv2021 (10/5): Perfect - Amazing service Niko,Good location so friendly and welcome,Bar service is also fantastic. Roo. Is clean and welcome hot
- 393samanthad (10/5): Budget hotel in a great location - The hotel is very conveniently located for Camden and close to public transport links. Room was fairly small but made good use of the space so didn't feel cramped. Nice bathroom and very clean. Felt it was good value for the price
- briansE8055WU (6/5): Deteriorating over time. - The location is convenient, beside the bus and underground station. I stayed in a Premier plus room, the room was quiet and comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. The hotel has deteriorated over the years. The carpet seemed grubby and stained. The shower fittings were loose and unable to support the hand shower head. The temperature control on the shower was extremely stiff, my partner could adjust the water hotter but had to call me to adjust it to a cooler temperature. The ultimate WiFi comes with the plus room but you have to put in a new code every day, a pain with 3 devices when you come back and want to relax. The rooms need to be checked properly and issues rectified.
- evilempire13 (6/5): Premier Inn need to give this hotel some love! - We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the location cannot be beaten when going to a gig in Camden. Sadly I agree with the other reviewers in that despite this being a relatively new hotel things have been allowed to go downhill. Checked in on the add in the hope of a fast check in when we arrived- both electronic check in terminals out of use meaning large queue formed waiting to see sole member of staff. One of the lifts had a broken tv screen and the other had two downlights which flicker so quickly this is likely to be an epilepsy risk. Room was spotlessly clean however hairdryer did not work - elements just glowed with no air movement before tripping itself out. Reported to front desk who told us that it was a common fault and the best they could offer is to let us into someone else's room when they had vacated!! Iron board and iron left in corridor, did not move and would present a hazard on a fire escape route. Did not eat in hotel as so many great places locally, and shocked how a hotel can appear so neglected so quickly even though it is owned by a huge corporation. Needs some love to return to a great hotel. Disappointing
- jcj2025 (4/5): Not good 😒 - We stayed in the hotel last year and it was great, so when going back to London to visit family, we booked a room again.
Sadly, the whole place has deteriorated and the staff they have now are unfriendly and unhelpful (apart from 2 who's names I can't remember, sorry).
The room itself was "shabby"! Blinds were frayed, pillowcases had marks on them, shower head was filthy, and the hairdryer didn't work!
The communal lounge, which last year was great, was this year unwelcoming. Had to ask several times for milk which should have been there already as it's a "help yourself" place. When I told one of the female staff that the coffee machine was not working she was very rude!!
Breakfast was a hit and miss affair and not very tasty. We witnessed staff being quite rude to other guests on occasion too and we were glad to leave!
I appreciate it's a budget hotel but expected better tbh.
- emanuelmK7742XR (10/5): Great service - Hotel is on fantastic location. Nikolay create very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean and warm. Service is great and friendly. Breakfast is hot and fresh. We recommended the hotel.
- E3616DRlouisec (8/5): Good Hotel - Hotel ticked all the boxes, staff/location/room/breakfast all great no complaints would defo stay again! Tube and local shops all close by as well x
- floridafan72 (10/5): Surprisingly good hotel. - Very well located hotel, close to both Tower Gateway DLR and Tower Hill tube stations. Polite and helpful staff. Surprised at how big our Premier Plus room was. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Slept well in a comfortable bed, windows and curtains effective at keeping noise/light out. Breakfast room is small and can get busy but staff kept breakfast items replenished.
A really great place to stay only a few minutes walk from the Tower of London.
- laurarK7278XL (8/5): Good value but dangerous bathroom door. - Staff friendly and polite. Room clean, quiet and comfy.
The only downside was the sliding glass door to the bathroom. It was really heavy and didn’t have a runner. So, I had to pull it along carpet. Really difficult! Was briefly trapped in the bathroom! Please look into this as it’s a safety issue.
- 313alau (10/5): Family trip recommended - Family trip stayed for 3 nights. Everything was fantastic. Team were very attentive to everyone. Breakfast and dinner was really good.
- Odyssey25145980167 (2/5): Friendly team members - Premier inn Uxbridge town centre good location for centeral london nice clean room friendly staff specialy Lalisa Quick check in thank you Lalisa and ceann
- Tracyslug (8/5): Lovely, spacious room in great location. - Great value for money, lovely spacious room with nice bathroom. Staff very welcoming and location was great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because our room wasn’t cleaned on the day we requested. We stayed for 3 nights and asked reception if our room could be cleaned on the second day. It was noted down on the request sheet but wasn’t done. Other than that everything was great and we would be very happy to return when we’re back in London. We didn’t eat or drink anything in the restaurant/bar so can’t comment on that.
- B-N-S2029 (2/5): AWFUL - Ignored Customers seeking legal advice - AWFUL! We arrived on the 27th Sept around 3:30pm. Got checked in quick. We left around 4:30pm for the evening to attend an event. On arrival back around midnight, our room had been cleaned and all of our belongings had been taken and removed. It took over an hour to locate our items, which weren’t in lost and found. They were just left in a bin bag on the cleaners trolley!! Absolutely disgusting. Then we agreed we did not feel safe staying at the hotel and tried to leave. The reception guy stated a manager would be in touch with my on the 28th Sept in the morning via email. The morning came and no email! We have been through a traumatic experience thinking our room had been broken in it. The manager has not once reached out to us to send apologises or help us get to the bottom of this. I have now sent a complaint to the head office, in which I’m still awaiting a response from. Currently seeking legal advice because our situation has NOT been taken seriously! We are waiting for a full refund due to the situation and the fact we did not feel safe to stay the rest of night because of this!!
- ahmedsS947DH (4/5): Vey bad stay - I had the worst stay at Hub Camden! I found a blood stain on the bed sheet (as in the photos I shared on google), and when I went down to reception, the front desk agent refused to change my room just because I had already used the toilet. It incredibly frustrating and made me lose trust in how clean the room was.
The air con control in the room never worked too. I asked them to look at it three times during my stay but nothing was fixed. They said they control it from another room but temperature was either freezing cold or boiling hot and I had no way to adjust it myself as controls weren't working. The window was locked too and couldn’t be opened even a little so the room felt horrible to be in. Their solution was "call us on this mobile phone every time you want the air con changed" which was just ridiculous.
It was an uncomfortable stay and really disappointing after paying >£200 a night for this awful hotel.
- senaa248 (10/5): Definitely Recommend ! - Had an amazing experience, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff are really friendly. Would definitely recommend !
- yasminea691 (10/5): Great experience! - I loved my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfy, clean bathrooms all in all I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. The atmosphere were great too.
- Gary P (8/5): - Staff would good
- MIYOUNG (10/5): - 친절한 직원과 서비스, 간편한 시설이고 모든게 다 좋았음
- Mayajane81 (10/5): A great handy location for London in general. - We stayed two nights and were really happy with the stay. The room had a window and was very well insulated from the traffic outside.
The service was excellent as was the free unlimited tea and coffee. Great lounge area to relax in.
- Yesenia (10/5): - It was simple but wonderful.
- Fearless51434345194 (10/5): Great reception service! - The service was incredible by Yuliia, she was very happy and made us feel very welcome!! I couldn’t have asked for a better receptionist :) (however one of the housekeepers forgot to empty our bathroom bin?)
- Happymb (6/5): Used to be great - now need to check everything is working as it should - I chose the hotel based on my excellent experience last year and for it's great location. Unfortunately attention has not been given to repairs and upkeep at this location. My teen daughter and I stayed for four nights in August and noticed very soon after check in that the hairdryer in the room was not working. I immediately went down to reception to notify the team members as it was Friday night and we wanted to begin getting ready to go out. No spare hairdryer was available!. We were travelling from Canada so I do not have a hairdryer that would work in the UK. I raised this numerous times throughout my stay and did not receive a hairdryer or an offer to switch rooms. On the last day, about 30 minutes before checkout, the team member at breakfast told me he had a spare hairdryer for me! I raised this with the corporate help on twitter but received NO support. Totally unacceptable as I did not receive all the services that I paid for. It has been over a week since check out and no offer of apology or compensation has been offered. Such a shame, this was a great hotel. Guess I may have to look elsewhere next time.
- V4677UBdanielj (10/5): Super friendly and welcoming evening staff - Hi
Been stopping for work here last few weeks , lovely evening staff two ladies were very kind and polite on entry and helped me check in there was a slight issue and I was upgrade to a premium room , very friendly and welcoming thankyou kindly 5 nights away from home and they make you feel very comfortable. Many thanks
A star

- rita52 (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - Had a 2 night stay here and thought it fantastic. Its so central for anywhere you need to go. Camden Town station is a 5 minute walk away with 1 stop to King's Cross and 2 stops to Euston.
Even though it is busy outside inside your room you cannot hear a thing.
We had breakfast at the hotel and food was great your typical English cooked breakfast ..... eggs bacon sausages etc , there is also a small selection of cereals and cakes and pastries
Tea and coffee is available 24/7 as are the staff.
My only gripe would be the A/C i like a very cool room for sleeping and the lowest it would go was 19C a tad to warm for me, but that's just me my hubby was fine
- C3069HImariac (10/5): Nice experience - Love this place. Breakfast host was very helpful with my query about the restaurants in the area of Coal Drops Yard. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 765AndiSc (8/5): Quick stopover - Booked a room for one night before heading to Paris the next day. Camden hub is about 10 minute stroll from the tube station, so is very handy. Check-in was quick and easy, scan your barcode & collect a key.
Room perfect for 2, very clean & comfortable, but wouldn’t fancy staying here for more than one night.
Room as expected, lots of under-bed storage, a pull out desk with a chair & a small wardrobe.
Half-frosted glass door to shower area not particularly private. Bed against the wall, so if 2 people sharing it’s a bit awkward to climb out of if you’re the person next to the wall.
- Tobias (6/5): - No tissues or toilet brush, shower not working properly, jorrible view. Not really a place where you like to stay longer than necessary.
