Guest Reviews
- 936zaynabm (6/5): Premier Inn Kenton — Outstanding Service from Staff Member - Hesandi - We are currently staying at the Premier Inn Kenton and originally checked into Room 2, which is an accessible room. We asked to change the room because the bed and hangers were very low. We were told the room could be changed the following day once the new shift started.
Later, we noticed hair on the bedding, and the sheets looked dirty. I went to reception to request clean bedding, but the receptionist initially said there was nothing she could do as housekeeping had already finished, and advised us to stay in the room for the night. I was shocked to be expected to sleep in dirty sheets and asked again if someone could help.
Thankfully, a wonderful young receptionist named Hesandi overheard the situation and immediately stepped in. Instead of just changing the bedding, she offered us a new room—beautiful and comfortable—and moved us right away. She mentioned that she is a new staff member, but she handled everything professionally and kindly.
Hesandi is truly an asset to your team—an absolute diamond!
- Paradise23328975607 (10/5): All good - My first time in this hotel but everything as good as ever with Premier Inn: free parking, friendly staff, decent room, great breakfast, excellent value. Chatted with the manager (didn’t get his name) who is doing a top job - thanks very much
- michaelo86 (6/5): Read all review sites - Not good, you really need to also read Trustpilot reviews of this hotel chain.
Shabby decor, tiny room with an EXTRA BED, and no space therefore for a chair, why?
Old rooms, not matching website images, assuming Premier Plus company preferred choice you make, I have use one before barely worth the extra, still only 1 armchair but extra “ useless” items.
- lyndonjjohnson (10/5): Business Overnight - Hopefully I haven’t been overzealous with the 5* rating as I haven’t had breakfast yet!
I stop at this location quite frequently so know what to expect and would say that it consistently delivers.
Dinner was typically Beefeater, hot, plentiful & served with a smile, what more can you ask!
Room - clean, warm & as ever with Premier a wonderful bed!
The car park very convenient but don’t forget to enter you Reg!
- samuelbW2877HC (4/5): Look around elsewhere - Personally I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again although the room was nice and clean there were so much noise coming from the air ducting and toilet seem to be on constant refill walls and floors very thin but spose to be expected personally I wouldn’t stay again by choice
- 117iamh (10/5): excelent hotel - Excelent hotel, friendly staff and comfy rooms, in area close to area that i needed, good value for money, easy to book room online and easy check in when arrived, good value for money
- sarahkoleszarsk (8/5): Lovely stay, however check in could have been better - Hotel lovely, rooms clean and cosy, check in wasn’t great, we arrived after 3pm as requested. To be told our room wasn’t ready & was told to wait and they would come & get us, which they didn’t, and they were checking other guests in, we were sat waiting over 1/2 hour so I went up & asked was it ready yet, which they said it was no apology or explanation as to why they hadn’t come to get us. breakfast good but fried eggs were over cooked, rubbery. Evening meal was gorgeous
- 990kishanj (4/5): Good location, Poor service and Breakfast - This a good location to stay with great links to 2 tube stations. Kenton and Northwick Park. There is ample parking which is reasonably priced. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean. The service was very poor. The room wasn’t cleaned when we requested at reception on the morning. Arrived back at 10:30pm to find the room not cleaned and the dirty towels still in the bath tub. The breakfast was poor as well. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast for the price they charge. They only had 2 members of staff and they were more interested in getting their tasks completed than serving their customers. We felt that we were getting in their way. We arrived for breakfast at 10:15 knowing it finished at 11am. During that time none of the food was replenished. When I approached the staff they said they only make a certain amount. So it’s not an unlimited breakfast as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this premier inn. I will use the Edgware one in the future.
- fruityaroma80 (10/5): Comfortable Stay - As a woman travelling alone for business I was a little dubious when arriving.
I was greeted by a lovely man behind reception who immediately put me at ease, the room was okay, bed very comfy and I had a great nights sleep.
A good base for an overnight stay.
- 566ka (10/5): Loved our stay there - Brilliant staff and service. All of us had a great time. Very comfortable experience. Highly recommended. The staff was very hospitable
- 385ariannyr (8/5): Nice stay - Quite cosy room and with a nice environment. It was very clean ,the bed was very comfy. Very private.I certainly recommend this hotel
- Explorer41550611199 (10/5): A Very Comfortable Stay in Harrogate - The hotel was a little way out of Harrogate but I chose this Premier Inn so I could have safe parking. Due to time issues we didn't walk into town but Uber taxis were easy to book and cheap enough. The staff were really friendly and helpful and seemed happy doing their job which made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We did have a noise issue during the night but the problem was solved the next day.
- JohnLandless (10/5): Another excellent stay - We have been staying in the Premier Inn in Harrow for several years, and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.
It's location is excellent, with both tube connections to central London, and bus connections to other parts of North London.
This time we were able to take advantage of the offer of free breakfasts, which kept us going all day.
- kalyaaniv (10/5): Excellent stay - Welcoming staff. Easy check-in and checkout. Luggage holding service available. Clean room with an extra heater in if needed. Can be loud when you can hear the trains pass by but it didn't bother me.
- dannyr651 (2/5): Awful train noise & Awful Wifi - Appalling hotel. Room shaked when big trains go past. Extractor fan was noisy (broken). Couldn’t get in until 3:30pm. Worst of all, the WiFi is awful. It turns off every few minutes. I paid for the Ultimate and that was worse than the free version. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were aware of it. Why not tell your customers before they waste money.
- alinaiA9463UF (8/5): Very good! - Very lovely and attentive staff especially Loredana for for helping us very quickly and efficient with an issue we had and Anisoara for living our room spotless clean!
Thank you
- Busymisslizzie (10/5): Very helpful, friendly staff - Dawood was super helpful and greeted us on our late arrival 11.30pm. Highly recommend this place due to the friendly staff.
- Lucie02 (4/5): Premier Plus room - tired and lacking - We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this was the worst quality for a long time. We had booked Premier Plus for some ‘additional comforts but we’re disappointed.
The hotel was very quiet so no excuses about the room which was allocated.
The room has not been maintained well. The side lamp next to the bed was missing on one side. The toilet roll holder was loose.
The complimentary chocolates had not been left.
The additional pillows - the bag was not sealed (as normal in other Premier Inns) and when we opened it one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase on it
One of the bath towels had two big holes in it.
The worst was that we were kept awake during the night by a constant high pitched noise from the fan, which did not turn off as would normally be the case once the light was switched off.
On leaving the hotel there was no-one around to report these issues to.
This Premier Plus room was not worth the money and needs some immediate attention.
- 601janeta (10/5): Really helpful team effort - Long story, but because of travel delays, we (my husband & me) arrived, hungry and thirsty, for our 8pm restaurant booking some time after 9pm.
Bar staff Asha and Anushtina were the first to help. Asha checked with kitchen while Anushtina sorted out our drinks and listened to our travel woes.
The kitchen had closed for the evening, but when Asha explained our situation, Chef Hannah made us a meal that was just right, with no fuss about it at all.
We were impressed by their friendly but professional manner and efficient approach.
A real team effort. Thanks Team!!
- bhartid2016 (4/5): Mid week stay - Always Use this hotel for our stay in London but gradually the standards have gone down. Hotel is very tired and needs an uplift Staff were helpful
Bed and pillows very comfortable
- X8891EMvaleriea (6/5): Disappointed - Warm welcome.
Room was poor considering it was a premier plus room. Felt it hadn't been properly cleaned.
Short staff in restaurant so service was slow and meals pretty basic. However staff did their best and were very pleasant under the circumstances
- 656philg (4/5): Think carefully before booking - We have stayed many times but this time was not good. The adjoining pub restaurant has closed for conversion to rooms. Replaced with a small soulless room in side the hotel. So there is now nowhere to chill and have a drink or coffee on arrival. Key items were missing from breakfast over the whole 3 day stay. We asked for refunds of the cost of breakfast. There were not enough staff and no visible managers monitoring the situation. It has lost it's vibrancy and identity due to the pub restaurant closure which used to compensate for the out of town location. We will almost certainly look elsewhere after many years of using this Premier Inn as a result.
- dionneh766 (4/5): Mucky visit - Been a house keeper myself i do check Mucky widows , spider webs on ceiling always strip beds to help out there was mucky mattress proctors. Never again
- 109rashpals (10/5): Brilliant place to stay - What a fantastic place to stay after recently staying here once again. I thought it was time to leave a review I never do that so here we go .The staff are brilliant any thing that is possible they will do without hesitation and a smile. Suzanne the manager was extremely helpful when ever advice needed for places to eat and local knowledge she knew it, very professional but in a warm way
The rooms were great after staying in a few I can say always spotless and clean
So just a BIG THANK YOU for each of my stays !!!
- WS_K_1997 (6/5): Damp and very tired Hotel - Stayed for one night and have to say it’s gone downhill in the space of a year.
Stayed in the separate block on ground floor. Smelled of damp in the room and generally unpleasant smell in the building and room.
The rooms are not cheap then when you add in breakfast and car parking for one night (extra £20+) you could probably get a better hotel and nicer experience elsewhere.
Long wait to get checked in and supplies in room were poor. Not even a basic bottle of water. Don’t think I’ll be rushing back soon.
Only exception was the staff who were all pleasant and helpful including in the Beefeater pub next door.
- Smurfygeachy (10/5): Great Experience - It was my first trip outside Canada. Not sure how UK was but i had to admit that I had a really good experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, which is really needed after a busy day exploring London. staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help — their professionalism really stood out.
- 259zanec (4/5): Not recommended at all - First impressions were good from the outside. Great free parking facilities which is why we chose this location. The minute we walked into the hotel the musky smell hit us.
The guy at reception was on his mobile phone but hung up to check us in after about a minute. He was very pleasant and helpful when checking us in.
When we walked into our room (115) that horrible smell hit us again. It was like a sour/damp smell. The dust was thick on the skirting boards and there was black mould around the tiles and the bath.
I wouldn't rush back to this hotel...
- runton (6/5): mixed bag - A mixed bag. Lovely staff, couldn't do enough to help.
Asked for a room away from the trains, as they are very noisy. Got allocated one next to the trains. Changed rooms, and it was fine.
The room was nearly ok...but..one of the bed lights was broken, the free wifi was very poor - kept drifting off and on. Had to go outside to use phone and the air fan in the loo kept going with a really loud noise - had to turn everything turned off to sleep.
On the plus side the room we had - in the annex - was nice and quiet, and we slept quite well.
A bonus was it was Diwali and lots of fireworks to watch - nice to see lots of happiness.
As I say, the staff were very helpful, but it was a bit stressful waiting for the next thing to go awry.
- Carolina (8/5): - The room was average, nothing special. Polk
- jamesgB9987JL (2/5): Awful - Awful room was cold and heating did not work and bathroom smelt like smoke. It was very loud and the doors to the building were left propped open
- nmdsd (4/5): Not quite a 'harrowing' experience, but not far off - On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was a very warm and helpful young man - polite and kind. However, beyond that there wasn't much that was positive. I understand that the room allocated to me may not have been used that much as the hotel was quite full for an NFL weekend, but the facilities were very poor. The TV was on a side wall making it hard to watch comfortably. There was no proper hot water. I couldn't wash properly in the sink because there was no plug, and the tap sprayed so my top got wet when using it. I have to avoid caffeine but there was no decaf tea or coffee provided. I brought my own tea bags which was just as well because what was provided was in a trendy perspex box that I couldn't open. There was no internet (it was down for some reason), which was incredibly annoying. There was no phone in the room so I had to walk all the way down to reception to ask about the internet. The lift wasn't working. Some of the lights in the room didn't work, which was awful because hotel rooms are always badly lit anyway. This is the 3rd time I have been to the Harrow Premier Inn and each stay has been worse. It was bearable for one night, but no more than that. Although it's convenient for Wembley, I will think very carefully before staying there again.
- imcintyre2024 (6/5): It’s ok fit an overnight stay but may look around next year. - One of the more tired Premier Inns. Enough parking but cameras not working. Rooms clean but musty smell when coming back after a day away, maybe coming through air con. Bathrooms clean, water hot and plenty pressure in our room. WIFI in room not reliable 5G was better. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare but space a bit cramped, one coffee machine (queues) and no scrambled eggs. What saves it is proximity to stations for Wembley.
- 559ilhama (10/5): It is welcoming hotel definitely coming back soon - This is my second time staying at Premier Inn, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I would like to give special thanks to Siraj for his great help in finding the room I requested — he was very kind and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, the hotel truly deserves appreciation for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!
- Gogs54 (2/5): One to avoid. Choose another premier inn in vacinity. - Very friendly staff, poor quality breakfast at beefeaters, definitely not worth the extra.
Falty electrics in bedroom lead to me getting a shock off the switch. This was reported faulty bet never repaired during our stay.
- anniewU951KD (6/5): Disappointing - We have stayed at the Premier Inn, Harrogate South, a total of five times, including this time. We almost didn't book to stay this time, after reading a few recent bad reviews, but for the sake of convenience, thought we would risk it.
We were disappointed on arrival to fine that some of the negative feedback from other guests had not been dealt with. We found the reception area rather uninviting, with rubbish lying on the floor. One of our rooms was made up as a double instead of a twin. There was also only one set of towels in this room. And the heating unit in the double room was not working.
We immediately talked to the staff member on duty (Anhar), who initially, whilst very apologetic, blamed it on the staff on the previous shift. I explained to him that I was not interested in where any blame lay. In our opinion, Premier Inn as a whole should take responsibility to provide guests with exceptional service. Anhar took this on board and was extremely responsive in sorting out the issues that we had.
- E2249IQjoycer (8/5): York races - Pros:-
We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past and have always been satisfied. We use it has a base when going to York races.
Hornbeam Park is situated next to the railway station and trains are approx. every half hour to York or Leeds. £4.90 for 2 people return to Harrogate, 2-minute train journey. Far cheaper than taxi.
The rooms were typical PI. At the end of the day all we needed was a clean basic room, with shower and bed.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault any of them.
Plenty of free parking.
We will certainly carry on using this hotel.
Cons:-
Wfii is very slow. Powered iPad okay but struggled with laptop.
The previous large adjoining pub/restaurant is now closed and is being made into rooms. The new "Social" restaurant doesn't seat many, so you have to book. It is about a quarter of the size of the previous restaurant. I don't know why they have done this??!! I can't comment on the menu etc. has we didn't eat in the bar.
- Z8695XOlisap (10/5): Always book this hotel for family stays. - Lovely hotel, warm welcoming friendly staff. Receptionists go above and beyond to accommodate. Always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend.
- X2215LZjamieb (4/5): Avoid the bar and restaurant. - Rooms exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn, however, avoid the bar/restaurant at all costs. Restaurant is under-staffed and under-trained. One young waitress trying her best, but zero support, which led to orders being backed up in the kitchen. Waited 30 mins before I got a drink (which I had to go to the bar and ask for again). When the food arrived it was terrible. Driest sirloin steak ever seen, the accompanying sauce which was ordered, didn't arrive and they somehow managed to burn some of the fries. At one point the waitress was so flustered she came and asked if I wanted to pay, but I hadn't even received any food. I then had to repeat the order. The hotel night porter was even trying to support the restaurant. Complete chaos and lack of supervision/professionalism from Premier Inn.
- F2649FJadamm (10/5): Great food, great staff. - Great meal and enjoyed drinks, even when short staffed quality doesn’t suffer. No doubt even better when fully staffed. Will be here again when working in this area.
- millennial_81 (10/5): Cute little premier inn - Perfect location to Wembley just got back from OASIS.
Friendly staff, fast check in, parking is available on arrival £9 night very reasonable for London.
Plenty of food choices around.
Breakfast was very good plenty of choices.
Our room was super clean & comfy beds.
Underground 5 min walk to hop onto for Wembley.
Will definitely stay here again.
Never heard the trains going past at night.
Thank you
- L9311YPmarkf (8/5): Very happy with or stay - Very nice hotel comfortable bed and room was clean and tidy very handy for the train station to visit or towns and City's we will stop there again pity the did not do special offers for regular guests staff very polite too . the restaurant needs to be up and running properly by now we are regular guests
- 458caroled (8/5): Satisfactory with warm welcome - After reading the previous reviews we did not have very high expectations of this particular Premier Inn. However, the welcome from the Receptionist was warm and they helped us find a suitable place to go in the evening for a drink as the restaurant on site was closed due to refurbishment. Room was comfortable, parking was fine.
- zelda316 (2/5): AVOID AT ALL COST - As all the other hotels were more or less booked, this was our only option but boy do we regret coming here. Upon check in and then checking out the hotel room, did we discover that our room was on ground floor and had a connecting door. We didn't feel safe and could see that the car park was very quiet and asked the hotel receptionist whether we could move upstairs. We prefer a 1st floor as a minimum for peace of mind but the employee said there were no available rooms upstairs. We questioned that as there was not a single noise upstairs all night in our allocated room. So we were lied to on that. On the connecting door front, we did ask if we could at least move to any other room that didn't have a connecting door - again, simply for peace of mind. The employee's response? "Did you check if it opened? All you need to do is turn the knob, That's how you know if it's open or not". What an absolutely unnecessary and snarky comment to make against what was a simple request. That guy seriously needs re-training. On top of this, the hotel room we were given was incredibly dusty. Extremely stuffy - and because we were allocated to stay on ground floor - we couldn't possibly leave the window open for safety reasons. We were provided with a fan, but all it did was move the hot air around. Had terrible sleep here and I ended up feeling sick and with what felt like a blocked head similar to cold due to the stuffy atmosphere. The towels were flithy as well and only had two without any spares. Hardly any toilet paper. The shower and toilet smelt like mold. It was just nasty. Really can't recommend this to anyone.
The hotel reception in question was working certainly on Friday 26th September after 7pm. You need to send him away for proper training - he's dealt with polite customers in a very snarky and insensitive manner. It was clear we were not the only ones who did not have a problem with this man.
- diporglory (10/5): Comfortable accommodation, great customer service - We have stayed in many Premier Inn locations, from Scotland to the Isle of Wight. Nine last year and around half a dozen this year. We try to book Premier Plus rooms because of the extra comfort and facilities. This one was of the usual comfortable, high standard. A special mention must be given to the excellent customer service provided by David, the chap on reception, who was most helpful
Ten minutes away from Knaresborough, a beautiful town with lot’s of history, with lots of places to eat and drink. We recommend this as a great base from which to explore the surrounding area
- MANGES6999 (6/5): Not the usual Premier Inn experience - Usually use Premier inns with no issues so a tad disappointed with today's experience. Waited a while on arrival for a colleague to book me in. Looked like he was multi tasking so not his fault. Had to pay on my card as he couldn't release my key as they hadn't had payment even though I had an email confirmation that the room had been booked direct from my head office. This meant no tea or breakfast voucher so something else to claim back manually. Restaurant next door looked like it was closing down with loads of signs apologising for beer taps not being available so swerved that one and had a tuna sandwich, yay. Them I thought I would watch the footy on my laptop, forget that, the broadband was less tham 1mb and the premium was only 8mb so not worth the risk. Even the TV had a lag of 20 seconds for the channels to change. Phone signal also hit and miss and that was using Id and EE. The room was ok. Overall, not the usual Premier inn experience I'm used to. 🙄
- MickeyBlue-Newcastle (8/5): Pleasant Room - Usual Premier inn pleasant room. In quiet location. Staff helpful. I booked last minute on a Saturday night and only availability was a premier plus room which wasn’t worth the extra money but very comfortable
- lindamK541HN (6/5): Beds not done properly .... - The cleaning needs to be improved. As I lay down on the bed, I noticed a big cobweb on the ceiling. Also the bed was not done properly maybe a previous customer did it and In fact i wondered if the bed had been done . the pillows were both under the bedsheet . Normally as shown on picture, the pillows are over the bedsheet not hidden under. The bed comfort was not too bad but you can feel the springs a little depending where you are sleeping on the bed. Also shower /bath had trace of water splashed which I easily got rid of.But I was saved by the lovely staff, especially young Jack (with the tattoos) in the breakfast area. Well done on your excellent service yesterday — even if you nearly burned your fingers (just a tiny bit!) while serving our breakfast plates. Overall ok for 1 or 2 nights.
- Colin (6/5): - My daughter and myself had seperate rooms both were designed for handicap persons which meant the beds were 2 singles pushed together, and the bathroom was large and not very inviting.
- Voyage739270 (10/5): Recommend - From the moment I arrived, the woman at reception was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service I received after my stay. I called to say I’d left something behind in the room, and the manager Suzanne, was fantastic—quick to respond and made sure the item was returned to me as soon as possible. Really impressed with the care and efficiency. Thank you!
- Florian (8/5): - Nice short stay
- jdek270891 (10/5): No complaints. - Booked this Premier Inn as close to Epping Tube Station, had good reviews and was a reasonable price.
Nice room with good air conditioning which was very useful as it was a very warm night in June.
Good breakfast in the pub next door with friendly staff.
Definitely one of the better Premier Inns.
- giannipA3312LS (10/5): Brilliant - The receptionist was great help. Her name was Suzanne great service. It was great Thank you. Clean room. Big car park. The beds were nice and comfortable and it was in a very peaceful and pleasant area. The breakfast was incredible too and for a good price
- kevinwK5902IF (8/5): Premier Inn Harlow East - Hotel was as expected from Premier Inn. Very good. Breakfast needs some attention. Tesco on site so a few of us decided to walk over road. Bar closes at 10:30pm on a week night which seemed strange. Especially when around 20 of us there for a wedding was well behaved and spending money
- Busymisslizzie (10/5): Exceptional welcome from Dawood - The welcome from front of house person called Dawood was exceptional, we were made to feel like valued customers.
The room was the usual high standard we have found in Premier Inns. Bath was great.
Definitely going back. Handy for breaking a long trip from Yorkshire to Sussex
- Extraordinary813555 (10/5): Great value, location and people - Such a great place to stay if like us you were off to London or even Stansted airport. People are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms spotless and good sized. We just had breakfast which was great value and tasty. Stayed here a number of times and we will be back soon.
- D1241WEkatys (10/5): Stay at Premier Inn Church Langley Harlow - I often stay at this particular Premier Inn and have always found the staff very friendly helpful and polite. The facilities are also kept to a high standard. It is a very convenient location for trips into London as well as local and is well priced. Overall I am very impressed.
- ch2013 (8/5): Good value for money in quality hotel - Great location, easy access from airport. Nice large rooms. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I was very happy with the quality and price and would happily stay here again! I can highly recommend this hotel.
Huge supermarket 50m away open until midnight.
- chris19741974 (4/5): In need of desperate review and upgrades - The hotel is in a reasonable location and seems secure. The room was as thought, clean and tidy and as other locations.
The reception wasnt manned as such as the guy spent most of his time out front smoking and on his mobile. Not a professional impression.
Where this hotel hits hard and made me angry was the restaurant / pub. This place needs serious review.
The food was actually OK and i wont make any complaints but the staff situation is absolutely appalling. Two people serving and looking after a restaurant with at least 30 people when i was there while also serving a bar for people who were only drinking.
I questioned the manager is it only the two of you when she said yes. She has been asking HO for staff for half a year and they are disinterested.
I could clearly see how overwhelmed and disrespected they feel. Consequently customer service is non existent and i had a 10min wait upon entering and a 30min wait for my meal. I also sat there for 30mins waiting for my plate to be taken and my desert.
The place is visibly old and uncared for and needs complete refurbishment. This is a stain on the Premiere Inn brand as there is nothing premiere about this place.
Fix up Premiere Inn and do better especially for your staff.
- L7434CYjoyceg (8/5): London stopover - The hotel was convenient for travelling into London. The rooms were clean, the staff were welcoming and professional and the parking was free and enough for the amount of accommodation. We would stay again, as long as there is no charge for parking
- Q5446JFalanc (10/5): Great hotel - Excellent hotel, I've used on a number of occasions. Friendly staff, check in and cleaning staff very attentive especially at weekday breakfast. Must mention Joanne the waitress, friendly, welcoming and courteous. Always gives me a great start to my day. Great prices as well.

I came and stayed at this lovely hotel while I was seeing family. I am very shocked. The staff are simply lovely! Amelia has a beautiful smile which I had the pleasure of capturing during arrival and was helpful to the upmost degree. She comes across as shy but will excel at her role once she realises her value. The room was spotless with an updated bathroom along with a comfortable/roomy bed. They were also selling some goody bags for the children’s hospital great ormanstreet. I personally find that extremely humane and a massive selling point for this lovely hotel. There is a restaurant next door but with a Tesco just a 3 minute walk down the road i found myself not needing to go there as i tend to not eat big meals. Thank you so much to everyone at Harlow east who made my stay memorable.
- CambridgeAnnie (6/5): Lumpy uncomfortable bed - We have stayed here before and had a perfect stay. However this time was different. We had room 202 on the top floor. It was much smaller than previous rooms and the bed was so uncomfortable we both ached all over in the morning. The air conditioning made the windows run with water and the curtains were all wet. It was very quiet and that's about all I can say.
- sallyaspden1 (10/5): Like sleeping on a cloud! - A very lovely hotel. Room was HUGE! Bed extremely comfy, pillows perfect! Very quiet, no noise from anyone or anywhere. Room nice & clean. Nice view from second floor window. Only thing I would change is the mugs for tea - not keen on transparent ones! Receptionist friendly & welcoming.
