Guest Reviews
- Carl J P (10/5): - The room was fairly basic, which is what we expected given the price. That being said, it met our expectations: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. To top it all off, the hotel staff was friendly. All in all a pretty good little hotel.
- simonwW3273LI (10/5): Great view - Very nice room, great view. Hotel is a bit "tired" but overall it was clean
Would definitely stay there again, ideal for Princess Theatre, 5 minutes walk
- Rick120890 (10/5): 5* business stay - We stay here on a weekly basis for work purposes and everytime its a great stay. The rooms are always clean and the food in the restaurant is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to racheal (rachel) on reception, who goes above and beyond everytime we stay, she has a friendly smile and is always chatty and nothing is evwr too much troubke with any issues. She is a credit to the company! Which is also a reason we always come back to this prwmier inn
- O7317ETsheilad (4/5): As filthy a restaurant as last time - Comfortable bed and clean room if you remembered to ask for it to be cleaned!!
Filthy restaurant which hasn't improved since a year ago (photos)
Safety issue regarding electric supply to lights on tree (photo)
- nealsmith000 (10/5): Great stay - Great location. Very warm welcome from the staff.Clean and tidy room. Plus parking on site a short walk no complaints we enjoyed our stay..
- Z5482NYsheilad (4/5): As filthy as last time. - Whilst the room was comfortable and the mattress divine, the washbasin tap took 10 mins to run hot water. What a waste of water.
The bar and restaurant were as filthy as the last time I stayed about a year ago.
The bar tables were sticky and the carpets were looking shabby but it was the restaurant that gave us most concern.
The walkway to the hot buffet was badly stained with ingrained grease. Likewise the carpet in the restaurant seating area.
The bin to deposit used tea bags etc had no pedal so to use it people had to handle very dirty lid to dispose of rubbish.
This was bad enough but I am sure the leads from the Christmas tree lights wrapped around the plug were a safety concern to us. I will be sending photos to Torbay Council.
I have attached photos of the above.
- N0NPlynnec (10/5): Excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast and lovely room - Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Stayed in Premier Plus and well worth the extra. Nespresso coffee machine a bonus and additional pods appreciated. Room a little bigger and gorgeous shower. Breakfast is definitely one of the best features. Lots of choice all beautifully cooked and very fresh. Absolutely delicious. Everyone was very helpful and made a difference to our stay
- roycS6683RU (4/5): Won't stay there again - Very disappointed with this Premier, clean and tidy as you would expect, but issues with the plumbing ie bath taps extremely difficult to turn on and off and the toilet flush was also very hard to flush. We got back to the hotel bar around ten pm only to be told they were closed, they must have turned away at least a dozen people There was no info re opening times when we booked. Very disappointed.
- 233lesl (2/5): Poor Premier Inn-wouldn’t Recommend - The parking is a joke having to walk back to hotel where the lift is not working due to the Council, according to the Premier Inn, which has been like this since the hotel was opened! The cost of £9.50/night to park is unjustifiable and the room was boiling hot all 2days of our stay and the staff… in particular a male who greeted us with ‘what do want’? ! This is perhaps the worst Premier Inn we have stopped in and will think twice again before booking this venue in the future. 👎🏾👎🏾
- 845rachaelk (2/5): Parking fine - pay twice for 1 night! - We now have a fine from parking in their carpark as they either didn't add my numberplate or explain how parking worked when we arrived. So this has cost us twice as much as we thought! The parking was terrible, no spaces too.
- 3078Sue (8/5): Staying for a show - The location was great, the bedrooms again very gpod, but l was disappointed to come back from a show to discover the bar had closed at 10pm, l was expecting it to be open to hotel guests and as l had been the designated driver had not been able to have one at the show so l was really looking forward to relaxing with a drink before bed.
- S5862CDbarrys (8/5): Good rooms and food but parking could be an issue - The premier inn itself was good and breakfast in the restaurant was good and all the staff helpful and friendly. Only downside here is the parking which is shared with beefeater so if you go out for the day might not get a space on your return so may have to pay to park somewhere else. Very limited spaces so would be a nightmare in the summer
- Sunshinegirl044 (10/5): Great night stay lovely staff - Very comfortable stay, in fact so quiet I overslept 🤩 lovely staff too. Reasonable prices and car park behind the hotel, the council really needs to sort the lift out to help the tourism and hotel. But would definitely stay again
- janmA6593OF (10/5): Would definitely stay here again - Stayed for 3 nights, sharing a room with my 90 year young mum! Can’t fault anything about our stay and would definitely stay here again. (Actually better than The Grand Hotel) where we stayed for mum’s birthday in June!
- elliewA5297LQ (4/5): ⚠️NOT SUITABLE IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY NEEDS⚠️ - ⚠️ Not Suitable for Guests with Mobility Issues
This was my first time booking at this new Premier Inn. The modern look and proximity to shops and entertainment were appealing but I wasn’t prepared for the accessibility challenges we faced.
🚗 Parking & Access:
Disability parking is located approximately 200 metres uphill from the hotel. After parking, we had to walk back down with our luggage, only to find the lift out of order. This meant struggling down seven flights of dirty stairs some of which had clearly been urinated on. Once at the bottom, we faced another uphill walk to the main entrance, followed by a lift ride to reception where we had to check in ourselves.
🛏️ Room & Facilities:
The rooms are very compact, with little space to move around not ideal for anyone with mobility aids. The TVs are outdated with poor picture quality, which was disappointing given the bad weather during our stay.
🌟 The Positives:
• The hotel looks lovely when lit up at night
• Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was clean
• Staff were friendly and helpful
• Great location: just 100 metres from clubs and pubs, and a 10-minute walk to Torquay Marina
Overall, while the hotel has its charms, it’s not currently equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs. I hope improvements are made soon.
- dianetZ5446TG (10/5): A great hotel. - A lovely hotel. Well placed on the sea front, friendly, helpful staff, great bedroom and bathroom with a bath, good food at a great price. The whole hotel has a lovely atmosphere. We come back every year (twice this year) and always enjoy it.
- alisonbI9998RL (10/5): Great location - Great location, and a 5 minute walk to train station and Theatre.
Premiere Plus rooms highly recommended. Friendly helpful staff.
- ellesiepops (10/5): What a dream team!!!! - No one can get it right 100% of the time but Premier Inn really hit the mark for us during this stay. Travelled with my parents and my son to visit family for four nights and we were met by the most phenomenal customer service by Joanne and her colleagues on the first evening (sorry I didn’t get all your names!), they popped out with a little chocolate bar for my son and had some books we could borrow during our stay which he really enjoyed while we had a drink in the bar on our first evening. Joanna - who seemed the be the most multi-talented human to exist managed to simultaneously be a chef, a team leader, a friendly face for my son and an incredibly efficient and hardworking leader. In fact, this team seemed to be the most slick of any in the many premier inns I’ve stayed at across the country. To add - this was half term week and it was absolutely packed out in the hotel, they also accommodated an additional theee members of my family who live locally for breakfast and got the kids paper to draw and colour. I choose Premier Inn because ‘you know what you’re signing up for’ but actually, with the team here, the hotel takes on a whole new friendly, warm atmosphere. It’s not often a team seem to be all pulling in the same direction but this one certainly was. The leadership is clearly working to have created such a slick group. The hotel was clean and modern and the bar was really relaxing. We knew the parking situation before we booked so weren’t disappointed. The only tiny niggle is that there’s only two lifts serving the entire building for both customers and staff so they become very backed up, I took the stairs wherever possible as the stairway as clean and bright. Really looking forward to staying again. What a fantastic group.
- _zeenaandme_ (8/5): A lovely stay on Torquay seafront - Very nice hotel on a prime location on Torquay Seafront. We upgraded to a sea view and it was well worth it. It was lovely to wake up each morning to the sea. Parking is £8 per day and if you’re staying for more than one day there is no guarantee that you’re going to get a space so we came back to the hotel earlier than we really wanted to to ensure we got a space.
What I really like about this hotel is that it has a completely separate bar area in the hotel which was extremely popular.
Family rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was there wasn’t enough cups or towels for the number of people but this was quickly rectified with a quick trip to reception.
Special shout out to Steve on reception, for checking us in before 3 pm as the kids were becoming very restless.
I really don’t understand why they would prefer to have a reception full of people rather than checking them in. It just makes it very stressful for both staff and people who are paying to stay in the hotel.
If the rooms are not available I can understand but at 2:50pm they should be.
- adamstevo1 (10/5): I will stay here on my next visit to Tring! - The Premier in at Tring was a very pleasant experience. The premier room was lovely. Plenty of space with a comfortable bed, not too firm a mattress and not too soft. That and the lack of noise disturbance made for a sound couple of nights sleep. The view, to the north, of fields and hills, from the bedroom window was very nice too.
The staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Always greeting their guests with a smile. A big “thank you” to all of them.
I can surely say that I have now found my hotel for my next visit to Tring.
- juliegX8419DU (8/5): Great hotel - Room, hotel really great location perfect, only downside continental breakfast not so good, horrible cheap bread, no nice cheese or anything. Vegetarian evening meal options poor, too much reliance on burgers, how about jacket potato, quiche, veggie pies, leeks butter beans, curry, too musmch assumption if you are veggie you love burgers yuck
- I7458KTjamesm (2/5): As**ole on reception - Absolutely disgusting service. Person on reception was rude and very arrogant. Disgusting attitude towards me. To he honest they were an as**ole. I've never been treated so bad. Won't be staying here again.
- D5829HTstephenh (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, based on other Premier Inns stays. - Hotel just not up to expected standard of other Premier Inns. The corridor by the room smelt of damp, the WiFi is absolutely useless, both the free and Ultimate version, kept dropping out continuously and signal strength very low in the room for both, it wouldn’t stay by connected for more than several minutes at a time, made working impossible as mobile signal, even the reception staff said how poor and u reliable it is.! The mobile signal in the hotel was not good so I couldn’t hotspot. Also very disappointed with the food, so many chargeable extras now on the meal deal and the quality of food was poor, avoid the Chicken and Rib combo, the chicken is like processed rubber, I couldn’t eat it. Compared to the standard of the Premier Inn in Avonmouth where I stayed for five weeks the Premier Inn in Tring is miles apart and has heavily disappointed me, and, I’m here for the next three weeks.!
- bloodymary_13 (4/5): Great reception staff, terrible mobile reception and wifi - Great Location for Tring and really easy to get to from A41.
Big car park.
Reception staff really efficient and informative.
Standard premier rooms.
Mould growing on hand dispenser.
WiFi terrible , DON’T rely on it and what is worse mobile reception seemed to be blocked. None of us could make calls from our rooms, reception was intermittent. We had to keep going down to reception area or the car park to make calls or pick up what’s app messages.
People had been smoking in non smoking areas as corridors had strong smell of smoke.
This experience was not value for money at £100 a night!! One of the worse premier inn stays I’ve had!
- P4672QPbeckyw (8/5): Trip with a friend - Had a 2 night stay here with a friend, the hotel was clean and try and not far from the town centre.
The breakfast was ok and you had tea and coffee kettle in the room, was nice and the bed was comfortable and not far from restaurant around the corner from the hotel
You can get free Wi-Fi but if you want the other one you had to paid £5 for it and a £15 charge for an early check.
The staff was nice and friendly
- robinhe (6/5): Standard hotel; misleading advert for car park discount. - The hotel is what you expect from a premier inn.
The advertised discount for the car park is NOT available. Car parking costs £8/day
- harrypL8669MT (8/5): Night out - Good clean room.helpfull staff
Easy parking.
Fruit at breakfast is still that awfull hard little berries Could be improved.
Check in easy..value good.
THE COOK WAS SEEN PLAYING WITH HIS PHONE THE SAME TIME AS PLATING UP WITH HIS FINGERS.
HOW UNHIGENIC IS THAT..
surely that filthy device could be banned from the kitchen. Oct 11
- StuartA1147 (8/5): Perfect for overnight stay - Went to Torquay for the Daggers game. Great location and lovely spacious room. Slightly disappointed with lack of vegan options at breakfast.
- cjslaterhot77 (2/5): 1/3 stays was really bad - So we arrived Monday afternoon after a hell off a 5 hour drive from port Solent branch we was staying with premier inn premier rooms.
This hotel, we’ve stayed at prior. 3 occasions it’s central newish and amazing views from the harbour rooms.
We arrived as i stated and my husband checked us in. 512. Room was clean. On the small size off other branches and when I went to use the toilet I noticed black mould. On the grout ships dispensers wall. Floor. I advised reception she changed us to 510. Which was worst. I took the key down and said we’ll stay in 512 and wait for a cleaner.
Waited. We waited, until after breakfast I spoke with the duty manager Sam who when challenged he said we have no hotel manager and about 5 team on shift. They will get to my room. For 10am today. It was 0745am. Not showered for over 22 hours now and I was getting grumpy anyways long story short
Breakfast superb. Our 2 night stay turned to us abandoning our 2nd night as no cleaner showed up. ! The head office customer service line gave me a refund.
I also witnessed a bar staff member hand over a pair off scissors to a young 12/13 girl with two other children with her. Then they left the hotel and they tried to steal a bike chained outside with a rubber lock. I challenged them and they ran into the Hampton facing touch they kicked out as they was local pests apparently, I informed all this to Sam to which he suggested I was losing until I told him to view his cctv !
We will not be back but the cantons looks superb facing
- Annietony85 (8/5): Nice friendly hotel - Great location and Seaviews . Close to train station and town centre, friendly staff,
Only downside is air-conditioning gets warm even at night
- stevenbM4274TV (2/5): dreadful - Avoid rooms are are grimy and the room extractors have a high pitch white noise front desk could not give me a quite room, dreadful. battle to get a refund as i did not stay
- F1236GKdavidm (10/5): Great stay - Arrived early was aloud to check in early staff really friendly and helpful food in restaurant was excellent in all can't fault at all five outta five already rebooked for Christmas
- Travel822476 (10/5): Bathroom - Rooms good and clean but bath to high for older people to get in one of our parties could not shower at all during her stay prefer shower cubicle
- T26BGstanleyb (2/5): No response - Wanted to know more about parking. The AI didn’t help, then waited a long time to be put through to reception but that didn’t happen so PI cut me off. Tried again, same treatment! Honestly PI if you can’t look after clients trying to book what is the service on site like? Stayed elsewhere…
- Foxfire22 (4/5): Belated Birthday Break - Not a good start as both podiums said “Check In Not until 3pm” despite our rooms being ready.
The young lady on reception said we couldn’t check in early unless we paid £15 per room but we could have a drink at the bar next to reception while we waited.
We were a little early as couldn’t predict our traveling time and yes more and more people were using the bar while they waited to check in. Maybe this is the plan either £15 to check in early or spend probably more at the bar while you wait.
Next there was a surge of people all trying to check at 3pm to find the online podium check in’s didn’t work. So again we had to use the buzzer to call a member of staff.
We were placed on different floors despite my asking central check in when l initially phoned to make the reservation that my daughter be on the same floor. It seems they could only request this of the branch l was staying and no l could talk to them or email them. Everything is now Central!
Once in the room l was sharing with my husband (floor 5) he discovered we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel.
NO PHONE in the room meant he had to go back down to reception to ask for more.
Also at the point we realized we only had 1 key card for us to share! This meant when he went down l was suddenly in pitch black in the bathroom!
Later on we realized there was only 1 toilet roll in the room for 2 people for our 3 day holiday break (slightly stressful) and husband went on another mission. Luckily he saw cleaners in our corridor and was able to ask or that would’ve been another reception visit.
In the morning we met for breakfast to discover my daughter on her own (floor 2) got woken up at 2.30am with men hammering on her door as they thought it was their mates room! They didn’t stop hammering until (much to our horror) she opened the door a crack and they realised their mistake! Thankfully they said sorry and moved on. Had they been drunk and lairy who knows what could’ve happened with her being alone.
NO PHONE in the room meant she could not phone reception for help! This is hugely irresponsible on the part of Premier Inn.
If she had phoned my mobile even l wouldn’t have been able to help as the key card for floor 5 corridor does let me into the corridor for floor 2.
Our daughter may be an adult but she also has Dyspraxia which means she needs a degree of support.
She also found when she wanted to pop to our room during daytime she couldn’t for the same reason which meant we had to meet her at the lift.
On a positive note the rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast very good.
I seriously hope though these changes are not in all Premier Inn branch’s.
In the past we have used Premier Inn a lot and never had any problems (but then l could always book direct and talk to a person). Also there was always a PHONE in every room.
- helenbW3772XR (8/5): Breakfast not good on Sunday - Breakfast on the sunday not good sausage overcooked no hasbrowns went up ten mins later still none eggs over cooked. Monday everything perfect hence I think different chef.
- PaulB760_12 (10/5): Torquay weekend stay - Well located close to the sea front and town centre. Modern recently built hotel. Standard P Inn features. Only let down, small car parking area in a public car park behind the hotel.
- PanCanada (6/5): Nice hotel ruined by huge access oversights. - The Good:
Excellent very helpful staff (who apologised profusely for the lift not working, more on that later)
Great restaurant and breakfast
Standard Premier Inn Rooms
Bed side USB charging
Reasonably nice view of the harbour for some rooms.
The bad:
I was given the room for elderly/infirm and was not impressed.
No chairs in room
Bed very low and quite uncomfortable
I couldn't shower properly because the shower head could only be raised to waist height
Bed was very short, I'm 6 foot and my feet went over the end.
Very difficult hotel to access with a car.
The Ugly:
By far the worst thing about this hotel is the access.
If you are elderly or infirm do NOT stay here.
The car park is miles from the hotel up a steep hill
There is no where to unload luggage and passengers in front of the hotel
The lift is STILL out of operation and from the reviews I have read it hasn't been working for a long time.
The hotel should be closed until it is fixed. Its DEPOLORABLE!
Would I stay here again:
NO !
- OtisKone (10/5): Good stay as expected. - Really enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Torquay Harbour. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the harbour and town centre. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The food was great too, with dinner being good quality and breakfast always hot and fresh. We always choose Premier Inn if possible, and this one definitely lived up to expectations.
- Vegetate (8/5): Mostly good - The hotel is in a great location and we were very happy with our sea view room. It was clean and spacious with super comfy bed and good shower. The staff in the bar were very friendly. When we had a problem with WiFi the receptionist was really helpful. The car park was good value at £8 for 24 hours. On the downside they did seem a bit short staffed - very long queues to check in and we had to wait a long time to be seated at breakfast. There were no cups out so I had to find someone to replenish them and she was a bit surly. They ran out of some breakfast items. All in all it was good value but I think next time I’ll skip the breakfast.
- E5764ZBamandah (4/5): Could do much better - The hotel is premier plus but the rooms are tiny.
The car park is owned by Torbay Council and the lift is out of order. The return to the car park is up a steep hill so if you have mobility issues don’t bother. You can’t park outside the hotel as there are double yellow lines and the road has been dig up. There is a sign in the car park saying you must vacate by 12.00. The hotel check out is 12.00 and we were out before 12.00 but by the time we struggled up the hill with our luggage and loaded up it was 12.10.
If you have a motorbike, you park in the bike bays and still get charged as if you have a car!
The car park belongs to the council but it is unbelievable that Premier Inn don’t have sufficient clout to get this sorted out.
The breakfast was poor. Only one chef and one other member of staff trying to look after everyone and it doesn’t work!
You can only have dinner if you prebook due to lack of staff.
Overall, not one of our best experiences of Premier Inn
- JeffS4321 (10/5): Great stay in a comfortable and clean hotel - The location was exactly where I needed it for the purpose of my visit. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The bedroom was clan and the bed was very comfortable.
- E8648IDlindam (10/5): Excellent service lovely friendly staff - Lovely friendly kind staff good location and very comfy beds. Usually stay at Seafront but decided to give this one a go and wasn't disappointed
- cynthiamI3281FQ (2/5): Never again - Dirty carpets throughout. Grumpy receptionist. Restricted menu in the evening, short of food at breakfast. Shabby decor. Parking and access not an issue - if you take the correct route there are no steps.
- ricardoire (6/5): A work in progress ! - We’ve stayed in the other Premier Inns in Torquay, so thought we would try this one as it is relatively new.
Firstly it was difficult to find, up a side street, and my satnav didn’t recognise the postcode.
Car park isn’t very well signed, you don’t see the sign until you are past the hotel.
There is a large council car park at the rear, and PI have some spaces at the far end of a long car park.
It is connected to the hotel by a lift - which was of course out of order, so you have to walk a long way ( in the rain, with your luggage ) all along the back of the hotel - round to the front ( which is currents all dug up as they seem to be working on the drains)
The signage is awful - just a little sign saying “ To reception” would be a major leap forward,
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful.
This is a relatively new hotel and I’m wondering, do management ever visit, and look through the eyes of a customer ????
- sxr1972 (6/5): Dated and run down - Very old un-modernised hotel. It’s so dated old and I felt uncomfortable even not having my slippers on.
The one positive I would say the staff from reception was lovely .
And whilst the room was very dated and worn out, it was reasonably clean .
- lindakN8589BU (10/5): Comfortable and welcoming. - Conveniently situated for visiting Tring and the surrounding area.
The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
I had an accessible room with a wetroom which was very well equipped with safety rails and call button.
The bedroom was comfortable, parking plentiful, and a handy Beefeater next door, although service there was very slow because of lack of staff.
- bensA9971XC (10/5): Nice start - Great room, nice to have the beefeater pub/restaurant next door . Maryna was very helpful and friendly on the front desk.
- V4569WHmichellew (10/5): Good stay - Comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Big car park. Good facilities. Can't fault it. Would stay again.
- royhT5405BZ (10/5): Good service to elderly couple. - My partner's elderly mother and partner stayed at the Premier Inn Tring for a couple of nights. Both have mobility issues and the staff were helpful in allowing us to bring our car close to the lodge when dropping or collecting them and when the staff found out it was a birthday celebration they left some things in the room as a nice surprise on the evening of the birthday for the birthday 'girl' to enjoy.
- L5204DQjamesp (10/5): Great staff. - Really impressed with this hotel. Clean and tidy, well priced and ideally located next to beefeater so the breakfast was good. Amazing staff, especially Andreea who went out of her way to help us with a package and organising us a connecting room. Highly recommend.
- OnAir47293428798 (10/5): Great place to stay - Really lovely staff and very comfy beds. I really recommend this hotel. I have stayed in others in the area before, but this is by far the best

The room we were given has a locked door to the room next door. I didn't think anything of it however, the person staying in that room kept his TV on all night and it was loud. He also kept having coughing fits. We didn't get any sleep all night. The breakfast was pretty bad, it wasn't helpful yourself, we ordered our cooked breakfast which came out in bits and pieces. My sausage came separate from the rest of my food. I had finished my food as they brought the sausage out cold. Would not stay here again.

Then again when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush & toothpaste she was straight on sorting my problem out. As for the rest....Room as you'd expect clean tidy a decent standard. Next door is the beefeater so food and drink on tap. I had a mixed grill, great value for the price. Manager was good but my waitress could do with a lesson on customer service and how to engage without frowning. In short a decent overnight work related stop, Maryna made the whole stay brilliant.
- jessicasF2016MR (10/5): Honest Review on Premier inn Tring - The hotel rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Cozy rooms. The staff are the kindest and friendliest staff I've encountered at a hotel. The rooms are very good for the price. The restaurant has quite a bit of options, friendly staff as well. Everyone made me feel very welcome.
- 991mickw (2/5): very uncomfortable beds ,no alternative options - most aspects of the stay were quite adequate for a short stay , however we stayed 3 nights and found the beds appalling , very hard ,a hard bed with a simple topper , so bad were the mattresses we went to go outdoors 25 miles away and bought 2 berghaus self inflating foam/air mattresses , these transformed the bed to a supper comfy bed ,we will take these with us wherever we stay from now on , Premier staff were good but could not help as they had no alternative mattress /topper options , as sleep is the main reason for staying at accommodation it s very very poor that the beds were so poor , defiantly not to the same quality as new travel lodge rooms , won't be choosing premier inn again if we can help it
- 507camerona (10/5): Five Start! - I had an amazing time at Premier Inn in Tring! The staff were super friendly and helpful, really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend it!
It was an ideal base for exploring the area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time I’m in town.
- bloodrunner (10/5): Excellent. - You could not wish for a better place to stay.
The staff go above and beyond to make it comfortable and to meet the needs of every client that walks through the door. A 2 storey building with stairs to 1st floor. Accessible rooms on ground floor.
Thanks to all the staff, nightshift and dayshift.
- LindseyM923 (2/5): Make sure you ask NOT to have an adjoining room - We were put in a room with an adjoining door and the neighbour was very noisy, had the TV on the entire night. We didn't get a restful sleep. The interior of our room needs parts fixing, panel under sink falling off and chipped paintwork. The restaurant was shabby and the cooked breakfast very poor.
- N1355YOjudithd (10/5): A great Premier Inn - Stayed in a Premier room. Very well equipped, worth the upgrade. Extremely comfortable bed, plus lots of extras. The room had a wonderful view across the countryside, the room was so quiet. Breakfast was good, a great way to start the day. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
