• Stephen (9/5): Great for a short break. - Breakfast was very good with enough selection. Location was convenient for the station but needed to go through a noisy area to reach the hotel late at night. See about area above. Sink too high.
• Oliver (10/5): - La atención excelente de la gente de la recepción... recuerdo el nombre de Igor pero también su compañera de trabajo. Muy, muy amables. La habitación es de la medida justa, tranquila, cómoda. Las almohadas y la cama en si son cómodas, tuvimos muy buen descanso. La zona del Bar es amplia y cómoda para relajarse y descansar.. especialmente durante el happy hour de 17 a 19 hs. (50% en las bebidas). Quizas más gente para ayudar a los recepcionistas a la hora del Happy Hour del bar. Pero igual, ambos hicieron su trabajo de forma excelente.

• Anna (9/5): Nice, clean and spacious room, convenient location close to central station. - The hotel was nice, the room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking from the central station and a walkable distance to the downtown. The hotel is located between two streets, one -- very nice and the other one very unpleasant, so choose the right one when going to and from the hotel. The breakfast was OK, nothing to really complain about, but I guess we were spoiled by our previous experiences and expected more from a breakfast in a hotel in Germany.

Im ruhigen Teil der Elbestrasse gelegen fußläufig zu Bahnhof, Museumsmeile, Willy-Brandt-Platz, gutes Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer, Bett bequem, freundliches Personal, gute Restaurantauswahl in nächster Nähe In Frankfurt sollte man auch Apfelwein in der Bar anbieten können.

• Anna (4/5): The hotel itself and the room are clean and comfortable, but the staff makes this hotel terrible. - The location of the hotel is really incredibly convenient. All the interesting places are nearby, there are many restaurants and all other amenities. Also the rooms were quite clean and nice, everything you need was in the room, except for bottled water. The attitude of the staff towards visitors is impossible bad. If you are 18 years old, you will be treated with disdain, they will forget about you and will watch your every step. Also, when you have problems with the settlement, they will specifically solve them slowly and detain you for more than 2 hours.

• Regina (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber eben mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Im Hotel selbst ist es sehr ruhig.
• Annette (8/5): - Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl auch für Vegan und Vegi Liebhaber.. Die Lage ist sehr nahe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Altstadt. Leider ist die Bahnhofsumgebung von Bettlern, Drogensüchtigen und Obdachlosen und sehr vielen arabische Geschäften umgeben. Es ist ein sehr trauriger und schmutziger Anblick für den Finanzhotspot von Deutschland!

• Ulrich (9/5): Super Hotel in guter Entfernung zu Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten - Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig, das Bett Groß und bequem. Das Frühstück war gut ausgestattet, gute Kaffeemaschine. Das Personal am Desk war äußerst hilfreich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bahnhofsgegend ist natürlich immer von eigenartigen Menschen besetzt, darüber muss man sich klar sein. Die Ausgagnslage in wenigen minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, aber auch zum Museumsufer oder zum Römer ist aber große Klasse.

• Loubna (10/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et surtout très propre. Le personnel a été accueillant et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner, varié et de bonne qualité. L’hôtel est agréable et bien entretenu, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour un séjour en famille et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
• Rosana (4/5): Muito ruim - Cafe da manha Apesar da proximidade da estação de trem, o que é muito conveniente, a rua do hotel e a região no entorno é muito suja, fedida e com muitos drogados e moradores de rua, lembra a cracolandia em sao paulo O ar condicionado do quarto nao funciona dormimos muito mal com o calor dentro do quarto, a rececionista fez o que pode emprestando um ventilador, que nao serviu para nada
• Werner (9/5): Gutes Hotel in einem nicht so guten Viertel - Extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber! Ich haben es wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof und der Altstadt gewählt. Leider wusste ich nicht, dass hier Drogensüchtige und Obdachlose jeden anbetteln. Für einenStadt wie Frankfurt eine Schande! Ebenso musste man bis in die Altstadt laufen, um etwas anderes als Halal, Döner oder arabische Küche zu bekommen. Hat aber alles nichts mit dem guten Hotel zu tun!

• Sharon (8/5): Nettes Hotel, günstige Lage, guter Preis - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann in der hoteleigenen Garage parken (19 EUR/Tag) und zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber wir hätten lieber das eigentlich gebuchte 3-Bett-Zimmer gehabt. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Duty Managerin am Samstagabend (Susanne), die besonders nett und charmant war. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen hatten wir ein 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht. Da wir nur 2 Personen waren, hat das Hotel sich aber geweigert, uns ein solches Zimmer zu geben. Dies obwohl wir gesagt haben, wir hätten diese Option explizit bei Booking.com gewählt. Die junge Dame am Empfang (den Namen kennen wir nicht) hat sich leider nicht umstimmen lassen. Diese Option sollte daher u. E. nicht mehr im Booking-Portal zur Auswahl stehen. Aus Hygienegründen ist Teppichboden für Hotelzimmer u. E. ungeeignet. Da das Hotel im Bahnhofsviertel liegt, ist es nachts entsprechend laut. Wenn man dort draußen im Café sitzt, muss man damit rechnen, dass um Geld gebettelt wird. Aber das wussten wir vorher und das Hotel hat darauf keinen Einfluß.

• Werner (6/5): Someone outside the window. - We liked that we could walk from the train station. We liked that the room was clean and we could open the window for fresh air. We liked the hot pot. There was an excellent shower. The room was small and we could not turn on the air conditioning. The bed was a queen size but it was comfortable. When we arrived we saw a young man outside our window. We were on the second floor, and when we looked out, we could see that there is a place for someone to go out their window and walk out there. We were very worried that he would try to come in during the night, so we had to close the window at night. There were about 4 rooms next to ours where someone could come out their window. I do not recommend the 2nd floor since this is the only possible place this could happen. The hotel seems safe other than that.

• arthursmat (8/5): Hotel confortável com boa localização - Cama confortável, chuveiro com boa vazão e boa estrutura do hotel. A localização é relativamente boa, a poucos minutos da estação central e do centro da cidade, podendo ir para qualquer lugar a pé. A acústica do quarto não era tão boa, pois dava pra ouvir uma porta batendo com força do lado de fora. Porém, não nos impediu de dormir.

Tolles großes Zweibett-Zimmer nach hinten raus bekommen, schön ruhig war es :-) Gutes Frühstück :-) Geparkt haben wir in der gut verschlossenen Parkgarage. Happy-Hour Rabatt von 50% auf Getränke bei Ankunft um 18 Uhr passte toll für uns ;-) Danke schön!

• Isabelle (8/5): Ordentliches Hotel in etwas zweifelhafter Umgebung - Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Gegend in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist leider sehr rau und ich war abends froh, sicher im Hotel angekommen zu sein. Für alleinreisende Frauen gibt es sicher angenehmere Gegenden in Frankfurt. Es war auch nachts Lärm auf der Straße, der im Zimmer sehr deutlich zu hören war - das kann aber Zufall gewesen sein.

Die Lage ist relativ gut, da nah zum Bahn - Hat uns (4 Frauen) gut gefallen Das Hotel sieht renoviert aus. Große Dusche und Blick aus dem Fenster teilweise auf die Skyline. Kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt Der Frühstücksraum könnte etwas größer sein. Am Kaffeeautomat kam es zu einer kurzen Wartezeit. Ist normal. Auf dem Weg zur Innenstadt sieht man viele Obdachlose und ….. Aber so ist das wohl in vielen Großstädten

Zwar schon im Bereich Bahnhofsviertel, aber die Kaiserstraße gleich ums Eck ist ok. Frühstück ist ausreichend, das Zimmer zweckmäßig (Geschäftsreise), hat mir aber sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption ist überaus freundlich.

• Braun (9/5): - Das hotel ist sauber, gepflegt, sicher und das Personal ist super nett. Die Umgebung in Frankfurt Bahnhof mit all den Obdachlosen, Junkies usw direkt vor der Tür ist krass. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. Und zum Bahnhof sind es nur 5min zu Fuß.
