It's fantastic to have a kettle in the room and Johanna was kind enough to help us with more sugar and teabags. There was nothing we didn't like it was great. It would have been great to have the opportunity to eat an evening meal but there was no food service on the Friday of our stay.

- Jacek (9/5): Nasz pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany. - Hotel znajduje się w cichej i spokojnej okolicy blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Posiada bardzo przydatny podziemny garaż. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne, Kawa bardzo dobra. Ręczniki i papier toaletowy nie były wymieniane.

- Robert Wolfgang (3/5): Das erste und letzte mal Premier Inn ! - Zimmer und Hotel war sauber Beim Check-In keinerlei Infos zu Frühstückszeiten etc. Am Nachmittag wollten wir wie in der Karte angeboten eine Latte Macchiato bestellen - gabt es aber nicht, nur Capuccino - okay. Am Abend wollten wir gerne einen Cocktail von der Karte bestellen - Die Aussage war gibt es nicht und der Barmann lief einfach weg, ohne weitere Nachfrage, was man sonst gerne hätte und ließ mich stehen, ein Kollege aus dem Hinterzimmer rief, dass in 10 min jemand kommt. Wir warteten aber schon 10min, nachdem man mich stehen ließ. Es war kein Mitarbeiter mehr zu sehen. Weder an der Bar noch an der Rezeption. Am Morgen war das Frühstücksbuffet sehr überschaubar und nicht wirklich ansprechend. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum wurden nur nach Aufforderung abgeräumt, weil es sonst keine freien Plätze mehr gab. Im Zimmer bzw. Bad gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten die Handtücher für 2 Personen aufzuhängen. Das TV Gerät im Zimmer ist von sehr schlechter Qualität.

- Sabrina (9/5): - Top Lage, direkte Anbindung zur S-Bahn. Sehr sauber. Frühstück war super, für Veganer sehr viel Auswahl Der Check in hat fast 1 Stunde gedauert. Wobei zum Zeitpunkt auch das Frühlingsfest auf den Canstatter Wasen war. Somit reisten zum Check in Zeitpunkt um 15 Uhr sehr viele Gäste an. Ob es sonst auch so lange dauert kann ich daher nicht beurteilen
- Anja (7/5): Solides Hotel, Service mit Luft nach oben - Solides Hotel, gemütliche Betten, gutes Frühstück. Check in Mitarbeiter schwierig und auch ein bisschen abgezockt. Auf die Frage, ob es auf dem Zimmer die Möglichkeit gibt, sich einen Kaffee zu machen verneinte er inständig, obwohl es sehr wohl Kaffee gab. Wir kauften einen bei ihm in der Bar (zufällig bediente er die Bar auch gleich…) und fühlten uns danach auf dem Zimmer sehr veräppelt. Morgens und 8 stand die Reinigung unaufgefordert im Zimmer, weil das Zimmer auf ihrem Plan nicht belegt war. Wenn man da gerade dabei ist sich fertig zu machen und in Unterwäsche dasteht, ist das schon ziemlich unangenehm.
