- Arnold (6/5): - The facility was undergoing remodeling and the crews worked late in the evening interrupting rest and TV. The TV was not programmed yet causing me to go to the desk for help. No phones in the room. My brother in another room never got TV service. A/C was noisy.

- Kaitlyn (4/5): - This morning a lady just walked in our room 120 without knocking while my kids and cousin were sleeping and that was very unsafe and unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable.

- Ronnie (2/5): - I walked in and the door was destroyed, no secure lock on the door, beds were messy, the pool was drained and green. Lastly, I went to use the restroom, and there was a suprise of human fieces in the toilet. It was super gross.
