- Erika (2/5): Worst - Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply your own toilet paper. Checking out we reached out through the text messages listed in the window because no one is ever at the front. I get a message over an hour later saying to never text this number again. When all my husband and I were doing was trying to check out. As I tell them have a blessed day they repeatedly again to text my personal number to engage in some kind of argument. When all we needed was help turning in the keys. The door was so beaten down you can see people walking by through the door. The floors were sticky. It was an uncomfortable stay. Checking in they didn’t even verify my id or card for purchase just took a picture of my reservation in the app and that was it.
