- Anne (4/5): - When I booked this “hotel/apartment” I had no idea there was no front desk. Security pushed me out the door and told me to stay out on the street. Waited for about an hour until a woman arrived and asked for my passport. Then another man arrived to take me to my room. Not friendly or welcoming. I will never stay there again.

There was security 24/7. The place is near everywhere I wanted to go (albeit shopping, dinning, museums, etc…). The host was very responsive. 10/10

- Vadim (8/5): - The pool access requires confirmation from the landlord on a daily basis. The pool was nice a clean but there were not enough pool chairs and there is no shower by the pool. The room was nice and clean but I wish the amenities were not dated. Other than that it was good and a great value for money.

- Sheree (8/5): - The property itself was clean and safe. The communication, though, was poor and tardy. They advised us that they would arrange a taxi transport from the airport to the apartment but upon arrival, there was no taxi nor transport and no response about this issue. We were also waiting downstairs outside the lobby (we were not allowed to sit inside the reception area) for no less than 45 minutes upon arrival at the apartment, waiting for the staff to come downstairs with a key to our room. Communication was difficult and tardy when it came to collecting our luggage (stored for 1.5 hours only) from their office despite advising notifying them ahead of time that we would be arriving at a certain time and that a taxi would be waiting for us to stopover to collect our luggage. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come downstairs. Aside from the poor communication, it was a great stay.

- Zachary (10/5): - A luxury hotel where everything was perfect, including the great 37th floor infinity pool. Great buffet breakfast (6am-10am daily) with a free afternoon tea from 2-5pm. Strong Wi Fi in both our room and common areas. Staff were great. Beach a one minute walk across the road.
- Duc (2/5): - My experience was terrible. When I arrived at the apartment, the owner gave me no information or instructions about the room. I tried calling him several times (3+ times), but he didn’t answer. I even waited outside while security called him, and he still didn’t respond. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before he finally answered the security’s call, but he never picked up my calls or replied to my texts. I had booked the room a day in advance, yet I ended up waiting around at 2 a.m. to get in. As for the room condition, it was just okay. The bathroom roof was leaking, leaving water on the floor, and the WiFi password he provided was wrong, I had to call him again to get the correct one. When it came time to check out, there were still no instructions. The staff told me I needed to contact the owner, but he never provided any guidance. Isn’t it the owner’s responsibility to clearly give all instructions and information before handing over the room? After all, I paid for the stay, it’s not like I stayed there for free.
