They promised a refund, but when I followed up through Expedia, they declined to honor it, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy, even though the situation was entirely their fault. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive during this process, which added to the frustration. It was disappointing that they didn’t take responsibility for the inconvenience. I ultimately booked another hotel for my stay in Madrid. I would suggest looking for other options if you’re considering this place.
