Guest Reviews
- Sharai (10/5): - My new favorite Austin hotel
- Usman (4/5): - The reception staff was extremely unprofessional, also had to wait for half an hour for the room key despite no other guest.
- Maira (6/5): - The only issue we had was how loud the airco was and took all night anw morning to cool the room. We didn’t sleep all night because of the noise. Overall the rest of the hotel is perfect.
- Lisa (8/5): - My husband definitely got use out of the bar in the lobby. The bedding was so comfortable. I loved everything except the smell in the room. We stayed for 4 days and every time we left and came back the room had a horrible mildew smell. We noticed it on the first time opening the door. I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t have that mildew smell.
- Sharai (10/5): - My favorite hotel in Austin so far.
- Barry (8/5): - Bar and restaurant not available later in evening when I arrived. Room and facility was very clean and contemporary. Some echoes and reflection of noise. Overall good experience and value
- Laura (10/5): - Great staff and hotel! Everyone very friendly and the amenities super nice. Very clean and soo comfortable! Slept great! Shout out to the great staff again!
- Melissa (8/5): - Great staff, location, bar, and restaurant. Loved having a spacious room without carpet. There was a smell to the room I really didn’t like. Seems to me they should change cleaning fragrance but overall a great stay.
- Spencer (10/5): - Best 4 points in Texas by far
- jose (4/5): - I reserved 2 rooms on line . I had to wait 30 minutes for my second room , it was dirty from previous guests , very noisy at 6 am and also one next to the laundry room and the second next to the elevators . Not acceptable
- Jason (10/5): - Super clean, very close to airport, downtown and COTA. Not a single complaint.
- Susan (10/5): - New hotel near the Austin Airport that was impeccably clean with great customer service. Hotel room was very spacious which I needed for two teenage grandchildren.
- Alvaro (10/5): - Nice, clean, new. Very convenient to AUS.
- EDUARDO (10/5): - Clean hotel and good location
- Matthew (8/5): - Bed sheets were not clean. They were not changed from the last visitor stay.
- Homero (10/5): - Nice clean hotel, and the rooms are nice and clean , the staff very friendly and nice, overall I would recommend this hotel
- Patricia (8/5): - Very convenient and nice.
- Richard (10/5): - Big, clean rooms, professional staff, nice bar area in the lobby.
- Karen (10/5): - Room was large and clean. Nice toiletries provided.
- Orlando (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Beth (10/5): Minor issues, eager to make it right - Beautiful hotel. The shade wasn’t working in my first room, but I was moved without hesitation to another. I felt the room was very clean but gave 4 stars due to a dead lizard smooshed into the carpet near the window. Otherwise great stay. Will be back.
- Meaghan (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and would recommend. Would stay here again in the future
- Qipeng (6/5): - Marriot hotel is always nice, the room is clean and close to the airport.
- Janet (8/5): - I loved the staff they all were friendly professional and extremely nice.
What I didn't like was being charged for parking when I didn't have a car. The front desk clerk refunded the money back to my card. When booking my hotel I didn't select parking so I was confused as to why charge me. I just feel like this hotel fraudulently tried to get an additional charges from me. I always check out and request a receipt. I don't think on my next trip to Austin I'll stay at this hotel. I'm truly a Hilton Garden person and I'll never deviate from Hilton again.
- Monzerrat (10/5): - Na
- Kimberly (10/5): - Cozy
- Chris (8/5): - Overall good experience, however, surprisingly you can hear every footstep, bath water running, and rolling of desk chair from upstairs unit.
- Isaac (10/5): - Awesome
- Hector (10/5): - Nice, clean place with everything I needed conveniently close to me
- Michael (6/5): Not clean, homeless all around - Upon check in, both of the beds had quite a bit of hair in it. The beds were made but obviously had not been changed recently. The front desk staff was apologetic and helped us get a new room. That room had a dirty bathroom but the sheets were clean so we stayed there after wiping the bathroom down ourselves.
There are a few restaurants near the property. We walked about a tenth of a mile to a Mexican food place that was pretty good, but passed six homeless people in that short distance. Most were sleeping but one was eyeing us pretty heavily as we walked by. I know this is the city’s fault and not the hotel’s, but it’s worth noting in case anyone stays there with no vehicle to get around in. Because of the homeless, we got our food to-go and ate got back to the hotel before it was real dark and ate in the lobby.
Overall, it’s a convenient place, but the lack of cleanliness and the homeless situation will steer us elsewhere next time we need to stay near AUS.
- Nicolette (10/5): - Absolutely amazing in every single way! The rooms were beautiful, modern and up-to-date. The cleanliness was impeccable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, the water pressure was great, parking was easy and the staff was extremely friendly!! Love, love, love this hotel, everything about it was perfect. I will definitely be staying there again.
- David (6/5): Not the best deal for an airport hotel. - Wasn’t a favorite. The rooms are rather sterile. Hard floors and perhaps larger than typical so seems a bit bare. No airport shuttle, which seems strange for an “airport” hotel. Uber is $15-20 per trip to/from the airport. Breakfast is not included. Perhaps not the best deal for these reasons.
- Albert (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, Room was large, clean and comfortable.
- Jose (6/5): - Front staff was good. We requested are room be cleaned, new bed sheets and towels and that was never done. We had to call the front desk to get new sheets and towels. The cleaning lady was there all morning and skipped our room.
- Hector (10/5): - 👍
- LATONYA (10/5): - Very nice hotel, spacious, shower felt good and got a good night of sleep. Only small thing I don’t care for, is that I just received my receipt and there was a separate one for parking-$10, however when I checked-in, they never mentioned this charge and never asked if I parked. what if I had taken an uber from the airport
- Karla (10/5): - Helpful, kind and efficient staff
- Albert (10/5): I recommend it. - I enjoyed the welcoming lobby/bar/dining area. It was so inviting that I helped myself to a few drinks at the bar on my first night. Had I had more time, I would’ve done it again. The room was big and clean. There were only 3 criticisms. 1) The hard walking surfaces in the room above made it really loud in my room. 2) the TV said “no input” every time I tried to watch, causing me to resort to using my tablet to watch something. 3) the floor of the bathroom had a lot of water after a shower even though the door was completely closed while I was showering. Overall, I felt safe and I enjoyed the proximity to Starbucks and the airport. I also didn’t appreciate the additional fee for parking.
- IMRAN (6/5): - Way way too noisy
- Kellie (10/5): - Nice staff.
- Franz (10/5): - 👍
- Robert B (10/5): - Clean, quiet, convenient
- Patrick (10/5): Quick business trip - Clean, cozy, convenient
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Very quiet and comfortable
- Amanda (10/5): - Great place
- Salil (10/5): - Nice service, Nice property, convenient location.
- Troy (8/5): - Great stay! Wish they had advertised breakfast better as I didn’t even realize there was a breakfast available.
- Rhea (10/5): - Clean, nice amenities, quiet place! The bar was a nice addition to our stay! Friendly service all around!
- Elaine (10/5): - 👍
- Yichan (8/5): - The hotel is good,
- Kanika (10/5): - Friendly check in, clean and comfortable room. Good location
- Christine (8/5): - The hotel was new and clean and the room was spacious.
- Jeannie (10/5): - Great customer service.
- Sarah (10/5): - Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The outside lobby door locks at a certain time and required key access or to be buzzed in so it felt very safe.
- Beth (10/5): - Amazing room
Comfy beds
Plush linens
- Nicol (10/5): - Our flight was canceled so we did a last-minute check in. We arrived before 11 am, we ate lunch there, and they 6took pity on us and got us into our room immediately after. And yes, like most places, check in was not until 3 pm, but they allowed us into our room as soon as it was ready. The entire check in was seamless. All the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us!
- GUADALUPE (2/5): - On sat july 26th i stayed at this establishment and it was the worst. Walking in to the hotel i said to myself wow, this is nice. I was wrong. Absolutely water pressure, very humid in room causing slippery floors and room smelled like urine.
- Melissa (8/5): Would stay again - The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I wish we were staying more nights. The staff was great, when you could find them.
The only issues were that the phone and the deadbolt didn’t work in the room.
- Sebastien (10/5): Great hotel. Not ultra quiet. - Great. Hotel. Room close to ice machine and AC louder than expected.
- Paul W (10/5): - It was easy to book a room at a great price. Check was quick and easy. We will look for this property at other locations.
- Carl (10/5): - It was convenient to the freeway but very busy/congested in the area. The price was very good for a clean, spacious room.
- Antonio (10/5): - N/a
- Scott (10/5): - Exterior is well lit. Friendly staff. Clean.
- Tommy (10/5): - Definitely recommend
- John (10/5): - Close to airport. Easy check in, clean
- Allison (10/5): Excellent hotel for price! - Booked this hotel last minute when my return-home flight was cancelled and I need a place to stay. It was very nice and clean and the bed was VERY comfortable (thankfully).
- Thomas Michael (10/5): - The staff was great! My room was extremely clean ac was on when I arrived room was nice and cold. Great place to stay.
- Josh (10/5): - Cleanest hotel and best shower I’ve had in over a decade. Stay here!
- Miguel (6/5): - Very clean property. The staff addressed an issue I found in the bathroom and changed my room right after checking-in and reporting it.
The property is noisy, you can hear people walking 1:30AM - 6:00AM :(
The yard crew started working too early for a Sunday morning :(
It's a good choice for an overnight stay with no big expectations considering the rate.
- Michael (8/5): - Very clean
- Paul (10/5): - Nice
- Joe (10/5): - Very clean, friendly and attentive staff and manager. Smelled good and clean as well.
- Ismael (4/5): - Extremely loud during the day when I had to sleep. Housekeeping blasting music to clean
- Juan (10/5): - Excellent customer service
- Loretta (10/5): - Great rooms for the cost very close to airport. The only thing is the restaurant/ bar in the hotel wasn’t open. They referred us to a Tex med restaurant next door but we didn’t try that went to a local brewery Pinthouse brewing which was great!
- Amy (10/5): - This property was very clean. Staff was amazing. Definitely would stay there again.
- Mercedes (8/5): - It would be most helpful if there was an ATM as we arrived late and had no cash to do laundry, which was a huge inconvenience
- tj (10/5): - Perfect
- Janel (8/5): - The bar area was nice as was the outside area.
- Jasmin (10/5): - It was great
- Walter (10/5): - Nice clean new property, cold ac
- Angela (10/5): - Amazing service and nice hotel. Worth the price.
- Tera (10/5): - Clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Great location between downtown and the airport.
- Tommilyn (10/5): - Nice
- Bohyun (10/5): - We stayed for layover flight and it is convenient to go the airport. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Clean
- ORLANDO (10/5): - Buena estadía,buena atencion, olor a limpio mi familia quedo satisfecha.

- Vincent (10/5): - Nice place room was clean and property was well kept. Staff was friendly and had great customer service
- Sabeen (10/5): - Nice place. I plan to stay here next time too. Very convenient to the airport.
- kamel Hachem (10/5): - proximity to college
- Alex (10/5): Very nice one night stay - Wonderful one night stay. Complimentary beer right at check in was quite welcome also. Good food from the bar, good clean room
- RIGOBERTO (4/5): - It took me 30 minutes to wait for the hot water to take a shower. And at the mini fridge was a half bother of water. Housekeeping didn’t check it and left before I got there.
- Farranne (2/5): - Booked and paid through Expedia; when I checked in I confirmed all was paid… a day later they charged me for the room. So I’ve now double paid for the room. Hotel staff sent me emails from a gmail account and said I can only reach their manager by email… another gmail account. Not standard for Marriott quality at all!!
There’s tons of legit hotels in the area. Avoid this one.
In addition to payment issues (which luckily my credit card company is taking care of) this place is not new. It was a poorly done renovation. The AC is super loud and smells. Bathrooms are dingy and dirty. Floors in room were sticky and grimy.
Avoid the dirt and scam that this place is!
