One elevator was down though for the duration of our stay which meant longer waits. We spent three nights, family of four plus dog. The hotel is convenient to fast food and the highway.

- Than (10/5): - This hotel is fantastic for only being open for a few weeks. Front desk staff is pleasant, curious and welcoming. The hotel is well designed and designed giving it a warm yet modern look and feel. The hotel itself is situated in a great location walking distance to many shops such as marshals and Walmart and Dollar store. Banks, GoodLife fitness even though the hotel has a small gym. Many places to eat also walking distance such as Burger King, Tim Horton, A&W, St. Louis, Sub Way and many more. This location is also accessible off the 400 hwy probably less than 5min drive. The rooms are modern and spacious with very comfortable beds. Shower pressure is incredible and washrooms are nice. The pool is a decent size, water is a bit cold and old use some seating around the pool area. The added breakfast with your stay was quite nice compared to most hotels. Definitely would stay again and recommend this hotel

- Evelyn (2/5): - I booked this hotel over a month in advance for my nephews first birthday. When I went to go check in they lost my reservation despite calling me 48 hours prior to check in to verify I still wanted the room despite the elevator and pool being down. I confirmed it was still good. In that 48 hours they said they had a system malfunction and lost all reservations then rebooked over the previous reservations so there was no more rooms available. I was left stranded in Bradford, Ontario with no other options as this is the only hotel there. The next closest hotels are 30+ minute drive away in New Market or Barrie. Very unprofessional and I will not be trying to stay here again.
