- Doug (2/5): - Very poor customer service. I arrived at 530 pm and was told my room was not ready, 15 minutes please. I left for about an hour...room still wasn't ready. Turns out only one person was working the hotel. Never going back
- Barney (4/5): Horrible but had some patience - The bed was the only thing I enjoyed sleeping in … the service and amenities was terrible … the manager was the check in clerk the maid the maintenance guy and so forth … didn’t take any considerations of people coming and going with their check ins and needs … had to get your own towels and fix your own beds etc etc etc … sad deal

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not going back - Very disappointed with our stay here. We have stayed at this location a number of times before the ownership changed recently. There was no a/c in the hallway on the 2nd floor where we were placed, no ice even though the machine seemed to be running. The shower worked half-way. There was no a/c on in our room when we arrived. Was not the room that was reserved even though there were only a very small number of guests. Breakfast was supposed to be included with the room that was from 6 - 9am. Went down at 7:30 - no breakfast offered. No coffee, no juice. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Lamps in the room were in bad shape with only half in working order. The place needs to be remodeled. Carpeting was in bad shape. Beds were in sad shape. This place has really gone downhill since new owners took over. It's really a shame. It is in a good location for us when traveling to Austin. I'm afraid we won't be staying here again.
