- Jerry (8/5): - It was a miniature home, much smaller than a tiny home. There was no Wi-Fi and therefore there was no TV. A closet but no Rod to hang your clothes on. No shelf in the shower to put your shampoo or body wash on. I’m not gonna use what they supply

- Sheryl (6/5): - The location was good, convenient to everything. Not walkable but a close drive. The unit was very clean. The primary issue was the unit was too small. The king size bed created a walking space where you had to move out of the way for the other to pass through. Fortunately the bathroom was a much better size and was quite nice. We made do! The price was right!
- Eric (10/5): - The cabin was tiny, but functional for the two of us. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was seating on the deck. They do have a picnic table on the side of the cabin but I would have prefered to sit and eat on my patio. It was reasonably quiet but there was a dog (puppy) across the street that was allowed to bark consistently for 30 minutes or longer around 8am and throughout the day. I'm not sure, but the homes across from us seems to be homes, not vacation rentals. We were very close to downtown, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. I would definitely stay here again.

- Tanya (6/5): - Tiny Home pics are very misleading. They are not in a remote area. The pic show the last in a row of many that sits in a busy corner of town. Also, you share the tiny house with another renter on the opposite end. Also, they don't heat the hot tub.

- Amber (6/5): - I rented the deluxe king with mountain view and there was no mountain view. The suite faced trailors where people lived and a chain link fence. The units are back to back so you are attached to another unit and you can hear them talk and use the washroom. For the cost i would definitely find somewhere else to stay. The unit was very clean but lacks space for luggage and no work space.

The bathroom shower was spotless with reliable hot and cold water flow, and the AC/heater worked efficiently, cooling or warming the space within minutes. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was spotty and often inoperable—this may have been due to the location of the property.

Also placement of the fire extinguisher in the narrow space on the wall near the foot of the bed results in a hazard for frequent hitting when navigating moving around the bed. The high windows need coverings which can be closed due to the effect of light on the TV and also the outside street lights that shine in the window all night long.

If you’re going to use the TV in your luxury room, make sure you already have an existing account with Netflix or who ever you’re subscribing to. Didn’t have any issues with the internet while I was there.

- Marie (6/5): - Stayed in Tiny Home. Limited hot water in shower. Roku TV: could not use since WIFI was nonexistent. WIFI would not connect. Clean, very cute, new tiny home: more like a hotel room rather than a tiny home. Great location.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The only complaint was they don’t give you enough towels or change the towels out, so we were struggling. Also the WiFi didn’t work nor could we use the TV because of it. We had kayaked for hours and wanted to chill and watch a movie. We couldn’t even scroll social media

- Verified traveler (6/5): Brand new & good location - It is a good location and the tiny homes are brand new but when we stayed still a lot of construction and the head dude was initially nice but when we tried to change to a different unit (unit I believed was different from the one we’d been given, I may have been wrong) regardless if I was right or wrong he became quite rude and impatient at the prospect of putting us in another house. I’m sure in time when construction ends it’ll be a perfectly fine place to stay. Houses are at least brand new!
- Jennifer (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at these tiny luxury homes. Pleasantly surprised about how well this worked for our family. What I loved the most is that it was clean and felt updated and new. We stayed for 2 nights just passing through from Vegas to Utah. We stoppped here to visit antelope canyon X and horseshoe bend. The entire trip was worth it. I would recommend staying here.

- Perk (6/5): Way too tiny - It’s a “tiny” house. I didn’t expect lots of space but this was a challenge for the two of us to move around in. Two people could not pass between the foot of the bed and the cabinet across from it. Just 1’ more space would have made a difference. Also the TV service is ROMU streaming. This would have been okay had there been wireless coverage. They said their internet was out. Maybe but then that is a problem on its own.

If you are taller than 6ft- you will be cramped under the shower head. But bed was really comfy and I slept like a rock.

When we asked the office about problem, his reply was, “I don't know, I just work here”
- Thad (4/5): - Unfortunately our experience only lasted a couple of hours. Upon arrival about 9:30, the temperature in the room was 90 plus degrees. The air should have been on already! We left for another property.
- Richard (10/5): - They are new. Feels like there are no neighbors even though there are two units per building. Loved the vaulted ceiling and high windows. Office closes a little earlier than most places, but arrangements can be made.
- Steve (10/5): - The cabin is small, but I knew that when booking. The only issue we had was the code for the door didn't work the first time, called the number listed on my confirmation email, the guy we spoke to was more than helpful and friendly. I gave a 4 star on "How was your room" because the top sheet was missing from the bed... Very cute cabin and very clean.

- Simone (10/5): - Super Lage zwischen Anteloupe Canyon und Horseshoe Bend. Die Tiny Häuser sind ganz neu und sehr sauber. Im Haus riecht es nach frischem Holz. Es sind reichlich Handtücher vorhanden, Dusche und eine Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und eine Sitzgelegenheit vor jedem Haus. Uns hat es super gefallen.
- Kimbel (8/5): - The place is situated on a highway in the edge of Page in sort of industrial area. However, the property is well kept and parking is easy. The lack of stars in amenities is because at the time, showers and laundry facilities were under renovation. The staff was helpful. The interior of the tiny home was clean but remember - baseboards matter! Some nice touches - a fridge with a real freezer compartment and excellent cooling.

- Timothy (6/5): Need a Little Work - We were excited to stay in the luxury tiny homes during our recent road trip across Arizona and Utah. While the property was your typical campground, the tiny homes stood out. The property was quiet but some areas seemed a little less well-kept. The tiny homes were definitely newer but it seemed to us like the property owner or staff had never stayed in them to make sure that they were 'finished'... 1) The biggest issue was the yard light and lack of blinds in the upper windows. We assumed the light was coming from off the property so we just dealt with it but the next morning, we discovered that there was a large pole-mounted yard light right next to the cabin next to ours. The light shined right through the upper windows of the units. What's worse is that the yard light would flicker randomly between bright and dim all night. We would really suggest putting a shroud on the light and adding blinds to the upper windows. 2) The TV would have been great to watch but it would not connect to Wifi (not a strong enough signal) and there was no digital antenna to watch local channels 3) Locking the door was a trick at first. Then we noticed that the plate that holds the deadbolt was missing a screw. Once we rotated it a bit, the door locked fine.

Still very close to horseshoe bend the antelope canyons, lake Powell and glen canyon. It’s call for a tiny home but this is really a tiny hotel room. Consider that more that than a tiny home.
- Diane (4/5): - We can’t say that the name didn’t warn us, but this Tiny house was definitely tiny, but not luxury. There were no chairs or tables inside. No place to sit except the bed. We also didn’t know that or was in a camping/RV site. Still, had the service been better and staff not constantly telling us that things were not available, we might have just given it a middling rating. Don’t stay there. There are dozens of better options in Page.

- Hugh (10/5): - This is half of a tiny home. It was one room with a bathroom, no living area. The tiny house is divided in two with one entrance in the front and the other in the back. It was very clean! and exactly what we needed as a base for all the sites around Page.

- Sheryl (2/5): - Right on the highway and an add on to an tv park. The tiny house king deluxe house only had enough room for one person at a time to walk around. The wood closet had one raw wood shelf and no dresser or drawers. The kicker though was there was no WiFi although it was advertised as such. The desk person said that meant only in the office which should then be listed that way. Instead it was listed as a feature for the tiny home. We left because of all this. and I’ll submit it to my credit card for a refund because the owner stood firm in saying that the office WiFi met the advertising. Also, there are no shades on upper windows so morning sun would come streaming in if we had stayed. And no mat outside or inside the door to wipe shoes.

In the morning the sun shine right in the windows. Woke me up at 530. Also found out after xhecking in that the unit is a shared unit. So we had a family in the room on the back. You could hear everything. I heard kids screaming the parents talking running and playing games. Unfortunately i do not believe tgere is sny insulation between rooms. Everything echoed.
