- Svetlana (10/5): - Room very nice clean quiet location good for big family travel together. I wish they will be have some rug outside of door because we was hiked all day and I feel bad to bring all sand inside the room . Hardly recommend to stay in the place.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There were a couple little hiccups. We had a hard time finding it, because the sign does not say “Arches Hut”, it says “Scenic View Inn” and the huts are next to the inn (assuming all one ownership). Parking was also confusing. When we arrived, cars were parked on both sides of our assigned hut. Inside the hut, there was facial soap and makeup remover, but no hand soap. So we just used the face soap. Soap is soap. We found a watch, ring, and bracelet left behind by the previous guests - not sure how those were missed by the cleaning staff. They do provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in a dispenser in the shower along with towels and washcloths. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. And a coffee maker. AC was nice and cool. Tall ceilings let lots of morning light in.
- Ropey (8/5): - We really enjoyed the cabin, the size of the beds and having 2 bathrooms. There was some minor maintenence issues with the toilet seats, and the floor could have been sweeped and mopped better. Overall though a good place to stay.
- Samantha (2/5): - The property posts photos showing that these cabins are equipped with kitchens, but upon arrival we learned that only ONE cabin has a kitchen, and this is not our unit. The cabins also do not even have grills, so all the food we packed is going to go to waste, and we’re now going to have to waste money eating out the whole trip. We also found long, dark hairs on the bathroom sink and in one of the mini refrigerators. Extremely disappointing experience. NOTHING like the cabin experience we were hoping for.

- Lauren (10/5): - Loved this place! Clean, accessible, and slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Only thing was the bright lights from the hotel across the street shined into the rooms all night which made it harder to sleep but other than that, it was wonderful.

There is no hanging space or drawer space so our things were everywhere. The property could use maintenance on it for small things that will get worse as more people use the unit

- Shane (10/5): - Overall our stay was wonderful and we would come back. The hut was very clean when we arrived. The automated emails were a little clunky before we arrived but we didn't have any problems getting into the hut. We had one minor issue during the stay with our door code but we were able to get a very quick answer which made it a pleasant experience. Depending on the hut you are in (I believe the odd numbers) the back of your hut faces a hotel. The lights at night from the hotel will shine into your windows in the back bedroom but doesn't impact the rest of the hut. This didn't bother us but worth noting in case you like it completely dark while sleeping. Having two bathrooms is a nice feature. The loft is perfect for kids. Overall a great place to consider staying at.
- Birgitta (10/5): Tiny House - We stayed one night and would stay again. The only downside to this property was there wasn’t a sitting area for eating or gathering. They did provide a couple of fold up chairs though. The hut was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved having two bathrooms too. The loft was at the top of one of the rooms - so be ready to wake up with the kids! The second room had its on doors for privacy. I Parking was tight but doable. Also - I left my glasses and communication to get them shipped back was quick, easy and helpful.

- Brianna (10/5): Perfect for a quick weekend trip! - This was a super affordable and perfect spot for a quick weekend trip! Not in the heart of downtown but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown which was just as great! Super quiet, all basic amenities provided, clean and well kept.
- Blong (10/5): - We stayed in a tiny home for the first time. We were all surprised how nice it was. It fit our needs perfectly. It didn't have a kitchen. It sleeps 6 easily. 2 bathrooms was great for us. The bathrooms were fully equipped. The two king-sized beds were comfortable. There were two large screen TVs. The only thing missing was a large screen tv in the loft, but that wasn't needed. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

- Mindy Watson (8/5): - Cabins are like new. Well appointed. Watch your head if staying in the loft beds - 4ft ceilings! The floors were sticky and turned bare feet brown very quickly. The parking spaces are best for compact cars only.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good value, attention needed in housekeeping. - We stayed here for one night while visiting Arches and Canyonland parks. The tiny home was just as described in the listing but I don’t feel it was as clean as it should have been. Within 10 minutes of walking around the tiny home indoors, the bottom of our feet were dirty. The floor felt sticky. We wiped our feet down with a disposable wipe and it was filthy. There was also some debris at the bottom of my shower that I wiped up before using the shower. We only stayed one night so I did not reach out to ask for assistance in cleaning since we didn’t get to the unit until 9p. Additionally, there are no blinds on the top windows (almost to the ceiling). It’s nice in the morning when light came in but was annoying after dark when the neighbors (units are only 6 feet apart or so) watched flickering TV all night long and this light also shown through to my bedroom and I could not do anything to minimize the light and movement. I had trouble falling asleep.
- Katie (8/5): - Super unique and adventurous! Felt like we were in a tiny house! The property was located right off the main road next to the hotel that it’s associated with. It was very clean except for the bathrooms. We had to call and ask for them to be cleaned and when we called there was a small language barrier. You are off the main road where there are all the local shops and restaurants. You are close to all the attractions like the trails and national parks. Overall great place to stay especially with a large amount of people (family of 6!) easy parking and accessibility to all the places! But don’t expect to swim(pool was gross) or be able to walk- you will have to drive to where you want to go.
- Scott (6/5): Awesome beds and TVs. - Check in was impossible. Had to go to the neighboring hotel to get in. Parking was plentiful, but very difficult because of the narrow space between the units. Beds and TVs were fantastic, but this could have been set up better with one bedroom and a sitting room, IMO. Would not stay here again.

The tiny house was amazingly roomy & cute, had everything we needed. Clean comfy king size beds. We were very pleased to spend 2 nights there. Definitely will go back!

Gave us a place to wash up and crash after long days hiking in Arches, and we really appreciated the separate sleeping areas under one roof. Everyone slept better than in a hotel room. Moab is one of our favorite destinations in the country and we really appreciated our stays here. I highly recommend brunch at Cactus Jacks and supper at the Broken Oar while in Moab as well!
- Kenneth (8/5): - This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. Manager was super responsive to concerns and quick to get things fixed and make sure we were taken care of. Very accommodating as we had several extra vehicles and trailers, they made sure we had space for all at the location. My only complaint was that there were no chairs/couches so we either sat on the beds or went somewhere else. Units really are set up to be the equivalent of a hotel room, not of a house.
