Guest Reviews
- marinahB6522AV (10/5): Great experience - Has a great experience here, the staff were lovely and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really worth it for the price.
- inthuu2023 (10/5): First time staying in a hub hotel - Me and my husband came down to look at the Christmas lights and go Winter Wonderland. We had a lovely stay and our room was clean. Breakfast was very delicious and had endless options. The staff was amazing but Pato was outstanding his customer service skills is out of this world and we will definitely be visiting again.
Additionally lovely train view my husband loved it.
- liliandI8044VM (10/5): Best premier inn - Had the greatest time staying here!
The staff were full of so much joy they actually wanted to be there. Daniella was a standout for me she was lovely and so welcoming
- 52nolano (10/5): Best stay ever - It was honestly the most ideal trip I’ve had.
Fantastic area, fantastic breakfast and the best staff ever. I have never met a more friendly bunch of stuff
- P2830OWstephene (10/5): Excellent customer service - Really good customer customer experience by Rita he sorted out my room when the hotel booking failed. It was particularly busy. She did it courteously diligently extremely good member of customer service. Recommend her very high.
- 864lynseyj (10/5): Friendly, comfortable, pleasant stay - Really pleasantly surprised with the hub. The rooms were compact but had everything you needed. The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming.
A particular mention for Rita, who was just so much fun and so thoughtful! Rita welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and a photo! Rita really made my birthday all the more special by leaving a card and gifts in our bedroom for when we returned from the theatre.
All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us!
- eggdust (2/5): Please answer the phone - Left my phone charger in the room. Ive rang multiple times over the past few days at different times and no-one answers. Guess there is noon there at reception!!
- iansR7823BM (8/5): 99% Brilliant - Hotel was very good , clean and tidy in all areas used. Staff friendly and help . Only negative was we paid for early check in and we were asked to wait as rooms were not ready and when we did get to book in we ended up at the back of the queue and not the front as when we turned up . All TV wasn’t a smart tv as they had stopped this service
- LightPacker760304 (6/5): Good and safe - A easy hotel to get to. Felt safe as a solo traveller.
Bar area was nice and relaxing in the evening
Didnt advise on tea and coffee and breakfast was ok but could do with some improvements. Other than that a nice hotel
- jonathancG2115DZ (10/5): Excellent stay at Hub Kings Cross - Clean, welcoming hotel and conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff especially Rita who was on reception on Saturday 29 November.
- 931carlah (10/5): Positive experience - The hub is perfectly located for accessing London. The rooms are clean. The staff are excellent. I stay regularly for business and receive a really personal and friendly service, particularly from Rita. Definitely recommend.
- A6260FBalexandrab (10/5): fantastic stay - we had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn, went to breakfast and Pato was the most helpful and enthusiastic staff member, looked after us completely and made everyone in the restaurant laugh, he is a credit to the hotel! All the staff were friendly and helpful, catered to our every need, and the room and restaurant were so clean tidy, the staff were working round the clock to make sure everyone enjoyed there stay, and we definitely did!
- J1209CImelaniem (10/5): Great value - The service here is always brilliant, this was our third visit. The breakfast is excellent value for money and the cafe / restaurant area has great decor and atmosphere. The rooms are clean and contain everything you need. The rooms are not particularly fancy, but that is reflected in the price. Location is great for access to Euston. Would recommend to those looking for a trip to London.
- K9259RRhannahm (10/5): Manager Dennis was awesome - We stayed in kings cross premier inn hub and the manager Dennis was absolutely brilliant very welcoming and kind the rooms were insanely nice very very clean brilliant time there!
- 701delythe (10/5): Excellent experience - Stayed here many times. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect for trains into King's Cross and leaving your bags on the last day. Very clean and powerful showers
- debbiedU649SJ (10/5): Great meet up place to share with friends - A friendly place to meet up with friends to explore London and in the evening relax and have drinks in the bar. Staff always pleasant.
- 72pierrep (8/5): Great experience, good value for the price - Great value for money, staff is quite efficient and warm welcome. Decent bkfast for the price, new cocktails are great at happy hour. Asked reception for a small fix and was very rapidly done.
- shaunyboykid (10/5): Never fails to be great - As our title suggests this is now our fall back location when visiting London. Yes it is pricey sometimes in the year but also you can drop on a bargain.
The rooms are compact but clean as in London you dont really spend hours and hours in your hotel.
We have always had a fantastic welcome and early check in is worthwhile.
Breakfast is a bargain at £10 with all you can eat Buffett.
One person who stands out for us is Rita , she has helped us on numerous occasions and her pleasant, happy , professional manner makes the difference.
She is always smiling and her overall personality makes her a credit to Premier Inn
We are back down again in December so i know we will be looked after
Regards Shaun and Nicky Somers
- StevieW46 (10/5): Great Value - Always, clean and comfortable. It’s great value for money. A nice touch to have complimentary tea and coffee in the bar. The hotel is in a great location for King’s Cross / St Pancras stations. Quick and easy check in. The girl who checked me in - Rita, was lovely. She was so polite and courteous. She genuinely seems happy to see guests when they arrive, which is rarely the case in a lot of hotels.
- Fabien (8/5): - Parfait
- Perrine (10/5): - Tres bon séjour. Chambre propre mais pas de brosse pour les toilettes
- Adam (10/5): - Perfect location, ideal combo of affordable clean compact professional.
- Grif (6/5): - room was quite dirty and some of the fixtures only partially working. unimpressive.
- Alexander Cornelis Jacobus (8/5): - Ideale plek als je een citytrip wil maken, ligt heel centraal voor al het openbaar vervoer.
- Jonathan (6/5): - Cons: Tiny rooms. Bare bones. No shampoo and conditioner - have to use body wash. One pillow per person. Rooms air conditioned but warm.
Pros: Unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby. Nice area in the lobby to hangout.
- Marinus (8/5): - Friendly staff, room small but nice, good location nearby St. Pancras station
- India (2/5): - We've enjoyed our stays at other Premiere Hub locations (Bank & Soho) but this one I would highly discourage from staying at.
On arrival we were being served by someone to check in and another member of staff asked him to get out the way and abruptly took over our check in. This process took an unusually long time compared to our other experiences.
Once in the room we checked everything out, the room seemed a bit warm but we changed the Aircon temp and didn't notice much change but figured it would take some time. We left our stuff, got ready and headed out.
We headed out to our wedding celebration with our friends and family.
On return a member of staff asked to take our photo 'nit for social media's, which felt a bit awkward. Then we got in the room and it was incredibly hot, we asked for the Aircon to be looked at, or to change rooms. We were then told the Aircon was actually working, despite the room being about 28-29 degrees, but also told we could have an engineer come to look at it before we left in the morning (or after we had left). I felt like we were being gaslit. We declined the offer as we were going to aim to leave the furnace as soon as we could. We were offered a fan. Obviously not how we expected to spend our night after our wedding celebrations. We did not sleep a wink, and rotated using damp towels as a way to stay cool, so romantic!
Definitely don't stay here if you can't sleep in the heat.
- Ninette (10/5): Great convenient location - Easy check in process. Simple room, great for our needs
- Florian (10/5): - Location is great
- Cassandra (10/5): - A great centrally located hotel. Rooms were clean and dining options were great.
- Amita (10/5): - Liked everything
awesome room and staff
Perfect location nice and quite but easy access to
Transportation food and groceries
Will look for other branches at different locations
- Ian (6/5): - Room just too small
- Patrick (4/5): HAIR IN THE SINK - Staff was nice. I appreciate the concept but, Room was awful. Dirty hair in the sink. Hand soap was crusted shut. Room was not clean either but the hair in the sink was the corker. I was exhausted by travel and staying only one night otherwise I would have changed rooms or left entirely. This room was not cheap either. $250 US. SHOULD BE BETTER.
- Claire (6/5): Don’t stay if your claustrophobic extremely small - Work trip - not ideal if your claustrophobic
- Theresa (6/5): - Nice hotel with comfortable bar area and friendly staff. We were very disappointed that our ‘double room’ was a very small capsule style room with only one side of the bed free to get out of so had to climb over my husband to go to the bathroom in the night. Realise that London hotels aren’t cheap but £145 was pricey for such a small room.
- Vanessa (10/5): - schönes Hotel
- Bettzeug war etwas schmutzig
ansonsten alles super
- MiniBar wäre noch gut
Zimmer von der Größe gut und man hat keinen Lärm gehört
- Ricardo (2/5): - Checking in was an absolute nightmare. The worst in my life.
- Amy (8/5): Excellent quick stop spot - Aircon dire
- Robert (8/5): - would have liked a kettle in room to make a cup of tea
- Samantha (10/5): - Basic but has everything you need - room was more spacious than expected. Location is fantastic for the train station and overall excellent value for money in central London. Would def stay here again.
- Leslie (10/5): - Close to King’s X. Everything went smoothly and breakfast was good.
