The bathroom had no heat, The toilet seat broke because it was positioned almost against the wall and too small (told them a few times but they did not seem to care, was not fixed). Also, I had to ask for a lamp and was told they had none to spare, then 3-4days later they showed up with a very old one. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.. I was stuck so leaving was not an option, so I had to bear it. They charged me an additional $40 more on the last booking for this experience. By the way they do not have any kitchenettes (as per the manger), apparently as per the owner the microwave is the kitchenettes.
