- Leslie N (10/5): - Our stay was nice! The place was clean, and the staff was very kind and gave us great recommendations. The only downsides were that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the lobby, and the lights made it hard for the room to get completely dark. Other than that, I would recommend it. It’s family-friendly, and we really enjoyed the gym and playroom.

- Meredith (4/5): Too many bodily fluids - Pros: front desk staff was friendly. Cons: There was a raw sewage odor coming from the shower drain, so the bathroom smelled like farts the whole time. There were also bodily fluid stains on the furniture and bugs in the refrigerator. When we brought up the concern to management, they said the room was clean, but when we showed them photos, they agreed to move us to another room. It was just as bad if not worse. We tried negotiating a shorter stay but they gave us the run around. Two nights later, I found a blood smear on the elevator button and another night later a blood smear on the washing machine buttons… so we bounced and are trying to get a partial refund.

- Daniel (10/5): - Recently had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there is a wonderful rooftop area with great views of the city. The staff was always pleasant, courteous, and professional.
- Stephen (8/5): - I've stayed in this place a few times over the years. I will return. But it really could use some maintenance and most of the washer/dryer machines were broken. One of the reasons I stay is the available lavanderia. But only three washers and three dryers were working. The bed and pillows are great and the shower has unlimited hot water. Towel quality was great.
- Sapna (4/5): - The unit was covered in a thick layer of dust, the stove top had burnt food and water marks all over it, the coffee table and bathroom counters had rings all over it, the sofa had mystery stains/marks all over it, etc. I contacted the front desk and they said that's just how the rooms are. They offered to clean at the end of my trip but that was useless. I had to leave early due to an emergency they told me I'd receive a refund for the last night but they lied and I got nothing. It seems they'll be nice to your face and ultimately not care at all. Also, the location is ridiculously loud and you'll hear ever truck passing. Seriously the worst place I've stayed!

- Rezul (10/5): Awesome stay! - The stay was amazing. We really loved the area. The transportation is close by with the metro train and bus. The neighborhood felt very comfortable walking around and it’s was easy to get food too. The front was nice and pleasant with our needs. Overall I would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Mexico City.

The staff was very kind and allowed my family and me to leave our luggage with them even after our time at ULIV was over, so we could finish our day in Mexico City. During my stay, I experienced rain, but the staff allowed me to stay in the lobby to wait for my Ubers, and due to the heavy rains, they also allowed Uber to come into their parking lot to avoid us from getting drenched. Overall, very clean rooms, the laundry room was a plus, and very well maintained. Would stay here again in the future.

I also love that the hotel is pet-friendly. However, during our first visit, we did notice some pet hair left on the bed and floor, which we had to report. On one of the nights, it rained heavily (as it often does during the season in CDMX), and we came back from dinner to find a small puddle had formed near the window. Despite these issues, the hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything—and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. With some minor maintenance and additional attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be even better.

It was wonderful to explore the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods for lunch and dinner while still having the option to cook or eat at the apartment/studio. We discovered several small restaurants with excellent food and great service, and the people were generally very friendly. If you prefer, you can walk just half a block to take the metro, which is often faster than using Uber; however, Uber is also very affordable.

The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️

- Davetta (8/5): - The room was overall great! When I initially arrived the door code for my room didn’t work but Daniel fixed it. Once I got inside the room it did have an odor to me. I wiped everything down with my lysol wipes & sprayed & the odor didn’t bother me anymore. Otherwise the room looks just like it is advertised. Most things I wanted to do was at a walkable distance & ubers weren’t costly. The plus is that the A/C works very well however it is only in the bedroom. No problem at all with that.

- Francisca (8/5): - I stayed at this property in Mexico City for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth once we got in — the initial access was a bit tricky because of a code issue, but the hosts were very responsive and resolved it quickly through the in-app messaging system, which was super user-friendly and efficient. The building itself is modern and very secure. There’s a fun game room and a well-equipped workout space, both great extras. One of the highlights is the rooftop area, which includes a barbecue setup and beautiful views of the city. Unfortunately, during our stay, the rooftop was partially blocked off (possibly due to broken glass), so we couldn’t fully enjoy it — hopefully that gets resolved soon. The only real cons for me were related to cleanliness and amenities. While the room was generally clean, I did feel that the bathroom and tabletops could have used a bit more attention. Also, the room came with only two coffee pods for the entire three-day stay, and they weren’t restocked daily. A fresh cup of coffee each morning is something I definitely missed. That said, communication with the property was excellent, and I appreciated how promptly they handled any questions or issues. With just a little more attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and replenishing basics like coffee, this would be a five-star experience.

Building was also safe and secure with parking for cars. Easy access to building and room with access codes instead of key cards. Highly recommend it and will stay here again!
- Frances (4/5): - The hotel was pretty modern with a nice terrace overlooking the city. However, housekeeping was not included. On our first night there, we were given towels that had not been properly cleaned and had stains. When we asked for new ones and more toilet paper, the hotel staff was hesitant and asked for us to take a picture of the towels and lack of toilet paper. The toilet paper was not restocked and we had to go out of our way to ask for more. When asking for more, we were always responded with a hesitant attitude. In addition, we were expected to throw our own trash away at the basement level. I would never stay here again.

We loved the refrigerator and I want to microwave in the kitchen. We were walking distance to neighborly shopping. My mom and I were at ease because of him and the staff. While visiting Mexico City my mom had an accident and was unable to walk up the stairs. Daniel and Ricardo quickly ran to help me mom. They carried her up to her room without me asking. Their hospitality was over overwhelming. I offered to tip them and they would accept it.

- Raul Hernandez (2/5): - I payed for almost a week. Not one time did the hotel check on our room nor replace any of the toiletries. A little over $600 USD dollars and service was this poor. I come to Mexico often, and this will most definitely be on my black list. Will never stay here again, highly recommend anywhere else.

- Gina (10/5): - This was a great place to stay. Three of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room/hotel was clean and safe. They have filtered water in room which is a great perk! Many good restaurants near by and plenty of nice coffee shops. It can be a bit noisy at night due to cars/traffic, but that is to be expected when you stay in the city. It did not bother us or affect our sleep.
- Andrew (6/5): Average at best - Bed a bit uncomfortable. Woke up everyday with back pain. Room gets too bright in the mornings so late nights won’t be a good idea. Neighbourhood not the greatest, walking distance to a lot, but very busy and noisy. Staff generally friendly. Weird rule about not being able to leave dogs unattended in the room - can’t take dogs everywhere ! For the price, however, it gets the job done.

No encontré caja fuerte en mi habitación. Solo la limpieza pudiera ser mejor, el sillón de la sala tenía una mancha grande( como de orín) , así que no lo usé, en el baño había cabellos y una almohada manchada.

We really love the view from the roof top, great place to bring your drinks and just seat and relax. This hotel even have a game room which we didn’t use, but in case someone is staying with kids it might be very useful. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes Uber drive from El Angel Independencia. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Yasuko (10/5): - Everything about my stay was great — the hotel has a perfect location, making it easy to explore different area of the city by uber or public transportation, and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel at the front desk during check-out. He was exceptionally sincere and helpful, taking the time to ensure everything went smoothly. His warmth and professionalism really stood out and made a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel — I’ll definitely be back!

- JESUS (10/5): - La propiedad está muy bien y el trato del personal de recepción es muy amable, lo que podría mejorar un poco, es el uso de los elevadores por el personal de limpieza, ya que cuando suben dificilmente se puede accesar al elevador ya que llevan el carro de limpieza; asi mismo, aunque hay personal de limpieza muy respetuoso, tambien los hay quienes se molestan si usas el elevador cuando ellos lo requieren, gesticulan enfado y molestia.
