Guest Reviews
- Darryl (4/5): - Pillows were terrible. Bathroom floor was extremely dirty. First day there I reported tv didn’t work properly and never fixed. Two chairs in the living area desperately need cleaning. Stains are terrible. Tried calling the front desk several of times with no answer. I would never stay here again and I will pass this on to people I know that do go to Cripple Creek
- Richard (10/5): - I had a very comfortable room.
I’ll return again!
Thank you
- Troy (10/5): - Large room! Large bathroom! Staff were courteous.
The two dinners I had at Maggie's Restaurant (downstairs) were excellent and reasonably priced.
- Thomas (8/5): Nice - Parking spaces are tight. Must climb stairs to access rooms. Nice room and good location. Did not gamble.
- RHONDA (10/5): - STAFF WAS AMAZING
- Kari (10/5): - We stayed one night here in a quaint room! Very clean and comfortable! Chris Anderson Dana Banta Larry Martinez Michal Santistven went above and beyond for us and were fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!
- harry (8/5): Great hotel, but it’s got a lot of stairs - This is an old mining town that has casinos side-by-side. This particular one has the hotels upstairs, and unfortunately, the elevator can only be used by private residence, not hotel guest. There are 26 steps to get upstairs. Me being 71 years old and having to carry a couple of heavy suitcases was a chore. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and they do have underground, sheltered parking available.
- Kevin (10/5): - The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.
- Thomas (8/5): - It was relatively quiet at night and the room was very clean, minus a few issues with the shower. Overall, it was a good night and I would have no problem staying their again
- chris (10/5): - Spacious is an understatement. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
- Theresa (10/5): Excellent - Fantastic! Staff was as nice and accommodating as I've ever experienced!
- Thomas (10/5): - Great bedroom and large bathroom
- Fina (6/5): - The room & bathroom were large & adequate. The 2 chairs & ottoman were old & worn. We had to use stairs to get to the 2nd floor because there was NO elevator. We went to there restaurant “Maggie’s” & we waited a good 30 minutes for our Food. My Husband ordered a Green Chili Hamburger & it came drenched in a watery liquid. When we asked the waitress about it she said that’s how it comes. He couldn't pick it up to eat it the bread was soggy. We will not be staying there again!
- GUY (2/5): - Most of the Staff did not want to work. Had to go to bar for ice. The Staff at was super nice
- Scott (6/5): A bit disappointed. I would not stay in the room a - Clean, but old. The room has a window unit that makes noises through the night.
- Wendy (8/5): - Nice big rooms, towels were tough (like dried on a line), staff friendly, good price, stairs to hotel could be difficult for some.
- Rose (10/5): - Staff was great love the old rustic look
- Kris (10/5): - It was nice and clean and cost-effective
- Kelly (10/5): - Beautiful historic property. Quiet rooms, you can’t hear the casino downstairs, charming. We stayed there to visit ice castles, and it was the perfect location. There was also an ice carving festival. It was charming and we are glad we chose this property. Cyber truck.
- BRAD (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Nice large suite and comfortable bed. No elevator.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Nice place - Good value. Great service and clean.
- ken (10/5): - Nice
- Melissa (10/5): - It was clean great location & peaceful
- Judy (4/5): - Limited slots
Some of the staff totally ignored us. Totally turned their head from us as we walked by. Saw us standing and waiting on service and didn't attempt to help or acknowledging our presence. Two guys were nice.
