- Rich (10/5): - Yes it’s an old property but the front desk was fantastic! Super nice people, incredibly attentive - this is what makes this place. Low cost, rooms were clean and you can’t beat the nice people who work here. Super easy check-in especially with our dog in-tow. Even the guests were nice. Easy to drive right up to the doors ,front or back, and unload. There is an excellent little diner for breakfast right up the block as well. I’d stay here again - if you’re looking for a totally renovated Waldorf, this isn’t for you but for the family for a few nights - go for it!

- Timothy (4/5): Bad stay - The rooms are outdated and wore out. The staff was nice, but there was no coffee creamer for the coffee that I could find. They didn’t have a ice machine however the staff gave me small bags of ice. This place used to be a lot better when it was under quality in. They used to have a continental breakfast which they have no more but they still advertise it like they have it. Used to be a restaurant, but the restaurant closed down. I’d suggest getting continental breakfast back. Get an ice machine making sure there’s hot coffee with cream and sugar. Make sure somebody would want to run a restaurant there which would bring a lot more people in. I think at the rate they’re going on this place might not be open too much longer. I’ve stayed there several other times when it was quality and it was much much better!

- Lynn (4/5): - Desk clerk took 5 minutes to come out from behind wall to check me in. No apologies. Same thing happened last year too. Property is old and unkept. The room is old and grungy. Old musty smell. Hallways are dark and it felt unsafe. We checked in early to drop of belongings before going to family event. Returned around 12:30 and we checked out at 6:00. Both my daughter and myself didn’t sleep. On the rung in front of bed there is a stain that looks like dried semen. Wouldn’t return again.

Staff moved our rom onLy nextdoor which was even worse and a downgrade. Denied a refund and were totally non negotiable. Ice machine never works and the elevator had dried sewage all over. 0/10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

House keeping sound come in every day for the price we pay to stay there. My husband and I have stayed there a few times only complaint i really have is about housekeeping. We will cone back because of the young lady at the main desk being so pleasant and helpful
- Denice (8/5): Review - The employees were very nice and courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the way the toilet in the bathroom was configured it was not very comfortable for a plus sized person. I felt squeezed in and it was difficult to move. Other than that there was plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed our stay.

Contrary to the info on your website, there was NO included breakfast, but there was a good diner (Via Main) within walking distance that served generous portions for a reasonable price. They will NOT do late check-outs. It was okay for a solo traveler staying for a single night.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not great place - Have stayed at hotel a few times years ago under different owner and things have definitely gone downhill since then. Advertises free continental breakfast online, although not an option anymore (no restaurant, no vending machines, no food at all). No ice machine available for the entire hotel. Rooms were outdated and smelled of cigarettes even in the non smoking rooms. The room was clean enough and the bathroom was very clean. Not the worst place, but definitely overpriced for what you get. The service/front desk was top notch, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great service made the rest of the disappointments easy to overlook for a one night stay.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not the best, not the worst - The hotel was affordable and the beds/linens seemed clean. There were a few negatives that lead to my review. This is an older hotel and it shows. There were dead insects in the bottom of the closet and the lamp base was broken, so when I tried to move it, the bottom had crumbled. The bathroom tub/shower were clean but showed wear- cracks, etc. The breakfast area is being remodeled so breakfast wasn't offered for our stay. The room was available for a last minute stay and the staff was helpful, but we won't be going back.
- GraceAnn (10/5): Good clean and Friendly - The hotel is a typical hotel room. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I feel they should do is update the website to acknowedge they no longer have breakfast available.
- Joe (4/5): - Very aged and in need of major updating. Front entry unsafe due to broken tiles, and potholes. Room interior needs painting, ceilings plastered, doors tightened, sink hot & cold were reversed, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Rear stairway dark poorly lit. Website states breakfast included but that was something stopped some time ago. If there had been another option available we would have left.
- Leslie (4/5): - We stayed at this property two years ago and it was great for a budget hotel. Now, it has seriously went downhill. CONS: First, they didn’t have 2 out of 4 of our reservations. Apparently, when you book 3rd party, they are not forwarded to them. Furnishings have seen better days. The TV did not work in 2 of the rooms. The shower had a slow drain in my room so much until the water pooled up ankle deep. They no longer serve breakfast, only coffee. Walls are paper thin-you will hear every conversation in the hallway and in adjoining rooms. Rooms smelled like smoke in non-smoking rooms. Front desk handed out air freshener to spray to minimize the odor. PROS: Front desk staff are absolutely amazing. Reagan and her supervisor really does try to correct all of the shortcomings. This hotel has the potential to be so much more with the right management and updated furniture and paint.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the mattresses. Front desk staff was very welcoming and made a great recommendation for local breakfast place.

Upon check-in I was informed that the kitchen was under renovation and that there would be no breakfast served. I was also informed that the heat was not working. My room was very cold so I went to the front desk and was given a space heater that didn't work. I went back to the desk and they gave me another space heater that did work. Very disappointed.
