- Shawnae (4/5): - Air conditioning worked great thank goodness! I traveled a long way, over 300 miles, to book a room here to have to force myself to shower in the nasty looking tub! Let me start with the floors were dirty upon walking in with clumps of hair and dust, then got to checking the bed and there were markings all on the pillows and sheets. The screens are all busted on the outside of each rooms windows. I will say thank goodness the towels seemed clean. Thankful to never have to come this way again.

- Raul (6/5): - The property is in a great area with a lot of Restaurants around it, stores, gas stations and the 91 and 15 freeway next to it, on the outside the property is Descent, not dirty nor a bad area, the rooms are Spacious they have Refrigerator and Microwave and a Walk in shower, the only thing is small roaches inside the room that was not good at all

- Fabian (8/5): Ok Stay For The Price - The stay was ok; room entrance door had a decent gap at the bottom that could have possibly let rodents in, room was clean/decent looking, shower had a bunch of hairs at the bottom next to the drain, and restroom door had somewhat of a crack where you could see inside. Other than that, I feel like they could renovate to attract more customers.

- Maria Santos (2/5): - Bed spread had burnt marks from cigarettes, bed sheets didn't look clean, room smelled of cigarettes beyond normal they need to air out these rooms, couldn't sleep due to smell so i left even though I sprayed with air freshener.

The AC worked very well, the shower had enough hot water for us, and the gas station is literally steps away. One thing I didn't like was the WiFi was super super slow to the point it wasn't really usable. But other than that it was a good experience with nice staff 👍👍
- Nickie (4/5): - The room was filthy, I had to clean it myself properly to be able to stay comfortably. I had the bed stripped and had them bring clean bedding. The housekeepers are really nice and attentive. They need to be careful who they rent to, in order to avoid destroying their property.
- Michiyo (10/5): - 駅、ファーストフードの店、ガソリンスタンドが近い。アメニティ(トイレットペーパーやタオルなど）が足りなくなったときはフロントでスタッフがすぐに対応してくれた。笑顔で感じのスタッフの方です。冷凍庫のある冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり助かった。欲を言えばコーヒーメーカーがほしかったが、とても安価で宿泊できるのでそれがなくても納得できる。コロナに行く際はまた宿泊します。ありがとうございました。
- Cassondra J. (10/5): - The room is close to the freeway, one mile from all the stores and food you need. Rooms a big and spacious. Bathtub is big. No roaches. Bus stops are close as well. Has a laundry room.
- Benjamin (2/5): - This property is absolutely terrible to stay at. Please do yourself a favor and find a different hotel. Lately Management has become a huge issue with hotels I've been staying at. Not there when you need them and absolutely stupid to deal with when you actually get the opportunity to communicate an issue or something wrong with the booking.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - I would choose to stay again, my mom was at the hospital that was like 5 minutes away. We only need the room to sleep in we were at the hospital the whole day, room was clean and comfortable. I wish hotels and motels would come up with lower prices for those who just need a place to sleep. I know they can't do much for the location the hotel is located, but at night, we were nervous about the sketchy people that came around.
- Nabih (2/5): Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Cost - This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We came back late at night and our room card wasn’t working, so we went to the lobby to get a new one. To our shock, there was no one at the front desk. Just one operator was supposed to be on duty—and he had completely disappeared for over an hour. We were stuck outside the room in the cold, along with other guests who also needed help. We knocked on doors and windows and kept calling out “hello,” but there was no response. We couldn’t access a bathroom, couldn’t pay our taxi driver because our money was locked in the room. It was an absolute nightmare. When the operator, Summit Patel, finally returned, he casually said he was “dropping someone off.” After a long argument, he agreed to give us a refund in the morning. But when morning came, he completely went back on his word and refused. To make things even worse, when we expressed how unacceptable the service was, he actually said, “If you want better service, you should go to a better hotel.” That says it all. As if that wasn’t enough, the room was disgusting. There was mold on the walls, stains everywhere, hair on the bed sheets, and even burnt holes in the sheets. Completely unhygienic and not fit for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
