- Emma (8/5): - This hotel is in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to Shimbashi Station (which to those who haven't been to Tokyo before, is a pretty useful hub. Staff were extremely friendly and there's an excellent bar/restaurant in the lobby as well that is open late. My only real criticism is that the rooms are not particularly spacious-- we were two people with one checked bag and one carry-on each, and I'm not going to lie, it was pretty close quarters which could be an issue for travelers buying lots of souvenirs.

Itโs right in the heart of the city of Ginza which is close to the Shibuya Crossing and Diver City Plaza and all of the great places. Very great place.

- Monei S (10/5): - my stay at yotel hotel was amazing. the hotel was newly opened which made it my first choice while visiting japan. it was located in the nice area of ginza, and transportation was just minutes away via bus & subway. the bed was super comfortable and made my stay very comfortable. every single day, house keeping came and reset my room. they left 2 bottles of water daily, which was greatly appreciated, especially with the weather being around 95 degrees during my stay. breakfast buffet was wonderful. the employees where very nice and the hotel was an amazing choice.

Ginza metro station is also ideal for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay again!

- Sarabeth (8/5): - The suite is 2 rooms that aren't actually adjoined. It has a small alcove with a key-access door that doesn't double lock to connect the rooms, so it doesn't feel as safe. Restaurant was very helpful and let us take food to our rooms, but there isn't actual room service. Overall, the hotel didn't seem to cater well to children but more the business traveler.

If you're traveling with a partner it's a small open space so if a partner sleeps or wakes up earlier and turns on the light the whole space is bright.

Breakfast was western style , which was good. On the last day, I was going to get a taxi to Shinagawa station for shinSaken but the lady at the front desk( I did not get her name but this is on 16/4/25) told me to just take the JR train to Shinagawa as it would be faster/cheaper and she said I would thank her later. - Verified traveler (10/5): - The location of the hotel was the main reason I booked this hotel. It was closed to Shimbashi Station and had an easy access to the Ginza line. It was also closed to Donki which called for late night shopping. The room was a perfect sized for two people and I like how the toilet and bath were separated. The male receptionists were always welcoming and friendly to us and would accomodate our requests (calling for taxi and luggage transport) The female receptionist was cold towards us. When I was in line for checkout, she proceeded to help another person and acted I was not there (I guess she was busy as she was by herself but another receptionist came out right away to help me). Anyway would definitely stay again

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - New, clean, stylish and comfortable! Very large room that we could put two opened luggage on the floor. Itโs also convenient, located in Ginza, 5-10mins to stations and only 30 mins to most of popular travel districts (by train). Thereare family mart and Donki just next to the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

- Alexander (8/5): - Location is amazing, within a few minutes walk to ginza and shimbashi station, which is extremely well connected to several rail lines. Also has a convenience store and supermarket nearby. Amenities is great too, hotel looks clean and new.

So it was difficult to get my rubbish taken away when my bin was full (id opted to save energy and not have daily cleans). However the stay was great! I loved the area and it had good transport links.

- Thomas (8/5): - Rooms rather small. Very clean and excellent location. The only thing that was poor was the check-in and check-out process. For a country that is so modern and developed, checking in and out of the hotel was archaic. Not being able to charge to the room shows a lack of trust of their guests.

- Hideki (6/5): - Strange layout of shower, toilet and bath sink. Sink is located at the next of bed. And toilet and bath room has no sink. Light switch of โbathโ turns on โbath roomโ and โsink bowlโ that is the next to bed. Bathrobes are asked by phone and โdelivery robotโ delivers it.
