- Israel (8/5): Buena ubicación - Departamentos muy limpios y bien ubicado para salir a la playa de Guayabitos, en el exterior falta pintura para que pueda obtener una calificación de 10. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas y cordiales.

- Victor Antonio (6/5): Mucho por mejorar en servicio, instalaciones bien - Todo decente ya que había personal que si era muy amable pero otros eran todo lo contrario, En la habitación que pagamos para 5 personas solo había toallas para 2 y loza para 4 Y pedimos más toallas y nos dijeron que no era posible

- Hector (8/5): - Lo que me gusto es que la habitación esta muy bien acondicionada, amplia y confortable. Lo que no me gusto fue que en recepción no les gusta hacer su trabajo y parece que les debes la atenciones por hospedarte allí, aparte nos dieron una habitación debajo del piso que están construyendo y empiezan a trabajar desde las 6 de la mañana, entonces no se puede descansar por tanto ruido que parece como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación.

- HUL (4/5): - Las imágenes en la web son unas y en la realidad es muy diferente, nunca prendieron el yacuzzi, están construyendo y es mucho ruido temprano, la alberca es pequeña, nunca hicieron el aseo en los tres días que estuvimos y tampoco te dan papel de baño jabón o shampoo, al menos a nosotros y no hay donde colgar la ropa mojada. En recepción casi nunca hay nadie, en fin mal servicio.

- Carla (8/5): - Everything was nice. Only thing cleaning service is not included and when we checked out, they asked if the dishes were clean. Makes no sense. They only clean once, before the next party checks in and they still want their dishes to be washed.
- Denise (6/5): Nice Rooms - The property was clean and staff friendly but it is located across the highway which you had to cross to get to the beach/downtown which could be tricky at times as it tends to quite busy. My biggest “complaint” is that we were only issued 2 towels, no hand towels for the bathroom and no tea towel or dishcloth for the kitchen which renders it somewhat useless if you cannot even wipe up a spill on the counter. Also, there were no blankets and I know that it is Mexico but a light blanket would have been nice, the staff did give us an extra set of sheets to use though. We stayed 2 nights and so going out to buy a tea towel etc does not really make sense. There is a store and a couple of restaurants in the same complex so that is convenient.
- Beatriz (8/5): Excelente el hotel/ para tomar en cuenta - Excelente atención por parte del personal, cómodo y limpio. Instalaciones prácticamente nuevas. Solo por comentar, el restaurante, que por cierto los platillos que ordenamos estuvieron deliciosos, es una concesión externa, no es parte de la administración del hotel. Comparten la alberca , y coincidimos con dos eventos de parte del restaurante y uno de ellos fue un festejo de cumpleaños infantil, así que hubo más gente usando la alberca. A mí familia no les molestó pues cambiamos el.plan para no estar en ese momento. Para que lo contemplen al reservar en el hotel.
