- Matthew (4/5): - Buffet wasn’t even in the hotel had to walk to a different hotel and nothing like the picture, got upgraded to a “family room” pretty sure we just got a worse room with a single bed, couldn’t find the “rooftop” terrace anywhere little bit disappointing.

Location of this hotel was perfect, in a busy area with lots going on around us and even though our room was at the front of the hotel it was not loud at all. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Hanoi with most destinations in a short walking distance. The hotel room was lovely and everything we needed for our stay was available to us. The staff were incredible, super friendly, so helpful and just genuinely lovely people that cared about making your stay the best. We were greeted with delicious banana cake and tea and got told a little about the hotel and the area, and the staff were also very willing to help us with anything when we asked for recommendations from their favourite local restaurants to calling restaurants to check they were open to conversing with taxi drivers for us. Truly enjoyed our stay and the staff were really a highlight and memorable part of the stay!

The young team is energetic, smiling, Mia, Angela, Giang, I don’t remember all the names, but we are always greeted with a smile. We have booked simple rooms and a family room in the last day which is much more bigger . Should the room be available, I would choose a family room of four for the two of us next time. There is enough choices for breakfast , they change everyday and the food is very fresh.

I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.

They were attentive to our needs in the week we were there. We had an early trip to Sapa and they even packed breakfast for us so that we could eat on our way.

Mia and her colleagues Angela, Giang, and Cindy help you with everything you need. They offer great service and a personal touch. Also Mia has a great network and can book you the best tours in Vietnam. For us she arranged a trekking tour in Sapa, and the Ha Giang Loop. Both great. In fact we liked the service so much we stayed at the Hanoi Indochine Premium twice

Having booked last minute we were hoping for a nice stay, but this place far exceeded all expectations, so much that we came back following our ha long bay cruise. The location is fantastic, minutes away from all old town attractions, and the rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, with great amenities. What stands this place out from other places we have stayed in the staff. Every member of staff was a delight to interact with, they were incredibly helpful, going out of their way and being generally friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and given the price we’ll be sad to be leaving.

I couldn’t fault the service, friendliness and professionalism that they all displayed throughout our stay and beyond. The location was perfect, the breakfast was an assortment of many choices on the buffet plus menu ordering as well and the bed was comfy. - Stuart (10/5): - I stayed in the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel when I first arrived in Hanoi, and returned to it again later in my trip. Both times the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mia and to Jenny. The location in the Old Town was perfect, an easy walk to everywhere I needed to go and also to the Railway Station. On both of my stays the room was great. Very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows, nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good too. I would book again and recommend to friends.

They taught us a bit of Vietnamese here and there too and welcomed us every time with great enthusiasm and smiles. The lobby smells so good! Special mention for Paul during breakfast, you are great and made our day with your smile and top professionalism! Plus, we slept like babies, their beds are super comfortable, which you appreciate after long days in the old quarter trying not to be run over by scooters.

Having booked last minute we were hoping for a nice stay, but this place far exceeded all expectations, so much that we came back following our ha long bay cruise. The location is fantastic, minutes away from all old town attractions, and the rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, with great amenities. What stands this place out from other places we have stayed in the staff. Every member of staff was a delight to interact with, they were incredibly helpful, going out of their way and being generally friendly and kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and given the price we’ll be sad to be leaving.

Her warm smile and detailed introduction to the hotel and old quarter gave us a clear impression of this area. Mia even gave us an early check-in so that we could take a short break after a tiring flight. All the staff are willing to help with everything you need. The location is perfect to anywhere in the old quarter including the church and popular restaurants like Pho 10, Pho Gia Truyen Bat Dan. The breakfast is impressive because you can even order a chicken noodle soup and there are more choices you can imagine. All our family had an enjoyable stay and I am looking forward to coming back again.

- Liong (10/5): - Nice and comfortable hotel in the old quarter. Within short walking distance to eateries, cafes, fruit stalls, markets, Ho Hoan Kiem lake, water puppet theater... Our room was spaceous, confortable and nicely decorated. WiFi was good, Aircon very quiet. It had a small balcony to the street. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of local and western food. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive, everybody spoke reasonable to good English. We booked a transfer to the Airport upon departure. That went flawless and comfortable. Our driver was extremly open and friendly. Overall our stay was very pleasant, we would definitely book again.
- Tran (10/5): - Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel l is comfortably situated in the middle of Hanoi’s beating heart. It’s very easy to reach all the iconic places from the hotel and it’s full with great eateries all around. The rooms are great, the service goes well beyond what typically needed. The staff was absolutely exceptional and helped us with everything and anything during our stay and even afterwards. During our Vietnam trip we returned to Hanoi Indochine Premium 3 times and would definitely return again if we stayed at Hanoi. Thank you Mia, Angela, Giang, Cindy, Paul and all the team. The new room was equally well-equipped as the first, and the staff continued to be welcoming and helpful - especially Mia and Angela! It's worth mentioning that the hotel has excellent tourist information and can help organise taxis and SIM cards at an affordable price too.

I could store my luggage at reception overnight when I went on a 2-day cruise to Halong Bay. Location is smack dab in the centre of the bustling Old Quarters. Breakfast has good Vietnamese and Western options, and is of very good quality.
- Siebuhr (10/5): - Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel .
- Sophia (10/5): - The staff were extremely kind, hospitable and accommodating, even organizing an excellent last-minute trip to Ninh Binh when we decided to take a break from the city. The hotel is well located to access key attractions and the staff provide a useful summary (and delicious cake) on arrival. Breakfast is generous and varied for both sweet and savoury tastes, and the breakfast staff are welcoming. We stayed before and after a trip to Bai Tu Long bay, and there was the option of leaving luggage at the hotel if we wanted to. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel, or stay here again ourselves in the future.
