- Kouichi (8/5): - 普段ホテル等を利用することはないのですが、部屋的には満足できるものでした。 しかしながら、ロビーはほぼ無人。 チェックインの際も人がおらず、ホテルから送られてきため 夏場のロビーは、温度湿度ともに高くて非常に不快でした。
- Aya (4/5): - 長期滞在でしたがタオルが1セットしかなくて、洗濯用の洗剤も小分けのモノで全日分はなくて困りました。せめて3日以上いる人は2セットは使いたいです。洗剤もちゃんと全日分ほしいです。あと、お風呂の水垢がいたるところにありました。普通に掃除すればとれる汚れだったので、改善されるといいなと思います。

- ??? (2/5): - 今回、2部屋をお借りしましたが私が泊まった部屋では、乾燥機の中に前の宿泊された方のタオルが有り クローゼットの消臭スプレーは空のまま、風呂桶の排水は詰まって水捌けが悪い。 もうひと部屋は、部屋の照明は球切れや切れそうでチカチカしてるのがそのまま、テレビの裏に前の宿泊者のゴミがそのまま、キッチンの蛇口の根本で水漏れしたまま、挙げ句の果てには喫煙場所では無いのにスタッフのかたがホテル入り口の横の椅子でテーブルに足を乗せて喫煙 いくら安いくても良い気持ちはしないし、せっかくの旅行がなんか残念になってしまった。 2度と使うことは無いと思います。

- Verified traveler (4/5): 清掃が… - だいぶ古い感じがしました。 とにかく清掃が行き届いていなくベッドの下には使われた紙があったり、ほこりがすごかったです。 洗濯機内には前の人の靴下が入っていました。キッチンがあるのでこちらにしましたが、包丁やまな板もなく、アメニティに洗剤は一つだけだったり、あらゆるところにホコリや汚れが目立ちました。場所も飲み屋街なので１人ではなかなか泊まりたくない場所でした。 旅慣れされていて気にならない人にはオススメです。

- Rie (10/5): - トイレに、1本だけ誰かのアノ毛が落ちてた… 乾燥機が、フィルター掃除して、ってピーピーうるさかった(仲間の2部屋も同じだったみたい)3部屋中3部屋か笑 施設自体はキレイだったし良かった チェックインもロッカーに入ってるカギを暗証番号で取り出すだけだし簡単 気になった点があと2点 替えのゴミ袋は用意が無い？ 4泊したけど、タオルセットは3組…なんで？ すぐ近くが繁華街だが、全くうるさく感じなかった コインパも近くにいくつもある また、お世話になろうかな〜

- shinichi (10/5): - 非常に1週間快適に過ごさせてもらいました。 部屋も広く、ベッドも広くて良かったです。 残念事項としては ・洗剤が用意されていなかった。 ・乾燥機がフィルターのホコリ詰まりですぐに止まってしまい何度も乾燥機を動かすことになり大変でした。 ・物干し竿が劣化して割れていました。 普通に過ごす分においては何不自由なく、綺麗でよかったです。

- YAYOI (10/5): 忘れ物を保管してくれてました - 前回の滞在時に忘れていった眼鏡をキーロッカーに入れておいてくださって助かりました。 共用部分のごみも今回はあまり目立たなくてよかったです。 乾燥機の紙のフィルターが無いので、毎回目詰まりを起こすので、取り出して洗って、ベランダに干すを繰り返しました。紙フィルターあるといいですね。ペスカトーレの時はありました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): ペスカトーレさんから変更してます - 札幌のランドーさんに泊まったことがあり、今回那覇の宿に選びました。 モノレールの駅から少し歩きますがタクシーがたくさん走っているので空港アクセスはとても良いです。 松山なので風俗、飲酒関係多いですが ホテルは静かで快適に過ごせました。 キッチン周り、包丁などがなく買い物しても調理に手間がかかります。三泊したのですが洗剤は一つで補充なし、那覇は暑いので洗濯する機会が多く、充実していると良いなと思いました。 持ち帰りするようなゲストが多いからでしょうか。フロント不在なので、セキュリティを含めてフォローしてくれる管理人さんがいるとより良いと思いました。

- YAYOI (8/5): - ワンルームタイプでキッチン付きのため、簡単な調理も出来、部屋でゆっくり過ごせました。 近くにイオンがあり便利です。 洗濯機・乾燥機もあり便利ですが、隣室で使用していた場合、音が響くので気になる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。 705号室に宿泊しましたが、エアコンの音がカタカタかなり煩かったので、就寝時は切っていました。 2泊でしたので部屋の交換は遠慮しましたが、長期滞在予定だった場合は、交換を申し出ていたと思います。 それ以外は部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 安く泊まれて良かった - ゆいレールの駅や国際通りからは離れているが、徒歩圏内。とにかく安く泊まりたい人には良い。 ワンルームマンションの一室といった感じで、洗濯機乾燥機、キッチン、キッチンツールは一通り揃っている。 ホテルは無人で、セルフチェックイン•チェックアウトだった。事前にメールで伝えられたキーボックスの番号が間違っていて、鍵を取り出せなかったのは困った。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 安ければ泊まる価値があると思います。 - フロントは常に無人だが、ホテルのクリーニングの方はとてもフレンドリーで好印象でした。 ホテルのフロントにパジャマがあるような写真だったのになかった。 初日は洗濯用洗剤が置かれていたが、それ以降置かれることがなく、アメニティは常に不足している状態でした。 乾燥機は設置されているが、フィルターを掃除してもエラーが出て使用できませんでした。 フィルターは掃除されておらず、何で他の利用者の埃を掃除して利用なければならないのだろう...と思いながら掃除したが、結局使用できなかったので残念でした。 ベットシーツが湿気かなにかでカビているのと、汚れがついてたのが気になりました。 そのほかの施設はとても綺麗だったかと思います。 駅から少し歩く距離なのと、コンビニまでも少し歩く必要があります。 駐車場があるのにもかかわらず貸し出しを行っていないのが不便でした。 予約者専用との掲示があったが予約はできませんでした。 シャンプー類は上質なものでよかったです。 比較的安く予約できたが、高いお金を払って宿泊したいとは思わないです。 コンセントがたくさんあったのがよかったです。 サイト上に記載がないのに、室内にキッチンは有料との記載があり、プランによっては追加料金が必要七日と思います。
- TAKAHIRO (10/5): 立地も良く、清潔感が有り良かった。 - 7泊させて頂きました。立地も良く、お部屋も清潔感が有り、とても良かったです。乾燥機は、ガスタイプで短時間で乾燥が出来、とても便利でした。 24時間出し入れ自由な、契約駐車場が有ると、なお良いと思いました。
